Abstract
The invention discloses a water-based epoxy paint and a preparation method and application thereof, wherein the water-based epoxy paint comprises a main paint component and a curing material component, and the mass ratio of the main paint component to the curing material component is (1-3): (1-1.2); the main paint component comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 40-50% of epoxy emulsion, 2-8% of first water-based auxiliary agent, 2-3% of carbon black, 10-20% of anti-rust pigment, 10-20% of filler and 10-25% of deionized water; the curing material comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 20-35% of polyamide curing agent, 30-35% of waterborne epoxy curing agent, 15-25% of second waterborne auxiliary agent, 15-20% of complex solvent and the balance of deionized water. According to the invention, through the specific matching arrangement of the main paint component and the curing material component, the prepared water-based epoxy paint can adapt to the uniform coating of the inside and the outside of the cross axle sleeve, has good adhesive force with the inner surface and the outer surface of the sleeve, and obviously prolongs the service life of the spray paint on the cross axle sleeve.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of chemical coating, in particular to a water-based epoxy paint and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
The universal joint is a connecting piece, is a machine part for realizing variable-angle power transmission and is used for changing the position of a transmission axis direction. The universal joint has a central universal joint cross with four journals facing away from one another, which are arranged in pairs on two perpendicular axes and are connected to one another by ends facing the center of the universal joint cross; the journals disposed on the common axis are each connected to a forked end of the shaft so that the shaft can deflect about the common axis of the respective pair of journals. Generally, a process of integrally spraying paint on a universal joint with a cross shaft installed is needed, and specifically, four sleeves of the cross shaft need to be sprayed with paint; the sleeve of the cross shaft is divided into two parts, one part is a smooth metal outer ring, the other part is an inner ring with a thread fine ring or certain roughness, and because the materials of the two surfaces are different, the adhesive force of the water-based paint cannot meet the requirement that the cross-cut method is not more than 1 grade, and particularly, the paint spraying on the surface of the sleeve often has the defect of poor adhesive force. Therefore, a new solution is needed to solve the above problems in the prior art.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a water-based epoxy paint, and a preparation method and application thereof, which are used for solving the problem of poor adhesion of a spray paint on the inner surface and the outer surface of a metal sleeve in the prior art.
To solve the above technical problem, the present invention provides a first solution: the water-based epoxy paint comprises a main paint component and a curing material component, wherein the mass ratio of the main paint component to the curing material component is (1-3): (1-1.2); the main paint component comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 40-50% of epoxy emulsion, 2-8% of first water-based auxiliary agent, 2-3% of carbon black, 10-20% of anti-rust pigment, 10-20% of filler and 10-25% of deionized water; the curing material comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 20-35% of polyamide curing agent, 30-35% of waterborne epoxy curing agent, 15-25% of second waterborne auxiliary agent, 15-20% of complex solvent and the balance of deionized water.
Preferably, the first aqueous auxiliary agent comprises an aqueous wetting agent, an aqueous flatting agent, an aqueous dispersing agent, an aqueous defoaming agent and an aqueous adhesion promoter; wherein the water-based adhesion promoter is an epoxy-terminated adhesion promoter.
Preferably, the aqueous wetting agent comprises a bisker chemical agent BYK-346 and the aqueous leveling agent comprises a bisker chemical agent BYK-333.
Preferably, the rust-preventive pigment is an ion-exchange rust-preventive pigment, and the filler includes either or both of an organic earth and a polyamide wax.
Preferably, the polyamide curing agent is polyamide 650 curing agent, and the blending solvent is ethylene glycol monobutyl ether.
Preferably, the second aqueous adjuvant comprises a flash rust inhibitor comprising N, N-dimethylethanolamine and a substrate wetting agent comprising TEGO Wet 270.
To solve the above technical problem, the present invention provides a second solution: in particular to a preparation method of a water-based epoxy paint, which is used for preparing the water-based epoxy paint in the first solution scheme and comprises the following steps: sequentially adding the first water-based auxiliary agent, the carbon black, the anti-rust pigment, the filler and the deionized water into the epoxy emulsion according to the preparation ratio, and uniformly mixing to obtain a main paint component; sequentially adding a polyamide curing agent, a second aqueous auxiliary agent, a matched solvent and deionized water into an aqueous epoxy curing agent according to a preparation ratio, and uniformly mixing to obtain a curing material component; the main paint component and the curing material component are mixed according to the mass ratio (1-3): (1-1.2) uniformly mixing to obtain the water-based epoxy paint.
To solve the above technical problem, the present invention provides a third solution: in particular to application of water-based epoxy paint, and the water-based epoxy paint in the first solution is used for spraying the surfaces of an inner ring and an outer ring of a sleeve of a universal joint cross shaft.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: compared with the prior art, the invention provides the water-based epoxy paint and the preparation method and application thereof, and the prepared water-based epoxy paint can adapt to the uniform coating of the inside and the outside of the cross shaft sleeve and has good adhesive force with the inner surface and the outer surface of the sleeve by the specific matching arrangement of the main paint component and the curing material component, so that the service life of the paint on the cross shaft sleeve is obviously prolonged.

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. The first solution provided by the invention is specifically a water-based epoxy paint which comprises a main paint component and a curing material component, wherein the mass ratio of the main paint component to the curing material component is (1-3): (1-1.2); the main paint component comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 40-50% of epoxy emulsion, 2-8% of first water-based auxiliary agent, 2-3% of carbon black, 10-20% of anti-rust pigment, 10-20% of filler and 10-25% of deionized water; the curing material comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 20-35% of polyamide curing agent, 30-35% of waterborne epoxy curing agent, 15-25% of second waterborne auxiliary agent, 15-20% of complex solvent and the balance of deionized water. The selection of each component reagent is described in detail below.
Specifically, the first aqueous auxiliary agent comprises an aqueous wetting agent, an aqueous flatting agent, an aqueous dispersing agent, an aqueous defoaming agent and an aqueous adhesion promoter; the waterborne leveling agent comprises a bisker chemical auxiliary agent BYK-346, and the waterborne leveling agent comprises a bisker chemical auxiliary agent BYK-333; the first aqueous adjuvant functions to enhance adhesion while providing a degree of miscibility of the components of the main vehicle. The antirust pigment is an ion exchange antirust pigment, and the filler comprises one or two of organic soil and polyamide wax.
Specifically, the polyamide curing agent is polyamide 650 curing agent, and the blending solvent is ethylene glycol monobutyl ether.

The second solution provided in the present invention is specifically a method for preparing a water-based epoxy paint, which is used for preparing the water-based epoxy paint in the first solution, and comprises the following steps:
(1) and sequentially adding the first water-based auxiliary agent, the carbon black, the anti-rust pigment, the filler and the deionized water into the epoxy emulsion according to the preparation proportion, and uniformly mixing to obtain the main paint component.
(2) And sequentially adding the polyamide curing agent, the second aqueous auxiliary agent, the matched solvent and the deionized water into the aqueous epoxy curing agent according to the preparation proportion, and uniformly mixing to obtain the curing material component.
(3) The main paint component and the curing material component are mixed according to the mass ratio (1-3): (1-1.2) uniformly mixing to obtain the water-based epoxy paint.
The proportions of the components in the preparation method are consistent with those in the first solution, and are not described herein again.
The third solution provided by the invention is specifically an application of the water-based epoxy paint, the water-based epoxy paint in the first solution is used for spraying the surfaces of an inner ring and an outer ring of a sleeve of a universal joint cross, and the applied cross sleeve material can comprise 40Cr alloy steel, 40CrNi alloy steel, 20CrMo alloy steel and the like.

Example 1
The procedure for preparing the waterborne epoxy paint of example 1 is as follows:
(1) sequentially adding a first water-based auxiliary agent, carbon black, an antirust pigment, a filler and deionized water into an epoxy emulsion, wherein the mass ratio of the epoxy emulsion to the first water-based auxiliary agent to the carbon black to the antirust pigment to the filler is 43: 5: 2:15:15, and uniformly mixing to obtain the main paint component.
(2) And sequentially adding a polyamide curing agent, a second aqueous auxiliary agent, a matching solvent and deionized water into the aqueous epoxy curing agent, wherein the mass ratio of the polyamide curing agent to the aqueous epoxy curing agent to the second aqueous auxiliary agent to the matching solvent is 25:30:15:15, and uniformly mixing to obtain the curing material component.
(3) Mixing the main paint component and the curing material component according to a mass ratio of 1:1 to obtain the water-based epoxy paint I.
Example 2
The aqueous epoxy paint of example 2 was prepared as follows:
(1) sequentially adding a first water-based auxiliary agent, carbon black, an antirust pigment, a filler and deionized water into an epoxy emulsion, wherein the mass ratio of the epoxy emulsion to the first water-based auxiliary agent to the carbon black to the antirust pigment to the filler is 45: 6: 2:15:20, and obtaining the main paint component after uniform mixing.
(2) And sequentially adding a polyamide curing agent, a second aqueous auxiliary agent, a matching solvent and deionized water into the aqueous epoxy curing agent, wherein the mass ratio of the polyamide curing agent to the aqueous epoxy curing agent to the second aqueous auxiliary agent to the matching solvent is 35:30:16:15, and uniformly mixing to obtain the curing material component.
(3) And uniformly mixing the main paint component and the curing material component according to the mass ratio of 1:1.2 to obtain the water-based epoxy paint II.
Example 3
The procedure for preparing the waterborne epoxy paint of example 3 is as follows:
(1) sequentially adding a first water-based auxiliary agent, carbon black, an antirust pigment, a filler and deionized water into an epoxy emulsion, wherein the mass ratio of the epoxy emulsion to the first water-based auxiliary agent to the carbon black to the antirust pigment to the filler is 45: 5: 2:20:15, and obtaining the main paint component after uniform mixing.
(2) And sequentially adding a polyamide curing agent, a second aqueous auxiliary agent, a matching solvent and deionized water into the aqueous epoxy curing agent, wherein the mass ratio of the polyamide curing agent to the aqueous epoxy curing agent to the second aqueous auxiliary agent to the matching solvent is 25:30:18:15, and uniformly mixing to obtain the curing material component.
(3) Mixing the main paint component and the curing material component according to a mass ratio of 2:1, uniformly mixing to obtain the water-based epoxy paint III.
The water-based epoxy paints I to III prepared in the embodiments 1 to 3 are respectively sprayed on the surfaces of the inner ring and the outer ring of three groups of cross axle sleeves with the same specification, the selected cross axle sleeves are respectively selected from 40Cr alloy steel, 40CrNi alloy steel and 20CrMo alloy steel, and the adhesion force of the samples is tested, and the results are shown in table 1.

Compared with the prior art, the invention provides the water-based epoxy paint and the preparation method and application thereof, and the prepared water-based epoxy paint can adapt to the uniform coating of the inside and the outside of the cross shaft sleeve and has good adhesive force with the inner surface and the outer surface of the sleeve by the specific matching arrangement of the main paint component and the curing material component, so that the service life of the paint on the cross shaft sleeve is obviously prolonged.

the curing material comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 20-35% of polyamide curing agent, 30-35% of waterborne epoxy curing agent, 15-25% of second waterborne auxiliary agent, 15-20% of complex solvent and the balance of deionized water.
2. The water-based epoxy paint as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first water-based auxiliary agent comprises a water-based wetting agent, a water-based leveling agent, a water-based dispersing agent, a water-based defoaming agent and a water-based adhesion promoter;
wherein the water-based adhesion promoter is an epoxy-terminated adhesion promoter.
3. The waterborne epoxy paint of claim 2, wherein the waterborne wetting agent comprises BYK-346, and the waterborne leveling agent comprises BYK-333.
4. The water-based epoxy paint according to claim 1, wherein the rust inhibitive pigment is an ion exchange rust inhibitive pigment, and the filler comprises either one or both of an organic earth and a polyamide wax.
5. The waterborne epoxy paint of claim 1, wherein the polyamide curing agent is a polyamide 650 curing agent and the coordinating solvent is ethylene glycol butyl ether.
6. The waterborne epoxy paint of claim 1, wherein the second waterborne adjuvant comprises a flash rust inhibitor comprising N, N-dimethylethanolamine and a substrate wetting agent comprising TEGO Wet 270.
7. A method for preparing the water-based epoxy paint according to any one of claims 1 to 6, characterized by comprising the steps of:
sequentially adding the first water-based auxiliary agent, the carbon black, the anti-rust pigment, the filler and the deionized water into the epoxy emulsion according to the preparation ratio, and uniformly mixing to obtain a main paint component;
sequentially adding a second aqueous auxiliary agent, a matched solvent and deionized water into the aqueous epoxy curing agent according to a preparation ratio, and uniformly mixing to obtain a curing material component;
the main paint component and the curing material component are mixed according to the mass ratio (1-3): (1-1.2) uniformly mixing to obtain the water-based epoxy paint.
8. The application of the water-based epoxy paint as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the water-based epoxy paint is used for spraying the surfaces of an inner ring and an outer ring of a sleeve of a universal joint cross shaft.
