Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be described clearly below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present application. All other embodiments that can be derived by one of ordinary skill in the art from the embodiments given herein are intended to be within the scope of the present disclosure.
The terms first, second and the like in the description and in the claims of the present application are used for distinguishing between similar elements and not necessarily for describing a particular sequential or chronological order. It is to be understood that the data so used is interchangeable under appropriate circumstances such that the embodiments of the application are capable of operation in sequences other than those illustrated or described herein. In addition, "and/or" in the specification and claims means at least one of connected objects, a character "/" generally means that a preceding and succeeding related objects are in an "or" relationship.
The signal strength display method, the signal strength display apparatus, the electronic device and the readable storage medium provided in the embodiments of the present application are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings through specific embodiments and application scenarios thereof.
The embodiment of the application provides a signal strength display method, as shown in fig. 1, the display method includes:
step 102, determining signal strength values of a plurality of antennas of the electronic equipment;
step 104, determining a first direction according to the signal strength values, wherein the first direction is a direction corresponding to an antenna of which the signal strength value is greater than or equal to a first preset threshold value;
and 106, displaying a first identifier, wherein the first identifier is used for instructing a user to adjust the screen orientation of the electronic equipment according to the first direction.
In this embodiment, a Modem (Modem) bottom layer registers in a 5G network and determines signal strength values of each antenna of the electronic device in real time. The direction with the better signal, namely the first direction, is estimated according to the measured signal intensity value, and the first direction is indicated by using the first identifier, so that a user can intuitively know the direction with the better signal, namely the direction with the signal intensity value larger than or equal to the first preset threshold value, and the user can conveniently adjust the screen orientation of the electronic equipment.
It should be noted that the first direction may be a direction in which a certain antenna is located, or may be a direction between certain antennas. Illustratively, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the direction between the direction of the antenna 2 and the direction of the antenna 3 is the direction with better signal, and is indicated by a first identifier 202 (for example, an arrow). After the user adjusts the screen orientation of the electronic device according to the first identifier, the first direction is a normal direction of a plane where the screen of the electronic device is located.
In the process of adjusting the orientation of the screen of the electronic equipment by the user, the current orientation of the electronic equipment can be recorded according to the gyroscope data of the electronic equipment, and the gyroscope data is read when the user rotates the electronic equipment, so that the first identifier always points to the first direction.
Through the mode, the estimated better signal direction is indicated, so that a user can conveniently and actively adjust the orientation of the electronic equipment, and the indexes of downlink data transmission rate, time delay and the like are improved.
The number of antennas of the electronic device is not limited, and may be, for example, 4 antennas in the FR1 frequency band, or 8 or 16 antennas in the FR2 band. Most commercial 5G electronic devices currently support the FR1 frequency band, which is designed for 4-antenna reception. In order to ensure the performance of the antenna, in most cases, four main 5G receiving antennas are distributed on the upper, lower, left and right frames of the electronic device, and are far away from each other as much as possible.
It should be noted that, the signal strength display method may be implemented by installing a signal strength indication application on the electronic device, where the signal strength indication application may be applied to multiple antenna scenes such as NR, WIFI5, WIFI6, and the like, and may be automatically turned on in scenes such as a low-latency game, a large-flow download requiring multi-stream MIMO, and a rapid change in an external channel environment, and a switch may also be set to allow a user to select to turn on or off the signal strength indication application.
Further, in an embodiment of the present application, after determining the first direction according to the plurality of signal strength values, the display method further includes: determining a first angle between a second direction and the first direction, wherein the second direction is the screen orientation of the current electronic equipment; and displaying first information, wherein the first information is used for prompting a user to adjust the screen orientation of the electronic equipment to a first angle.
In this embodiment, after determining the direction in which the estimated signal is better (i.e., the first direction), the screen orientation of the current electronic device (i.e., the second direction) is determined from the gyroscope data of the electronic device. Further, an angle (i.e., a first angle) between the second direction and the first direction, that is, an angle from the second direction to the first direction is determined, and a prompt message about the angle is displayed.
It should be noted that the first information includes not only the numerical value of the first angle, but also the rotation direction of the first angle, for example, a prompt message "please rotate the electronic device by 180 ° clockwise" is displayed.
Through the mode, the purpose of reminding the user is achieved, the user is guided to actively adjust the orientation of the antenna of the electronic equipment (namely the relative position of the electronic equipment and the base station antenna), so that indexes such as network downlink data transmission rate and time delay are improved, and user experience of scenes such as large-flow downloading and low-time-delay games is improved.
Further, in an embodiment of the present application, the display method further includes: displaying second information under the condition that the screen orientation of the electronic equipment is adjusted by a second angle and the signal intensity value of the target antenna is smaller than or equal to a second preset threshold, wherein the second information is used for prompting a user to change the position for holding the electronic equipment; the target antenna is an antenna of which the signal strength value is smaller than or equal to a second preset threshold value under the condition that the screen orientation of the electronic equipment is not adjusted, the second angle is larger than or equal to 180 degrees, and the second preset threshold value is smaller than or equal to the first preset threshold value.
In this embodiment, the direction of the antenna with poor signal is opposite to that of the antenna with better signal, if the user adjusts the antenna with poor signal to the direction with better signal by rotating the electronic device, the signal quality is still not improved, and it is determined that the possible reason for this problem is that the antenna is held by the user, so the signal is blocked. Therefore, the second information is displayed for prompting the user to change the position of holding the electronic equipment.
Specifically, the adjusted angle (i.e., the second angle) of the screen orientation of the electronic device is detected through the acquired gyroscope data of the electronic device, and when it is detected that the electronic device is rotated by more than 180 °, if the antenna with the poorer signal (i.e., the target antenna) is not rotated before the electronic device is rotated, and the antenna with the poorer signal is still rotated after the electronic device is rotated by more than 180 °, second information is displayed, for example, using characters to prompt a user to "please check whether the antenna is held or blocked" to remind the user to check whether a certain antenna is held, so as to change the position where the user holds the electronic device.
In addition, it should be noted that the first preset threshold is used to determine an antenna with a better signal, and the second preset threshold is used to determine an antenna with a poorer signal, specifically, an antenna with a signal strength value less than or equal to the second preset threshold is used as the antenna with a poorer signal.
In the embodiment of the application, after the user adjusts the screen orientation of the electronic device, if the antenna with the poor signal is not improved, the user is continuously guided to actively adjust the hand holding position so as to reduce the probability of shielding the antenna, and further improve indexes such as network downlink data transmission rate and time delay.
Further, in one embodiment of the present application, displaying the first identifier includes: receiving a first input of a user to a second identifier, wherein the second identifier is used for indicating to display the first identifier; in response to a first input, a first identifier is displayed.
The first input includes, but is not limited to, a single click input, a double click input, a slide input, and the like. Specifically, the embodiment of the present application does not specifically limit the manner of the first input, and may be any realizable manner.
In this embodiment, the first identifier may block more screens of the electronic device, so that a switch may be added separately, and a user may actively select to turn on or turn off the function pointing to the first direction by using the first identifier. Specifically, a switch identifier (i.e., a second identifier) is displayed on the screen of the electronic device, and when a user performs a single click or double click operation on the switch identifier, the function pointing to the first direction using the first identifier may be turned on.
Through the mode, the function of pointing to the first direction by using the first identification can be turned on or turned off so as to meet the actual requirements of users.
Further, in an embodiment of the present application, after determining the signal strength values of the multiple antennas of the electronic device, the method further includes: displaying third information at a preset position of the electronic equipment according to a display form corresponding to the signal intensity value; the third information is used for indicating the signal strength value of the antenna, one antenna corresponds to one third information, and the preset position corresponds to the setting position of the antenna on the electronic equipment.
In this embodiment, for any one antenna, a preset display form corresponding to the signal strength value of the antenna is determined, and then, at an actual installation position close to the antenna, corresponding third information is displayed according to the display form.
The display form includes, but is not limited to, numbers, colors, shapes, and the like, that is, the signal strength value of a certain antenna can be displayed at a position close to the actual installation position of the antenna, or the signal strength value of the antenna can be represented by different colors and different shapes. It should be noted that the color of a certain third message may be a single color, or may be a gradient color for aesthetic purposes, and the shape may include a circle, a rectangle, a triangle, etc., and the present application is not limited specifically.
By the mode, the signal intensity of different antennas can be indicated at the position close to the antenna setting position on the electronic equipment in different display forms, a real channel environment is displayed for a user, the user is guided to master the approximate situation of a wireless channel, and therefore the user can actively adjust the orientation of the electronic equipment according to the situation, and indexes such as downlink data transmission rate and time delay are improved.
It should be noted that the actual positions of the multiple antennas of different types of electronic devices need to be configured in advance, and the display area of the third information of each antenna needs to be corresponded to the frame position where each antenna is actually located.
In addition, the third information may be displayed without displaying the first identifier, that is, if the user chooses not to display the first identifier in order to avoid the first identifier occupying too many electronic screens, the user may be presented with a real channel environment by displaying the third information, and the user may self-determine how to adjust the orientation of the electronic device based on a plurality of third information. The third information may also be displayed at the same time as the first identifier is displayed, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, so that the user can make adjustments to the orientation of the electronic device according to the first identifier and also can clarify the respective signal environments.
In some embodiments, the displaying the third information at the preset position of the electronic device according to the display form corresponding to the signal strength value specifically includes: and determining a numerical range in which the signal intensity value is located, and displaying the third information at a preset position of the electronic equipment according to a display form corresponding to the numerical range. That is, in the embodiment of the present application, a plurality of signal strength value ranges are divided, and different signal strength display forms are arranged for each value range.
Illustratively, the first numerical range is greater than-85 dbm, corresponding to a display form of rectangle, green, the second numerical range is-85 dbm ≦ RSRP ≦ -100dbm, corresponding to a display form of rectangle, yellow, the third numerical range is > -100dbm, corresponding to a display form of rectangle, red. For a certain antenna, the value range of the signal strong estimation value is determined, and then the third information is displayed near the setting position of the antenna according to the corresponding display form. As shown in fig. 4, the antenna 1 is red, the antennas 2 and 3 are green, and the antenna 4 is yellow, and through the above display, the user can know that the signal conditions of the antennas 2 and 3 are good, and the signal conditions of the antennas 1 and 4 are poor, and determine that the signal reception of the 4-way antenna of the electronic device is unbalanced, so that the orientation of the electronic device can be adjusted to balance the signal reception of the 4-way antenna.
Further, in an embodiment of the present application, displaying the third information at the preset position of the electronic device includes: displaying third information at a preset position of a screen of the electronic equipment; or controlling a lighting device of the electronic equipment to display the third information, wherein the preset position is the setting position of the lighting device.
In this embodiment, the display mode of the third information includes at least one of: and displaying identification and lamplight. That is, the third information (as shown in fig. 2 to 4) may be represented by a preset identifier displayed on the screen of the electronic device, the preset identifier may be displayed in different colors and shapes according to different signal intensity values, and the preset identifier may be a color bar, a signal bar, or the like. Of course, the preset mark may also be directly a specific numerical value of the signal strength, so as to make the prompt more definite.
In addition, in order to not occupy the screen space of the electronic device, a Light Emitting Diode (LED) strip (i.e., a lighting device) may be directly designed beside the antenna, and different colors may be used to indicate different signal intensities, so that the strip may be freely opened or closed as required. And, the setting position of light device on the electronic equipment corresponds with the setting position of antenna, that is to say, an antenna corresponds and sets up a light device.
The third information is displayed in different modes, so that the display can meet the requirements of users, and the users can know the signal condition of each antenna more obviously.
