The application provides a group cooperation system, wherein travel agencies (including a group agency and a plurality of local agencies) with a group-merging relationship in the same travel order can edit and confirm the travel information of the group by using the group cooperation system.
The group society and the ground society of the merging group cooperative relationship existing in the same travel list can jointly input and confirm the travel information under the corresponding responsible site through the group cooperation system. Exemplarily, two cases are distinguished: (1) The group society independently completes all the site information of the journey and sends corresponding site with group confirmation information to the local society, and the local society directly receives and confirms the information; (2) And the group society only inputs the information under the own group station, and the ground community finishes the input and confirmation of the corresponding travel information of the group station. Furthermore, each travel agency can utilize the grouping information periodically updated by the grouping cooperation system, so that the grouping agencies can screen and select the travel agencies meeting the grouping conditions from a plurality of travel agencies with the merging-grouping cooperative relationship through the grouping cooperation system.
Example 1
One embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 1, proposes a group collaboration system 100 including a group information maintenance module 110 and a group community distribution module 120.
The information maintenance module 110 is configured to receive and store updated information of the group of the travel agencies. For example, the pickup information maintenance module 110 may receive pickup information entered by each travel agency in an upload entry manner or a fill-in entry manner. Exemplarily, referring to fig. 2A, the travel agency may select a new travel report on the group collaboration system 100, and may select a travel information report under the new travel report, where the travel information report includes a group information report, and may refer to fig. 2B, where the group information includes a site name, a travel route, and a group number and a group time period corresponding to each travel sight spot in the travel route. Each travel agency may utilize the community information updated by the community information maintenance module 110 of the group collaboration system 100 at any time.
Further, the affiliate information maintenance module 110 is further configured to periodically check the update frequency of each travel agency, and send a reminding message to the travel agencies with the update frequency lower than the set frequency threshold, so as to prompt each travel agency to maintain respective affiliate information in time, and ensure that the affiliate information of each travel agency has a certain invalidity, so that the affiliate screening unit 122 can accurately determine an affiliate meeting the condition from the affiliate information periodically updated by the travel agencies.
Wherein, the group community distribution module 120 includes: a group community receiving unit 121, a floor community screening unit 122, and a travel itinerary distribution unit 123.
The group society receiving unit 121 is configured to receive a travel itinerary entered by the group society, where the travel itinerary includes a plurality of sites and a travel route corresponding to each of the plurality of sites. It is understood that the group society can also use the group society receiving unit 121 to select and input information such as hotels, guides, and visitors of each scenic spot in the travel route corresponding to each site. Information such as hotels, guides, and visitors at each attraction in the travel route corresponding to each site may be distributed to and entered by the local affiliate.
And the social contact filtering unit 122 is configured to determine a social contact corresponding to the ith site from the group information of the multiple travel agencies according to the ith site and the travel route corresponding to the ith site, where I is greater than or equal to 1 and less than or equal to I, and I is the total number of sites in the itinerary.
And the itinerary distribution unit 123 is configured to distribute the itinerary to the affiliate corresponding to the ith station so that the affiliate corresponding to the ith station confirms and/or additionally enters the itinerary.
Illustratively, each site may be a city or a state, the group society enters a travel order through the group collaboration system 100, and the group society receiving unit 121 may receive the travel order entered by the group society, so that the local social networking service screening unit 122 may determine a local social networking service corresponding to each site from the group information of the plurality of travel agencies according to the corresponding travel route of each site of the travel order. It can be understood that the land contracts corresponding to each site are determined from the land contract information periodically updated by the plurality of travel agencies, each selected land contract can be guaranteed to receive the land contract tasks distributed by the group society, the situation that the land contracts selected by the group society cannot undertake the land contract tasks is avoided, the group society does not need to sequentially inquire the land contracts with cooperative relationships in a telephone or short message mode, and the recording efficiency of the itinerary is effectively improved.
It is to be understood that there may be a plurality of the geographic agencies corresponding to each website, and the geographic agency screening unit 122 may select a travel agency meeting the community conditions (the website name is the same as the ith website and the travel route is the same as the travel route corresponding to the ith website) from the plurality of travel agencies.
Exemplarily, if one or more travel agencies meeting the group conditions exist, displaying the travel agencies (possibly one or more) meeting the group conditions and corresponding site names, travel routes and the group number and group time periods corresponding to each travel scenic spot in the travel routes for the group agencies to select; and taking the travel agency selected by the group agency as a corresponding ground agency of the ith site. It can be understood that the group society can select one or more land societies for the ith site according to the group number and the group time period corresponding to each tourist attraction in the travel route, and simultaneously, the group number corresponding to the ith site in the group society is distributed to one or more land societies corresponding to the ith site.
For example, referring to fig. 3A, the group agency can select one or more travel agencies meeting the group conditions at the current site as the local agencies, exemplarily including the travel agency C and the travel agency D, and the travel filing interface of the group collaboration system can also display the sceneries related to the travel agency C and the travel agency D, as shown in fig. 3B.
Exemplarily, if the number of the travel agencies meeting the group joining condition is zero, displaying the travel agencies with the merge-merge cooperation relationship and the corresponding sites for the group agencies to select; and sending the group-connecting confirmation information to the travel agency selected by the group agency. Under the condition that the number of the travel agencies meeting the group meeting conditions is zero because the group meeting information is not updated timely by the travel agencies, the travel orders can be continuously recorded, and the recording efficiency is improved.
It can be understood that the group cooperation system 100 can selectively transmit the group connection confirmation information to a plurality of travel agencies, after a certain travel agency receives the group connection confirmation information and agrees to connect the group by using the group cooperation system 100, the travel agency serves as a corresponding group connection of the ith site, and the group cooperation system 100 also transmits corresponding reminding information to other travel agencies acquiring the group connection confirmation information, so that the group connection authority of other travel agencies acquiring the group connection confirmation information is invalidated. It can be understood that sending the group connection confirmation information to a plurality of travel agencies can improve the response efficiency of the travel agencies to the group connection confirmation information; after a certain travel agency receives the group contact confirmation information by using the group cooperation system 100 and agrees to the group contact, the group cooperation system 100 also sends corresponding reminding information to other travel agencies which acquire the group contact confirmation information, so that the response efficiency of the travel agencies for responding to the group contact confirmation information is improved, the other travel agencies which acquire the group contact confirmation information do not make invalid responses, and the cooperativity of the group cooperation system 100 is enhanced.
Example 2
In an embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 4, the group collaboration system 100 further includes a social networking response module 130, where the social networking response module 130 includes: a ground social receiving unit 131 and a ground social updating unit 132.
And a receiving unit 131 for receiving the itinerary additionally entered by the place social corresponding to the ith station or receiving the itinerary received by the place social corresponding to the ith station. It can be understood that, since the group society can choose to enter all the travel lists to the local community for confirmation, or the group society only enters the local section, and the specific travel information of the transfer station is perfected by the local community, the state of the local community when receiving the collaborative report travel list according to the decision of the group society is only to confirm or need to perfect the travel information of the corresponding station.
And a group information updating unit 132, configured to update, by using the group information maintenance module 110, group information of the group corresponding to the ith station according to the travel information additionally recorded by the group corresponding to the ith station, or update group information of the group corresponding to the ith station according to the travel information of the travel order received by the group corresponding to the ith station. It can be understood that after the group service is received by the group service, the group information of the group service is automatically updated without the need of manual update by a special person through the group cooperation system 100, thereby effectively reducing the maintenance cost of the group information of each travel service and improving the efficiency of cooperative work among a plurality of travel services.
Example 3
In an embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 5A, the group collaboration system 100 further includes a contract information confirmation module 140, configured to confirm the cooperative contracts of the group society and the one or more ground contracts, where the cooperative contracts take effect after the confirmation of the two parties.
Illustratively, referring to FIG. 5B, a validation collaborative contract signing checkbox is shown for a party of a group society after completing the information of a group delivery trip; exemplarily, referring to fig. 5C, fig. 5C shows a selection box for the earth-social side to confirm the signing of the collaborative contract after confirming that the team representative sends the information of the travel itinerary of the team or completes the information of the team.
Further, the ground contract filtering unit 122 is further configured to determine a ground contract having a merge group cooperative relationship with the group community from the plurality of travel agencies according to the cooperative contracts between the respective travels.
It can be understood that the online clear merging relationship with the group tour through the group cooperation system 100 is beneficial to assist the route management department to check out the non-compliant merging behavior, and has a positive effect on the operation of managing the illegal grouping of the travel market.
Example 4
In an embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 6A, the group collaboration system 100 further includes a collaborative posting travel itinerary viewing module 150, configured to receive retrieval information related to a travel itinerary, and display a travel itinerary corresponding to the retrieval information.
The collaborative reporting travel itinerary viewing module 150 includes a local social viewing unit 151, where the local social viewing unit 151 is configured to query travel itinerary information or a travel itinerary state of the collaborative reporting travel itinerary received by the travel agency when the travel agency serves as a local social service, and a corresponding query interface is shown in fig. 6B; the collaborative form review module 150 includes a group agency review unit 152, and the group agency review unit 152 is configured to query the travel list information or the travel list status of the collaborative form initiated by the travel agency when the travel agency serves as a local agency, and a corresponding query interface is shown in fig. 6C.
It can be understood that when a travel-related complaint or dispute occurs, the travel itinerary viewing module 150 of the team cooperation system 100 can view the detailed information of any travel itinerary, which is beneficial for the travel management department to quickly locate a team society or a local social responsibility subject according to the travel itinerary.
