The invention achieves the purposes of high working efficiency and material saving by optimizing the manufacturing process of the heat-insulating decorative plate, the forming procedure of the metal panel without the facing can adopt a punch forming process, the slotting and flanging procedures are omitted, the working efficiency is improved, and the product quality is ensured; the novel process of compounding the metal panel without the facing and the insulation board and then coating the decorative surface layer is firstly carried out, so that the decorative surface layer can be prevented from being damaged in the cutting and edge folding processes, the using amount of the coating can be reduced, and the cost is saved; the decorative surface layer is not coated in advance before the metal panel is punched and formed, so that the cut corner waste materials are easy to recycle, the waste is reduced, and the cost is saved.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of building external wall insulation boards, and particularly relates to a manufacturing process of a composite metal panel insulation and decoration integrated board.
Background
With the advance of building assembly and industrialization, a heat-insulation and decoration integrated plate heat-insulation system for a building outer wall gradually replaces a traditional thin plastering heat-insulation system, at present, panel materials used by a composite heat-insulation and decoration integrated plate mainly comprise a thin stone plate, a calcium silicate plate and a metal panel (comprising an aluminum-zinc-plated steel plate and an aluminum alloy plate), and compared with the thin stone material, the metal panel has light mass per unit area; compared with calcium silicate boards, the metal panels are firmly anchored, and the metal panels have a large share in the market.
At present, the common manufacturing process of the metal panel heat insulation and decoration integrated plate is as follows: in a professional panel coating factory, the metal panel is coated with a decorative surface, then is cut and folded by an integrated plate manufacturer, and then is compounded with a heat-insulating core material.

The invention aims to solve the problems, and provides a manufacturing process of a composite metal panel heat-preservation and decoration integrated plate, which has the advantages of high work efficiency, guaranteed facing layer quality and material saving.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme: a manufacturing process of a composite metal panel heat-insulation and decoration integrated plate comprises a metal panel, wherein the metal panel is arranged on the top of a heat-insulation core material through an adhesive, and a finish coat is coated on the top of the metal panel;
the method comprises the following steps:
1) cutting the whole metal panel according to the required shape;
2) stamping the cut metal panel into a box;
3) coating adhesives on the top surface and the periphery of the upper end of the heat-insulating core material and the inner surface of the metal panel, and butting and compounding the heat-insulating core material and the metal panel;
4) and coating a finish coat on the surface of the compounded plate.
As a preferred technical solution of the present invention, the length and width values of the insulation board may be, but are not limited to, six hundred millimeters and three hundred millimeters.
According to the invention, as a preferred technical scheme, after the metal panel is cut, the whole metal panel is of a cross-shaped structure, the area of the middle part of the metal panel is consistent with the area value of the heat insulation plate, the area value of the heat insulation plate corresponding to the length and width structure of the metal panel protrudes by ten millimeters, the metal panel is stamped into a corresponding structure in advance, then the metal panel is contacted and fixed with the heat insulation core material in a sticking and clamping manner, the protruding parts are arranged on the two sides of the metal panel, so that the folded angle area of the metal panel cannot be overlapped in the folding process, and a relatively closed concave box-shaped structure can be formed through subsequent stamping treatment, so that the metal panel is effectively clamped on the periphery of the heat insulation core material.
As a preferred technical scheme of the invention, the metal panel is made of an aluminum-zinc-plated steel plate and an aluminum alloy plate, and the heat-insulating core material can be one of an inorganic light aggregate heat-insulating plate, a rock wool heat-insulating plate and a polyurethane heat-insulating plate.
As a preferred technical scheme of the invention, the adhesive comprises one or a mixture of more of vinyl ester polymer, acrylate polymer, vinyl chloride polymer, styrene polymer and polyurethane polymer.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. the forming process of the metal panel without the facing can adopt a punch forming process, so that the processes of slotting and flanging are omitted, the working efficiency is improved, and the product quality is ensured; the novel process of compounding the metal panel without the facing and the insulation board and then coating the decorative surface layer is firstly carried out, so that the decorative surface layer can be prevented from being damaged in the cutting and edge folding processes, the using amount of the coating can be reduced, and the cost is saved; the decorative surface layer is not coated in advance before the metal panel is punched and formed, so that the cut corner waste materials are easy to recycle, the waste is reduced, and the cost is saved.

4) and coating a finish coat on the surface of the compounded plate.

The embodiment provides a composite metal panel heat-insulation and decoration integrated plate, which has a structure shown in fig. 1 and comprises a heat-insulation core material, a metal panel (without decoration), an adhesive and a finishing layer; wherein the surface length and width of the heat-insulating core material are respectively 600mm and 300 mm; the heat insulation core material is an inorganic light aggregate heat insulation board; the metal panel is in a cross shape, the middle part of the metal panel is aligned with the upper surface of the heat-insulation core material, and the length and the width of the metal panel are 10mm higher than those of the heat-insulation core material; the metal panel is an aluminum-zinc plated steel plate; the adhesive is polyurethane polymer;
the preparation method comprises the following steps:
1) cutting the whole metal panel according to the required shape;
2) stamping the cut metal panel into a box shape;
3) coating an adhesive on the heat-insulating core material and the inner surface of the metal panel, and butting and compounding the heat-insulating core material and the metal panel;
4) and coating a decorative finish layer required by a customer on the surface of the compounded integrated plate.
