Abstract
The invention discloses a hydrostatic bearing oil supply system, which comprises a temperature sensor arranged on a bearing bush, wherein the temperature sensor is connected with an electromagnetic valve, the electromagnetic valve is arranged on a lubricating oil flow channel, one end of the lubricating oil flow channel is connected with a pump, the other end of the lubricating oil flow channel is connected with an oil inlet hole, the oil inlet hole is arranged on an oil cavity, and the pump pumps lubricating liquid in an oil storage tank into a bearing. The invention can automatically control and accurately measure the flow, has simple system structure and convenient operation, and achieves the aims of reducing the labor intensity and improving the production efficiency.

The oil storage tank 7 is internally provided with a filter 8, and the filter 8 is used for filtering impurities of the lubricating liquid in the oil storage tank 7.

As shown in fig. 1: the original common control valve is replaced by an electromagnetic valve 5, four temperature sensors 9 are arranged in the bearing bush 4 to measure the oil temperature and the bush temperature in the bearing, the measured temperature is transmitted into the electromagnetic valve 5, and the electromagnetic valve 5 can control the oil inlet amount according to the relationship among the received information, the temperature of the bearing bush 4 and the temperature and the flow of the lubricating oil. The oil-saving and convenient operation functions are realized.
The working principle of the invention is as follows:
when the lubricating device is used, all switches are turned on, the pump 6 pumps lubricating liquid into the bearing, after the lubricating device runs for a period of time, the bearing can have an overhigh temperature, the temperature sensor 9 detects that the temperature is overhigh, information can be transmitted to the electromagnetic valve 5, and then the electromagnetic valve 5 can reasonably expand or reduce a channel according to the relationship between the temperature and the flow of the lubricating oil. Specifically, the temperature of the bearing bush 4, the temperature of the lubricating oil and the flow rate have a relationship, then the temperature rises, the temperature sensor 9 measures the temperature and transmits the information to the electromagnetic valve 5, and the electromagnetic valve 5 enlarges the flow rate according to the relationship. On the contrary, when the temperature is reduced, the flow of the electromagnetic valve 5 is reduced, and the oil-saving effect is achieved.
