Abstract
The invention relates to a packaging process of a film coiled material, which relates to the technical field of coiled material packaging, and is characterized in that a coiled material paper core is coiled at high pressure by adopting high-strength kraft paper and polyvinyl acetate, and is baked and dried at high temperature; after the coiled material product is wound on the coiled material paper core, a layer of polyethylene foam is wrapped outside the product; annular paper corner protectors are wrapped at the outer corner parts of the coiled material product, namely the outer corners of two end faces of the coiled material product; the whole outer surface layer is wrapped by a high-strength kraft paper composite plastic woven and double-faced laminating packaging leather; folding and folding the two end parts longer than the whole body into the paper core of the coiled material so as to form a relatively sealed whole body; high-strength plastic plugs are knocked in two ends of the coiled paper core. The invention aims to overcome the defects and shortcomings of the prior art, provides a packaging process of a film coiled material, solves the problem of poor protection capability of the conventional packaging, has certain waterproof, moistureproof and dustproof effects, can avoid deformation of a coiled material paper core, and is simple in packaging operation and uniform and attractive in appearance.

firstly, rolling a coiled material paper core by adopting high-strength kraft paper and polyvinyl acetate at high pressure, and baking and drying at high temperature to improve the compression resistance and moisture resistance of the coiled material paper core;
step two, after the coiled material product is wound on the coiled material paper core, a layer of polyethylene foam is wrapped outside the product to buffer external physical impact;
step three, wrapping annular paper angle guards at outer corners of the coiled material product, namely the outer corners of two end faces of the coiled material product, wherein the coiled material product, the polyethylene foam cotton and the angle guards form a whole, so that the scratch resistance and damage resistance of corner positions are improved;
step four, wrapping the integral outer surface layer formed in the step three by using a high-strength kraft paper composite plastic woven and double-sided laminating packaging leather, and enabling two ends of the high-strength kraft paper composite plastic woven and double-sided laminating packaging leather to be longer than the whole; the functions of rain prevention, moisture prevention, dust prevention and improvement of the tear resistance of the outer package are achieved;
folding and internally folding two end parts longer than the whole body in the fourth step into the paper core of the coiled material, thereby forming a relatively sealed whole body and further improving the waterproof, damp-proof and dustproof performances of the package;
and step six, knocking high-strength plastic plugs into two ends of the coiled material paper core, fixing the high-strength kraft paper composite plastic woven double-faced laminating packaging skin folded in the coiled material paper core, and simultaneously supporting two ends of the coiled material paper core to further avoid deformation of the coiled material paper core in the storage and transportation process.
Preferably, the outer surface of the high-strength kraft paper composite plastic woven and double-sided laminating packaging leather is printed in color register, the printed content comprises product categories, company information, storage and transportation attention points and the like, and the appearance is uniform and attractive.
Preferably, the thickness of the polyethylene foam is 5 mm.
Preferably, the high strength plastic stopper has an outer diameter of 76mm and a length of 40mm deep into the core of the web.

step four, wrapping the integral outer surface layer formed in the step three by using a high-strength kraft paper composite plastic woven and double-sided laminating packaging leather (5), and enabling two ends of the high-strength kraft paper composite plastic woven and double-sided laminating packaging leather (5) to be longer than the whole;
folding the two end parts longer than the whole in the step (V) and taking the two end parts into the coiled material paper core (1) so as to form a relatively sealed whole;
and step six, knocking high-strength plastic plugs (4) into two ends of the coiled material paper core (1), fixing the high-strength kraft paper composite plastic woven and double-sided film coated packaging skin (5) folded in the coiled material paper core (1), and simultaneously supporting two ends of the coiled material paper core (1) to further avoid deformation of the coiled material paper core caused in the storage and transportation process.
