The oral cavity cleaning device for the patients after the esophageal cancer operation is characterized by comprising a tooth socket, a water inlet pipe, a water outlet pipe, a negative pressure tank and a high pressure tank, wherein the tooth socket is made of elastic materials, the tooth socket is provided with a groove for accommodating teeth and gums of the oral cavity, the edge of the groove is provided with an elastic bag for sealing a gap between the tooth socket and the gums, the elastic bag is communicated with the groove through a pipeline, the pipeline is provided with a pressure limiting valve, the elastic bag is communicated with the high pressure tank through the water inlet pipe, and the groove is communicated with the negative pressure tank through the water outlet pipe; after the tooth socket is placed in place, firstly, the negative pressure tank is opened to enable negative pressure to be generated in the tooth socket, so that the tooth socket deforms inwards, and a gap between the tooth socket and a tooth bed is sealed; then opening the high-pressure tank, filling the elastic bag with liquid through the water inlet pipe, and flushing teeth and gums of a patient when the pressure of the elastic bag and the pressure in the groove are larger than a preset value; in the cleaning process, negative pressure is arranged in the tooth socket, high pressure is arranged at the edge, flexible bristles are arranged in grooves of the tooth socket, an arc-shaped guide rail is arranged outside the tooth socket and connected with the tooth socket in a detachable mode through a connecting rod, a magnetic component is arranged on the arc-shaped guide rail and generates a magnetic field which moves reciprocally along the arc-shaped guide rail, a metal sleeve made of soft magnetic materials is sleeved at one end of each bristle, the metal sleeve is connected with the tooth socket in a rotating mode, the magnetic component drives the metal sleeve to move through magnetic force, the magnetic component comprises a plurality of electromagnets which are arranged along the arc-shaped guide rail, the electromagnets are connected with a controller in a signal mode, and the controller supplies power to the electromagnets sequentially along the direction of the arc-shaped guide rail.

The oral cavity cleaning device for patients after esophageal cancer operation according to claim 1, wherein a water distribution pipe is arranged on the side wall of the groove, a plurality of water outlets are arranged on the water distribution pipe, the water outlets are positioned on the inner side and the outer side of teeth, and the water distribution pipe is communicated with the pipeline.

The oral cavity cleaning device for patients after esophageal cancer operation according to claim 2, wherein the water distribution pipe is communicated with the elastic bag through a plurality of pipelines, the pipelines are all provided with pressure limiting valves, each pressure limiting valve comprises a valve seat, a spring and a sealing plug, the valve seats are arranged in the pipelines, water flow channels are arranged in the middle of the valve seats, the sealing plugs and the springs are arranged in the valve seats, and the springs push the sealing plugs to cover the water outlet ends of the water flow channels.

A device for oral cavity cleaning of patients after esophageal cancer operation according to claim 2 or 3, wherein the water distribution pipe is made of latex material, the water distribution pipe has elasticity, the cross section of the water outlet is S-shaped, the water outlet is opened by expansion when the internal pressure of the water distribution pipe is increased, and the water outlet is closed by contraction when the internal pressure of the water distribution pipe is reduced.

The oral cavity cleaning device for patients after esophageal cancer operation according to claim 1, wherein the negative pressure tank is detachably connected with an air inlet end of the air pump, an air outlet end of the air pump is detachably connected with the high pressure tank, the negative pressure tank and the high pressure tank are respectively provided with a pressure regulating valve, and the negative pressure tank and the high pressure tank are respectively provided with a pressure detector.

The oral cavity cleaning device for patients after esophageal cancer surgery according to claim 5, wherein the water inlet pipe and the water outlet pipe are respectively provided with a stop valve, a telescopic pipe is arranged in the high-pressure tank, the water outlet pipe is communicated with the telescopic pipe, and the movable end of the telescopic pipe is connected with the lifting device.

The oral cavity cleaning device for patients after esophageal cancer operation according to claim 6, wherein the lifting device is an electric telescopic rod, the upper end of the electric telescopic rod is communicated with the high-pressure tank, and the lower end of the electric telescopic rod is connected with the movable end of the telescopic tube.
8. The device of claim 5, wherein the pressure regulating valve is a solenoid valve, and the solenoid valve and the pressure detector are in signal connection with the controller.
