The invention provides a head-mounted adjusting device.
In an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, 4 and 5, the head mount adjustment device includes:
an air bag bandage 100, which is internally provided with an inflation inner cavity 101; and
the air pump 300 is communicated with the inflation inner cavity 101, and the air pump 300 is used for executing air inlet action and air outlet action;
when the air pump 300 performs the air intake action, the air pump 300 inflates the inflation inner cavity 101; when the air pump 300 performs the air discharging action, the air pump 300 draws air from the inflation cavity 101.
In the present invention, the air pump 300 can control the air content in the inflation cavity 101 by supplying or discharging air, so as to change the degree of expansion of the airbag band 100, thereby adjusting the tightness of the head-mounted display device. Specifically, when the air pump 300 performs the air intake action, the air pump 300 will intake air from the external environment to inflate the inflation cavity 101, so that during the air intake of the air pump 300, the air content of the inflation cavity 101 increases, the air pressure increases, and the airbag band 100 will also swell, i.e. the head-mounted display device can be tightened; when the air pump 300 performs the air exhausting action, the air pump 300 will draw air from the inflation cavity 101 and exhaust the air to the external environment, so that during the air exhausting process of the air pump 300, the air content in the inflation cavity 101 decreases, the air pressure decreases, and the airbag band 100 will contract and deflate, i.e. the head-mounted display device can be loosened. Therefore, the head-wearing adjusting device can conveniently adjust the tightness of the head-wearing display equipment, the air bag strap 100 of the head-wearing adjusting device does not have too strong constraint feeling on the head of a human body, the wearing comfort of a user can be improved, and the use experience of the user can be greatly improved.
Further, in this embodiment, the head-mounted adjusting device further includes an air pressure sensor 200, and the air pressure sensor 200 is configured to detect the air pressure of the inflation cavity 101. In this embodiment, wear adjusting device and still add baroceptor 200, baroceptor 200 can detect the atmospheric pressure of aerifing inner chamber 101 to provide more accurate regulation foundation for the user, thereby realize wearing the quantization of display device's elasticity and adjust. It is understood that the magnitude of the air pressure can reflect the degree of expansion of the airbag band 100, which is directly related to the tightness of the head-mounted display device. Thus, when the tightness of the head-mounted display device is adjusted, the head-mounted adjusting device can capture the adaptive air pressure corresponding to the adaptive tightness through the air pressure sensor 200, and the deviation between the finally obtained tightness and the adaptive tightness can be reduced or even eliminated only by controlling the air pressure of the inflatable inner cavity 101 to reach the adaptive air pressure. Therefore, the adjustment precision of the head-mounted adjusting device is improved, the tightness of the head-mounted display equipment can be more adaptive, and the use experience of a user is improved.
Further, in the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the air pump 300 has a balance chamber 310 communicated with the inflation lumen 101, and at least the sensing probe of the air pressure sensor 200 is located in the balance chamber 310. It is understood that the gas has a certain flow rate during the intake process or the exhaust process of the gas pump 300, and the flow rate of the gas affects the gas pressure detection result. In the embodiment, the balance chamber 310 is additionally disposed in the air pump 300, and the balance chamber 310 is communicated with the inflation cavity 101, that is, the air pressure in the balance chamber 310 can reflect the air pressure of the inflation cavity 101, therefore, the air pressure sensor 200 can indirectly obtain the air pressure of the inflation cavity 101 by detecting the air pressure of the balance chamber 310, the detection result of the air pressure sensor 200 is not affected by the air intake or exhaust of the air pump 300, the detection accuracy of the air pressure sensor 200 is improved, and a more accurate control basis can be provided for a user. Of course, in other embodiments, the airbag strap 100 may have a balance chamber communicated with the inflation cavity 101, and the sensing probe of the air pressure sensor 200 may extend into the balance chamber to detect the air pressure of the inflation cavity 101 more accurately.
Further, in this embodiment, the head-mounted adjusting device is further provided with a voice module, the voice module is used for recognizing a voice command, and the air pump 300 acts according to the voice command. The actions of the air pump 300 include opening, closing, air intake, air exhaust, etc., and the user can make the air pump 300 act as required by voice control. Thus, even when the user wears the head-mounted display device, the tightness of the airbag band 100 can be continuously adjusted through voice control, and the convenience of adjustment is greatly improved. It can be understood that the head-mounted display device is further provided with a speaker for playing sound externally, and further, in this embodiment, the voice module can also output voice through the speaker to confirm a voice instruction or feed back a control result to a user, so as to improve the interactivity of the voice control function. Of course, in other embodiments, the head-mounted adjusting device may not be provided with a voice module, but the device main body 20 is provided with a voice module, so that voice control can be realized; or, the air pump 300 may be operated differently by different touch commands like a bluetooth headset, and thus, the tightness may be continuously adjusted without removing the head-mounted display device.
Further, in this embodiment, when the air pressure fed back by the air pressure sensor 200 is equal to the protection air pressure, the air pump 300 does not perform the air intake operation any more, so as to protect the personal safety of the user. The protection air pressure is set by considering the maximum air pressure which can be borne by the air bag binding band 100 so as to avoid explosion of the air bag binding band 100 caused by overlarge air pressure in the inflation inner cavity 101; the maximum tolerance tightness of the human body is also considered, so that the head of the user is prevented from being tightened excessively, and discomfort is brought to the user.
Further, in this embodiment, when the airbag strap 100 is adjusted in place, the head adjustment device records the air pressure value detected by the air pressure sensor 200 and stores it for recall by the user. Optionally, the head-mounted adjusting device further stores tolerance air pressure values of people with different head circumferences, and when the user wears the head-mounted display for the first time, the tolerance air pressure values can be adjusted to gradually control the air pump 300 to inflate, so that the air pressure of the inflation cavity 101 reaches different tolerance air pressure values one by one, and the user is asked one by one whether to continue to inflate until an air pressure value suitable for the user is found. If the adaptation air pressure of the user is not met in the tolerance air pressure value stored by the head-mounted adjusting device, a closer tolerance air pressure value can be found firstly, the tightness of the head-mounted display device is made to be close to the adaptation tightness, then the head-mounted display device is finely adjusted to the adaptation air pressure so as to adjust the head-mounted display device to the adaptation tightness, meanwhile, the air pressure value at the moment is recorded and stored by the head-mounted display device, so that the air pressure value can be directly called when the user wears the head-mounted display device subsequently, and the air pressure value does not need to be adjusted step by step.
Further, in the present embodiment, the air pump 300 performs different actions according to the air pressure fed back by the air pressure sensor 200 to realize negative feedback adjustment. When the air pressure fed back by the air pressure sensor 200 reaches the target air pressure, the air pump 300 stops the air intake or the air exhaust, so that the air pump 300 can respond quickly, thereby ensuring the adjustment accuracy of the head-mounted adjustment device. Of course, in other embodiments, the air pressure fed back by the air pressure sensor 200 may be only used for displaying, and the user may view the displayed air pressure value and control the air pump 300 to perform different actions by means of manual control.
Further, in the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the airbag strap 100 includes an airbag 110 and a first outer covering 120 covering the airbag 110, and the airbag 110 has the inflation cavity 101. The first outer wrapper 120 may function to protect the airbag 110 to prevent the airbag 110 from being damaged and deflated. The first outer covering cloth 120 may be made of cloth, leather, rubber, or the like.
Further, in the present embodiment, a buffer layer is provided between the first outer cover 120 and the airbag 110. The cushioning layer may further protect the air bag 110, and may also improve the softness of the air bag strap 100, so that the wearing comfort and user experience of the user may be further improved. Optionally, the buffer layer may be a sponge filled between the first outer wrapping cloth 120 and the airbag 110, and at this time, the airbag 110 is further wrapped with a mylar sheet to protect the airbag 110 sufficiently; alternatively, the foam of the cushion layer may be produced by EPP foaming or EPE foaming, in which case, the airbag 110 is filled in the foam of the cushion layer, and the first outer cover 120 is wrapped outside the foam of the cushion layer.
Further, in the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 and 4, the airbag band 100 includes a first communication pipe 130 and a plurality of airbags 110 connected in series, and two adjacent airbags 110 are communicated through the first communication pipe 130. It will be appreciated that the first communication tube 130 is relatively thin and relatively easy to bend when inflated, and that the so-arranged air bag 110 can be more easily plasticized so that the air bag strap 100 wraps around the head of a person.
Further, in this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the head-mounted adjustment device further includes a battery compartment 400 disposed on the airbag strap 100, and the air pump 300 is accommodated in the battery compartment 400 to achieve reuse of the battery compartment 400. It is understood that the battery 600 is also disposed in the battery compartment 400, and the battery 600 can be used to supply power to the air pressure sensor 200 and the air pump 300.
Further, in the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, an electrical connection line 500 is inserted between the airbag 110 and the first outer cover 120.
