And the protection film is then attached in the one side of insulating cement 400 back to printed wiring 310 and the one side of optically transparent gluing agent 500 back to printed wiring 310, because insulating cement 400 is equipped with first opening 410 in the apex angle department of frame district 200, make after the protection film is attached, the poor bubble of section that exists between insulating cement 400 and the protection film can be followed first opening 410 and escaped after stewing, compare in traditional setting up insulating cement 400 into the square shape, can avoid forming the big bubble of corner in the gathering of corner, thereby the subsequent test performance of guarantee display panel is good. Wherein, the protection film comprises an acrylic protection film.
In an embodiment, the film 300 has a first side and a second side opposite to each other, the first side and the second side of the film 300 are both provided with the printed circuits 310, one side of the printed circuit 310 on the first side facing away from the film 300 is provided with the insulating adhesive 400 corresponding to the frame area 200 and is provided with the optically transparent adhesive 500 corresponding to the visible area 100, and one side of the printed circuit 310 on the second side facing away from the film 300 can be covered by another layer of optically transparent adhesive and is attached to the cover plate to protect the printed circuits 310 on both sides of the film 300.
In some embodiments, the frame region 200 is square and has two opposite long sides and two opposite short sides perpendicular to the long sides, and the insulating glue 400 is disposed on the short sides and the middle section of the long sides to form the first opening 410 at the top corner of the frame region 200. By arranging the insulating glue 400 on the short side and the middle section of the long side, on one hand, the first opening 410 can be formed at the top corner of the frame area 200, so that after the protective film is attached, the level difference bubbles existing between the insulating glue 400 and the protective film can escape from the first opening 410 after standing, and can not be gathered at the corner to form large corner bubbles; on the other hand, the insulating glue 400 is only arranged on the short side and the middle section of the long side of the frame area 200, so that the using amount of the insulating glue 400 can be reduced to a great extent, the material is saved, and the production cost is reduced. For example, in one embodiment, the insulating paste 400 is disposed only on the two short sides and the middle section of one long side of the frame region 200, so that the amount of the insulating paste 400 is reduced by 30%, thereby greatly reducing the cost.
In some embodiments, the frame area 200 is square and has two opposite long sides and two opposite short sides perpendicular to the long sides, and the insulating glue 400 is disposed on the short sides and the middle section of one of the long sides, at this time, the insulating glue 400 forms a first opening 410 at two adjacent top corners of the frame area 200 and forms another opening with the other long side opposite to the long side on which the insulating glue 400 is disposed. Because only the interlude on a long limit in minor face and two long limits has set up insulating cement 400 for the quantity greatly reduced of insulating cement 400 that uses on single diaphragm 300, thereby save material, reduction in production cost, meanwhile, can solve again and produce the big bubble in corner between protection film and the insulating cement 400, lead to the problem of the subsequent test performance reduction of display panel.
Referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a schematic diagram illustrating an arrangement of the insulating paste corresponding to the binding section in fig. 3. In some embodiments, the middle section of one of the two long sides of the frame region 200 is provided with a binding section 210 for binding the flexible circuit board, the extending direction of the binding section 210 is the same as the extending direction of the long side, and the insulating glue 400 located in the middle section of the long side and the binding section 210 are arranged in parallel along the extending direction of the short side. The insulating glue 400 and the binding section 210 are arranged in parallel along the extending direction of the short side of the frame area 200, so that the side of the binding area is protected, and meanwhile, the insulating glue 400 is prevented from extending to the binding section 210 to influence the binding of the flexible circuit board.
In some embodiments, the two ends of the insulating glue 400 located in the middle section of the long side are provided with extension sections 420, and the extension sections 420 and the insulating glue 400 are enclosed to form an enclosing structure with a second opening 430; the bound sections 210 are located within the enclosure. The extending sections 420 are arranged at the two ends of the insulating adhesive 400 positioned at the middle section of the long edge of the frame area 200, the extending sections 420 and the insulating adhesive 400 are used for enclosing to form an enclosing structure with the second opening 430, so that the binding section 210 is positioned in the range of the enclosing structure, meanwhile, the second opening 430 is arranged, the flexible circuit board is convenient to bind, the binding section 210 is avoided, the binding of the binding section 210 and the flexible circuit board is prevented from being hindered, and the periphery of the binding section 210 can play a role in protection.
In some embodiments, the second opening 430 of the enclosing structure is disposed toward an edge of the display panel. Through the edge setting that will surround the second opening 430 of structure towards display panel for at the in-process of binding with the flexible circuit board, can dodge the flexible circuit board, make binding of flexible circuit board more convenient.
In some embodiments, the binding section 210 is provided with a plurality of pads 211 extending in the extending direction of the long side; the length of the extension section 420 in the extending direction of the short side is larger than the length of the pad 211 in the extending direction of the short side. The length of the extension section 420 in the extension direction of the short side is set to be greater than that of the pad 211 in the extension direction of the short side, so that the pad 211 can be protected more completely without affecting the welding of the pad 211. For example, in one embodiment, the insulating glue 400 and the extending portions at both ends are U-shaped, and the bonding pad 211 is located within a half-surrounding range of the U-shape.
In some embodiments, the distance D1 of the extension segment 420 from the binding segment 210 satisfies the condition: d1 is greater than or equal to 0.7mm, so that the insulating glue 400 is prevented from extending to the pad 211 of the binding section 210 to influence the binding of the flexible circuit board. For example, in one embodiment, the distance D1 between the extension segment 420 and the binding section 210 is equal to 1mm, so as to prevent the insulating glue 400 from extending onto the pad 211 of the binding section 210 to affect the binding of the flexible circuit board. It is understood that, in the above embodiments, the distance between the extension segment 420 and the binding segment 210 refers to the distance between the extension segment 420 and the closest part of the binding segment 210, for example, when the binding segment 210 is provided with a plurality of spaced and parallel pads, the distance between the extension segment 420 and the binding segment 210 refers to the distance between the extension segment 420 and the pad closest to the extension segment 420, and the condition is satisfied by defining the distance D1 between the extension segment 420 and the binding segment 210: d1 is larger than or equal to 0.7mm, so that the insulating glue 400 is better ensured not to extend to any bonding pad, the flexible circuit board is effectively bound, and the effect of effective electrical connection is achieved.
In some embodiments, the optically clear adhesive 500 overlaps the insulating paste 400 juxtaposed to the binding section 210 in the extending direction of the short side, and the width W of the overlapping portion of the optically clear adhesive 500 and the insulating paste 400 satisfies the condition: w is larger than or equal to 0.6mm, so that the optical transparent adhesive 500 and the insulating adhesive 400 are overlapped enough to completely cover the printed circuit 310 and prevent the printed circuit 310 from being exposed. For example, in an embodiment, the width W of the overlapping portion of the optically transparent adhesive 500 and the insulating paste 400 is equal to 1.8mm, so as to ensure that the width of the overlapping portion of the optically transparent adhesive 500 and the insulating paste 400 is larger, and further to better cover the printed circuit 310 completely, and prevent the printed circuit 310 from being exposed.
In the above embodiment, the distance D2 between the insulating paste 400 and the display area satisfies the condition: d2 is more than or equal to 0.4 mm. It can be understood that, when the distance between the insulating glue 400 and the display area is smaller, the possibility that the insulating glue 400 enters the display area is higher, so that the appearance of the display panel is prone to be poor, and therefore, the distance D2 between the insulating glue 400 and the display area is set to be greater than or equal to 0.4mm in the above embodiment, so as to avoid the insulating glue 400 entering the display area, thereby ensuring that the appearance of the display panel is good. For example, in one embodiment, the distance D2 between the insulating paste 400 and the display area is equal to 0.5mm, so as to prevent the insulating paste 400 from entering the display area, thereby ensuring good appearance of the display panel.
In an embodiment, the width of the overlapping portion of the optically transparent adhesive 500 and the insulating adhesive 400 is equal to 1.8mm, and the distance between the optically transparent adhesive 500 and the bonding pad 211 is equal to 0.95mm, so that the width of the overlapping portion of the optically transparent adhesive 500 and the insulating adhesive 400 is ensured to be large, the printed circuit 310 is better covered, the printed circuit 310 is prevented from being exposed, the optically transparent adhesive 500 is separated from the bonding pad 211, the flexible circuit board is prevented from being hindered from being bound, and the flexible circuit board can be effectively electrically connected.
