Detailed Description
The invention discloses a tamping tool and tamping equipment, which can be used for compacting a small-area and ensuring that the compacting strength reaches the standard.
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, a tamping tool according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a pressing plate 1 and a sleeve 2. Wherein: the bottom surface of the pressing plate 1 is of a plane structure for compaction; the central axis of the sleeve 2 is vertical to the bottom surface of the pressing plate 1, the bottom end of the sleeve 2 is fixedly connected with the upper surface of the pressing plate 1, and an inner hole in the top end of the sleeve 2 is matched with the bottom end of the breaking hammer pick (namely the bottom end of the drill rod). The 'adaptation' means that the bottom end of the breaking hammer pick head can be conveniently and smoothly inserted into the sleeve 2, and the breaking hammer pick head does not shake, incline and can be detached. In a preferred embodiment, the inner diameter of the sleeve 2 is 2mm larger than the shank diameter.
Specifically, the pressing plate 1 is preferably a steel plate, and the sleeve 2 is preferably a steel sleeve. Alternatively, in other embodiments, other materials for the platen and sleeve may be used depending on the application.
Specifically, the pressure plate 1 and the sleeve 2 are fixedly connected through welding. Alternatively, in other embodiments, the pressure plate 1 and the sleeve 2 may be fixedly connected by other connecting structures, such as a lug plate structure and bolts, and a flange structure and bolts.
Specifically, the platen 1 is a circular platen or a square platen. If the pressing plate 1 is a circular pressing plate, the diameter of the pressing plate preferably ranges from 100mm to 400mm, such as 150mm, 200mm and 250 mm; if the pressing plate 1 is a square pressing plate, the side length thereof preferably ranges from 100mm to 400mm, such as 150mm, 200mm, and 250 mm. And, according to the principle that the smaller the stress area is, the greater the pressure intensity is, the higher the requirement on the compaction degree is, the smaller the area of the pressing plate selected in the tamping tool is.
Specifically, the thickness of the pressing plate 1 ranges from 1.5mm to 3mm (preferably 2 mm); the thickness of the side wall of the sleeve 2 ranges from 4mm to 6mm (preferably 5 mm).
Preferably, the bottom end of the inner bore of the sleeve 2 is provided as a tapered bore (a tapered through bore or a tapered blind bore) adapted to the bottom end of the breaking hammer.
Furthermore, still include stiffening rib plate 3 among the above-mentioned tamping tool, the side of stiffening rib plate 3 links firmly with the bottom outside of sleeve 2, and the base of stiffening rib plate 3 links firmly with clamp plate 1. For example, referring to fig. 2 and 3, the plurality of reinforcing ribs 3 are provided and arranged uniformly around the central axis of the sleeve 2.
The embodiment of the invention also provides tamping equipment which comprises an excavator cab, an excavator breaking hammer and the tamping tool, wherein the excavator breaking hammer is detachably connected with the sleeve 2 of the tamping tool.
Specifically, hanging rings are respectively additionally arranged on the side surface of the breaking hammer of the excavator and the sleeve 2 of the tamping tool. When the tamping tool is installed on the breaking hammer pick head, the steel wire rope is firstly sleeved into the hanging ring, and then the drill rod of the breaking hammer of the excavator and the sleeve 2 of the tamping tool are bound and fixedly connected through the steel wire rope, so that the steel wire rope can be fixed, and the tamping tool can be prevented from falling off accidentally.
It should be noted that the excavator breaking hammer is a construction machine. When the tamping tool is not installed, the static pressure of liquid is used as power to drive the piston to reciprocate in the working process of the breaking hammer of the excavator, the breaking hammer pick head is impacted at a high speed in the piston stroke, and the breaking hammer pick head breaks solid such as ore, concrete and the like. After the breaking hammer of the excavator is provided with the tamping tool, the hydrostatic pressure drives the piston to reciprocate, so that the breaking hammer pick drives the tamping tool to compact (i.e. tamp) a target position.
During construction, the tamping tool is installed at the bottom end of the breaking hammer (namely the bottom end of the breaking hammer pick head) of the excavator, and after the tamping tool is installed, the breaking hammer pick head is perpendicular to the bottom surface of the pressing plate. Specifically, the construction process of the tamping tool and the tamping equipment is as follows:
a) inserting a breaking hammer drill rod into the steel sleeve;
b) the breaking hammer and the compaction tool are firmly connected by using a steel wire rope;
c) placing a compaction tool at a location where compaction is desired;
d) and starting a breaking hammer to hammer and compact the part.
In summary, the compaction tool provided by the embodiment of the invention and the compaction equipment consisting of the excavator cab, the excavator breaking hammer and the compaction tool can utilize the impact force of the breaking hammer to act on the pressing plate so as to compact the base layer, thereby improving the compaction quality of the roadbed and various foundations, and reducing the risks of later pavement cracking and uneven settlement of various foundations. In addition, the tamping tool is matched with a breaking hammer of an excavator for use, so that the maneuvering and flexible capacity of the excavator can be utilized, the compaction operation can be conveniently carried out at narrow space and rugged and uneven terrain, the tamping tool is not only suitable for foundations with relatively flat terrain, but also suitable for roadbeds and various foundations with relatively large gradients and needing compaction, and the application range is very wide. In addition, because the crushing cone and the tamping tool are small in size, and the excavator is flexible, the tamping tool and the tamping equipment provided by the invention can be used for quickly tamping in a small range, and the compaction force can be adjusted and controlled, so that the compaction strength can be guaranteed to reach the standard.
