The propelling mechanism 8 comprises a fixed frame 80, a swing frame 81, a sliding frame 82, a stepping motor 83, a first rotating shaft 84, pushing wheels 85, belt pulleys 86, a flat belt 87 and a support 88, wherein the fixed frame 80 is connected to the middle of the inner wall of the left side of the base 1, the support 88 is connected to the rear side of the top of the fixed frame 80, an arc-shaped chute is formed in the upper right side of the support 88, the sliding frame 82 is connected to the arc-shaped chute in an inner sliding manner, the stepping motor 83 is connected to the sliding frame 82, the swing frame 81 is connected to the upper right side of the support 88 in a rotating manner through a rotating shaft, the first rotating shafts 84 are connected to the upper and lower sides of the swing frame 81 in a rotating manner, the first rotating shafts 84 on the lower side are connected with output shafts of the stepping motor 83, the pushing wheels 85 are connected to the middle, a flat belt 87 is fitted between the two pulleys 86.
After the drill rod is manually centered to align the drill rod to the through hole 22, the drill rod is tightly attached to the lower side pushing wheel 85, the stepping motor 83 is started to rotate the lower side first rotating shaft 84, the lower side first rotating shaft 84 rotates to drive the lower side belt pulley 86 to rotate, the lower side belt pulley 86 rotates to drive the flat belt 87 to rotate, the flat belt 87 rotates to drive the upper side belt pulley 86 to rotate, the upper side belt pulley 86 rotates to drive the upper side first rotating shaft 84 to rotate, the first rotating shaft 84 rotates to drive the pushing wheel 85 to rotate, the lower side pushing wheel 85 rotates to push the drill rod into the open hole well, after the lower side pushing wheel 85 works for a long time, the swing frame 81 is rotated to drive the lower side first rotating shaft 84 to swing the lower side pushing wheel 85 leftwards to separate from the drill rod, so that the upper side first rotating shaft 84 drives the upper side pushing wheel 85 to swing rightwards to contact with the outer wall of the drill rod, at the moment, the upper side pushing wheel 85 rotates to continue to push the drill rod into the open hole, in this way, it is possible to use the two pushing wheels 85 alternately, turning off the stepping motor 83 when it is not necessary to push in the drill rod. When the drill rod is drawn out from the open hole, the stepping motor 83 is started to enable the first rotating shaft 84 on the lower side to rotate reversely, the first rotating shaft 84 on the lower side rotates reversely to drive the belt pulley 86 on the lower side to rotate reversely, the belt pulley 86 on the lower side rotates reversely to drive the flat belt 87 to rotate reversely, the flat belt 87 rotates reversely to drive the belt pulley 86 on the upper side to rotate reversely, the belt pulley 86 on the upper side rotates reversely to drive the first rotating shaft 84 on the upper side to rotate reversely, and the first rotating shaft 84 rotates reversely to drive the pushing wheel 85 to rotate reversely; when the hook 72 drives the drill rod joint on the drill rod to move upwards to be close to the lower side pushing wheel 85, the swinging frame 81 is rotated to enable the first rotating shaft 84 on the lower side to drive the lower side pushing wheel 85 to swing leftwards, the lower side pushing wheel 85 swings leftwards and then does not block the hook 72 and the drill rod joint on the drill rod, when the hook 72 and the drill rod joint on the drill rod move upwards to the upper side of the lower side pushing wheel 85, the swinging frame 81 is rotated reversely to enable the first rotating shaft 84 on the lower side to drive the lower side pushing wheel 85 to swing rightwards and reset, the lower side pushing wheel 85 swings rightwards and resets and then is attached to the drill rod, so that the lower side pushing wheel 85 rotates reversely to push the drill rod to move upwards to move out of the open hole well, and after all the drill rods are pulled out of the open hole well, the stepping motor 83 is controlled to stop working.
The device also comprises a righting mechanism 9, the righting mechanism 9 is connected to the left side of the top of the base 1, the righting mechanism 9 is used for righting a drill rod, the righting mechanism 9 comprises a supporting seat 90, a hydraulic cylinder 91, a third connecting block 92, a sliding rail 93, a shear type extending frame 94, a limiting plate 95, a second rotating shaft 96, a supporting block 97, a T-shaped pushing block 98 and a movable rod 99, the supporting seat 90 is connected to the left side of the top of the base 1, the supporting seat 90 is located on the left side of the mounting frame 5, the hydraulic cylinder 91 is connected to the left side of the top of the supporting seat 90, the sliding rail 93 is located on the left side of the hydraulic cylinder 91, the two second rotating shafts 96 are rotatably connected to the left side of the upper portion of the supporting seat 90, the two second rotating shafts 96 are symmetrical front and back, the shear type extending frame 94 is connected between the two second rotating shafts 96, the upper portion of the shear type extending frame 94 is slidably connected to the sliding rail 93 through the sliding rod, the third connecting block 92 is sleeved on the upper portion of the sliding rod of the shear type extending frame 94, third connecting block 92 is connected with the telescopic link of pneumatic cylinder 91, the symmetry is connected with two limiting plates 95 around supporting seat 90 top left side, the right flank upper portion of two limiting plates 95 all has a movable rod 99 through guide bar sliding connection, all be connected with tray 97 between the right-hand member of two movable rods 99, tray 97 is used for righting the drilling rod, tray 97 left surface is opened there is the spout, the last lower part on formula extension frame 94 right side all has a T type ejector pad 98 through the axostylus axostyle cover, two T type ejector pads 98 all with the spout sliding connection on the tray 97.
When a drill rod is hoisted from the support 21, the telescopic rod of the hydraulic cylinder 91 is started to shorten, the telescopic rod of the hydraulic cylinder 91 shortens to enable the third connecting block 92 to move downwards, the third connecting block 92 moves downwards to enable the scissors type extending frame 94 to expand, the scissors type extending frame 94 pushes the T-shaped push block 98 to move rightwards when expanding, the T-shaped push block 98 moves rightwards to push the support block 97 to move rightwards, the support block 97 moves rightwards after moving rightwards to support the drill rod and prevent the drill rod from shaking randomly, the support block 97 supports the drill rod and then controls the telescopic rod of the hydraulic cylinder 91 to extend, the telescopic rod of the hydraulic cylinder 91 extends to enable the third connecting block 92 to move upwards, the third connecting block 92 moves upwards to enable the scissors type extending frame 94 to close, the scissors type extending frame 94 closes to drive the T-shaped push block 98 to move leftwards, the T-shaped push block 98 moves leftwards to pull the support block 97 to move leftwards, at the moment, the drill rod still moves upwards, the drill rod slowly swings straight due to self gravity, the tray 97 props the drilling rod when moving left always, so can right the drilling rod, make the drilling rod be in vertical state, make the drilling rod aim at opening 22 to need not artifical manual drilling rod of righting, can labour saving and time saving, after the tray 97 moves left and resets, control pneumatic cylinder 91 stop work.
The drilling rod pushing device further comprises a pushing auxiliary mechanism 10, the pushing auxiliary mechanism 10 is connected to the inner wall of the left side of the base 1, the pushing auxiliary mechanism 10 is used for assisting the pushing wheel 85 to push a drilling rod into an open hole, the pushing auxiliary mechanism 10 comprises a first rack bar 100, a third rotating shaft 101, a rotating frame 102, rotating wheels 103, a first return spring 104, a first gear 105 and a first mounting plate 106, the first mounting plate 106 is connected to the upper portion of the inner wall of the left side of the base 1, the third rotating shaft 101 is rotatably connected between the first mounting plate 106 and the fixing frame 80, the upper portion and the lower portion of the third rotating shaft 101 are respectively connected with the rotating frame 102, the two rotating frames 102 are respectively sleeved with one rotating wheel 103 through a shaft rod, the rotating wheels 103 are used for assisting the pushing wheel 85 to push the drilling rod into the open hole, the pushing wheels 85 and the rotating wheels 103 are both made of rubber materials and can better push the drilling rod to move, the first return spring 104 is sleeved on the shaft rod of the rotating frame 102, one end of a first return spring 104 is in contact with the rotating frame 102, the other end of the first return spring 104 is in contact with the rotating wheel 103, the rear side surface of the support block 97 is connected with a first rack bar 100, the upper end of the third rotating shaft 101 is connected with a first gear 105 through a one-way clutch, and the first gear 105 is meshed with the first rack bar 100.
The supporting block 97 drives the first rack bar 100 to move rightwards when moving rightwards, the first rack bar 100 drives the first gear 105 to rotate clockwise when moving rightwards, the third rotating shaft 101 cannot rotate clockwise due to the action of a one-way clutch at the upper end of the third rotating shaft 101, the supporting block 97 moves leftwards to drive the first rack bar 100 to move leftwards, the first rack bar 100 moves leftwards to drive the first gear 105 to rotate anticlockwise, the first gear 105 rotates anticlockwise to drive the third rotating shaft 101 to rotate anticlockwise, the third rotating shaft 101 rotates anticlockwise to drive the rotating frame 102 to rotate anticlockwise, the rotating frame 102 rotates anticlockwise to drive the rotating wheel 103 and the first return spring 104 to rotate anticlockwise around the third rotating shaft 101, the rotating wheel 103 rotates anticlockwise to cling to the outer wall of the drill rod, the first return spring 104 is compressed, the rotating wheel 103 rotates anticlockwise to be positioned at the right side of the pushing wheel 85 and aligned with the pushing wheel 85, therefore, when the push wheel 85 pushes the drill rod to move downwards and upwards, the rotating wheel 103 rotates along with the drill rod to assist the drill rod to move, when the rotating wheel 103 is not needed, the third rotating shaft 101 rotates clockwise to drive the rotating frame 102 to rotate clockwise, and the rotating frame 102 rotates clockwise to drive the rotating wheel 103 to rotate clockwise to reset.
The automatic transmission mechanism further comprises a switching mechanism 11, the bracket 88 is connected with the switching mechanism 11, the switching mechanism 11 is used for switching two pushing wheels 85 to be used alternately, the switching mechanism 11 comprises a traction rod 110, a tension spring 111, a second rack rod 112, a second gear 113, a pull rod 114, a second return spring 115, a second torsion spring 116, a limiting block 117 and a protrusion 118, a linear hole is formed in the lower portion of the swinging frame 81, the front side of the bracket 88 is connected with the traction rod 110 in a sliding mode through a guide rod, the traction rod 110 is connected with the linear hole in the lower portion of the swinging frame 81 in a sliding mode through a slide rod, the tension spring 111 is connected between the front portion of the bracket 88 and the front portion of the traction rod 110 through a hook, a linear groove is formed in the upper portion of the rear side of the bracket 88, the second rack rod 112 is connected in a sliding mode in the linear groove of the bracket 88, the left side of the bottom of the second rack rod 112 is connected with the limiting block 117, the left side of the top of the traction rod 110 is connected with the protrusion 118, and is in contact with the limiting block 117, the left part of the support 88 is connected with a pull rod 114 in a sliding manner, the right end of the pull rod 114 is connected with the left side face of a limiting block 117, a second return spring 115 is sleeved on the pull rod 114, one end of the second return spring 115 is connected with the support 88, the other end of the second return spring 115 is connected with the limiting block 117, the middle part of the third rotating shaft 101 is connected with a second gear 113 through a one-way clutch, the second rack rod 112 can be meshed with the second gear 113 when moving, a second torsion spring 116 is sleeved on a rotating shaft of the swing frame 81, one end of the second torsion spring 116 is connected with the swing frame 81, and the other end of the second torsion spring 116 is connected with the support 88.
As shown in fig. 12, when the stopper 117 presses the protrusion 118, the tension spring 111 is stretched, the pushing wheel 85 on the lower side contacts the drill rod, when the pushing wheel 85 on the upper side is to be switched to use, the pull rod 114 is pulled leftwards, the pull rod 114 is moved leftwards, the stopper 117 is moved leftwards, the second return spring 115 is compressed, the stopper 117 is moved leftwards without pressing the protrusion 118, the pull rod 110 can be moved leftwards under the action of the tension spring 111, the pull rod 110 is moved leftwards to pull the swing frame 81 to rotate, the second torsion spring 116 is compressed, the swing frame 81 rotates to make the first rotating shaft 84 on the lower side drive the pushing wheel 85 to swing leftwards to disengage from the drill rod, and make the first rotating shaft 84 on the upper side drive the pushing wheel 85 to swing rightwards to contact with the outer wall of the drill rod; at the moment, the rotating wheel 103 is contacted with the outer wall of the drill rod, the limiting block 117 moves leftwards to drive the second rack bar 112 to move leftwards, the second rack bar 112 moves leftwards to drive the second gear 113 to rotate anticlockwise, due to the action of the one-way clutch in the middle of the third rotating shaft 101, the third rotating shaft 101 cannot rotate anticlockwise, when one drill rod is pushed into the open hole and a next drill rod needs to be hoisted, the pull rod 114 is released, the limiting block 117 can move rightwards to reset under the action of the second return spring 115, the limiting block 117 moves rightwards to drive the rack bar to move rightwards, the second rack bar 112 moves rightwards to drive the second gear 113 to rotate clockwise, the second gear 113 rotates clockwise to drive the third rotating shaft 101 to rotate clockwise, the third rotating shaft 101 rotates clockwise to drive the rotating frame 102 to rotate clockwise, the rotating frame 102 rotates clockwise to drive the rotating wheel 103 to rotate clockwise to reset, the rotating wheel 103 rotates clockwise and does not block the next drill rod after being reset. The limiting block 117 moves the pushing boss 118 rightwards, the boss 118 rightwards moves to drive the traction rod 110 rightwards, the tension spring 111 is stretched, the traction rod 110 rightwards moves to enable the swinging frame 81 to reversely rotate, the second torsion spring 116 restores the original state, the swinging frame 81 reversely rotates to enable the lower first rotating shaft 84 to drive the lower pushing wheel 85 to swing rightwards to reset, the upper first rotating shaft 84 drives the right upper pushing wheel 85 to swing leftwards to reset, and therefore operation is more convenient and faster.
Still including screens mechanism 12, be connected with screens mechanism 12 on the tray 97, screens mechanism 12 is used for spacing to the drilling rod, screens mechanism 12 is including mount pad 120, dog 121 and third torsional spring 122, both sides inner wall all is connected with mount pad 120 around the tray 97, two mount pad 120 symmetries, all be connected with dog 121 through the pivot rotary type on two mount pads 120, two dog 121 symmetries, two dog 121 contact with two mount pads 120 respectively, all overlap in the pivot of two dog 121 and have two third torsional springs 122, third torsional spring 122 one end is connected with mount pad 120, the third torsional spring 122 other end is connected with dog 121.
When the support block 97 moves rightwards to support a drill rod, the mounting seat 120 moves rightwards to drive the stop block 121 to move rightwards, when the stop block 121 moves rightwards to be in contact with the drill rod, the stop block 121 continues to move rightwards and is extruded by the drill rod to rotate inwards, the third torsion spring 122 is compressed, when the stop block 121 is separated from the drill rod, the stop block 121 can be rotated and reset to be in contact with the mounting seat 120 under the action of the third torsion spring 122, after the stop block 121 is in contact with the mounting seat 120, the stop block 121 is supported by the mounting seat 120 and cannot continue to rotate outwards, and therefore the stop block 121 can limit the drill rod and prevent the drill rod from moving out of an opening on the right side of the support block 97.

When the drill rod is to enter the open hole, the rocking disc 131 is rotated, the rocking disc 131 rotates to drive the two-way screw 132 to rotate, the two-way screw 132 rotates to enable the two cross-shaped movable blocks 135 to move in the direction away from the through hole 22, when a drill rod enters the open hole, the rocking disc 131 is rotated reversely, the rocking disc 131 rotates to drive the bidirectional screw 132 to rotate reversely, the bidirectional screw 132 rotates reversely to enable the two cross movable blocks 135 to drive the arc-shaped clamping sleeves 133 to move towards the direction close to the drill rod, the arc-shaped clamping sleeves 133 can clamp and fix the drill rod in the open hole after moving towards the direction close to the drill rod, thereby preventing the drill rod in the open hole from shaking when the drill rod on the upper side is rotated to connect the drill rod joints on the two drill rods together, and then can be convenient for link together two drilling rods, when will make arc cutting ferrule 133 loosen the drilling rod in the open hole, repeated above-mentioned operation can.
