Detailed Description
Exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure will be described in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. While exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure are shown in the drawings, it should be understood that the present disclosure may be embodied in various forms and should not be limited to the embodiments set forth herein. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the scope of the disclosure to those skilled in the art.
As described above, the carbon fiber decoration manufactured in the prior art can only perform a decoration function, and cannot realize a light-transmitting touch function. Based on this, the invention provides a more optimized manufacturing method 100 of the light-transmitting touch part and a light-transmitting touch part 200 manufactured based on the method 100. The manufacturing method 100 of the light-transmitting touch part is simple in process, and the light-transmitting touch part 200 manufactured based on the method 100 is rich in decorative effect and can achieve a light-transmitting touch function.
Fig. 1 shows a flowchart of a method 100 for manufacturing a light-transmitting touch member according to the present invention. As shown in FIG. 1, the method 100 includes steps S110-S160.
Fig. 2 shows a schematic structural diagram of a light-transmissive touch member 200 according to an embodiment of the present invention, and the light-transmissive touch member 200 can be manufactured according to the method 100 of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, the method 100 begins at step S110.
In step S110, the preformed decorative panel 210 is made based on a carbon fiber material. Here, it should be noted that the present invention does not limit the specific shape of the preformed decorative panel 210, and it may be set according to actual requirements, for example, according to the shape of a specific part for automotive interior.
According to one embodiment, the method for manufacturing a preformed decorative panel based on a carbon fiber material may be specifically performed according to the following steps:
first, a mold release agent layer is formed on the top surface of a mold for preforming a decorative panel. In other words, a layer of release agent is applied to the top surface of the mold. In one embodiment, the release agent may be PU. It should be noted that the release agent layer formed on the top surface of the mold can facilitate the subsequent release of the formed preformed decorative panel.
Next, a resin composition layer is formed on the release agent layer. That is, a layer of the resin composition is applied to the release agent layer. In one embodiment, the resin composition may include an epoxy resin and a curing agent, both of which are transparent.
In one embodiment, the resin composition is a composition composed of an epoxy resin, such as an E44 epoxy resin, and a curing agent, which may be a T31 curing agent, but the present invention is not limited to the specific kinds of epoxy resin and curing agent. Wherein, in the resin composition, the weight percentage of the epoxy resin is 30-85 percent, and the weight percentage of the curing agent is 20-50 percent.
Next, a carbon fiber fabric layer is formed on the resin composition layer. Here, the carbon fiber fabric layer may be formed on the resin composition layer by weaving a carbon fiber yarn to form a sparse carbon fiber fabric in advance and laying the woven sparse carbon fiber fabric on the resin composition layer.
Finally, the above-mentioned mold is heated, specifically, the mold is heated based on a predetermined temperature and is continuously heated for a predetermined time period, so that in the mold heated to the predetermined temperature, the sheet-like preformed decorative panel 210 can be formed based on the resin composition layer and the carbon fiber fabric layer.
In one embodiment, the predetermined temperature for heating the mold may be 40 to 80 ℃, and the predetermined time for heating may be 0.5 to 4 hours. It should be noted that the present invention is not limited to specific values of the predetermined temperature and the predetermined time.
In one embodiment, the thickness of the thin sheet-like preformed decorative panel may be 0.3 to 0.8mm, for example, the thickness of the preformed decorative panel may be 0.4mm. The specific thickness of the preformed decorative panel is not limited by the present invention, and can be set by one skilled in the art according to actual needs.
Subsequently, in step S120, the part skeleton 230 is made based on a transparent material. Here, the present invention does not limit the specific kind of the transparent material.
In one embodiment, the transparent material may comprise one or more of PP, ABS, PC, PMMA. Alternatively, the transparent material may be implemented as ABS, but the present invention is not limited thereto, which may be set by those skilled in the art according to actual needs.
Subsequently, in step S130, a patterning layer 220 is formed on the upper surface of the part skeleton 230.
In one embodiment, the pattern layer 220 may include a light-transmissive texture pattern thereon, and one or more touch icons. In this way, the pattern-based layer 220 may present a touch icon pattern to the user. It should be noted that the present invention does not limit the specific type, shape, and number of the touch icons on the pattern layer 220, and the touch icons can be set by those skilled in the art according to actual requirements.
According to one embodiment, the patterning layer 220 may be formed on the upper surface of the part frame 230 according to the following method:
a paint layer is first formed on the upper surface of the part frame 230. Further, the paint layer is processed based on a laser etching process to form a pattern layer 220.
Specifically, the laser etching software may be used to perform programming according to the pattern, and a dedicated tool fixture may be used to fix the part frame 230. After the product is debugged by selecting appropriate laser etching parameters, the excess paint layer is burned off by using laser energy based on a pre-programmed design, so that the pattern layer 220 including one or more touch icons can be formed.
It should be noted that the invention is not limited to the particular material used for the paint layer. For example, in one embodiment, the paint layer may be a black light-shielding paint layer formed by spraying black light-shielding paint on the upper surface of the component frame 230.
In yet another embodiment, two or more paints may be applied to the upper surface of the part skeleton 230 using paints adapted to transmit light of different wavelength bands to form paint layers adapted to transmit light of two or more different wavelength bands. Thus, the resulting paint layer includes a first portion of the paint layer that is transparent to light in a first wavelength band, and a second portion of the paint layer that is transparent to light in a second wavelength band. In other words, a portion of the paint layer is adapted to transmit light of a first wavelength band and another portion is adapted to transmit light of a second wavelength band.
For example, the first wavelength band light is red wavelength band light, and the second wavelength band light is yellow wavelength band light. Accordingly, a first portion of the paint layer is adapted to transmit light in the red wavelength band and a second portion of the paint layer is adapted to transmit light in the yellow wavelength band. However, it should be noted that the types of the first part paint layer and the second part paint layer and the light in the wavelength band suitable for being transmitted are not limited in particular, and can be set by those skilled in the art according to actual needs.
Subsequently, in step S140, the part frame 230 formed with the pattern layer 220 is fixed to the lower surface (back surface) of the preformed decorative panel 210.
In one embodiment, the parts frame 230 may be secured to the lower surface of the trim panel 210 by a thermal compression process.
Subsequently, in step S150, a touch sensing film 240 corresponding to the pattern layer 220 is attached to the lower surface of the component frame 230. That is, the touch sensing film 240 corresponds to one or more touch icons on the pattern layer 220. In this way, by presenting one or more touch icons on the pattern layer 220 to the user, in combination with the corresponding touch sensing film 240, a touch function can be realized.
Finally, in step S160, the light source 250 is mounted on the back of the part frame 230 (i.e., the portion on the side where the touch sensing film 240 is attached), so as to obtain the light-transmissive touch member 200.
It should be noted that when the light source 250 is turned on, the light-transmitting texture pattern on the pattern layer 220 and the one or more touch icons are projected onto the transparent decoration panel 210 to be displayed. Thus, not only can a decorative effect be achieved, but also a touch function can be realized by combining the touch sensing film 240 corresponding to the touch icon. Therefore, the light-transmitting touch part 200 manufactured by the method 100 of the present invention not only has a decorative effect, but also realizes a light-transmitting touch function.
In one embodiment, the light source 250 may be implemented as one or more LED light sources, in other words, the light source 250 includes one or more LED light sources. Here, one or more LED light sources may be installed at the back of the parts frame 230. It should be noted that the number of the LED light sources 250 is not limited in the present invention, and the number of the LED light sources 250 may be set according to practical situations.
As shown in fig. 2, the light-transmissive touch part 200 manufactured by the method 100 according to the present invention includes a pre-formed decoration panel 210 made of a carbon fiber material, and a part frame 230 made of a transparent material, wherein a pattern layer 220 is formed on an upper surface of the part frame 230, and the part frame 230 is fixed on a lower surface of the decoration panel 210. The light-transmitting touch part 200 further includes a touch sensing film 240 corresponding to the pattern layer 220, and the touch sensing film 240 is attached to the lower surface of the part frame 230. In addition, the light-transmissive touch member 200 further includes a light source 250, and the light source 250 is mounted on the back of the part frame 230. Here, the light source 250 includes, for example, one or more LED light sources, but the present invention is not limited thereto.
In one embodiment, the pattern layer 220 includes a light-transmissive texture pattern and one or more touch icons, and the touch sensor film 240 corresponds to the one or more touch icons on the pattern layer 220. When the light source 250 is turned on, the light-transmitting texture pattern on the pattern layer 220 and the one or more touch icons are projected onto the transparent decoration panel 210 to be displayed, so that not only can a decoration effect be achieved, but also the one or more touch icons on the pattern layer 220 are combined with the touch sensing film 240 to achieve a light-transmitting touch function.
It should be noted that, regarding the manufacturing process and the specific implementation of each layer structure in the light-transmitting touch component 200, detailed descriptions have been already given in the foregoing specific implementation of the manufacturing method 100 of the light-transmitting touch component, and are not repeated here.
In summary, according to the manufacturing method 100 of the light-transmitting touch component and the manufactured light-transmitting touch component 200 of the present invention, by turning on the light source, the light-transmitting texture pattern on the pattern layer and the one or more touch icons can be projected and displayed on the transparent decoration panel 210. Therefore, the decoration effect is achieved, and the light-transmitting touch function is achieved due to the fact that the touch icons in the patterns are combined with the corresponding touch sensing films.
