In order to make the technical solutions better understood by those skilled in the art, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only partial embodiments of the present application, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
The terms "first," "second," "third," and "fourth," etc. in the description and claims of this application and in the accompanying drawings are used for distinguishing between different objects and not for describing a particular order. Furthermore, the terms "include" and "have," as well as any variations thereof, are intended to cover non-exclusive inclusions. For example, a process, method, system, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of steps or elements is not limited to only those steps or elements listed, but may alternatively include other steps or elements not listed, or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus.
Reference herein to "an embodiment" means that a particular feature, structure, or characteristic described in connection with the embodiment can be included in at least one embodiment of the application. The appearances of the phrase in various places in the specification are not necessarily all referring to the same embodiment, nor are separate or alternative embodiments mutually exclusive of other embodiments. It is explicitly and implicitly understood by one skilled in the art that the embodiments described herein can be combined with other embodiments.
As shown in fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides a medical data recording method, including steps S100 to S300:
s100, responding to the first operation instruction, and determining a first enumerated value of the patient identity information.
In this embodiment of the present invention, the first operation instruction may be an instruction generated by a keyboard, a mouse, voice, or a touch screen. It should be noted that the patient identification information includes, but is not limited to, a patient name and a unique number, the patient name and the unique number have an association relationship, the patient name can be stored in the first server for subsequent query, and the unique number can be stored in the second server. Optionally, the unique number includes, but is not limited to, an out-patient number, a built-in unique code, a unique code for a treatment cycle, a unique code for a detection procedure, and the like.
Specifically, step S100 may include step S101 and step S102:
s101, responding to the first operation instruction, and determining a first enumeration value of the data type according to the data type in a preset configuration table of the second server.
And S102, generating a data table.
It should be noted that the data table is stored in the first server, and the data table includes a data table name and a first enumeration value. Specifically, the preset configuration table is arranged in the second server, and the preset configuration table contains the explanation of the content stored in the first server; the preset configuration table has a data type, a configuration table name, a plurality of preset data items, an associated data table name, a control type and a configuration field.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the data type includes, but is not limited to, integer or long integer, such as "int", "bigint", or may also be floating point type "float", and the like. For example, when the data type is integer, an integer configuration table name (which may correspond to a header, for example) may be randomly generated, an integer first enumerated value may be generated for the patient identity information, a data table name may be generated for the data table name, and the data table name and the configuration table name may be associated, so when the first enumerated value is queried, since the first enumerated value is located in the data table, the configuration table name of the associated configuration table in the second server may be found by the data table name of the data table corresponding to the first enumerated value, and thus the corresponding content in the configuration table may be displayed. It should be noted that the control type refers to what control is used for presentation and interaction with the user at the front end, for example, "radiogroup" represents the radio button component, "checkboxgroup" represents the multi-selection button component.
S200, responding to a second operation instruction, and determining data content corresponding to the patient identity information from the plurality of preset data items.
Likewise, the second operation instruction may be an instruction generated by a keyboard, a mouse, voice, or a touch screen. In the embodiment of the present invention, the plurality of preset data items include, but are not limited to, hypertension, diabetes, and hyperlipidemia, and it is understood that the content and the number of the preset data items may be set according to actual requirements, and are not particularly limited. Specifically, each preset data item is configured with different bit values, for example, the bit value of hypertension is 1, corresponding to binary 1, the bit value of diabetes is 2, corresponding to binary 10, the bit value of hyperlipidemia is 4, corresponding to binary 100, it is to be understood that other embodiments may take the form of the definition of ternary, quaternary, etc. N-ary, and are not limited specifically.
For example, when the first enumerated value of the patient name "zhang san" is 1 in response to the first operation instruction and "zhang san" has hypertension and hyperlipidemia, the preset data items of hypertension and hyperlipidemia are selected from the plurality of preset data items in response to the second operation instruction, that is, the data content corresponding to the patient name "zhang san" is determined to be hypertension and hyperlipidemia, and the corresponding bit values are 1and 4, respectively.
S300, calculating to obtain a first numerical value according to the bit numerical value corresponding to the data content.
Specifically, as in the above example, the first value is 5 calculated according to the corresponding digit values of 1and 4, that is, the first value is calculated by using the sum of the digit values corresponding to the data contents, and the binary system is determined to be 101, it can be understood that the first value represents the data contents corresponding to the patient identity information, that is, the first value 5 represents the data contents corresponding to the hypertension and the hyperlipidemia corresponding to the patient identity information (in which the patient name is "zhang san"). In the embodiment of the present invention, the first enumerated value and the first numerical value are stored in the first server, and the patient name and the preset data item corresponding to the first enumerated value are stored in the second server, so that in the above example, when the first server is invaded, an invader can only obtain the first enumerated value 1and the first numerical value 5, and cannot know the meanings of the first enumerated value 1and the first numerical value 5, and when the second server is invaded, the invader can only obtain the patient name "zhang san" and the preset data item, including but not limited to hypertension, diabetes and hyperlipidemia, and cannot know that the data content actually corresponding to the patient name "zhang san" is hypertension and hyperlipidemia, so that the risk of stealing the medical data of the patient can be reduced, and the safety of storing the medical data of the patient is improved.
Specifically, the medical data recording method of the embodiment of the present invention further includes steps S401-S403, where step S401 may be located after step S100 or S300, specifically:
s401, responding to a third operation instruction, and determining a second enumeration value of the newly added patient identity information according to the first enumeration value and the increment rule. Similarly, the new patient identification information also includes a patient name and a unique number, similar to the patient identification information.
S402, responding to a fourth operation instruction, and determining the newly added data content corresponding to the newly added patient identity information from the preset data items.
And S403, calculating to obtain a second numerical value according to the bit numerical value corresponding to the newly-added data content.
Likewise, the third operation instruction and the fourth operation instruction may be instructions generated by a keyboard, a mouse, voice, or a touch screen. In the embodiment of the present invention, the increment rule sets the increment value to be 1, and it is understood that the increment value may be set according to a requirement, and is not specifically limited.
For example, when the patient name "lie four" and "lie four" are required to be added and the hypertension is suffered, in response to the third operation instruction, the incremental value 1 is increased according to the first enumerated value 1, and the second enumerated value 2 is obtained, that is, the second enumerated value of the newly added patient name "lie four" is 2. Then, in response to the fourth operation instruction, it is determined that the added data content of the newly added patient identity information "lie four" is high blood pressure, and the bit value corresponding to the high blood pressure is 1, and since there is only one item in the newly added data content, in step S403, when the second value is obtained by calculation according to the bit value corresponding to the newly added data content, the bit value corresponding to the high blood pressure is directly determined as the second value, which is the bit value corresponding to the high blood pressure. It should be noted that, similarly, the second numerical value represents the newly added data content, and the second enumerated value and the second numerical value are stored in the first server.
Specifically, the medical data recording method of the embodiment of the present invention further includes steps S501 to S503:
s501, patient information corresponding to the patient identity information is obtained through the first server.
In the embodiment of the invention, the patient information corresponding to the patient identity information is acquired through the first server, and the patient information includes but is not limited to personal information of the patient, including but not limited to an identity card number, a mobile phone number, a bank card number, a residence, a household registration and the like.
S502, when the patient information contains the specific field, the encryption parameter in the second server is obtained.
It should be noted that the specific field may be preset as needed, and whether the patient information and the patient identity information need to be encrypted may also be preset in the configuration field of the preset configuration table, for example, the identification number and the bank card number may be preset as the specific field. Optionally, in this embodiment of the application, the configuration field is set to be a specific field in the patient information and the unique number in the patient identity information needs to be encrypted for storage, the patient name in the patient identity information does not need to be encrypted for storage, and other embodiments may be set as needed without specific limitation. Optionally, the encryption parameter is saved in the second server, and the encryption parameter includes, but is not limited to, a parameter related to a high-bit binary encryption method or a Key in another encryption algorithm, and the like, which is not limited in particular.
S503, encrypting the specific field through the encryption parameter and storing the specific field in the first server or the second server.
In the embodiment of the invention, in order to protect the privacy of the patient, the specific field and the unique number are encrypted by the encryption parameter and then stored in the first server, and optionally also stored in the second server. It should be noted that, the second server further stores decryption parameters for decryption, and after the specific field and the unique number are encrypted, when the user inquires, the data except the specific field and the unique number can only be displayed, and when the user inquires, the specific field and the unique number need to be decrypted, for example, the authority of the user may be set in advance, and when the user inquires has the authority to inquire the specific field and the unique number, the decryption parameters can be obtained from the second server, and the encrypted data can be decrypted to be checked.
Specifically, the medical data recording method of the embodiment of the present invention further includes steps S601 to S603:
s601, medical information corresponding to the identity information of the patient is obtained.
It should be noted that the medical information refers to information related to the patient during diagnosis and examination other than the patient information, for example, the blood pressure value "zhang san" is detected as 130mmHg, or the urine sugar value "zhang san" is detected as 180mg/dl, etc., and is not particularly limited.
S602, when the medical information is floating point data, decomposing the floating point data to obtain a decomposition numerical value and a decomposition unit.
Specifically, as in the above example, when the medical information is floating point data, the blood pressure value and the urine glucose value are decomposed to obtain decomposed numerical values 130 and 180, and decomposed units are mmHg and mg/dl.
S603, storing the decomposition value in a first server, and storing the decomposition unit in a second server.
Specifically, the decomposition values 130 and 180 are stored in a first server, and the decomposition units mmHg and mg/dl are stored in a second server. Similarly, the decomposition numerical value and the decomposition unit corresponding to the decomposition numerical value are respectively stored in the first server and the second server, so that the meaning of the medical data of the patient cannot be known when an invader invades any server, and the safety is enhanced. It should be noted that the decomposed value can also be used as an enumerated value for querying; the medical data in the embodiment of the present invention includes all relevant data of the patient, including, but not limited to, patient identity information, data content corresponding to the patient identity information, patient information, medical information, an enumerated value corresponding to the patient identity information, a numerical value representing the data content, and the like.
Referring to fig. 2, in particular, an embodiment of the present invention further provides an inquiry method, which is applied to data recorded by the medical data recording method, and includes steps S701 to S702, where step S702 may be implemented by step S7021 or step S7022:
s701, obtaining a first query text.
Specifically, the first query text includes a bit operator and a query bit value, and it should be noted that the query bit value may be a bit value corresponding to a preset data item or a bit value calculated from bit values corresponding to a plurality of preset data items.
S7021, displaying the data content of the digit value corresponding to the query digit value and the patient identity information corresponding to the data content according to the digit operator and the query digit value.
For example, taking the patient name in the patient identity information as an example, when the first value of the patient name "zhang san" is 5 (i.e., the characterized data content is hypertension and hyperlipidemia), when the first value of the patient name "lie si" is 3 (i.e., the characterized data content is hypertension and diabetes), when the first value of the patient name "huangwu" is 1 (i.e., the characterized data content is hypertension), the bit operator is assumed to be &, and the query bit value is 1, for example, the first query text is: and > 1, displaying the data content with the bit value of 1 corresponding to the query bit value of 1and the patient name corresponding to the data content, and having the following display modes: 1) displaying the data content hypertension of the patient name 'huangwu', the corresponding unique number and the patient name 'huangwu'; 2) displaying the data content hypertension of the patient name "huangwu", the corresponding associated unique number, and the patient name "huangwu", and displaying the data content hypertension and hyperlipidemia of the patient name "zhang, the corresponding associated unique number, and the patient name" zhang ", and displaying the data content hypertension and diabetes of the patient name" lie four ", the corresponding associated unique number, and the patient name" lie four ".
Or, when the first query text is: and > 1and > 4, namely that the result including the digit value of 1and the digit value of 4, namely that the patient name of "zhang san", the corresponding associated unique number and the patient name of "zhang san" are satisfied, is displayed.
S7022, displaying the data content of the digit value corresponding to the decomposition result of the query digit value and the patient identity information corresponding to the data content according to the digit operator and the query digit value.
Based on the above example, when the query bit value is 5, i.e. when the first query text is: and > 5, at which time the corresponding digit value cannot be found in the preset data item, at which time the digit value is decomposed, the query digit value 5 is decomposed to obtain decomposition results 1and 4, at which time the contents with the digit values of 1and 4 are matched and displayed, i.e. the data contents of the patient name "zhangsan", the corresponding associated unique number and the patient name "zhangsan" are displayed, namely, hypertension and hyperlipidemia. And when the first query text is: and when the value is more than 0, the corresponding digit value cannot be found, the decomposition result is still 0, and the identity information of the disease-free patient, namely the identity information of the patient without past medical history, is displayed.
Referring to fig. 3, specifically, another query method is further provided in the embodiments of the present invention, and is applied to data recorded by the medical data recording method, where the query method includes steps S801 to S802, and step S802 may be implemented by step S8021 or step S8022:
s801, acquiring a second query text.
Specifically, the second query text includes a query enumeration value or a patient name, and there is no bit operator at this time, so that the query enumeration value queries the content corresponding to the enumeration value, and the patient name queries the patient name.
S8021, according to the query enumeration value, displaying the patient identity information corresponding to the first enumeration value matched with the query enumeration value and the data content corresponding to the patient identity information.
Similarly, for the patient name in the patient identification information, assuming that when the first value of the patient name "zhangsan" is 5 (i.e. the characterized data content is hypertension and hyperlipidemia), and the first enumerated value of "zhangsan" is 1, when the first value of the patient name "lie" is 3 (i.e. the characterized data content is hypertension and diabetes), and the first enumerated value of "lie" is 2, the first value of the patient name "huangwu" is 1 (i.e. the characterized data content is hypertension), and the first enumerated value of "huangwu" is 3, when the input query value is 1, the query enumerated value matches the first enumerated value of "zhangsan", and when the patient name "zhangsan", the associated unique number and the data content (hypertension and hyperlipidemia) are displayed; if the input query enumeration value is 3, the query enumeration value is matched with the first enumeration value of 'yellow five', and at this time, the patient name 'yellow five', the corresponding associated unique number and the data content (hypertension) are displayed.
S8022, displaying data content corresponding to the patient name according to the patient name; the patient identity information includes the patient name.
Specifically, if the name of the patient "zhang san" is input, the name of the patient "zhang san", the corresponding associated unique number and the corresponding data content are obtained as hypertension and hyperlipidemia.
In the embodiment of the invention, the first numerical value or the first enumerated value of the quantized value is stored in the first server, and the corresponding content of the quantized value is stored in the second server, so that the reading difficulty of the first server is improved, the risk of intruding to read medical data can be reduced, the safety is improved, and the medical data can be conveniently and quickly inquired by using the quantized value storage mode. Meanwhile, the quantized value is integer or long integer data, so that the speed of query and retrieval is improved compared with the data stored in the existing bronze drum character string.
The embodiment of the invention also provides equipment, which comprises a processor and a memory;
the memory is used for storing programs;
the processor is used for executing programs to realize the medical data recording method or the query method of the embodiment of the invention. The device of the embodiment of the invention can realize the function of medical data recording or query. The device can be any intelligent terminal such as a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a Personal Digital Assistant (PDA for short), a Point of Sales (POS for short), and a vehicle-mounted computer.
The contents in the above method embodiments are all applicable to the present apparatus embodiment, the functions specifically implemented by the present apparatus embodiment are the same as those in the above method embodiments, and the beneficial effects achieved by the present apparatus embodiment are also the same as those achieved by the above method embodiments.
