With continued reference to fig. 5, a flow 500 of some embodiments of a file purge configuration page presentation method according to the present disclosure is shown. The process 500 of the document clearing configuration page display method includes the following steps:
in step 501, in response to detecting a selection operation of a clear configuration control displayed in a content page corresponding to a target file storage bucket, a clear configuration page is displayed.
In some embodiments, an execution body of the file purge configuration page presentation method (e.g., the terminal device 101 shown in fig. 1) may present a purge configuration page in response to detecting a selection operation on a purge configuration control displayed in a content page corresponding to a target file bucket. The target file bucket may be a file bucket previously selected by the user. The file bucket may be a container for storing a file as an object, and there is no capacity limitation. The content page may be a page for showing related information of the target file bucket and enabling the user to operate under the target file bucket. The clear configuration control is displayed in the content page. The purge configuration control may be a control for receiving a selection operation of a user to present a purge configuration page. The content page may also present but is not limited to: the file system comprises an identification of a target file storage bucket, file information, a file uploading control, a folder creation control, a file retrieval control and a file retrieval determination control. The identification of the target file storage bucket can be used for uniquely identifying the target file storage bucket. The file information may include, but is not limited to: folder identification, file size, file modification time. The file uploading control may be a control for receiving a selection operation of a user to upload a file by the user. The folder creation control may be a control for receiving a selection operation of the user for the user to perform an operation of creating the folder. The file retrieval input control may be a control for receiving a file prefix input by a user. The file retrieval determining control may be a control for receiving a selection operation of a user, retrieving a file according to a file prefix input by the user, and displaying retrieved file information. The purge configuration page may be a page for a user to configure a range of purge files. The above purge configuration page displays a purge range control group and a verification compound control. The clean-up scope control group includes a first clean-up scope control and a second clean-up scope control. The first purge range control is configured to determine each file in the target file bucket as a purge range. The second purge range control is configured to determine each file in the target file bucket corresponding to the configured file prefix as a purge range. The verification compound control may be a compound control for verifying the identity of the user. The verification compound control may include a verification information acquisition control and a verification information input control. The verification information obtaining control may be a control for receiving a selection operation of a user to send the target verification information to a user terminal corresponding to a mobile phone number associated with the target file storage bucket. The verification information obtaining control may be a control for receiving a selection operation of a user to send the target verification information to a mailbox associated with the target file bucket. The target verification information may be preset verification information or randomly generated verification information. For example, the verification information may be, but is not limited to: combined numbers, combined words, combined english characters. The verification information may also be a combination of at least two of a number, a letter, and an english character. Here, the setting of the combination form of the authentication information is not limited. The authentication information input control may be a control for receiving authentication information input by a user.
In practice, the execution body may display the clear configuration page in a popup form. The execution body may also display the purge configuration page in the form of a page jump. Thus, the user can customize the purge range of the configuration file through the first purge range control and the second purge range control.
Optionally, the executing body may display the purge configuration page in response to detecting that the user account type corresponding to the selection operation acting on the purge configuration control is the main account type. The user account type may be a type to which the user account belongs. User account types may include, but are not limited to: a main account class and a sub account class. The authority of the user account of the main account class is larger than that of the user account of the sub account class. Therefore, the identity of the user can be checked in advance, so that the user account of the main account class has the authority of clearing the file, and the safety of the stored file is improved.
Alternatively, the execution body may display, on the purge configuration page, the number information of the files included in the target file bucket in response to detecting a selection operation acting on the first purge range control. The number information may be information related to the number of files, and may include the number of files. For example, the number of files included in the target file bucket may be 1000000. The number information may be "the total number of files to be deleted is estimated: 1000000). Thereby, the user can be made to browse the number information of the files to be deleted.
In response to detecting a selection operation on the second purge range control, a file prefix input control is displayed at the purge configuration page, step 502.
In some embodiments, the execution body may display a file prefix input control on the purge configuration page in response to detecting a selection operation on the second purge range control. Wherein the file prefix input control is configured to receive at least one file prefix. The file prefix may be a prefix of a file name. Here, the number of characters of the file prefix is not limited. In practice, the execution body may insert a file prefix input control under the cleanup scope control group. Thus, the user can determine the purge range by a simple file prefix configuration.
Optionally, the execution body may display, on the purge configuration page, the number information of files included in the target file bucket corresponding to the input file prefixes in response to detecting a file prefix input operation acting on the file prefix input control. For example, the number of files included in the target file bucket corresponding to the input file prefix may be 60000. The number information may be "the total number of files to be deleted is estimated: 60000). Thereby, the user can be made to browse the number information of the files to be deleted.
Optionally, the execution body may display a file prefix input control adding control on the configuration page. The file prefix input control adding control is used for receiving selection operation within preset times to add the file prefix input control. For example, the user clicks the file prefix input control add control once, and the above-described purge configuration page adds and displays an add file prefix input control. When the number of the displayed added file prefix input controls is equal to the preset times plus 1, the user clicks the file prefix input control adding control, and the displayed added file prefix input control cannot be added. The maximum number of add file prefix input controls displayed by the purge configuration page may be 20. The preset number of times may be 19. That is, the user can click on the file prefix input control addition control at most 19 times. Thus, a user can be enabled to add a certain number of file prefix input controls to input a file prefix.
In response to detecting a record of selection operation information or at least one file prefix entered for the first purge range control and detecting a record of verification success information corresponding to verifying the composite control, a purge task corresponding to the first purge range control or the second purge range control is created, step 503.
In some embodiments, the execution body may create the purge task corresponding to the first purge range control or the second purge range control in response to detecting the selection operation information record or the inputted at least one file prefix acting on the first purge range control and detecting the verification success information record corresponding to the verification composite control. The selection operation information record may be an information record generated by the execution body in response to detecting a selection operation acting on the first clearing range control, wherein the information record indicates that the first clearing range control has been selected. For example, the above selection operation information record may be "C1:1". Where "C1" represents a first clean range control. "1" indicates that C1 has been selected. Here, the representation form of the selection operation information record is not limited. The verification success information record may be an information record representing that verification information input by the user corresponds to target verification information. The correspondence of the authentication information input by the user with the target authentication information may mean that the authentication information input by the user is identical to the target authentication information. The correspondence of the authentication information entered by the user with the target authentication information may also mean that the authentication information entered by the user is associated with the target authentication information. For example, the target authentication information may be "ABCD". The authentication information input by the user may be "abcd". "A" is in uppercase form of "a". "B" is in uppercase form of "B". "C" is a capitalized form of "C". "D" is a capitalized form of "D". Thus "ABCD" is associated with "ABCD". The authentication SUCCESS information record may be "SUCCESS". The above-mentioned purge task may be a task of purging the file according to a purge range. It is understood that the main body performing the purge task is a server storing a file corresponding to the purge task.
In practice, the execution body may generate the purge task instruction corresponding to the first purge range control in response to detecting the selection operation information record acting on the first purge range control and detecting the verification success information record corresponding to the verification composite control. The above-mentioned clear task instruction may be an instruction for instructing to clear the corresponding clear range. Then, the purge task instruction may be transmitted to each server storing the file of the target file bucket, so that each server executes the purge task instruction. That is, a purge task is created to purge all files in the target file bucket described above.
In practice, the execution body may further generate a purge task instruction corresponding to the second purge range control in response to detecting the at least one file prefix entered and detecting a verification success information record corresponding to the verification composite control. Then, the purge task instruction may be sent to each server storing the file corresponding to the at least one file prefix, so that each server executes the purge task instruction. That is, a purge task is created to purge each file in the target file bucket whose file name corresponds to each of the entered file prefixes. For example, the at least one file prefix entered may be: "123", "abc". The execution body may create a purge task for purging each file having the same file name as "123" as the first 3 characters in the target file bucket, and a purge task for purging each file having the same file name as "abc" as the first 3 characters. It will be appreciated that when the number of file prefixes input by the user is at least two, the execution body may create a purge task corresponding to each of the at least two file prefixes.
Optionally, an input validation control is also displayed in the purge configuration page in step 501. The input verification control corresponds to the verification information. The input verification control may be a control for verifying input information inputted by the user based on collation information for prompting the user to input. The above-mentioned check information may be preset information for checking whether the input information inputted by the user is correct. For example, the collation information may be "determination". For example, the collation information may be displayed in the above-described input authentication control: please input "determine". The execution body may create a purge task corresponding to the first purge range control or the second purge range control in response to determining that the input information corresponding to the input verification control satisfies the information verification condition corresponding to the verification information. The information collation condition may be "input information is identical to collation information". Thus, in response to detecting a selection operation information record or at least one inputted file prefix acting on the first cleaning range control, detecting a verification success information record corresponding to the verification compound control, and determining that input information corresponding to the input verification control satisfies an information verification condition corresponding to the verification information, a cleaning task corresponding to the first cleaning range control or the second cleaning range control can be created. Therefore, after verification is performed through the verification composite control, secondary verification can be performed through the input verification control.
Optionally, a configuration determination control is also displayed in the clear configuration page in step 501. The configuration determination control may be a control for a user to determine that the configuration is complete. The execution body may create a purge task corresponding to the first purge range control or the second purge range control in response to detecting a selection operation acting on the configuration determination control. Thus, a cleanup task may be created after the user determines that the configuration is complete.
Optionally, a configuration cancellation control is also displayed in the clear configuration page in step 501. The configuration cancellation control may be a control for a user to cancel a configuration purge task. The execution body may switch to the content page presentation in response to detecting a selection operation acting on the configuration cancellation control. In practice, the execution body may close the configuration clearing page displayed in the pop-up window form, and display the content page. Therefore, after the user cancels the configuration of the clearing task, the configuration of the clearing task is canceled, and the user jumps to the content page for display.
The purge task may be automatically created according to the determined purge range after the user passes the authentication, via step 503.
The above embodiments of the present disclosure have the following advantageous effects: by the file clearing configuration page display method of some embodiments of the present disclosure, the steps of clearing files are simplified, and the time of clearing files is shortened. Specifically, the reason for this is that: the user is required to actively call the interface, so that the step of clearing the file is complicated; when the number of the mainly removed files is large, a file list is obtained, and then the files are removed, so that the time consumption is long; when all files of a bucket need to be purged, the purging efficiency is low and the time consuming is long. Based on this, the file purge configuration page presentation method of some embodiments of the present disclosure first presents a purge configuration page in response to detecting a selection operation of a purge configuration control displayed in a content page corresponding to a target file bucket. And displaying a cleaning range control group and a verification compound control in the cleaning configuration page. The clean-up scope control group includes a first clean-up scope control and a second clean-up scope control. The first purge range control is configured to determine each file in the target file bucket as a purge range. The second purge range control is configured to determine each file in the target file bucket corresponding to the configured file prefix as a purge range. Thus, the user can customize the purge range of the configuration file through the first purge range control and the second purge range control. Then, in response to detecting a selection operation on the second purge range control, a file prefix input control is displayed on the purge configuration page. Wherein the file prefix input control is configured to receive at least one file prefix. Thus, the user can determine the purge range by a simple file prefix configuration. And finally, in response to detecting the selection operation information record acting on the first cleaning range control or the input at least one file prefix and detecting the verification success information record corresponding to the verification compound control, creating a cleaning task corresponding to the first cleaning range control or the second cleaning range control. Thus, after the user passes the verification, the clearing task can be automatically created according to the determined clearing scope. And because the user can directly configure the clearing range of the file through the first clearing range control and the second clearing range control without calling an interface, the step of clearing the file is simplified. And because the file list does not need to be acquired, the time for clearing the file is shortened. Therefore, the file clearing step is simplified, and the file clearing time is shortened.
With further reference to FIG. 6, a flow 600 of further embodiments of a document clearing configuration page presentation method is shown. The process 600 of the document clearing configuration page display method includes the following steps:
in step 601, in response to detecting a selection operation of a clear configuration control displayed in a content page corresponding to a target file storage bucket, a clear configuration page is displayed.
In response to detecting a selection operation on the second purge range control, a file prefix input control is displayed at the purge configuration page, step 602.
In some embodiments, specific implementation of steps 601-602 and technical effects thereof may refer to steps 501-502 in those embodiments corresponding to fig. 5, which are not described herein.
In response to detecting a selection operation information record or at least one file prefix entered for the first purge range control and detecting a verification success information record corresponding to the verification compound control, a purge task corresponding to the first purge range control or the second purge range control is created and switched to content page presentation, step 603.
In some embodiments, the execution body of the file purge configuration page presentation method (e.g., the terminal device 101 shown in fig. 1) may create a purge task corresponding to the first purge range control or the second purge range control and switch to the content page presentation in response to detecting a selection operation information record or at least one file prefix entered for the first purge range control and detecting a verification success information record corresponding to the verification composite control. In practice, the execution body may first close the purge configuration page. The content page may then be displayed. Therefore, after the cleaning task is created, the user can automatically switch to the content page for browsing.
Step 604, displaying a clear task progress control in the switched content page.
In some embodiments, the execution body may display a clear task progress control in the switched content page. The clearance task process control characterizes the process information of the created clearance task. The above-mentioned cleaning task progress control can be used for displaying progress information, and can also be used for receiving a selection operation of a user so as to display a cleaning task progress page. The process information may be process related information of the purge task. For example, the process information may be, but is not limited to, one of the following: in progress, this is done. The above-described progress information may also represent the overall progress of the created purge task in the form of a numerical percentage. Here, the expression form of the process information is not limited. Therefore, the user can browse the process information in the content page, and a way for browsing the process page of the clearing task can be provided for the user.
In response to detecting a selection operation acting on the purge task progress control, a purge task progress page is exposed, step 605.
In some embodiments, the execution body may expose a purge task progress page in response to detecting a selection operation acting on the purge task progress control. The above-mentioned process page of the cleaning task may be a page for showing the process of the created at least one cleaning task. It will be appreciated that the at least one purge task may include the purge task created in step 604, and may also include a previously created purge task. The at least one purge task may be performed in parallel. The clearance task progress page can display clearance task configuration information and clearance task display bar groups. The cleaning task configuration information may be configuration related information of each cleaning task in the at least one cleaning task. For example, when a cleaning task corresponds to the second cleaning scope control, the cleaning task configuration information may include a file prefix corresponding to the cleaning task, and may also include a creation time corresponding to the cleaning task. When a clearing task corresponds to the first clearing scope control, the clearing task configuration information may include an identifier of a file storage bucket corresponding to the clearing task, and may also include creation time corresponding to the clearing task.
Each of the above-described groups of cleanup task display fields may include cleanup task information, a cleanup task completion progress, and a cleanup file information list export control corresponding to the above-described cleanup task information. The above-described clear task display bar may also include, but is not limited to, at least one of: the total number of files under the clearing scope of the clearing task corresponding to the clearing task information, the number of cleared files of the clearing task corresponding to the clearing task information, and the number of files to be cleared of the clearing task corresponding to the clearing task information. The clearing task information may be configuration related information of the clearing task. For example, when the purge task corresponds to the second purge range control, the configuration related information may be a file prefix corresponding to the purge task. When the clearing task corresponds to the first clearing range control, the configuration related information may be an identifier of a file storage bucket corresponding to the clearing task. The completion schedule of the cleaning task may be a completion schedule of the cleaning task. For example, the above-described purge task completion schedule may be expressed in the form of a numerical percentage. In practice, the above-mentioned clearance task completion progress may be generated by: firstly, determining the number of the files corresponding to the cleared tasks; then, determining the total number of files corresponding to the clearing task; finally, the determination of the ratio of the above number to the percentage of the above total number may be referred to as the purge task completion progress. For example, the above-described progress of completion of the cleaning task may be generated by a server storing a file corresponding to the above-described cleaning task. The above-described deleted file information list derivation control may be a control for receiving a selection operation by the user to derive a deleted file information list. Thus, the user can browse the execution progress of the executed cleaning task. And because at least one clearing task displayed in the clearing task process page can be executed in parallel, the time for clearing the task is shortened.
Alternatively, first, the execution body may indicate that the cleaning task has been completed in response to the cleaning task completion progress included in the cleaning task display field, and display a cleaning record deletion control in the cleaning task display field. The removal record deleting control may be a control for receiving a selection operation information record of a user to delete a file removal record corresponding to the removal task. For example, the completion progress of the purge task, which characterizes that the purge task has been completed, may be "100%". Thus, a way to delete a file purge record may be provided to the user. Then, the execution body may delete the purge task display bar on the purge task progress page in response to detecting a selection operation acting on the purge record deletion control. Therefore, after the user selects to delete the file removal record, the corresponding removal task display column of the file removal record can be deleted on the removal task process page.
Optionally, the executing body may indicate that the clearing task is to be completed in response to a clearing task completion progress included in the clearing task display field, and display a task pause control in the clearing task display field. The task suspension control may be a control for receiving a selection operation of a user to suspend execution of the cleaning task. The completion progress of the cleaning task to be completed is characterized as less than 100%. For example, the completion progress of the purge task to be completed may be "20%", which characterizes the purge task. Then, in response to detecting a selection operation acting on the task suspension control, the cleaning task corresponding to the cleaning task information may be suspended. In practice, the executing body may send an instruction indicating that execution of the cleaning task is suspended to a server storing a file corresponding to the cleaning task, so as to suspend the cleaning task.
Alternatively, first, the execution body may characterize that the cleaning task is to be completed in response to the cleaning task completion progress included in the cleaning task display field, and display a file information list to be cleaned out export control in the cleaning task display field. The to-be-cleaned file information list export control may be a control for receiving a selection operation of a user to export the to-be-cleaned file information list. The above list of file information to be deleted may be a list including individual file information to be deleted. Then, in response to detecting a selection operation acting on the above-described to-be-purged file information list derivation control, the to-be-purged file information list may be derived in a predetermined file format. The file information to be cleaned in the file information to be cleaned list may include a file name and a file size of the file to be cleaned. The file to be purged information may further include a file creation time and a file storage type of the file to be purged. In practice, the executing body may export the file information list to be purged in a predetermined file format through a default file path to be purged. The execution body can also export the file information list to be cleared in a preset file format through the file path to be cleared configured by the user. Thus, the file information list to be cleaned can be exported by the user.
Step 606, in response to detecting a selection operation on the purged file information list derivation control described above, deriving a purged file information list in a predetermined file format.
In some embodiments, the execution body may export the deleted file information list in a predetermined file format in response to detecting a selection operation acting on the deleted file information list export control. The above-mentioned list of deleted file information may be a list including respective deleted file information. The deleted file information in the deleted file information list may include a file name and a file size of the deleted file. The above-described purged file information may further include a file creation time, a file purge execution time, and a file storage type of the purged file. The file storage type may be a storage type of a file. The file storage types may include: standard storage, low frequency access storage, archival storage. The predetermined file format may be a predetermined file format. For example, the predetermined file format may be a CSV format. In practice, the execution body may export the purged file information list in a predetermined file format through a default purged file path. The execution body may also export the deleted file information list in a predetermined file format through a previously configured deleted file path by the user. Thus, the user can export the cleaned file information list.
As can be seen in FIG. 6, flow 600 of the file purge configuration page presentation method in some embodiments corresponding to FIG. 6 embodies the step of expanding the purge task progress control and the purge task progress page as compared to the description of some embodiments corresponding to FIG. 5. Therefore, the schemes described in the embodiments can enable a user to browse process information in a content page, and also enable the user to browse the executing process of the executing clearing task, and enable the user to export a cleared file information list. And because at least one clearing task displayed in the clearing task process page can be executed in parallel, the time for clearing the task is shortened.
