The door waterproof membrane manufactured by the process can play a role in preventing water and lowering sound, but if the door waterproof membrane reaches high-temperature weather XPE, the door waterproof membrane becomes soft and deforms, so that a soft tremolo abnormal sound is generated when a loudspeaker is started, and finally passengers feel uncomfortable in hearing.

The air outlet pipes of the air conditioners of examples 1 to 3 were tested. Testing the tearing strength of the product according to the specification of GB/T10808-2006 standard; waterproof testing was performed as specified by 6.3.4 standard in GB 18173.1-2006; the odor was tested as specified by the Q/BYDQ-A1901.771 standard; noise reduction was tested as specified by the GB/T21361-2017 standard.
