According to the invention, the liquid medicine is continuously pumped back and injected into the combustion chamber to realize the circulation and dynamic flushing of the combustion chamber by the liquid medicine, the flowing of the liquid medicine has a flushing effect on carbon deposition, and the cleaning effect is better; the carbon deposit in the liquid medicine after the washing can be filtered through the filter element, the carbon deposit that guarantees to wash away can not remain in the combustion chamber, avoids having the carbon deposit to remain the condition after the washing.

Background

The pressure gauge 2 is used for observing the air pressure in the positive air pressure pipe 15 so as to perform regulation control.
The temperature sensors 12 on the return pipe 8 and the liquid feeding pipe 10 monitor the temperature of the liquid medicine in the return pipe; the heating rod 13 heats the liquid medicine when the liquid medicine flows into the transparent tank body 6 to ensure the temperature of the liquid medicine, and the cleaning effect is better when the liquid medicine is about 80 ℃; when the chemical liquid flows out of the transparent tank 6, the transparent tank 6 is empty, and the heating rod 13 stops heating.
The heating rod 13 is protected from overheating, and the control of the temperature sensor 12 is not required.
The positive pressure pipe electromagnetic valve 16, the liquid adding electromagnetic valve 11, the negative pressure pipe electromagnetic valve 4, the backflow electromagnetic valve 9 and the PLC of the device are connected, automatic control is carried out to continuously wash liquid medicine, liquid drainage time and liquid pumping time can be set during washing, and liquid drainage 10S and liquid pumping 10S can be set.
The design of the invention is as follows: the liquid medicine is continuously pumped back and injected into the combustion chamber to realize the circulation and dynamic flushing of the combustion chamber by the liquid medicine, the flowing of the liquid medicine has a flushing effect on the carbon deposition, and the cleaning effect is better; the carbon deposit in the liquid medicine after the washing can be filtered through the filter element, the carbon deposit that guarantees to wash away can not remain in the combustion chamber, avoids having the carbon deposit to remain the condition after the washing.
