Abstract
The invention discloses a preparation method of a tire label composite material, which comprises the following steps: heating raw materials, scraping glue, looping, coiling, slitting, metering and packaging. The preparation method is simple and rapid in preparation process, the hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive is selected as a raw material to prepare the label material, the hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive is solvent-free, is more beneficial to environmental protection and safe production, is high in production efficiency and relatively low in production cost, and has bright metal glossiness, excellent gas and light barrier property and good moisture-proof, heat-resistant and puncture-resistant properties by adopting the PET aluminized film, so that a good protection effect can be provided for the composite material, and the service life of the composite material is prolonged.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of tire label preparation materials, in particular to a preparation method of a tire label composite material.
Background
When the tire leaves a factory, a tire label is required to be attached according to the national standard. The tire mark means that according to the national standard, the production number, the trademark of a manufacturer, the size specification, the level, the maximum load and the corresponding air pressure, the Chinese phonetic code of the tire body cord fabric, the installation requirement, the driving direction mark and the like are marked on the two sides of the outer tire.
The conventional tire label has short service life and poor use effect. The hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive is used as a raw material, and can be rapidly molded through various treatments such as heating, adhesive scraping, slitting and the like, and the composite material prepared by the method has a good using effect and can meet various purposes such as being used as a tire label.

The invention aims to provide a preparation method of a tire label composite material, which aims to solve the problems in the background technology.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme: a method of making a tire label composite, the method comprising the steps of:
1) heating raw materials: sending the hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive block or colloidal particle into a hot-melt adhesive machine, and setting the adhesive melting temperature of the hot-melt adhesive machine to be 150-180 ℃ to heat the hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive until the raw materials form a molten state;
2) scraping glue: heating the hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive to a molten state, and scraping the adhesive to the surface of the release paper by using a coating head;
3) and (3) ring doubling: the composite material is subjected to ring doubling by using a PET (polyethylene terephthalate) aluminizer, the colloid is positioned in the middle of the release paper and the PET aluminizer, and the formed composite material is uniformly adhered to the inner sides of the PET aluminizer and the release paper to form a glue layer;
4) ring folding: the glue layer is subjected to ring rolling and finishing, so that the occupied area is reduced, and the subsequent processing is facilitated;
5) slitting: cutting the formed composite material by using corresponding cutting equipment which is easy to operate, such as a cutter or a splitting machine, so that the cut composite material is formed into independent unit bodies independently;
6) metering: using a measuring tape or an electronic length counter to detect the length, the width and the thickness of the cut unit bodies, and independently taking out the unit bodies which do not accord with the size standard;
7) packaging: and collecting the unit bodies meeting the standard after being detected by the metering mechanism, and packaging and classifying the unit bodies into corresponding storage equipment for taking.
Preferably, the weight of the release paper is controlled to be 100-120 g.
Preferably, the hot melting time of the hot melt adhesive machine is set to be 3-30 s.
Preferably, the position of the glue solution in the glue tank of the hot melt glue machine is periodically checked during work, so that the liquid level is kept to be more than 75% of the volume of the glue tank.

When the hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive machine works, firstly, a hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive block or colloidal particles are sent into the hot-melt adhesive machine, the hot-melt temperature of the hot-melt adhesive machine is manually set to be 150-180 ℃ to heat the hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive until raw materials form a molten state, the hot-melt time of the hot-melt adhesive machine is set to be 3-30s, and the position of a colloidal solution in a colloidal box of the hot-melt adhesive machine is periodically checked during work to ensure that the liquid level is kept to be more than 75% of the volume of the colloidal box; heating the hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive to a molten state, and scraping the adhesive to the surface of release paper by using a coating head, wherein the weight of the release paper is controlled to be 100-120 g; the coating head, namely the coating scraper, is usually made of alloy tool steel with high strength and high hardness, the strength of the scraper is high, the straightness error of a cutting edge is small, the coating scraper is fixed and does not rotate during rubber scraping, the scraper position is adjusted and controlled by adopting a pneumatic and fine adjustment mechanism, the coating amount control and the rubber scraping precision are high, the use is also very convenient, the coating scraper has the advantages that the rubber scraping is uniform, the coating scraper is suitable for accurate rubber scraping of smooth roll gluing coating, the release paper is release paper which can prevent prepreg adhesion and can protect the prepreg from being polluted, and the release paper is butted with colloid and enables the colloid to form a uniform adhesive surface on the surface of the release paper.
The PET aluminizer is a barrier film formed by accumulating a thin layer of aluminum atoms on a high-quality PET film through a vacuum aluminizing process, has the advantages of bright metal glossiness, excellent gas and light barrier property, good moisture resistance, heat resistance and puncture resistance, can replace aluminum foil and the like, is widely applied to food packaging, cigarette blocking industrial packaging, compounding, printing, adhesive labels and the like, is positioned in the middle of release paper and the PET aluminizer, enables a glue layer to be stably attached between the release paper and the PET aluminizer in a pressurizing mode, and enables the formed composite material to be uniformly adhered to the inner sides of the PET aluminizer and the release paper to form the glue layer; then, the glue layer is subjected to ring rolling and finishing, so that the occupied area is reduced, and the subsequent processing is facilitated; then, cutting the formed composite material by using corresponding cutting equipment which is easy to operate, such as a cutter or a splitting machine, so that the cut composite material is independently formed into an independent unit body; secondly, detecting the length, the width and the thickness of the cut unit bodies by using a tape measure or an electronic length counter, and independently taking out the unit bodies which do not accord with the size standard; the unit bodies which do not accord with the standard can be placed in a centralized mode so as to be recycled, and finally the unit bodies which accord with the standard after being detected by the meter counting mechanism are collected and packaged and classified into corresponding storage equipment to be used.

1. A preparation method of a tire label composite material is characterized by comprising the following steps: the preparation method comprises the following steps:
1) heating raw materials: sending the hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive block or colloidal particle into a hot-melt adhesive machine, and setting the adhesive melting temperature of the hot-melt adhesive machine to be 150-180 ℃ to heat the hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive until the raw materials form a molten state;
2) scraping glue: heating the hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive to a molten state, and scraping the adhesive to the surface of the release paper by using a coating head;
3) and (3) ring doubling: the composite material is subjected to ring doubling by using a PET (polyethylene terephthalate) aluminizer, the colloid is positioned in the middle of the release paper and the PET aluminizer, and the formed composite material is uniformly adhered to the inner sides of the PET aluminizer and the release paper to form a glue layer;
4) ring folding: the glue layer is subjected to ring rolling and finishing, so that the occupied area is reduced, and the subsequent processing is facilitated;
5) slitting: cutting the formed composite material by using corresponding cutting equipment which is easy to operate, such as a cutter or a splitting machine, so that the cut composite material is formed into independent unit bodies independently;
6) metering: using a measuring tape or an electronic length counter to detect the length, the width and the thickness of the cut unit bodies, and independently taking out the unit bodies which do not accord with the size standard;
7) packaging: and collecting the unit bodies meeting the standard after being detected by the metering mechanism, and packaging and classifying the unit bodies into corresponding storage equipment for taking.
2. The method of making a tire label composite as in claim 1, wherein: the weight of the release paper is controlled to be 100-120 g.
3. The method of making a tire label composite as in claim 1, wherein: the hot melting time of the hot melt adhesive machine is set to be 3-30 s.
4. The method of making a tire label composite as in claim 1, wherein: the position of the glue solution in the glue tank of the hot melt glue machine is regularly checked during working, so that the liquid level is kept to be more than 75% of the volume of the glue tank.
