Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present application clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some embodiments of the present application, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
In order to solve the technical problem that the detection of the food maturity detection device in the prior art is not accurate enough, referring to fig. 1-2, the present application provides a food maturity detection device and a method. Compared with the traditional technology which adopts an image comparison mode to detect the maturity of the food, the method provided by the invention judges the maturity by utilizing the moisture content in the food, and has higher accuracy. And utilize light detection device's transmittance to detect the moisture content of waiting to detect food, the change of moisture direct influence transmittance's change, and the precision is high.
In a first aspect, the present application provides a food maturity detection apparatus comprising a light emitter, a light receiver, and a controller. The light emitter is arranged on one side of the area to be detected and used for irradiating food in the area to be detected with light from one side of the area to be detected; the light receiver is arranged on the other side of the area to be detected and used for receiving light signals penetrating through food in the area to be detected; the light ray signal input end of the controller is connected with the output end of the light ray receiver and is used for determining the current illumination value of the light ray signal; and calculating the target maturity of the food in the area to be detected by using the current illumination value.
The light emitter and the light receiver are photoelectric sensors, and the controller can calculate the maturity of the food according to a photoelectric volume method. To detect the maturity of food by the photoelectric sensor, some biological signals caused by the internal change of food are collected and then converted into physical signals, so that the changed physical signals can express the change of biochemical parameters of food, and finally, to obtain the change rate of the biochemical parameters, the physical changes are processed by corresponding hardware circuits and chips and relevant data of pulse are stored. The fluctuation of the internal moisture of different foods is different, and the moisture change of the same food is also different in a steaming or baking mode, but no matter which mode is used for cooking, the internal biochemical parameters of the food from full-grown to full-cooked state can be changed, and the internal moisture of the food can show a trend of rising or falling.
The photoelectric method realizes the measurement of various physical quantities, low light and weak light measurement, infrared measurement, optical scanning, optical tracking measurement, laser measurement and the like. The water fluctuation caused by the change of the fiber inside the food is biological signals, the light emitted by the light emitter is received by the light receiver after passing through the food, the obtained illumination value is physical signals converted from the biological signals, and the maturity of the food is expressed by utilizing the illumination value. The light emitter can be a light emitter, the light emitting diode forms a luminous body, and the light receiver can be a light receiving tube. The light emitter carries out light to the food that awaits measuring the region and shines, and light sees through food, and the light receiver will see through the light signal reception of food to transmit for the controller, the controller obtains the illumination value according to the light signal, and the maturity value that recalculates and obtain food is as the target maturity.
Specifically, the light is infrared light, the light emitter is an infrared emission tube, and the food maturity detection device is an oven or a microwave oven. The food maturity detection device is not limited to an oven protection microwave oven, but also can be applied to other kitchen utensils, such as a steamer, an air fryer, an electric baking pan and the like.
According to the technical scheme, the moisture in the food to be detected in the processing process is considered to fluctuate, and the moisture content of the food is generally and gradually reduced or increased along with the gradual maturity of the food, so that the light of the light detection device penetrates through the food to be detected, the light fluctuates under the influence of the moisture, and the maturity of the food to be detected can be obtained according to the moisture fluctuation of the food to be detected. After the food to be detected is heated and matured, the moisture content in the food to be detected changes and tends to be gradually reduced or increased, and the maturity of the food to be detected can be reflected substantially by the change of the light after the food to be detected passes through. Compare in traditional image detection, can only compare from the outward appearance of waiting to detect food, but the outward appearance and the inner core of food probably maturity are inconsistent, consequently the light of this application passes and waits to detect food, can solve the error that utilizes the picture to detect food maturity, can improve the detection precision by a wide margin.
The invention applies a non-invasive non-contact light detection device, does not need to invade the body, does not cause body wound, can automatically eliminate the error of the instrument system, has high measurement precision, and indirectly measures the biochemical parameters in the food on the surface of the food. The change of the transmittance caused by the change of the fibers in the food is detected, the fluctuation amount of the change of the biochemical parameters of the food is analyzed through a related algorithm, and then the maturity of the food is detected.
In a preferred embodiment, the food maturity detection device further comprises a food detector and an actuator, wherein an output end of the food detector is connected with an input end of a detection signal of the controller, and an output end of the controller is connected with the actuator and is used for detecting whether food exists in the area to be detected; the starter is connected with the light emitter and the light receiver.
Among these, food detectors have various embodiments: the food detector can adopt a laser detector, and detect whether food is placed or not by using the change of light; the food detector can adopt a gravity sensor to detect the gravity change of the area to be detected so as to detect whether food is placed. The food detector can also detect the food by photographing and comparing and the like. The detection method is not limited to the detection method, and the detection method is diversified because the detection logic is simple and the detection precision does not need to be considered too much. The starter is in signal connection with the controller to directly control the operation of the light emitter and the light receiver. Specifically, the starter can adopt a starting circuit, the on-off of the light transmitter and the light receiver is controlled by the on-off of the circuit, and components such as a relay or a circuit breaker can also be adopted.
Further, in the above embodiment, the food maturity detection device further includes a shooting device, the area to be detected is located within an imaging range of the shooting device, the shooting device is used for shooting food in the area to be detected to obtain food photos, and an image input end of the controller is connected with an output end of the shooting device. The shooting device is used for shooting the area to be detected and food thereof to obtain a food photo, and transmitting the food photo to the image input end of the controller, so that the controller can conveniently perform relevant judgment according to the food photo. The food maturity detection device can detect a single type of food and can also detect multiple types of food. In this case, the food photo of the photographing device can be used as a means for determining the type of food, and the type of food can be used as a means for assisting in determining the maturity degree in consideration of the large difference in appearance of the food before and after maturity, such as color, volume, and the like. Specifically, the photographing device may employ a camera or a miniature camera, and the camera may be configured to be rotatable or movable in consideration of possible variation in the range of the region to be detected, so as to photograph the region to be detected and various types of food at various angles. In other preferred embodiments, the camera can record video and obtain food video, and the controller can make relevant judgment according to the shot food video.
In a preferred embodiment, the food maturity detection means further comprises an input device, an output end of the input device being connected to the controller for user input operation. The user inputs related operation instructions in the input device, the instructions are transmitted to the controller through the output end of the input device, and the controller can receive the user instructions and carry out the next operation. In particular, the input means may be provided in the form of a keyboard, keys, touch screen, etc. in order to provide the user with selectable items, such as selecting a food type, presetting a food maturity, etc.
In a preferred embodiment, the food maturity detection device further comprises a display device, and an input end of the display device is connected with the controller. The display device is used to output data about the food, such as the type of food and the target maturity of the food. The display device can adopt a display panel, a display lamp and the like for displaying, the display panel can adopt a liquid crystal screen or a CRT (cathode ray tube) liquid crystal display, a display circuit is connected behind the display panel and adopts an LED nixie tube for dynamic scanning to display, and a three-position common anode LED nixie tube is formed to display measured data.
Referring to fig. 2, in a preferred embodiment, a first-order active filter circuit is disposed between the light signal input terminal of the controller and the output terminal of the light receiver. The system adopts the transmission type infrared transmitting tube and the infrared receiving tube to realize the acquisition of food biochemical parameter change signals, directly outputs digital quantity, can directly communicate with the singlechip, and greatly simplifies the complexity of a circuit. When there is an input signal, U2A outputs a high level, indicated by the flashing of the red LED. Namely, the light-emitting diode is used for parameter measurement state display, and the light-emitting diode is lighted once when the biochemical parameters of the food fluctuate once. Meanwhile, the pulse level is sent to a single chip microcomputer/INTO pin through R24 to calculate and display the food maturity.
The food is placed in the center of the area to be detected, such as a tray, and is positioned between the infrared emitting diode and the receiving triode in the cooking process, and the water flow in the food is changed along with the cooking of the food. Because the food is placed in the transmission path of the light, the intensity of the light is changed due to the change of the saturation degree of the moisture in the food, the current of the infrared receiving triode is changed, and then the infrared receiving triode outputs signals. The signal is output after being filtered, amplified and shaped, a main control chip circuit for detecting the change rate of the signal is combined with a related algorithm to calculate and process the input signal to obtain a numerical value for representing the maturity of food and displaying the result, and particularly, the result data is displayed through a nixie tube of a display circuit.
When food is in the measuring position, two situations occur: one is a surge-free period. Although the food blocks the infrared light emitted from the infrared emitting diode, the output voltage is slightly lower due to the dark current in the infrared receiving transistor. Secondly, there is a surge period. The internal moisture saturation always shows a rising/falling trend in the cooking mature process, and the fluctuation is caused because the moisture in the food is irregularly moved in the heating environment, and the sudden moisture accumulation at a certain position can cause the light transmittance to be enhanced. When the internal fiber of the food is heated at high temperature to cause the fluctuation of the internal water, the light transmittance of the food is fluctuated, the dark current in the infrared receiving triode is fluctuated, and the output voltage is fluctuated. Therefore, in a preferred embodiment, the light emitting tubes and the light receiving tubes can be arranged in multiple groups and arranged at different positions to detect the maturity of food at different angles, and detection errors caused by fluctuation are reduced.
The basic circuit feature of a low-pass filter is that only signals below the cut-off frequency are allowed to pass. According to the transfer function of the first-order active filter circuit, the following can be obtained:
Figure BDA0003172078130000061
this formula is the transfer function of a first order active filter circuit. The cut-off frequency is a basic parameter of the filter circuit, and the proper cut-off frequency can filter out unwanted clutter interference and leave a needed waveform. The parameters of each component in the schematic diagram are designed according to the water fluctuation frequency under the general condition, and can be revised according to the actual condition.
The magnification is:
Figure BDA0003172078130000071
r14 and C4 form a low-pass filter to further filter residual interference, the cut-off frequency is determined by R14 and C4, the operational amplifier U2B amplifies signals, and the amplification factor is determined by the ratio of R14 to R16.
The cut-off frequency is:
Figure BDA0003172078130000072
the U3 is a circuit of an infrared transmitting tube and an infrared receiving tube, and the larger the current in the infrared transmitting diode is, the smaller the transmitting angle is, the larger the generated transmitting intensity is, so the requirement on the selection of the R20 resistance value is higher. The choice of 300 Ω for R20 is also based on infrared receiver triode-induced infrared light sensitivity considerations. R20 is too big, and the electric current through infrared emitting diode is little, and signal when infrared receiving triode can't distinguish the inside moisture fluctuation of food. On the contrary, when R20 is too small, the passing current is too large, and the infrared receiving triode can not accurately distinguish the signal when the wave is fluctuated.
R14 and C4 form a low-pass filter to further filter residual interference, the cut-off frequency is determined by R14 and C4, the operational amplifier U2B amplifies signals, and the amplification factor is determined by the ratio of R14 to R16.
Referring to fig. 1, in a second aspect, the present application provides a method for detecting food maturity, which is applied to the food maturity detecting device with the above structure, and includes the following steps:
s10, when the light emitter irradiates the food in the area to be detected from one side of the area to be detected, the light receiver arranged at the other side of the area to be detected is used for receiving a detection light signal;
s20, determining the current illumination value of the light signal;
and S30, calculating the target maturity of the food in the area to be detected by using the current illumination value.
In a preferred embodiment, before the step S10 is started, the method further includes:
step 1, detecting whether food exists in a region to be detected;
and 2, if food is detected in the area to be detected, controlling the light transmitter to start to irradiate light and controlling the light receiver to start to work.
Before the start of step S10, the area to be detected is detected, and only when the presence of food is detected will the subsequent photodetection step be initiated. As described in the foregoing embodiments, the detection may be realized by a food detector, and may be realized by various means such as laser detection, gravity detection, or image detection and comparison. Whether food exists or not is detected before maturity detection is started, so that the light transmitter and the light receiver can be prevented from doing useless work, and energy consumption is reduced.
Further, in the above embodiment, the step S30 of calculating the target maturity of the food in the area to be detected by using the current light illumination value includes:
s31, acquiring a first corresponding relation between a preset illuminance value and a maturity value;
s32, in the first corresponding relation between the preset illumination value and the maturity value, the maturity value corresponding to the current illumination value is searched to serve as the target maturity.
In this embodiment, the first corresponding relationship between the illuminance value and the maturity value is obtained by presetting, and the first corresponding relationship may be set as a mathematical calculation formula such as a functional relationship, or may be set without passing through a corresponding calculation formula, and the illuminance value is divided into a plurality of levels, and a table of the level number and the maturity is preset, and the corresponding maturity is determined according to the level number.
Further, in the above embodiment, in step S31, the obtaining the first corresponding relationship between the preset illuminance value and the maturity value includes:
s311, shooting food in the area to be detected by using a shooting device to obtain a food photo;
s312, searching a target food type corresponding to the food in the food photo in a plurality of preset food types in a preset database;
s313, if the target food type corresponding to the food in the food photo is found;
s314, acquiring a first corresponding relation between a preset illumination value and a maturity value corresponding to the target food type.
Considering that the types of food are various and the moisture content of different foods after ripening is different, the first corresponding relations of the maturity detection of various foods are different, so the types of the foods are identified in order to detect the maturity of various foods. A plurality of preset food types exist in a preset database in the controller and pictures with typical characteristics of the food are stored. Therefore, when the food pictures shot by the shooting device are transmitted to the controller, the food pictures and the multiple food type pictures pre-stored in the database are searched until the corresponding food type is found, and then the first corresponding relation of the food type is obtained, so that the target maturity value can be obtained according to the current illumination value through the first corresponding relation.
Further, in the above embodiment, in step S31, the obtaining the first corresponding relationship between the preset illuminance value and the maturity value further includes:
s315, if the target food type corresponding to the food in the food photo is not found, generating a food type selection prompt;
s316, detecting whether a type selection operation input according to the food type selection prompt is received;
and S317, if the type selection operation is received, determining the type corresponding to the type selection operation as the target food type.
Considering that there are many food types, if the reference degree of the food photo is low, a situation that a matching food type cannot be found may occur, or the food is indeed not in a preset database, at this time, in order to solve the problem of selecting the food type, a food type selection prompt is added, and a user can manually select the food type, select the correct food type or a similar food type.
In a preferred embodiment, the step S31 of calculating the target maturity of the food in the area to be detected by using the current light illumination value further includes the following steps:
step 1, acquiring a total illuminance value a1And a full-blown illuminance value a0,The preset full-ripe maturity is m-100;
step 2, judging that the food to be detected has a current illumination value a and the maturity is
Figure BDA0003172078130000081
In this embodiment, the illuminance value a of the food in the whole growth state is obtained1Illumination value a in the mature state0And the preset full-ripe is m-100. And (4) calculating the maturity according to the formula, wherein no matter the moisture content of the food is increased or reduced after the food is matured, a corresponding target maturity value can be obtained by adopting an absolute value calculation mode.
According to the technical scheme, the noninvasive non-contact light ray detection device is applied, and does not need to invade a body, so that the body wound is avoided, the error of the system of the instrument can be automatically eliminated, the measurement precision is high, and the biochemical parameters in the food can be indirectly measured on the surface of the food. The change of the transmittance caused by the change of the fibers in the food is detected, the fluctuation amount of the change of the biochemical parameters of the food is analyzed through a related algorithm, and then the maturity of the food is detected.
