After the guide block 51 is installed, a worker places the curved glass 12 to be processed in the water storage tank of the second sliding plate 32, then the first motor 25, the second motor 35 and the water pump 81 are started, the first motor 25 and the second motor 35 adjust the position of the second sliding plate 32 relative to the polishing roller 7 in the plane, then the polishing roller 7 is started, the first sliding plate 22 drives the curved glass 12 to slide to the polishing roller 7, and the curved glass 12 is polished through the brush roller 71.
Meanwhile, the first sliding plate 22 drives the bracket 5 and the guide block 51 to enable the pulley 58 to roll along the curved groove 52, and when meeting the radian of the surface of the curved glass 12, the sliding rod 57 and the polishing roller 7 are lifted and lowered in the vertical direction through the third sliding block 42 and the third sliding rail 41, so that the polishing roller 7 can polish the curved glass 12, and meanwhile, the guide block 51 supports the sliding rod 57 and the polishing roller 7, so that the pressure of the polishing roller 7 on the curved glass 12 is reduced.
Meanwhile, the water pump 81 pumps the cooling liquid in the storage tank 8 to the shunt pipe 83 through the water pipe 82, then the cooling liquid is sprayed out from the spray head 85 through the shunt pipe 83 and the spray pipe 84 and sprayed on the polishing roller 7 and the curved glass 12 below, then the cooling liquid is collected by the water storage tank of the second sliding plate 32, and finally returns to the storage tank 8 from the return pipe 86, so that the circulation of the cooling liquid is completed.
To sum up, polishing equipment can effectively polish plane glass and curved surface glass, has reduced the polishing equipment quantity that adopts when adding man-hour to plane glass and curved surface glass, has reduced the holistic later maintenance work load of polishing equipment.

the two sides of the first sliding plate (22) are provided with brackets (5), the brackets (5) are detachably connected with guide blocks (51), the side walls of the guide blocks (51) are provided with guide grooves in a penetrating way, and the sliding rods (57) transversely penetrate through the guide grooves;
the sliding rod (57) is sleeved with a pulley (58), and the bottom wall of the guide groove is provided with a pulley groove matched with the pulley (58);
the wheel groove is a straight groove (53) when the plane glass is processed, a first sliding plate (22) of the translation device drives the plane glass (11) to slide to a polishing roller (7) and polishes the plane glass (11) through a brush roller (71), and meanwhile, the first sliding plate (22) drives a support (5) and a guide block (51) to move synchronously, so that a pulley (58) rolls along the straight groove (53);
when the curved glass is processed, the guide block (51) with the wheel groove being a straight groove (53) is disassembled, and the guide block with the wheel groove being a curved groove (52) matched with the curved glass (12) to be processed is assembled on the first sliding plate (22); a first sliding plate (22) of the translation device drives the curved glass (12) to slide to the polishing roller (7), polishing the curved glass (12) by a brush roller (71); meanwhile, the first sliding plate (22) drives the bracket (5) and the guide block (51) to enable the pulley (58) to roll along the curved groove (52), when meeting the radian of the surface of the curved glass (12), the sliding rod (57) and the polishing roller (7) are lifted and lowered in the vertical direction through the third sliding block (42) and the third sliding rail (41), thereby enabling the polishing roller (7) to polish the curved glass (12), and simultaneously the guide block (51) supports the slide rod (57) and the polishing roller (7).
