Claims (9)

1. A net covering device is characterized by comprising a supporting unit (100), a net covering unit (200), a cutting unit (300) and a net cover supplying unit (400); the supporting unit (100) is arranged opposite to the net sleeving unit (200), and the cutting unit (300) is arranged in the lateral direction of the net sleeving unit (200);
the supporting unit (100) is used for driving fruits and vegetables to be netted to be close to or far away from the net sleeving unit (200), the net sleeve supplying unit (400) is used for storing net sleeves, the net sleeving unit (200) can obtain the net sleeves from the net sleeve supplying unit (400) and net-sleeves the fruits and vegetables on the supporting unit (100), and the cutting unit (300) is used for cutting off the net sleeves on the fruits and vegetables after net sleeving;
the net sleeving unit (200) comprises a net sleeving rack (210), a mounting plate (220), a clamping and opening mechanism and a first driving mechanism (240); the upper end of the netting frame (210) is provided with a strip-shaped through hole (211) for allowing the netting conveyed by the netting supply unit (400) to pass through;
the clamping and propping mechanism is arranged on the mounting plate (220), and has a contraction state and an expansion state; when the clamping and expanding mechanism is in a contraction state, the clamping and expanding mechanism is used for clamping the net sleeve extending out of the strip-shaped through hole (211); when the clamping and expanding mechanism is in an expanding state, the clamping and expanding mechanism is used for expanding the net sleeve;
the first driving mechanism (240) is arranged on the netting rack (210), and the driving end of the first driving mechanism (240) is connected with the mounting plate (220) and used for driving the mounting plate (220) and the clamping and opening mechanism to be close to or far away from the supporting unit (100).

A screen device as recited in claim 1, wherein the clamping and spreading mechanism comprises a plurality of driving motors (231), each driving motor (231) is connected with a screen claw (232), the mounting plate (220) is provided with an opening for the screen to pass through, and the plurality of driving motors (231) are arranged at intervals along the circumference of the opening;
the driving motors (231) respectively drive the net sleeving claws (232) to close towards the net sleeving direction for clamping the net sleeving; the driving motors (231) respectively drive the net sleeving claws (232) to be opened towards the direction away from the net sleeving for propping open the net sleeving.
3. A netting device according to claim 2, characterized in that the netting gripper (232) comprises a main bar (2321) and a fulcrum bar (2322);
one end of the main rod (2321) is connected with the driving motor (231), the branch rod (2322) is connected to the lateral direction of one end, away from the driving motor (231), of the main rod (2321), and the extending direction of the branch rod (2322) is not collinear with the extending direction of the main rod (2321).
4. A screen device according to claim 1, wherein the cutting unit (300) comprises a cutting drive mechanism (320) and a cutter (310); the movable end of the cutting driving mechanism (320) is connected with the cutter (310) and used for driving the cutter (310) to stretch.
5. The net cover device according to claim 1, wherein the net cover supply unit (400) comprises a support (420) and a winding drum (410);
the support (420) is arranged above the netting unit (200), the winding drum (410) is rotatably connected to the support (420), and the winding drum (410) is used for winding the netting.
6. A screen device as set forth in claim 5, characterized in that the screen supply unit (400) further comprises a limiting structure provided at the junction of the reel (410) and the support (420) for limiting the reverse rotation of the reel (410).

A screen device as claimed in any one of claims 1-6, characterized in that the screen device further comprises a fruit and vegetable conveying mechanism (500), the fruit and vegetable conveying mechanism (500) comprising a conveyor belt (510), a driving wheel (520), a driven wheel (530) and a tension wheel (540); the driving wheel (520) and the driven wheel (530) are connected through the transmission belt (510), and the tension wheel (540) is arranged between the driving wheel (520) and the driven wheel (530) and is used for tensioning the transmission belt (510);
the net sleeving and conveying device is characterized in that a positioning hole (511) is formed in the conveying belt (510), the supporting unit (100) comprises a bracket (110) and a supporting cylinder (120) connected with the bracket (110), the bracket (110) and the supporting cylinder (120) are arranged below the conveying belt (510), and the supporting cylinder (120) can drive the bracket (110) to move towards the net sleeving unit (200) after penetrating through the positioning hole (511).
8. A screen device as set forth in any of claims 1-6, characterized in that a clamping structure (250) is provided on the transport path of the screen between the screen supply unit (400) and the screen unit (200) for preventing reverse movement of the screen.
9. A fruit and vegetable netting system characterized by comprising the netting device of any one of claims 1 to 8.
