In order to solve the technical problem, the invention is solved by the following technical scheme: a preparation method of an environment-friendly disperse scarlet 153 dye comprises the steps of mixing a disperse scarlet 153 crude dye as shown in a formula (I) and an auxiliary agent according to a mass ratio of 0.833-4.07, putting the mixture into a high-speed shearing machine, adding water which is 1.60 times less than the disperse scarlet 153 crude dye according to the mass ratio, and shearing and grinding the mixture at a high speed of 2500-3000 rpm for 6-8 hours by grinding beads which account for 70-75% of the volume of a grinding cavity; the resulting shear dispersion is placed in a mill to account forGrinding beads with the average diameter of 0.5mm, the volume of which is 70-75% of the grinding cavity, are circularly ground for 4-5 hours at the rotating speed of 2000 rpm; standing and filtering to obtain liquid disperse scarlet 153 dye, adding water to compound until the total amount of water is 1.70-3 times of that of the disperse scarlet 153 crude dye, grinding at 2000rpm for 2-3 hours to obtain a disperse scarlet 153 liquid dye finished product, or drying to obtain a powder disperse scarlet 153 dye finished product with the particle size of the disperse scarlet 153 crude dye being less than or equal to 100nm,the disperse scarlet 153 dye is improved by a processing technology, so that particles of the disperse scarlet 153 crude dye are ground to be finer, the dissolving amount of the disperse scarlet 153 crude dye in water is ensured to reach the maximum value before compounding, the particle size of the disperse scarlet 153 crude dye after drying is ensured to be less than or equal to 100nm, the disperse dye can be dissolved on the premise that fewer auxiliaries are mixed in a finished product, the disperse auxiliaries are saved, and the production cost of a dye factory is reduced; the strength of the dye is improved, the color saturation and the color fastness of a printing and dyeing product are ensured, and the dye has the advantages of light chroma of dyeing residual liquid, low COD (chemical oxygen demand), strong dye permeability, improved dyeing rate, low water consumption for dyeing post-treatment and obviously reduced production cost of a printing and dyeing mill.
In the above technical solution, preferably, the auxiliary agent is one or a combination of more of lignin 83A, lignin 85A, a dispersant NNO, a dispersant MF, a dispersant CNF, a special dispersant and lignosulfonate.
In the above technical solution, preferably, the mass ratio of the disperse scarlet 153 crude dye to the auxiliary agent is 1.13-2.14.
In the above technical solution, preferably, the grinding beads are one or more of zirconium beads, zirconium oxide beads, and zirconium silicate beads.

The disperse scarlet 153 dye is improved through a processing technology, particularly a grinding technology, so that particles of the disperse scarlet 153 crude dye are ground to be finer, the dissolving amount of the disperse scarlet 153 crude dye in water is ensured to reach the maximum value before compounding, the particle size of the disperse scarlet 153 crude dye after drying is ensured to be less than or equal to 100nm, the disperse dye can be dissolved on the premise that fewer auxiliaries are mixed in a finished product, the disperse auxiliaries are saved, and the production cost of a dye factory is reduced; the strength of the dye is improved, the color saturation and the color fastness of a printing and dyeing product are ensured, and the dye has the advantages of light chroma of dyeing residual liquid, low COD (chemical oxygen demand), strong dye permeability, improved dyeing rate, low water consumption for dyeing post-treatment and obviously reduced production cost of a printing and dyeing mill, and achieves the purposes of energy conservation and emission reduction.
