1. A cable puncturing device, comprising: the device comprises a transmitting component and a grounding component;
the launching assembly comprises a downward pressing type launching driving mechanism and a launching gun, the downward pressing type launching driving mechanism is connected with the input end of the launching gun, and after the launching gun is filled with a shooting nail, the downward pressing type launching driving mechanism pushes the shooting nail to be shot from the muzzle of the launching gun;
the grounding assembly comprises a first lock catch, a second lock catch and a grounding rod, the first lock catch is detachably connected with the launching assembly, and the second lock catch is detachably connected with the grounding rod;
the first lock catch is provided with a first connecting piece, the first connecting piece is provided with a first clamping portion, the second lock catch is provided with a second connecting piece, the second connecting piece is provided with a second clamping portion matched with the first clamping portion, the grounding drill rod is inserted into the underground, the first clamping portion is fixed through a clamping screw rod after being clamped by the second clamping portion, and therefore the transmitting assembly is effectively grounded.
2. A cable puncturing device as defined in claim 1, wherein: the downward pressing type launching driving mechanism comprises a launching sleeve and a firing pin, and ammunition is integrally formed at the top of the firing pin;
the firing sleeve penetrates through the input end of the firing gun and is arranged in the firing gun in a sliding mode, the firing pin faces to ammunition located at the top of the firing nail, and the firing sleeve pushes the firing pin to impact the ammunition when sliding in the firing gun.
3. A cable puncturing device as claimed in claim 2, wherein: the downward pressing type launching driving mechanism also comprises a brake spring;
one end of the brake spring is fixedly connected with the launching sleeve, and the other end of the brake spring is provided with the firing pin, so that the brake spring applies elastic force to the firing pin to enable the firing pin to approach the launching gun.
