the escort ticket monitoring module is used for acquiring the condition of the storage bag in real time by using a camera in the warehouse and sending the condition to the processing terminal, and is also used for comparing and analyzing the picture reflecting the condition of the storage bag by using the processing terminal;
the system is also used for controlling an alarm to give an abnormal change alarm by utilizing the processing terminal when the position of the storage bag in the picture is changed and the escort property ticket delivery module does not run;

pasting a fragile label on the seal of the storage bag;
the processing terminal associates the serial number of the RFID chip with the real object serial number and writes the serial number into the RFID chip through the mobile terminal;
the escort certificate is delivered out of the warehouse: the mobile terminal positions the current position of the RFID chip and finds a storage bag corresponding to the RFID chip;
checking the integrity of the frangible label of the closure of the storage bag;
when the fragile label of the seal of the storage bag is not abnormal, allowing the escort property certificate to be delivered out of the warehouse;
checking the security certificate: the mobile terminal positions the current position of the RFID chip and uploads the current position to the processing terminal when the warehouse is patrolled;
the processing terminal compares the storage position of the storage bag with the current position of the RFID chip;
when the storage position of the storage bag is inconsistent with the current position of the RFID chip, the processing terminal marks the number of the RFID chip as an abnormal number and sends the abnormal number to the mobile terminal;
and when the storage position of the storage bag is consistent with the current position of the RFID chip, the processing terminal marks the number of the RFID chip as a normal number and sends the number to the mobile terminal.
2. A method according to claim 1, wherein the method further comprises: the method also comprises an identity information verification step;
the identity information verification step comprises the following steps: after the step of entering the escort ticket is executed, the processing terminal associates the serial number of the RFID chip with the identity information of the guest storing the escort ticket;
before the escorting property right certificate is exported, the mobile terminal collects the identity information of a guest who receives the escorting property right certificate and sends the identity information to the processing terminal for checking;
when the identity information is matched, executing the escorting ticket ex-warehouse step, and erasing the serial number of the RFID chip stored by the processing terminal and the associated information of the identity information of the guest storing the escorting ticket;
and when the identity information is not matched, the step of outputting the security property certificate is not executed.
3. A method according to claim 2, wherein the method further comprises: the method also comprises a step of warehousing the security certificate again;
the method for warehousing the security certificate comprises the following steps: after the escorting property certificate is delivered out of the warehouse and when the escorting property certificate is delivered into the warehouse again, a new storage bag is replaced, the RFID chip corresponding to the original storage bag is taken out and attached to the new storage bag, and the processing terminal associates the number of the RFID chip with the storage position of the new storage bag;
re-sticking a new fragile label on the seal of the storage bag;
the processing terminal re-associates the serial number of the RFID chip with the real object serial number of the escort ticket and writes the serial number into the RFID chip through the mobile terminal;
and the processing terminal re-associates the serial number of the RFID chip with the identity information of the guest storing the escort ticket.
4. A method according to claim 3, wherein the method further comprises: the method also comprises the following steps of monitoring the security certificate;
the method for monitoring the security certificate comprises the following steps: a camera in the warehouse collects the conditions of the storage bags in real time and sends the conditions to a processing terminal, and the processing terminal performs comparative analysis on pictures reflecting the conditions of the storage bags;
when the position of the storage bag in the picture is changed and the step of outputting the security ticket is not executed, the processing terminal controls an alarm to send an abnormal change alarm;
when the fragile label pasted on the seal of the storage bag in the picture is changed, the processing terminal controls the alarm to give an abnormal appearance alarm.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the method further comprises: also includes the registration step of the transfer of the security certificate;
the method comprises the following steps of: checking the integrity of the frangible label of the closure of the storage bag;
the mobile terminal reads the serial number of the RFID chip and sends the serial number to the processing terminal;
the processing terminal re-associates the serial number of the RFID chip with the real object serial number according to the circulation information, writes the serial number into the RFID chip through the mobile terminal, and covers the original associated information of the serial number of the RFID chip and the real object serial number in the RFID chip;
and/or the processing terminal re-associates the serial number of the RFID chip with the identity information of the guest storing the escort ticket according to the circulation information, and covers the original associated information of the serial number of the RFID chip and the identity information of the guest storing the escort ticket.
6. A secure and reliable security property ticket management system, comprising:
the escort certificate storage module: the system is used for giving the escorting property certificate physical number;
the RFID chip storing device is also used for loading the escort ticket into a storing bag internally stuck with an RFID chip and associating the number of the RFID chip with the storing position of the storing bag by using a processing terminal;
the storage bag is also used for sticking a fragile label on the seal of the storage bag;
the RFID chip is also used for associating the serial number of the RFID chip with the real object serial number by using a processing terminal and writing the serial number into the RFID chip through a mobile terminal;
the escort ticket delivery module: the RFID chip storage bag is used for positioning the current position of the RFID chip by utilizing a mobile terminal and finding out the storage bag corresponding to the RFID chip;
also for checking the integrity of the frangible label of the closure of the storage bag;
the storage bag is also used for allowing the escort property certificate to be delivered out of the warehouse when the sealed fragile label of the storage bag is not abnormal;
the escort certificate checking module: the RFID chip locating system is used for locating the current position of the RFID chip by using the mobile terminal when a warehouse is patrolled and uploading the current position to the processing terminal;
the RFID chip storage device is also used for comparing the storage position of the storage bag with the current position of the RFID chip by using a processing terminal;
the RFID chip storage device is also used for marking the number of the RFID chip as an abnormal number by using the processing terminal and sending the abnormal number to the mobile terminal when the storage position of the storage bag is inconsistent with the current position of the RFID chip;
and when the storage position of the storage bag is consistent with the current position of the RFID chip, the processing terminal is used for marking the number of the RFID chip as a normal number and sending the normal number to the mobile terminal.
7. A secure and reliable escort ticket management system according to claim 6, wherein: the system also comprises an identity information verification module;
the identity information verification module is used for associating the serial number of the RFID chip with the identity information of the guest storing the escort ticket by using a processing terminal after the escort ticket warehousing module operates;
the system is also used for acquiring the identity information of a guest receiving the security ticket by using a mobile terminal and sending the identity information to a processing terminal for checking before the security ticket ex-warehouse module runs;
the system is also used for operating the escort ticket ex-warehouse module and erasing the serial number of the RFID chip stored in the processing terminal and the associated information of the identity information of the guest storing the escort ticket when the identity information is matched;
and the system is also used for not operating the security ticket warehouse-out module when the identity information does not match.
8. A secure and reliable escort ticket management system according to claim 7, wherein: the system also comprises a warrant restocking module;
the escort right certificate warehousing-again module is used for replacing a new storage bag, taking out the RFID chip corresponding to the original storage bag and pasting the RFID chip into the new storage bag after the escort right certificate warehousing-out module is operated and when the escort right certificate warehousing-in again, and is also used for associating the number of the RFID chip with the storage position of the new storage bag by using the processing terminal;
the storage bag is also used for attaching a new fragile label on the sealing opening of the storage bag;
the RFID chip is used for being associated with the physical serial number of the escort ticket by the processing terminal, and the serial number of the RFID chip is written into the RFID chip through the mobile terminal;
and the processing terminal is further used for re-associating the serial number of the RFID chip with the identity information of the guest storing the escort ticket.
9. A secure and reliable escort ticket management system according to claim 8, wherein: the system also comprises an escort ticket monitoring module;
the escort ticket monitoring module is used for acquiring the condition of the storage bag in real time by using a camera in the warehouse and sending the condition to the processing terminal, and is also used for comparing and analyzing the picture reflecting the condition of the storage bag by using the processing terminal;
