Referring to fig. 1-16, a storage container cap comprises:
an outer cap 100 provided with an extension sleeve 110;
an inner cover 200 disposed below the outer cover 100, the inner cover 200 having a bin 210 and a connection through hole 230, the bin 210 being disposed at the bottom of the inner cover 200, the connection through hole 230 penetrating through the inner cover 200;
a bin cover 300 disposed at the bottom of the bin 210, wherein a connecting rod 310 is disposed on the bin cover 300, and the connecting rod 310 extends into the outer cover 100 through the connecting through hole 230;
a first locking mechanism disposed between the connection rod 310 and the extension sleeve 110 for connecting the connection rod 310 and the extension sleeve 110 to prevent the silo cover 300 from being separated from the outer cover 100;
wherein the silo cover 300 is opened by driving the connecting rod 310 in the extension sleeve 110 downward.
In this embodiment, by providing the first locking mechanism, when the connecting rod 310 is driven to move down to open the bin 210, the bin cover 300 will not be separated from the outer cover 100, and the bin cover 300 is prevented from falling into the bottle, so that the safety factor is higher.
Wherein an internal thread is provided in the inner cap 200 for mounting on a bottle.
In one embodiment, the connecting rod 310 is a tubular body having a cavity, the extension sleeve 110 is a rod body, the connecting rod 310 is sleeved on the extension sleeve 110, and the connecting rod 310 and the extension sleeve 110 are connected by a first locking mechanism.
The embodiment is a variation of the embodiment for extending the connecting rod 310 into the extension sleeve 110, and the specific implementation principle can be derived by those skilled in the art without any inventive thought.
Referring to fig. 1-8 and 12, in an embodiment, the connecting rod 310 extends into the extension sleeve 110 through the connecting through hole 230, the first locking mechanism includes a first limiting member 311 disposed on the connecting rod 310 and a second limiting member 111 disposed on the extension sleeve 110, and the bin 210 is opened by rotating and/or vertically moving the first limiting member 311 relative to the second limiting member 111.
In this embodiment, have three kinds of implementation conditions, all implement under the condition that does not increase the bottle lid height, user experience is better, and conveniently carries, is applicable to standard machines such as current vending machine, need not to carry out adaptability improvement, faster use on market to these standard machines.
In the first implementation case (in the case that the bin cover 300 moves downward by itself due to the extrusion of the material gravity), the bin 210 can be opened by rotating the first limiting member 311 relative to the second limiting member 111; in a specific embodiment, the second limiting member 111 is an inverted L-shaped through hole on the sidewall of the extension sleeve 110, under a normal condition, the first limiting member 311 is disposed in the second limiting member 111, the first limiting member 311 and the second limiting member 111 cooperate to limit the downward movement of the bin cover 300, after the outer cover 100 is rotated by a certain angle, the first limiting member 311 moves to a right-angled corner of the through hole relative to the second limiting member 111, and then the bin cover 300 moves downward under the action of gravity, at this time, the bin cover 300 is opened, and the material in the bin 210 enters the bottle and is mixed with the liquid in the bottle.
In the second implementation case (in the case that the bin cover 300 does not automatically move downward due to the extrusion of the material gravity), the bin 210 can be opened by the vertical movement of the first limiting member 311 relative to the second limiting member 111; in a specific embodiment, the second limiting member 111 is a concave or through hole on the sidewall of the extension sleeve 110, the first limiting member 311 is a protrusion, the first limiting member 311 is located above the second limiting member 111, and the first limiting member 311 and the second limiting member 111 are located on the same vertical plane, when the storage bin 210 needs to be opened, the outer lid 100 is lifted, so that the first limiting member 311 is clamped into the second limiting member 111, the outer lid 100 is pressed down, and the connecting rod 310 is driven by an external force to move down, thereby opening the storage bin 210.
Specifically, the situation that the material bin cover 300 does not automatically move downwards due to the extrusion of the gravity of the material may be that the material is light, a first friction component (for example, a rubber ring, which is tightly connected with the connection through hole 230) for increasing the friction force between the connection rod 310 and the connection through hole 230 is arranged in the connection through hole 230, a second friction component for increasing the friction force between the first limiting component 311 and the extension sleeve 110 is arranged in the extension sleeve 110, and the like.
In a third implementation case, the first limiting member 311 can rotate and move vertically relative to the second limiting member 111 to open the bin 210.
Wherein the third implementation encompasses the first implementation.
The third embodiment is different from the second embodiment only in that the first limiting member 311 and the second limiting member 111 are located in different vertical planes, so that the first limiting member 311 and the second limiting member 111 need to be rotated to be located in the same vertical plane, and the subsequent operation is the same as the second embodiment.
In an embodiment, the second limiting member 111 is disposed below the first limiting member 311, and the connecting rod 310 at the first limiting member 311 is pushed to move downward, so that the first limiting member 311 and the second limiting member 111 are engaged with each other to limit the connecting rod 310 from separating from the outer cover 100, so as to limit the material bin cover 300 from falling off.
In this embodiment, specifically, in the second implementation case, the "pushing the connecting rod 310 with the first limiting member 311 to move downward" may be understood as directly pushing the connecting rod 310 to move downward, or may be understood as lifting the cover 100 to make the first limiting member 311 and the second limiting member 111 be connected in a snap fit manner, and then pressing the cover 100 downward, at which time the connecting rod 310 moves downward.
Referring to fig. 1 to 8, in an embodiment, an included angle between the second limiting member 111 and the first limiting member 311 on a horizontal plane is a first angle, and the connecting rod 310 where the first limiting member 311 is located is rotated and pushed to move down, so that the first limiting member 311 and the second limiting member 111 are engaged with each other to limit the connecting rod 310 to be separated from the outer cover 100, so as to limit the material bin cover 300 to fall off.
In this embodiment, the third embodiment is specific.
Referring to fig. 12, in an embodiment, the first limiting member 311 includes two elastic members disposed in an opposite direction, a first protrusion is disposed on an outer side of the elastic members, the two elastic members respectively have an outward elastic force and abut against an inner sidewall of the extension sleeve 110, the second limiting member 111 includes a first through hole disposed in an opposite direction on a sidewall of the extension sleeve 110, and the first protrusion is engaged into the first through hole to limit the connecting rod 310 from being separated from the outer cover 100.
In this embodiment, the first protrusion can be completely engaged in the first through hole by the elastic force of the elastic member.
Specifically, the first limiting member may include two or more elastic members, a plurality of elastic members and an equiangular circular array, and correspondingly, the second limiting member is provided with a plurality of first through holes corresponding to the first limiting member, and the first through holes may be correspondingly changed according to actual conditions.
Referring to fig. 15 to 16, in an embodiment, a second locking mechanism is disposed between the connecting rod 310 and the extension sleeve 110, and the second locking mechanism is configured to limit the connecting rod 310 from moving vertically relative to the extension sleeve 110 when the first locking mechanism is not locked to connect the connecting rod and the extension sleeve, so as to prevent the silo cover 300 from moving downward and opening.
In this embodiment, since the above-mentioned not too rely on the register when realizing the circumstances that feed bin cover 300 can not move down automatically because of gravity, the time is long, the rubber ageing scheduling problem appears easily, so through set up the second locking mechanical system between connecting rod 310 and extension sleeve 110, when not using the material in the bottle lid, through the vertical removal of second locking mechanical system restriction connecting rod 310 relative extension sleeve 110, so feed bin cover 300 just can not be opened, avoid leading to feed bin cover 300 to open in advance because the aforesaid rubber ageing scheduling problem appears, influence the use.
In a preferred embodiment, the second locking mechanism includes a third retaining member 312 disposed on the connecting rod 310 and a fourth retaining member 112 disposed on the extension sleeve 110, the third retaining member 312 is disposed in the fourth retaining member 112, and the bin 210 is opened by rotating and moving the third retaining member 312 downward relative to the fourth retaining member 112.
In this embodiment, the second locking mechanism should have both the normal condition (the storage bin is not opened) to limit the vertical movement of the connecting rod 310 relative to the extension sleeve 110, and the condition (the storage bin is opened) that the connecting rod 310 can move vertically relative to the extension sleeve 110 to open the storage bin 210; therefore, by providing the third limiting member 312 and the fourth limiting member 112, the third limiting member 312 is normally clamped in the fourth limiting member 112, so as to limit the connecting rod 310 from moving vertically relative to the extension sleeve 110, and when it is needed, the outer cover 100 is rotated, so that the third limiting member 312 rotates to the downward-extending corner of the fourth limiting member 112 relative to the fourth limiting member 112, so as to push the connecting rod 310 to move downward (here, pushing the connecting rod 310 to move downward may be understood as directly pushing the connecting rod 310 to move downward, and may also be understood as lifting the outer cover 100, so that after the first limiting member 311 is connected with the second limiting member 111 in a clamping and matching manner, the outer cover 100 is pressed downward, and at this time, the connecting rod 310 moves.
Specifically, the maximum rotation angle of the third limiting member 312 relative to the fourth limiting member 112 needs to be greater than or equal to the first angle, and the rotation direction is the same as the rotation direction from the first limiting member 311 to the second limiting member 111 (the rotation direction is similar to the whole text by using an arc line with a smaller angle formed by the two as a description reference).
Referring to fig. 2 to 8, in an embodiment, the third limiting member 312 is disposed below the first limiting member 311, the fourth limiting member 112 is disposed below the second limiting member 111, a vertical distance between the fourth limiting member 112 and the second limiting member 111 is smaller than a vertical distance between the first limiting member 311 and the third limiting member 312, and a maximum rotation angle of the third limiting member 312 relative to the fourth limiting member 112 is the first angle.
In this embodiment, by setting "the vertical distance between the fourth limiting member 112 and the second limiting member 111 is less than the vertical distance between the first limiting member 311 and the third limiting member 312", the first limiting member 311 is required to be clamped into the second limiting member 111, the cover 100 needs to be lifted up, and then the cover 100 is pressed down to open the bin 210, so as to increase the downward movement thread of the connecting rod 310, wherein the difference between the vertical distance between the fourth limiting member 112 and the second limiting member 111 and the vertical distance between the first limiting member 311 and the third limiting member 312 is the downward movement length of the connecting rod 310.
By setting "the maximum rotation angle of the third limiting member 312 relative to the fourth limiting member 112 is the first angle", when the third limiting member 312 rotates relative to the fourth limiting member 112 by the first angle, the first limiting member 311 and the second limiting member 111 are just located in the same vertical plane, so that when the connecting rod 310 is pushed to move down, the first limiting member 311 can just be clamped into the second limiting member 111, which is convenient for operation.
Specifically, in another embodiment, the difference from the previous embodiment is only that the third limiting member 312 is disposed above the first limiting member 311, the fourth limiting member 112 is disposed above the second limiting member 111, and the first limiting member 311 is located above the second limiting member 111, at this time, when the third limiting member 312 rotates by a first angle relative to the fourth limiting member 112, the first limiting member 311 is locked into the second limiting member 111 after the outer cover 100 is lifted up, and the bin 210 is opened by pressing the outer cover 100 down, so that the corresponding function can be realized, and thus the combination relationship among the first limiting member 311, the second limiting member 111, the third limiting member 312, and the fourth limiting member 112 is not fixed, and can be set and changed according to the actual situation.
In an embodiment, the third limiting member 312 includes two second protrusions oppositely disposed, and the fourth limiting member 112 includes a second through hole oppositely disposed on the extension sleeve 110 corresponding to the second protrusions.
Referring to fig. 2 to 10, in an embodiment of the third limiting member 312 rotating and moving downward relative to the fourth limiting member 112, the extension sleeve 110 is an ellipse, and the two second through holes respectively extend from two ends of the short axis of the cross section of the extension sleeve 110 along the clockwise direction or the counterclockwise direction by the first angle.
In this embodiment, by setting the extension sleeve 110 to be oval, the second through hole is disposed on the extension sleeve 110 and extends along the extension sleeve 110, and when the second through hole extends from one end of the short axis to one end of the long axis, a straight line distance between the two second through holes passing through the center of the oval becomes larger continuously, so when the second protrusion is disposed, the second protrusion is disposed to be capable of being just clamped into the second through hole at one end of the short axis of the oval, and after the second protrusion rotates by a first angle, the second protrusion is separated from the second through hole so that the extension sleeve 110 can vertically move relative to the connection rod 310, thereby conveniently lifting the outer cover 100, so as to fixedly connect the connection rod 310 and the extension sleeve 110 through the first locking mechanism.
In another embodiment of the third limiting member 312 rotating and moving downward relative to the fourth limiting member 112, the extension sleeve 110 is circular, two of the second through holes respectively extend in the clockwise direction or the counterclockwise direction by the first angle, and one end of the second through hole in the extension direction extends downward to form an inverted L shape.
In this embodiment, by configuring the extension sleeve 110 to be circular, and extending the two second through holes by the first angle respectively clockwise or counterclockwise, one end of the second through hole in the extending direction extends downward to form an inverted L shape, after the second protrusion extends the first angle in the extending direction of the second through hole, the second protrusion will be located at the downward extending corner in the second through hole, and at this time, the first position-limiting member 311 and the extending start end of the second through hole are located in the same vertical plane (here, the relative position of the first position-limiting member 311 and the first through hole may be other situations, as long as the first position-limiting member 311 can be clamped into the first through hole after the outer cover 100 is lifted up), at this time, the outer cover 100 is lifted up, the second protrusion moves down along the downward extending second through hole, and the connecting rod 310 and the extension sleeve 110 are fixedly connected through the first locking mechanism, at this time, the outer cover 100 is pressed down, the cartridge 210 may be opened.
In one embodiment, the first angle is 30 ° to 110 °.
Preferably, the first angle is 90 °.
Referring to fig. 2-8 and 12, in an embodiment, an annular groove 314 is disposed on an outer side wall of the connecting rod 310, and a sealing ring engaged with an inner side wall of the connecting through hole 230 is disposed in the annular groove 314.
In this embodiment, since the connecting rod 310 and the connecting through hole 230 are provided with a gap therebetween, the sealing ring is disposed to isolate the bin 210 from the outside and increase the sliding friction between the connecting rod 310 and the connecting through hole 230, so that the operator is required to apply a certain force to the connecting rod 310 to push the connecting rod 310, thereby avoiding misoperation.
In one embodiment, the connecting through hole 230 is polygonal, and the connecting rod 310 is disposed corresponding to the shape and size of the connecting through hole 230.
In this embodiment, by setting the connection through hole 230 to be polygonal, it can be avoided that the connection rod 310 is driven to rotate together when the outer cover 100 is rotated, which results in that the purpose of unlocking the second locking mechanism and locking the first locking mechanism cannot be achieved, and the bin 210 cannot be opened; it is required that the coupling bar 310 is stationary with respect to the inner lid 200 and can rotate with respect to the outer lid 100.
Referring to fig. 12 to 14, in another embodiment, the connecting through hole 230 is configured to be circular, the connecting rod 310 is configured to correspond to the shape and size of the connecting through hole 230, a fifth limiting member 313 is disposed on a sidewall of the connecting rod 310, and a sixth limiting member 231, which is matched with the fifth limiting member 313, is disposed on an inner wall of the connecting through hole 230 to limit the connecting rod 310 to rotate.
In the present embodiment, the connecting through hole 230 is configured to be circular, which facilitates processing, and the connecting rod 310 cannot rotate relative to the connecting through hole 230 by providing the fifth limiting member 313 and the sixth limiting member 231, which are respectively matched with each other on the horizontal plane, on the connecting rod 310 and the connecting through hole 230.
Referring to fig. 12 to 14, in an embodiment, the sixth limiting member 231 includes a semi-cylindrical protrusion, and the fifth limiting member 313 includes a semi-cylindrical notch corresponding to the semi-cylindrical protrusion, and the semi-cylindrical protrusion limits the rotation and vertical movement distance of the connecting rod 310 where the semi-cylindrical notch is located.
In this embodiment, the half-cylinder-shaped protrusion is the shape after the semicircle is stretched, the half-cylinder-shaped protrusion is arranged at the end of the connecting through hole 230 close to the outer cover 100, and the size and shape of the half-cylinder-shaped notch correspond to the half-cylinder-shaped protrusion, so that the connecting rod 310 cannot rotate relative to the connecting through hole 230, and cannot move up relative to the connecting through hole 230 vertically, and only can move down relative to the connecting through hole 230 vertically to open the bin 210, thereby avoiding the misoperation.
The fifth limiting member 313 may be a semi-cylindrical protrusion, and the corresponding sixth limiting member 231 is a semi-cylindrical notch disposed at one end of the connecting through hole 230 close to the bin cover 300.
Referring to fig. 12, in an embodiment, the connecting rod 310 includes a first rod and a second rod disposed below the first rod, the first limiting member 311 is disposed on the first rod, an axis of the first rod is coincident with an axis of the second rod, and a radial length from the first limiting member 311 to a center of the first rod is equal to or less than a radial length of the second rod.
In this embodiment, the radial length from the first position-limiting member 311 to the center of the first rod is equal to or less than the radial length of the second rod, so that the connection rod 310 can pass through the connection through-hole 230 from the lower side of the inner lid 200 during installation.
In an embodiment, an inverse truncated cone shaped sealing plug is disposed on the first rod body peripheral wall, and a funnel shaped sealing hole is disposed in the connecting through hole 230 corresponding to the sealing plug, and the sealing hole communicates the storage bin 210 and the outer side of the inner cover 200.
In this embodiment, in order to prevent the liquid in the bottle from flowing into between the inner cap 200 and the outer cap 100 through the connecting through hole 230 after the bin 210 is opened, which affects the use, it is necessary to separate the passage between the connecting through hole 230 and the outer cap 100 after the bin 210 is opened, an inverted truncated cone-shaped sealing plug is provided on the first rod body, a sealing hole corresponding to the sealing plug is provided at one end of the connecting through hole 230 close to the outer cap 100, and the sealing plug is just installed in the sealing hole after the connecting rod 310 is moved down to open the bin 210.
Referring to fig. 9-11 and 13, in one embodiment, the outer lid 100 and the inner lid 200 are engaged with each other through a key and a groove to limit the rotation angle and direction of the outer lid 100 relative to the inner lid 200.
In this embodiment, since the installation structure between the connection rod 310 and the extension sleeve 110 cannot be intuitively observed, the angle and direction of rotation required cannot be intuitively determined when the outer cap 100 is rotated, and thus, in order to facilitate the user's operation, the cartridge 210 is opened by unlocking the second locking mechanism by a wrong operation, and the rotation angle and direction of the outer cap 100 with respect to the inner cap 200 are restricted by the key and groove fit between the outer cap 100 and the inner cap 200.
Referring to fig. 2-11 and 13, in an embodiment, a first groove 120 is disposed on an inner sidewall of the outer cover 100, a third protrusion 220 is disposed on an outer sidewall of the inner cover 200 corresponding to the first groove 120, the first groove 120 extends in the first angle corresponding to the extending direction of the second through hole, and extends downward at an extending end point to form an inverted L-shaped groove.
In this embodiment, the key is the third protrusion 220, the groove is the first groove 120, the third protrusion 220 is located at the beginning of the extension of the first groove 120, the extension direction of the first groove 120 is the same as the extension direction of the second through hole, when the cover 100 rotates in the direction opposite to the extension direction, the third protrusion 220 moves toward the extension direction relative to the first groove 120, at this time, the extension sleeve 110 also rotates along with the cover 100, after the first angle is moved, the third protrusion 220 moves to the downward extension corner of the first groove 120, the second protrusion is also located at the downward extension corner in the second through hole (this is explained in the above description of the embodiment when the extension sleeve is circular), the cover 100 is lifted, the third protrusion 220 moves downward relative to the first groove 120, and the second protrusion also moves downward relative to the second through hole, so that the first locking mechanism fixedly connects the connecting rod 310 and the extension sleeve 110, then, the outer lid 100 is pressed down, and the outer lid 100 brings the connecting rod 310 down and opens the bin cover 300.
In one embodiment, the rotation direction of the outer cap 100 is different when the material bin cover 300 is opened and when the bottle cap is opened; specifically, when the outer cap 100 rotates in the direction opposite to the extending direction, in order to open the bin cover 300, when the outer cap 100 rotates in the extending direction, the third protrusion 220 abuts against the outer cap 100, and the rotation drives the inner cap 200 to rotate, so as to open the bottle cap, which can prevent the bin 210 from being opened due to misoperation.
Of course, the above rotation direction may be a counterclockwise direction or a clockwise direction, and particularly, the extending direction of the first through hole and the first groove 120 is determined by the opening or closing direction of the bottle cap.
It can be understood that if the bottle cap is opened by clockwise rotation, the material bin cover 300 is opened by counterclockwise rotation, and it is assumed that the third protrusion 220 is located at the extending start end of the first groove 120, and the extending direction of the first groove 120 should be clockwise, and similarly, the extending direction of the second through hole should be clockwise; the other is clockwise rotation for opening the bin cover 300, which is not repeated again.
In another embodiment, the rotation direction of the outer cap 100 is the same when the cap 300 and the cap are opened; specifically, when the outer cap 100 rotates in the direction opposite to the extending direction of the first groove, in order to open the bin 210, after the first angle is moved, the outer cap 100 may be lifted up to open the bin 210, or the outer cap continues to rotate in the direction opposite to the extending direction, at this time, the third protrusion 220 abuts against the outer cap 100, and the outer cap 100 drives the inner cap 200 to rotate, so as to open the bottle cap; the extending direction of the first through hole and the first groove 120 is determined by the opening or closing direction of the bottle cap.
The positions of the first recess 120 and the third protrusion 220 may be reversed, that is, the first recess 120 is formed on the inner lid 200, and the third protrusion 220 is formed on the outer lid 100, and the specific structure may be properly adjusted according to the above-mentioned embodiment.
In an embodiment, a fourth protrusion is disposed on one side of the third protrusion 220, and the fourth protrusion is used for pressing down and limiting the third protrusion 220 to rotate relative to the first groove 120 after pressing the two sides of the outer cover 100.
In this embodiment, by disposing the fourth protrusion in the first groove 120 on one side of the third protrusion 220, preferably, the fourth protrusion is disposed at a position close to the third protrusion, which serves to limit the third protrusion from rotating relative to the first groove; by pressing the outer cap 100 from both sides, the fourth protrusion is brought close to the inner cap 200 and the third protrusion 220 is restricted to the extended starting end of the first groove 120, so that the bottle cap can be opened or closed at will without worrying about the erroneous opening of the bin 210; in particular, the fourth protrusion does not restrict the third protrusion from moving in the first recess when the outer cap is not pressed, i.e. the third protrusion can rotate relative to the first recess.
In one embodiment, the outer lid 100 and the inner lid 200 are engaged with each other by a key and a groove, and the key is engaged into the groove by pressing the outer lid 100 to restrict the outer lid 100 from rotating with respect to the inner lid 200.
In this embodiment, in order to prevent the occurrence of an operation of erroneously opening the material bin cover 300 when the bottle cap is mounted on the bottle, a key and groove fitting is provided between the outer cap 100 and the inner cap 200, and the key is engaged into the groove by pressing the outer cap 100 to restrict the rotation of the outer cap 100 with respect to the inner cap 200, so that the outer cap 100 does not rotate with respect to the inner cap 200 to erroneously open the material bin cover 300 when the inner cap 200 is tightened.
In one embodiment, a fifth protrusion is disposed on the inner sidewall of the outer cover 100, and a second groove is disposed on the outer sidewall of the inner cover 200 corresponding to the fifth protrusion.
In the present embodiment, the outer cap 100 is concaved by pressing the outer cap 100 from both sides, and the fifth projection is caught in the second groove, and thus the outer cap 100 and the inner cap 200 are not relatively rotated, wherein the fifth projection and the second groove may be provided on the inner cap 200 and the outer cap 100, respectively, without absolute limitation.
In one embodiment, the outer side of the outer cap 100 is provided with a fixing ear for facilitating the pulling of the outer cap 100, wherein the fixing ear may also be a through hole or a groove provided on the sidewall of the outer cap 100, as long as the convenience of pulling the outer cap 100 is achieved.
Specifically, when being the through-hole on the enclosing cover lateral wall, can also regard as screw inner cup and bottleneck and avoid inner cup and enclosing cover relative pivoted setting man-hour in production, the operation is for pressing from both sides through-hole with the inner cup through the machine and presss from both sides tightly, and rotatory in order to screw inner cup and bottleneck afterwards, the enclosing cover does not receive power, so the enclosing cover can not be rotatory to the inner cup relatively, reaches and avoids inner cup and enclosing cover relative rotation and lead to the feed bin to be covered by the purpose of opening.
Further, in a preferred embodiment, when the extension sleeve 110 is an ellipse, the two first through holes respectively extend from two ends of the short axis of the cross section of the extension sleeve 110 by the first angle clockwise or counterclockwise, the second locking mechanism includes a third limiting member 312 disposed on the connecting rod 310, the third limiting member 312 and the second limiting member 111 are located in the same horizontal plane, an included angle between the third limiting member 312 and the first limiting member 311 on the horizontal plane is the first angle, the third limiting member 312 is disposed at one end of the short axis of the cross section of the extension sleeve 110 where the first through hole is located (the third limiting member 312 can just be clamped into the first through hole and located at one end of the short axis of the ellipse, since the first through hole extends along the side wall of the ellipse, a straight line distance passing through the center of the ellipse between the two first through holes is continuously increased as the first through hole extends from one end of the short axis to one end of the long axis, therefore, after the third limiting member 312 rotates by a first angle, the third limiting member 312 cannot be locked into the first through hole), and after the third limiting member 312 rotates by the first angle along the extending direction of the first through hole, the first limiting member 311 is just located in the same vertical plane with the first through hole at one end of the elliptical short axis (where the relative position of the first limiting member 311 and the first through hole may be other situations, as long as the first limiting member 311 can be locked into the first through hole after the outer cover 100 is lifted up), at this time, since the third limiting member 312 is separated from the first through hole, the outer cover 100 can be lifted up, so that the first limiting member 311 is locked into the first through hole, the connection rod 310 and the extension sleeve 110 are locked and fixed, at this time, the outer cover 100 is pressed down, and the bin 210 can be opened.

In this embodiment, the locking connection rod 310 and the inner lid 200 are locked by the snap and the catching groove to cooperate with each other, so that the relative movement between the connection rod 310 and the inner lid 200 is restricted, thereby preventing the connection rod 310 from moving downward to open the bin 210 during transportation or when an external force presses or impacts the outer lid 100.
Specifically, when the extension sleeve 110 is mounted, both ends of the major axis of the oval inner wall of the bottom of the extension sleeve 110 are aligned with the two snaps, respectively, and the extension sleeve 110 is inserted into the connection rod 310, and after the extension sleeve reaches a designated position, the outer cap 100 is rotated, at which time the operation of locking the connection rod 310 and the inner cap 200 is performed.
Specifically, because extension sleeve 110 is oval inner wall, extension sleeve 110 can lead to the diameter of the oval inner wall that the buckle corresponds when rotatory to reduce (the buckle corresponds the major axis end at the oval inner wall of extension sleeve 110 at first), and the buckle is the outside slope, so at extension sleeve 110 pivoted in-process, the buckle can be slowly compressed and block in the draw-in groove (when the stub axle end of the oval inner wall of extension sleeve 110 corresponds the butt with the buckle, the buckle can block completely in the draw-in groove), and then realize that the buckle between inner cup 200 and connecting rod 310 is connected.
While the invention has been described with reference to specific embodiments, the invention is not limited thereto, and various equivalent modifications and substitutions can be easily made by those skilled in the art within the technical scope of the invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the present invention shall be subject to the protection scope of the claims.
