As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the present invention provides a pipe rack spreader comprising: the main beam body 100, hydraulic cylinder 200 and jib 300, hydraulic cylinder 200's one end evenly sets up on the main beam body 100, and hydraulic cylinder 200's the other end is connected with jib 300, and jib 300 is used for connecting the pipe gallery body 110.
The hydraulic oil cylinders 200 are divided into at least three groups, each group of hydraulic oil cylinders 200 can be independently controlled in parallel, and the hydraulic oil cylinders 200 in each group are adjacent to each other and are connected in series.
In other words, the main beam body 100 is connected to the hydraulic ram 200, and the hydraulic ram 200 is connected to the pipe gallery body 110 via the boom 300.
Further, since the hydraulic cylinders 200 are uniformly installed on the girder body 100, the hydraulic cylinders 200 are maintained perpendicular to the girder body 100 during operation, and thus each hydraulic cylinder 200 of each set is equally stressed.
In an alternative embodiment of the invention, the pipe gallery spreader includes three sets of hydraulic rams 200, wherein the first set includes 6 hydraulic rams 200, the second set includes 6 hydraulic rams 200, and the third set includes 8 hydraulic rams 200.
Under actual operating conditions, the hydraulic oil cylinders 200 in each group can be used simultaneously or independently, in other words, when hoisting a pipe gallery with 8m, the first group comprises 6 hydraulic oil cylinders 200, the second group comprises 6 hydraulic oil cylinders 200, and the third group comprises 8 hydraulic oil cylinders 200 which are started simultaneously.
When hoisting a 4m pipe gallery, through the manual valve, the first group opens 3 hydraulic cylinders 200 of the inner ring, the second group opens 3 hydraulic cylinders 200 of the inner ring, and the third group opens 4 hydraulic cylinders 200 of the inner ring. Namely, only 10 oil cylinders in the middle are used for hoisting.
Therefore, the pipe gallery lifting appliance can lift pipe galleries of different sizes, and is wide in application range.
As shown in fig. 3, hydraulic rams 200 are divided into at least three groups, corresponding to at least three force points. Since three points may define a plane, at least three sets of hydraulic rams 200 may ensure that the pipe gallery 110 is lifted horizontally.
Furthermore, a force sensor may be mounted on each hydraulic ram 200 and may be monitored in real time via a display screen connected to the controller when the pipe gallery 110 is hoisted.

Through first round pin axle 204 and the perpendicular arrangement of second round pin axle 205, when the pipe gallery body 110 in the lift or handling process, no matter the pipe gallery body 110 is the swing of X direction or Y direction, jib 300 all can be adjusted according to the angle of pipe gallery body 110, can not harm pipe gallery body 110.
With continued reference to fig. 4, in an alternative embodiment of the present invention, the hanger bar 300 is a threaded rod, one end of the hanger bar 300 is connected to the connection base 203 by a nut, and the other end of the hanger bar 300 passes through a lifting hole of the tube lane body 110 and is connected to the tube lane body 110 by a nut. The height of the lifting appliance is reduced, and the space is saved.
Because gallery body hole for hoist diameter ratio jib diameter is only greater than ten millimeters, and the hoisting point is many again, so when traditional hoist interlude jib, it is more time-consuming. But because hydraulic cylinder 200 is the articulated form, can swing, so to the jib 300 interlude piping lane lifting hole can be more convenient for operate.
