Abstract
The invention discloses a cleaning system and a filter cleaning method, and belongs to the technical field of cleaning. The cleaning system comprises a conveying mechanism, an auxiliary cleaning channel and a main cleaning channel, wherein the conveying mechanism conveys products along a conveying direction; the auxiliary cleaning channel comprises a static removing device which is arranged beside the conveying mechanism and used for removing the static of the product; the main cleaning channel comprises a dust blowing device, the dust blowing device is arranged on the conveying mechanism in a spanning mode, and the products after static electricity elimination pass through the dust blowing device through the conveying mechanism. Wherein, conveying mechanism 1 carries the goods along direction of delivery, and conveying mechanism 1 includes base and conveyer belt, and the conveyer belt rotates to be set up on the base for transmit goods. The auxiliary cleaning channel comprises a static removing device 2, and the static removing device 2 is arranged beside the conveying mechanism 1 and used for removing static of the product. The main cleaning channel comprises a dust blowing device 3, the dust blowing device 3 is arranged on the conveying mechanism 1 in a spanning mode, and products subjected to static elimination pass through the dust blowing device 3 through the conveying mechanism 1. Specifically, the static removing device 2 is a plasma dust removing rod, the two sides of the conveying mechanism 1 are provided with the plasma dust removing rods, the plasma dust removing rods are arranged at intervals along the conveying direction, when a product passes through, the distance between every two plasma dust removing rods along the conveying direction is 40cm-50cm, and the wind speed of the plasma dust removing rods is 10-20 m/s.
In short, the cleaning system provided by the invention adopts the conveying mechanism 1 to convey the product along the conveying direction, and sequentially passes through the auxiliary cleaning channel and the main cleaning channel, the static removing device 2 of the auxiliary cleaning channel is arranged beside the conveying mechanism 1 to remove static carried by the product, the dust blowing device 3 of the main cleaning channel is arranged on the conveying mechanism 1 in a spanning manner, the product after static removal passes through the dust blowing device 3 through the conveying mechanism 1, the static removal of the product is realized, the adsorption force of floating dust on the surface of the product is reduced, then the dust blowing treatment process is carried out, the cleanliness of the surface of the product is improved, and the cleanness and the attractiveness of the surface of the product are ensured.
Further, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, the cleaning system further includes a closed cover 4, the conveying mechanism 1, the static removing device 2 and the dust blowing device 3 are all disposed in the closed cover 4, and an inlet 41 and an outlet 42 are disposed at two ends of the closed cover 4. The conveying mechanism 1, the static removing device 2 and the dust blowing device 3 are all arranged in the closed cover 4, so that the auxiliary cleaning channel and the main cleaning channel are kept in a relatively closed state, external flying dust is prevented from entering the closed cover 4, an inlet 41 and an outlet 42 are arranged at two ends of the closed cover 4, and the conveying mechanism 1 can carry products to enter and exit conveniently.
Further, as shown in fig. 1, the cleaning system further comprises an air handler 5, and an air inlet of the air handler 5 is communicated with the main cleaning channel for collecting the air blown by the processing dust-blowing device 3. Air inlet and the clean passageway intercommunication of main of air handler 5, air handler 5's gas outlet passes airtight cover 4 and outside air intercommunication, blows dirt device 3 and blows the gas on goods surface and can carry the filth of going up the goods, handles through air handler 5, can collect centralized processing with the filth to discharge clean air, accord with the environmental protection requirement.
Further, as shown in fig. 3, the dust blowing device 3 includes a gantry 31 with a hollow interior and a universal nozzle assembly 32, the spraying angle of the universal nozzle assembly 32 is adjustable, the gantry 31 spans over the base of the conveying mechanism 1, and the universal nozzle assembly 32 is disposed inside the gantry 31 and is communicated with the gantry 31. The gantry 31 with a hollow interior is communicated with an external air pump to blow high-pressure clean air from the universal nozzle assembly 32 to the surface of the product. The universal nozzle assembly 32 of this implementation adopts adjustable shower nozzle, and the angle can slightly incline, blows or directly blows promptly all can to one side.
Further, as shown in fig. 3, the universal nozzle assembly 32 includes a first universal nozzle 321, and the first universal nozzle 321 is disposed at the top of the gantry 31 and has a downward spraying direction. The dust blowing device 3 blows the upper surface of the product from top to bottom.
Further, as shown in fig. 3, the universal nozzle assembly 32 further includes second universal nozzles 322, the second universal nozzles 322 are disposed on two opposite sides of the gantry 31, and the spraying directions of the second universal nozzles 322 on the two sides are opposite. The dust blowing means 3 is made to adopt the side of the blown article.
Further, as shown in fig. 3, the dust blowing device 3 further includes a sound deadening port, the first universal nozzle 321 and the second universal nozzle 322 are both provided with a sound deadening port, and the inner wall of the closed cover 4 is provided with soundproof cotton. The present embodiment also provides a filter cleaning method for treating a filter using the above-mentioned cleaning system, the filter cleaning method including the steps of: s1, placing a filter on the conveying mechanism 1 and enabling the filter to enter an auxiliary cleaning channel for static elimination; s2, the conveying mechanism 1 drives the filter to enter the main cleaning channel to blow dust. The surface of the filter is treated quickly, so that the cleanliness of the filter is improved, and the cleanness and the attractiveness of the surface of the filter are guaranteed.
The specific working process is as follows: the filter operates along with the conveying mechanism 1 → passes through the auxiliary cleaning channel, the surface static electricity is removed through the plasma static wind rod, the adsorption force of floating dust is reduced → the product enters the cleaning channel, the surface is finally cleaned through the cleaning wind of 50-70m/s blown out by the universal nozzle assembly 32 → the filter flows into the powder spraying process after cleaning.

a conveying mechanism (1) for conveying the product along a conveying direction;
the auxiliary cleaning channel comprises a static removing device (2), and the static removing device (2) is arranged beside the conveying mechanism (1) and is used for removing static of the product;
the main cleaning channel comprises a dust blowing device (3), the dust blowing device (3) is arranged on the conveying mechanism (1) in a spanning mode, and the products subjected to static elimination pass through the dust blowing device (3) through the conveying mechanism (1).

The cleaning system according to claim 1, further comprising a closed hood (4), wherein the conveying mechanism (1), the static removing device (2) and the dust blowing device (3) are all arranged in the closed hood (4), and an inlet (41) and an outlet (42) are arranged at two ends of the closed hood (4).
3. The cleaning system according to claim 2, further comprising an air handler (5), an air inlet of the air handler (5) being in communication with the main cleaning channel for collecting and handling air blown by the dust blowing device (3).

The cleaning system according to claim 2, wherein the dust blowing device (3) comprises a portal frame (31) with a hollow interior and a universal nozzle assembly (32), the spraying angle of the universal nozzle assembly (32) is adjustable, the portal frame (31) is spanned on the base of the conveying mechanism (1), and the universal nozzle assembly (32) is arranged on the inner side of the portal frame (31) and is communicated with the portal frame (31).
5. The cleaning system of claim 4, wherein the gimbaled nozzle assembly (32) comprises a first gimbaled nozzle (321), the first gimbaled nozzle (321) being disposed at the top of the gantry (31) with the spray direction facing downward.

The cleaning system of claim 5, wherein the universal nozzle assembly (32) further comprises a second universal nozzle (322), the second universal nozzle (322) is disposed on two opposite sides of the gantry (31), and the spraying directions of the second universal nozzle (322) on the two sides are opposite.

The cleaning system according to claim 6, wherein the dust blowing device (3) further comprises a sound deadening port, the first universal nozzle (321) and the second universal nozzle (322) are provided with the sound deadening ports, and the inner wall of the closed cover (4) is provided with soundproof cotton.

10. A method of cleaning a filter, using a cleaning system as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9 for treating a filter, comprising the steps of:
s1, placing the filter on the conveying mechanism (1) and enabling the filter to enter an auxiliary cleaning channel for static elimination;
s2, the conveying mechanism (1) drives the filter to enter a main cleaning channel for dust blowing treatment.
