The working principle is as follows: firstly, one end of a fixed tailstock 1 of the correcting device is fixed on a tool rest of a machine tool, and the central height of the correcting device is roughly adjusted; after the lathe is started, a bar rotates along with the equipment, the correcting device is close to the bar along with a tool rest of the lathe, the device is finely adjusted to a proper position in the vertical and horizontal directions, the tool rest is slowly moved, a bearing part of the correcting device contacts with raw materials and rotates along with a product, the bar is rapidly subjected to plastic deformation by virtue of extrusion force in the horizontal direction and concentric rotary extrusion force along with the product, the central axis of the bar is corrected, the position of the correcting device is not adjusted in the turning process, and further the straightness of the central axis of the whole bar part can be ensured.

Referring to fig. 1, the bottom of the fixing block 7 is connected with the connecting rod 6 through threads, inner rings of the two bearings 8 are respectively installed on bosses on two sides of the fixing block 7 and welded, and outer rings of the bearings 8 can freely rotate.
Referring to fig. 2 and 5, a square bump is processed at the middle section of the connecting rod 6, and the spring 9 is installed at the lower part of the connecting rod 6 and below the square bump of the connecting rod 6; the vertical adjusting block 3 is an integral structure formed by a cylinder and a rectangular structure, and a square blind hole 13 matched with a convex block above the connecting rod 6 is processed at the center of the cylinder part. In connecting rod 6 inserted square blind hole 13, the internal thread of lock nut 5 passed through threaded connection with the structural external screw thread of vertical adjusting block 3 cylinder, relied on the flexible volume of spring 9 to lock connecting rod 6 or follow axial concertina movement according to actual need. Similarly, referring to fig. 4, the vertical adjustment is realized by the sliding of the T-shaped groove on the vertical adjustment block 3 on the horizontal adjustment block 2, and when the adjustment is at the optimal position, the locking screw 4 is screwed into the threaded hole 11 for locking.
Referring to fig. 7, firstly, one end of the fixed tailstock 1 of the correcting device is fixed on a tool rest of a machine tool, and the central height of the device is roughly adjusted; after the lathe is started, a bar rotates along with the equipment, the correcting device is close to the bar along with a tool rest of the lathe, the device is finely adjusted to a proper position in the vertical and horizontal directions, the tool rest is slowly moved, a bearing part of the correcting device contacts with raw materials and rotates along with a product, the bar is rapidly subjected to plastic deformation by virtue of extrusion force in the horizontal direction and concentric rotary extrusion force along with the product, the central axis of the bar is corrected, the position of the correcting device is not adjusted in the turning process, and further the straightness of the central axis of the whole bar part can be ensured.
