(5) if the voltage and the current in the heating wire circuit are not in the preset normal range, the actuator acquires an abnormal electric signal to determine that the defogging and defrosting device has a fault, the vehicle actuator feeds back a fault signal to the vehicle controller, the vehicle controller receives the fault signal and generates a corresponding fault code DTC, the fault code DTC is read after the computer is diagnosed for 10s, and a detector acquires the fault code DTC from a display of the diagnostic computer; subsequently, the tester detects the current, voltage or resistance in the heating wire circuit by a multimeter:
a. if the detected current is less than 0.5A, or the resistance is infinite, the open circuit of the heating wire is judged;
b. and if the detected voltage is 0 or the resistance is infinitesimal, judging that the heating wire is in short circuit.
It should be noted that, for simplicity of description, the method embodiments are described as a series of acts or combination of acts, but those skilled in the art will recognize that the present invention is not limited by the illustrated order of acts, as some steps may occur in other orders or concurrently in accordance with the embodiments of the present invention. Further, those skilled in the art will appreciate that the embodiments described in the specification are presently preferred and that no particular act is required to implement the invention.
Referring to fig. 5, a block diagram of a detection device for a defrosting and defogging device of a vehicle-mounted camera according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown, and the detection device specifically includes the following modules:
the instruction processing module 501 is used for the vehicle controller to receive a heating instruction sent by the diagnosis computer, respond to the heating instruction, generate and send a heating request to the vehicle actuator;
a fault determination module 502 for the vehicle actuator determining whether there is a fault in the heater wire after the vehicle actuator receives the heating request;
a fault signal feedback module 503, configured to, if the heating wire fails, feed back a fault signal to the vehicle controller by the vehicle actuator, and refuse to respond to the heating request;
and a fault code display module 504, configured to enable the vehicle controller to generate a fault code corresponding to the fault signal, so that the diagnostic computer reads the fault code from the vehicle controller and reminds a detection person to determine whether the vehicle is repaired according to the fault code.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the apparatus further includes:
and the response heating module is used for responding the heating request by the vehicle actuator and indicating the heating wire to heat if the heating wire has no fault.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the heating wire is disposed in a heating wire circuit, and the fault determining module 502 may include:
the signal monitoring submodule is used for acquiring an electric signal fed back by the heating wire circuit by the vehicle actuator and judging whether the electric signal is abnormal or not;
the signal normal sub-module is used for determining that the heating wire has no fault by the vehicle actuator if the electric signal is not abnormal;
and the signal abnormality submodule is used for determining that the heating wire has a fault by the vehicle actuator if the electric signal is abnormal.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the apparatus further includes:
the fault detection module is used for acquiring a detection result of current, voltage or resistance in the heating wire circuit detected by a detector through the diagnostic computer;
and the fault reason determining module is used for judging the fault reason of the heating wire by the diagnosis computer according to the detection result.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the fault detection module may include:
the open circuit determining submodule is used for judging that the heating wires are open circuit if the detected current is smaller than a preset threshold value or the resistance is infinite;
and the short circuit determining submodule is used for judging that the heating wires are in short circuit if the detected voltage is smaller than a preset threshold value or the resistance is infinitesimal.
In the embodiment of the invention, the diagnosis computer sends a heating instruction to the vehicle, and the vehicle controller sends a heating request to the vehicle actuator after receiving the heating instruction, so as to obtain an electric signal fed back by the heating wire circuit; if the fed back electric signal is not abnormal, the heating wire has no fault, the vehicle actuator responds to the heating request, and the heating wire has a heating phenomenon; if the feedback electric signal is abnormal, the heating wire has a fault, the vehicle actuator does not respond to the heating request and feeds a fault signal back to the vehicle controller, the vehicle controller generates a corresponding fault code, the diagnostic computer reads the fault code from the vehicle controller and displays the fault code, and a detector detects parameters such as voltage, current, resistance and the like in the circuit of the heating wire, so that the fault reason of the heating wire is further judged aiming at the fault device. The inspector can determine whether the vehicle is repaired or not through the fault detection result before the vehicle leaves the factory, so that the condition that the vehicle with the defogging and defrosting device of the vehicle-mounted camera leaves the factory without fault detection is avoided, and inconvenience is brought to a user.
For the device embodiment, since it is basically similar to the method embodiment, the description is simple, and for the relevant points, refer to the partial description of the method embodiment.
Referring to fig. 6, a block diagram of a detection system of a defrosting and defogging device for a vehicle-mounted camera according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown, including a vehicle controller 602 and a vehicle actuator 603 of a vehicle, and a diagnostic computer 601 connected to the vehicle, and specifically may include:
a diagnostic computer 601 for sending a heating instruction to the vehicle controller 602;
the vehicle controller 602 is configured to receive a heating instruction sent by the diagnostic computer 601, generate a heating instruction in response to the heating instruction, and send a heating request to the vehicle actuator 603;
a vehicle actuator 603, configured to, after the vehicle actuator 603 receives the heating request, the vehicle actuator 603 determines whether the heating wire has a fault; if the heating wire is in fault, the vehicle actuator 603 feeds back a fault signal to the vehicle controller 602, and refuses to respond to the heating request;
the vehicle controller 602 is configured to generate a fault code corresponding to the fault signal;
the diagnostic computer 601 is configured to read the fault code from the vehicle controller 602 and remind a detection person to determine whether the vehicle is repaired according to the fault code;
the vehicle actuator 603 is configured to obtain an electrical signal fed back by the heater wire circuit, and determine whether the electrical signal is abnormal; if the electrical signal is not abnormal, the vehicle actuator 603 determines that the heating wire has no fault; if the electrical signal is abnormal, the vehicle actuator 603 determines that the heating wire has a fault;
the diagnosis computer 601 is used for acquiring the detection result of the current, the voltage or the resistance in the heating wire circuit detected by the detection personnel; judging the fault reason of the heating wire according to the detection result; if the detected current is smaller than a preset threshold value or the resistance is infinite, judging that the heating wire is open-circuited; if the detected voltage is smaller than a preset threshold value or the resistance is infinitesimal, judging that the heating wires are in short circuit;
the vehicle controller 602 is configured to, if the heating wire is not faulty, the vehicle actuator 603 responds to the heating request to instruct the heating wire to heat.
In the embodiment of the invention, the diagnosis computer sends a heating instruction to the vehicle, and the vehicle controller sends a heating request to the vehicle actuator after receiving the heating instruction, so as to obtain an electric signal fed back by the heating wire circuit; if the fed back electric signal is not abnormal, the heating wire has no fault, the vehicle actuator responds to the heating request, and the heating wire has a heating phenomenon; if the feedback electric signal is abnormal, the heating wire has a fault, the vehicle actuator does not respond to the heating request and feeds a fault signal back to the vehicle controller, the vehicle controller generates a corresponding fault code, the diagnostic computer reads the fault code from the vehicle controller and displays the fault code, and a detector detects parameters such as voltage, current, resistance and the like in the circuit of the heating wire, so that the fault reason of the heating wire is further judged aiming at the fault device. The inspector can determine whether the vehicle is repaired or not through the fault detection result before the vehicle leaves the factory, so that the condition that the vehicle with the defogging and defrosting device of the vehicle-mounted camera leaves the factory without fault detection is avoided, and inconvenience is brought to a user.
For the system embodiment, since it is basically similar to the method embodiment, the description is simple, and for the relevant points, refer to the partial description of the method embodiment.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides an electronic device, including:
the detection method comprises a processor, a memory and a computer program which is stored in the memory and can run on the processor, wherein when the computer program is executed by the processor, each process of the detection method embodiment of the vehicle-mounted camera defrosting and defogging device is realized, the same technical effect can be achieved, and the details are not repeated here to avoid repetition.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a computer-readable storage medium, wherein a computer program is stored on the computer-readable storage medium, and when being executed by a processor, the computer program realizes each process of the detection method embodiment of the vehicle-mounted camera defrosting and defogging device, can achieve the same technical effect, and is not repeated here to avoid repetition.

Claims (10)

1. A detection method of a defrosting and defogging device of a vehicle-mounted camera is characterized in that the defrosting and defogging device comprises a heating wire arranged on front glass of the vehicle-mounted camera, a vehicle provided with the vehicle-mounted camera is connected with a diagnosis computer, the vehicle comprises a vehicle controller and a vehicle actuator, and the method comprises the following steps:
the vehicle controller receives a heating instruction sent by the diagnosis computer, responds to the heating instruction, generates and sends a heating request to the vehicle actuator;
after the vehicle actuator receives the heating request, the vehicle actuator determines whether the heating wire has a fault;
if the heating wire is in fault, the vehicle actuator feeds back a fault signal to the vehicle controller and refuses to respond to the heating request;
and the vehicle controller generates a fault code corresponding to the fault signal, so that the diagnostic computer reads the fault code from the vehicle controller and reminds a detector to determine whether the vehicle is repaired or not according to the fault code.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
and if the heating wire has no fault, the vehicle actuator responds to the heating request and indicates the heating wire to heat.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein the heating wire is provided in a heating wire circuit;
the vehicle actuator determining whether the heater wire is faulty, including:
the vehicle actuator acquires an electric signal fed back by the heating wire circuit and judges whether the electric signal is abnormal or not;
if the electric signal is not abnormal, the vehicle actuator determines that the heating wire has no fault;
and if the electric signal is abnormal, the vehicle actuator determines that the heating wire has a fault.
4. The method of claim 3, further comprising:
the diagnosis computer obtains the detection result of the current, the voltage or the resistance in the heating wire circuit detected by the detection personnel;
and the diagnosis computer judges the fault reason of the heating wire according to the detection result.
5. The method according to claim 4, wherein the determining the fault cause of the heating wire according to the detection result comprises:
if the detected current is smaller than a preset threshold value or the resistance is infinite, judging that the heating wire is open-circuited;
and if the detected voltage is smaller than a preset threshold value or the resistance is infinitesimal, judging that the heating wire is in short circuit.

the vehicle controller is used for generating a fault code corresponding to the fault signal;
the diagnostic computer is used for reading the fault code from the vehicle controller and reminding a detector to determine whether the vehicle is repaired or not according to the fault code;
the vehicle actuator is used for acquiring an electric signal fed back by the heating wire circuit and judging whether the electric signal is abnormal or not; if the electric signal is not abnormal, the vehicle actuator determines that the heating wire has no fault; if the electric signal is abnormal, the vehicle actuator determines that the heating wire has a fault;
the diagnosis computer is used for acquiring the detection result of the current, the voltage or the resistance in the heating wire circuit detected by the detection personnel; judging the fault reason of the heating wire according to the detection result; if the detected current is smaller than a preset threshold value or the resistance is infinite, judging that the heating wire is open-circuited; and if the detected voltage is smaller than a preset threshold value or the resistance is infinitesimal, judging that the heating wire is in short circuit.

and the vehicle controller is used for responding the heating request by the vehicle actuator and indicating the heating wire to heat if the heating wire has no fault.

An electronic device, comprising: a processor, a memory and a computer program stored on the memory and being executable on the processor, the computer program, when executed by the processor, implementing the steps of the method for detecting an in-vehicle camera defrosting and defogging device according to any one of claims 1-5.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method for detecting an in-vehicle camera defrosting and defogging device of any one of claims 1 to 5.
