Background
The clutch is mounted between the engine and the transmission and is the assembly in the vehicle driveline that is directly associated with the engine. The clutch is usually mounted with the flywheel set of the engine crankshaft and is the part that cuts off and transmits power between the engine and the vehicle drive train. During the whole process of starting the automobile to normally drive, the driver can operate the clutch according to the requirement, so that the engine and the transmission system are temporarily separated or gradually connected, and the power output from the engine to the transmission system is cut off or transmitted. The function of the device is to ensure that the engine and the transmission can be gradually jointed, thereby ensuring the stable starting of the automobile; temporarily disconnecting the engine from the transmission to facilitate shifting and reduce shock during shifting; when the automobile is braked emergently, the brake can play a role in separation, and the transmission systems such as a speed changer and the like are prevented from being overloaded, so that a certain protection effect is achieved.
Currently, a dry friction clutch is widely used in an automobile, and comprises a driving part (cover assembly) and a driven part (driven plate) of the clutch. The torque generated by the engine is transmitted to the driven disc through the friction action of the flywheel and the contact surface of the cover assembly and the driven disc. When a driver steps on the clutch pedal, the large end of the diaphragm spring drives the pressure disc to move backwards through the transmission of the operating system, and the driven disc is separated from the cover assembly.
In the process of clutch engagement, a sliding process from unequal rotating speed to equal rotating speed is carried out between the driven plate and the cover assembly, so that the friction plate is always easy to damage due to heat generation and abrasion of the friction plate, the service life of the friction plate is generally different from 3-12 months, and the friction plate needs to be replaced at irregular time; meanwhile, in the combining and separating process, the driven disc damping system needs to absorb all the damping due to the torque fluctuation caused by the change of the rotating speed, and the damping spring is subjected to fatigue fracture. According to the inspection of after-sale fault parts, due to different road conditions, different operation habits and the like, the wear of the friction plate and the damage of the shock absorber system often occur randomly, namely, the following conditions generally exist in the fault parts: 1. the shock absorber system is intact, and the friction plate is worn; 2. the friction plate is intact and the damper system is damaged. The invention further discloses that the friction plate corrugated plate assembly is fixed in the 4 bud-drawing positioning pins of the shock absorber assembly through pin holes, and then the friction plate corrugated plate assembly and the shock absorber assembly are locked and fixed by using the screws.
The invention further discloses that the screw is a self-tapping cross-shaped groove M6 screw which is a standard part, M6 multiplied by 8.
In the clutch driven disc, 4 positioning pins are adopted for positioning, and 24 self-tapping screws are used for locking and fixing the shock absorber assembly and the friction plate corrugated sheet assembly, and the self-tapping screws have self-locking capacity, so that the clutch driven disc can effectively meet the technical requirements in the aspects of precision and firmness.
The shock absorber assembly is of a conventional shock absorber structure of the clutch, and the shock absorbing disc is provided with a self-tapping flange hole and a flange hole positioning pin; the corrugated plate component of the friction plate is a structure of a conventional friction plate and an integral corrugated plate component of the clutch, and pin holes and mounting holes can be formed in the inner side of the corrugated plate.
The invention has the advantages that:
1. the clutch driven disc provided by the invention can be quickly disassembled into the friction plate corrugated plate assembly and the shock absorber assembly, and can also be quickly assembled into the clutch driven disc through the self-tapping screw. When the driven disc is maintained after sale, if one part of the components is in good condition, only the other half of the damaged components need to be replaced; partial replacement and quick assembly and disassembly can save 50% of material cost for a customer to maintain the driven disc.
2. The clutch driven disc adopts 4 positioning pins for positioning and 24 self-tapping screws for locking and fixing the shock absorber assembly and the friction plate corrugated plate assembly, and the self-tapping screws have self-locking capacity, so that the clutch driven disc can effectively meet the technical requirements in the aspects of precision and firmness.
