Control test
The present examples 1-5 differ from conventional rolling (control) in step C of the above example, where the rolling was once tempered at a tempering temperature of 160 ℃.
To illustrate the advantages of the present invention, the hardness and residual stress were measured after the final quenching and tempering of the products of examples 1 to 5 and the control test. The results of the measurements are shown in the following table:
from the table, it can be seen that the tempering hardness of the steel prepared in the embodiments 1 to 5 is higher than that after one-time tempering, and the residual stress is lower; namely, high-low temperature combined tempering treatment is adopted, and the roller can obtain high hardness when being tempered at higher temperature.
