Abstract
The invention discloses a circulating blow molding system, which enables the circulating blow molding system to work according to a circulating mode of T-shaped piston plate extrusion, blowing of downward pressing of a blowing pipe, rebounding of the blowing pipe and feeding of a material storage cavity through an eccentric driving wheel, and has the advantages of stable circulating work, high synchronization rate, good rhythmicity and high production efficiency.

The invention relates to a blow molding device, in particular to a circular blow molding system.
Background
A blow molding machine is a plastic processing machine that blows a predetermined amount of liquid plastic to a mold cavity of a predetermined shape by using the wind power blown by the machine, thereby producing a plastic product.
The invention discloses a circular blow molding system which is stable in circular work, high in synchronization rate, good in rhythmicity and high in production efficiency.

A circulation blow molding system comprises a storage tank 1, wherein a T-shaped piston plate 2 is arranged inside the storage tank 1, one end of the storage tank 1 is connected with a feeding pipe 4, a storage cavity 3 is formed at one end, close to the feeding pipe 4, of the storage tank 1, a storage tank outlet 5 is formed in the lower portion of the storage cavity 3, and the storage tank outlet 5 is connected with an extruding pipe 6; the material storage tank 1 is connected with an extrusion chamber 7 through an extrusion pipe 6, an annular extrusion opening 8 is formed in the lower end face of the extrusion chamber 7, an air blowing pipe 9 penetrates through the extrusion chamber 7, one end, close to the annular extrusion opening 8, of the air blowing pipe 9 is a needle-shaped blowing opening 10, the other end of the air blowing pipe 9 is connected with an air inlet 11, and the air inlet 11 is connected with an air blowing device; symmetrical wing plates 12 are arranged on the air blowing pipe 9, and the wing plates 12 are connected with the upper end face of the extrusion chamber 7 through elastic devices 13; the air blowing pipe 9 is abutted against the eccentric driving wheel 14 through a fixed connecting rod 16, and the T-shaped piston plate 2 is connected with the eccentric driving wheel 14 through a movable connecting rod 15.
Further, the eccentric drive wheel 14 is connected to a power unit.
Further, the tapered portion of the eccentric driving wheel 14 may be provided with a pressure sensor 17, and the pressure sensor 17 is provided in synchronization with the air blowing device.
Furthermore, a one-way valve can be arranged in the material extruding pipe 6 to prevent the material from being sucked back from the material extruding chamber when the material storage cavity is expanded for feeding.
The invention has the advantages that:
1. according to the invention, through the eccentric driving wheel, the circular blow molding system works according to the circular mode of T-shaped piston plate extrusion, air blowing pipe downward pressing air blowing, air blowing pipe rebounding and material storage cavity feeding, and the circular blow molding system has the advantages of stable circular work, high synchronization rate, good rhythm and high production efficiency;
2. the pointed cone part of the eccentric driving wheel is provided with the pressure sensor and is synchronous with the air blowing device, so that the synchronism and the rhythm of the circular blow molding system can be further improved, the working time of the air blowing device is shortened, and the energy consumption is reduced.

Example 1
A circular blow molding system comprises a storage tank 1, wherein a T-shaped piston plate 2 is arranged inside the storage tank 1, one end of the storage tank 1 is connected with a feeding pipe 4, a storage cavity 3 is formed at one end, close to the feeding pipe 4, of the storage tank 1, a storage tank outlet 5 is formed at the lower part of the storage cavity 3, and the storage tank outlet 5 is connected with a material extruding pipe 6; the material storage tank 1 is connected with an extrusion chamber 7 through an extrusion pipe 6, an annular extrusion hole 8 is formed in the lower end face of the extrusion chamber 7, an air blowing pipe 9 penetrates through the extrusion chamber 7, one end, close to the annular extrusion hole 8, of the air blowing pipe 9 is a needle-shaped blowing hole 10, the other end of the air blowing pipe 9 is connected with an air inlet 11, and the air inlet 11 is connected with an air blowing device; symmetrical wing plates 12 are arranged on the gas blow pipe 9, and the wing plates 12 are connected with the upper end surface of the extrusion chamber 7 through an elastic device 13; the air blowing pipe 9 is abutted against the eccentric driving wheel 14 through a fixed connecting rod 16, and the T-shaped piston plate 2 is connected with the eccentric driving wheel 14 through a movable connecting rod 15.
The working modes of the circulating blow molding system are as follows:
the eccentric driving wheel 14 is connected with a power device, the power device is started, the eccentric driving wheel 14 starts to rotate clockwise, the T-shaped piston plate 2 is driven by the movable connecting rod 15, and meanwhile, the abutted fixed connecting rod 16 slides on the surface of the eccentric driving wheel 14; when the pointed cone part of the eccentric driving wheel 14 is close to the T-shaped piston plate 2, as shown in fig. 1, the material in the material storage cavity 3 is extruded and is extruded from the annular extrusion opening 8 through the extrusion pipe 6 and the extrusion chamber 7; meanwhile, the fixed connecting rod 16 and the air blowing pipe 9 are kept in a contracted state; when the pointed cone part of the eccentric driving wheel 14 is close to the fixed connecting rod 16, as shown in fig. 2, the material storage cavity 3 is fed through the feeding pipe 4, the fixed connecting rod 16 is pressed down with the air blowing pipe 9, and the air blowing pipe 9 enters the mold to perform air blowing work; when the pointed conical part of the eccentric driving wheel 14 is far away from the fixed connecting rod 16, the fixed connecting rod 16 and the blowing pipe 9 start to be restored through the elastic device 13.
The material extruding and blowing work is controlled by the rotation of the eccentric driving wheel 14, so that the circular work is stable, the synchronization rate is high, the rhythm is good, and the production efficiency is high.
Example 2
As shown in fig. 3, on the basis of embodiment 1, a pressure sensor 17 is provided at the pointed cone portion of the eccentric driving wheel 14, and the pressure sensor 17 is provided synchronously with the air blowing device, that is, when the fixed connecting rod 16 abuts against the pressure sensor 17, the pressure sensor 17 detects the pressure, and then the air blowing device is started to blow air; when the fixed connecting rod 16 is disengaged from the pressure sensor 17, the air blowing device stops blowing air. The design further improves the synchronism and the rhythm of the circular blow molding system, reduces the working time of the air blowing device and reduces the energy consumption.
