Example 1
With reference to fig. 1-4, the present embodiment provides a folding structure, which includes a first connecting seat 100 and a second connecting seat 101 hinged to each other, an adapting member 104 hinged to one side of an end portion of an inner cavity of the first connecting seat 100, and a positioning shaft 105 fixed to an end portion of the adapting member 104; a limiting seat 102 is arranged on one side of the second connecting seat 101, the end of the limiting seat 102 is used for abutting against the first connecting seat 100, a transition surface 108 is arranged on the limiting seat 102, a positioning surface 109 is also arranged on the limiting seat 102, the positioning surface 109 is arranged in an inclined manner, the positioning surface 109 is positioned on the lower side of the transition surface 108, and the positioning shaft 105 is used for abutting against the transition surface 108 or the positioning surface 109; a swinging part 103 is further arranged at the hinged position of the first connecting seat 100 and the second connecting seat 101, a connecting rod 106 is arranged between the swinging part 103 and the adapter piece 104, one end of the connecting rod 106 is hinged with the swinging part 103, the other end of the connecting rod 106 is movably connected with the adapter piece 104, and an elastic part 107 is further arranged between the adapter piece 104 and the side wall of the inner cavity of the first connecting seat 103.
The folding structure of this embodiment, it is applicable on the scooter, can guarantee that first connecting seat 100 and second connecting seat 101 remain closely to offset all the time after unfolding, and even under the condition that folding structure constantly used and worn and torn, also can self-adaptation regulation to make and guarantee that first connecting seat 100 and second connecting seat 101 remain closely to offset all the time after unfolding and do not take place not to become flexible.
In this embodiment, first need guarantee that first connecting seat 100 and second connecting seat 101 can take place relative rotation, consequently articulate first connecting seat 100 and second connecting seat 101 each other, as preferred, the articulated position of first connecting seat 100 and second connecting seat 101 sets up in one side of folding direction, so as to realize folding effect, when launching by fold condition, the tip of first connecting seat 100 and second connecting seat 101 offsets, first connecting seat 100 and second connecting seat 101 can't continue relative rotation, can realize pivoted spacingly, launch the injecing of angle promptly. This embodiment uses this as the basis, carries out further optimization to ordinary hinge structure for first connecting seat 100 and second connecting seat 101 can realize the auto-lock of structure after expanding, make the two keep closely offsetting throughout, and under the condition of constantly using and wearing and tearing, also can carry out the self-adaptation to the wearing and tearing clearance and eliminate, prevent to take place to become flexible between first connecting seat 100 and the second connecting seat 101.
In order to achieve the above-mentioned effects, the present embodiment improves the general hinge structure, and is described as follows:
firstly, set up spacing seat 102 in second connecting seat 101 one side, the upper end of spacing seat 102 is used for propping up with the lower tip of first connecting seat 100, be provided with transition face 108 and locating surface 109 on the spacing seat 102, wherein, locating surface 109 is located transition face 108 downside, locating surface 109 is the surface that links to each other with transition face 108, the holistic orientation of locating surface 109 is downward, and for the slope setting, and locating surface 109 is for the little angle of second connecting seat 101 tip plane anticlockwise slope, this angle can guarantee that location axle 105 can break away from smoothly with the counterbalance of locating surface 109 along with the swing of adapter piece 104.
Secondly, the adaptor 104 needs to be hinged on one side of the end portion of the inner cavity of the first connecting seat 100, the end portion of the adaptor 104 is fixedly provided with the positioning shaft 105, the length of the positioning shaft 105 is greater than the width of the adaptor 104, and the protruding portion of the positioning shaft 105 can abut against the positioning surface 109 or the transition surface 108, wherein it is ensured that the positioning shaft 105 and the positioning surface 109 always abut against each other to ensure that one of the key points of looseness does not occur between the first connecting seat 100 and the second connecting seat 101. Assuming that there is a tendency of looseness between the first connecting seat 100 and the second connecting seat 101, that is, there is a tendency of relative rotation between the first connecting seat 100 and the second connecting seat 101, structurally, a rotation center between the first connecting seat 100 and the second connecting seat 101 is a hinge portion between the first connecting seat 100 and the second connecting seat 101, and when the first connecting seat 100 and the second connecting seat 101 rotate relatively, a rotation center of the positioning shaft 105 is also a hinge portion between the first connecting seat 100 and the second connecting seat 101, so as long as the positioning shaft 105 is always abutted against the positioning surface 109, the positioning surface 109 can effectively limit the rotation of the positioning shaft 105 around the rotation center, that is, the rotation of the adapter 104 can be indirectly limited by the positioning surface 109, thereby realizing the limitation of rotation between the first connecting seat 100 and the second connecting seat 101, that is, locking. Therefore, as long as the positioning shaft 105 is always abutted against the positioning surface 109, the first connecting seat 100 and the second connecting seat 101 are ensured not to be loosened.
Thirdly, a swinging member 103 is further required to be disposed at the hinged position of the first connecting seat 100 and the second connecting seat 101, a connecting rod 106 is disposed between the swinging member 103 and the adapting member 104, one end of the connecting rod 106 is hinged to the swinging member 103, and the other end of the connecting rod 106 can slide and rotate with the adapting member 104. And it is clear that the oscillation of the oscillating member 103 can pull the connecting rod 106, while the activation of the connecting rod 106 can also pull the oscillation of the adapter member 104. In this embodiment, the swinging member 103 drives the connecting rod 106 and thus the adapting member 104 to swing, so as to control the contact or separation between the positioning shaft 105 and the positioning surface 109 or the transition surface 108.
Fourthly, in order to ensure that the first connecting seat 100 and the second connecting seat 101 in the folded structure are not loosened, that is, to ensure that the positioning shaft 105 is always abutted against the positioning surface 109, in this embodiment, an elastic member 107 is further disposed between the adaptor 104 and the sidewall of the inner cavity of the first connecting seat 100, the elastic member 107 is preferably a spring, when the folded structure is in the unfolded state, the positioning shaft 105 is already in an abutted state against the positioning surface 109, and in order to ensure that the folded structure is not loosened, an elastic force generated by the spring can be utilized, the elastic force always pushes the adaptor 104 to a side close to the cavity wall of the first connecting seat 100, and the positioning shaft 105 at this time is driven by the elastic member 105, so that the positioning shaft 105 has a tendency of moving towards the elastic direction, and the positioning surface 109 is inclined by a small angle in a counterclockwise direction relative to the end plane of the second connecting seat 101, when the positioning shaft 105 is abutted against the positioning surface 109, the positioning shaft 105 is pushed by the elastic force of the elastic member 107, and is always in a state of being tightly abutted against the positioning surface 109. In addition, along with the continuous use of the folding structure, the position between the positioning shaft 105 and the positioning surface 109 or other corresponding structures can be worn along with the use, which may cause the change of the contact condition between the positioning shaft 105 and the positioning surface 109, and there is a tendency of generating a contact gap or contact looseness, but due to the arrangement of the elastic member 107, even if a gap is generated due to the structure wear, because the adaptor 104 is always subjected to the elastic force of the elastic member 107, the positioning shaft 105 can be kept against the positioning surface 109 again along with the swing of the adaptor 104, that is, the self-adaptive elimination of the wear gap is realized, even if the structure is continuously worn, the positioning shaft 105 and the positioning surface 109 can be kept against each other all the time, and further, the first connecting seat 100 and the second connecting seat 101 are not loosened.
Based on the above structural features and the related description, the folding structure has two states of unfolding and folding, and the unfolding and folding are described as follows:
in the unfolded state, the ends of the first connecting seat 100 and the second connecting seat 101 abut against each other, and the swinging member 103 is attached to the first connecting seat 100 and the second connecting seat 101, that is, the swinging member 103 does not swing. The swinging component 103 is pressed against the connecting rod 106, the adapting component 104 is kept still by the pushing force of the connecting rod 106 or the elastic component 107, and at this time, the cylindrical surface of the positioning shaft 105 is kept to abut against the positioning surface 109, and because the positioning surface 109 is inclined by a slight angle in the counterclockwise direction relative to the end plane of the second connecting seat 101, the positioning shaft 105 is always pushed by the elastic component 107 or the connecting rod 106 and is always kept to tightly abut against the positioning surface 109.
In this process, if the first connecting seat 100 and the second connecting seat 101 are loosened, it means that a small rotation can occur between the first connecting seat 100 and the second connecting seat 101, in this embodiment, the cylindrical surface of the positioning shaft 105 is tightly abutted to the positioning surface 109, so that the first connecting seat 100 and the second connecting seat 101 cannot rotate relatively at all, the swinging member 103, the connecting rod 106, the elastic member 107, the adapter member 104 and the limiting seat 102 are structurally characterized, so that the positioning shaft 105 is indirectly influenced by the elastic force of the elastic member 107, and the trend of moving towards the elastic direction is maintained, therefore, the cylindrical surface of the positioning shaft 105 is always tightly abutted to the positioning surface 109, so that the first connecting seat 100 and the second connecting seat 101 are completely clamped, relative rotation cannot occur, and the folding structure cannot be loosened.
In addition, even if the folding structure is continuously worn with use, the embodiment can also complete self-adaptive adjustment, and also ensures that no looseness occurs. The basis is that, when the cylindrical surface of the positioning shaft 105 and the positioning surface 109 are worn away from each other, the elastic element 107 is ensured to provide thrust to the adapter 104 all the time, so that the cylindrical surface of the positioning shaft 105 and the positioning surface 109 are ensured to be kept pressed all the time, that is, the cylindrical surface of the positioning shaft 105 and the positioning surface 109 are ensured to be pressed all the time, and then the first connecting seat 100 and the second connecting seat 101 are completely clamped and cannot be loosened.
When folding is needed, firstly, the swinging piece 103 is pulled outwards, so that the swinging piece 103 swings, the swinging piece 103 drives the connecting rod 106 to move, the connecting rod 106 drives the adapting piece 104 to swing, and based on the fact that the positioning surface 109 inclines at a slight angle in the counterclockwise direction relative to the end plane of the second connecting seat 101, the positioning shaft 105 moves along with the adapting piece 104, so that the positioning shaft 105 can be separated from the positioning surface 109, if the length of the positioning surface 109 is short, or the contact part between the positioning shaft 105 and the positioning surface 109 is not deep, the swinging piece 103 continues to rotate, so that the positioning shaft 105 can completely leave the range of the positioning surface 109 and completely separate from the positioning surface 109; if the length of the positioning surface 109 is long, or the contact part between the positioning shaft 105 and the positioning surface 109 is deep, the first connecting seat 100 and the second connecting seat 101 can rotate relatively preliminarily, so that the positioning shaft 105 can change relative positions with the transition surface 108 and the positioning surface 109, and the positioning shaft 105 can completely leave the range of the positioning surface 109 and completely separate from the positioning surface 109; subsequently, the first connecting seat 100 and the second connecting seat 101 can continue to rotate relatively, the swinging piece 103 is loosened, the positioning shaft 105 can abut against the transition surface 108, the cylindrical surface of the positioning shaft 105 slides relatively along the transition surface 108, the first connecting seat 100 and the second connecting seat 101 can continue to rotate relatively, and finally, the folding is completely realized, and at the moment, the folding structure is in a folding state.
In the process that the folding structure is converted from the folding state to the unfolding state, firstly, the first connecting seat 100 and the second connecting seat 101 rotate relatively, the positioning shaft 105 abuts against the transition surface 108, the cylindrical surface of the positioning shaft 105 slides relatively along the transition surface 108, along with the increasing rotating amplitude between the first connecting seat 100 and the second connecting seat 101, the positioning shaft 105 slides continuously along the transition surface 108 to the tail end of the transition surface 108, meanwhile, under the elastic action of the elastic piece 107, the positioning shaft 105 is pushed to be clamped into the position of the positioning surface 109, so that the positioning shaft 105 contacts with the positioning surface 109 in an abutting mode, the unfolding state is entered, the rotation limitation between the first connecting seat 100 and the second connecting seat 101 in the unfolding state is automatically guaranteed, namely, the locking is realized, and the looseness is prevented from occurring between the first connecting seat 100 and the second connecting seat 101.
As an optional embodiment of this embodiment, a pin 110 is further disposed on the first connecting seat 100, and a second lock assembly is disposed on the swinging member 103, and the second lock assembly is configured to match with the pin 110. In this embodiment, the two lock assemblies are mutually matched with the pin 110 to limit the swinging member 103, prevent the swinging member 103 from swinging, further lock the folding structure of this embodiment, and prevent the first connecting seat 100 and the second connecting seat 101 from swinging. In this embodiment, the pin 110 may be a pin fixed to the first connecting seat 100, and the second lock assembly may be a structure capable of being matched and combined with the pin, such as a sliding block adapted to the pin, a clamping groove, a positioning block provided with a fork, and the like.
As an optional implementation manner of this embodiment, the second lock assembly includes a positioning groove 111 disposed on the swinging member 103, a pushing portion 112 is disposed on one side of the swinging member 103, a locking member 113 is disposed on the other side of the swinging member 103, the pushing portion 112 is fixedly connected to the locking member 113, a notch adapted to the pin member 110 is disposed on the locking member 113, a positioning block 114 is disposed on one side of the pushing portion 112, and the positioning block 114 is in sliding fit with the positioning groove 111. The second lock assembly provided in this embodiment utilizes the notch on the locking piece 113 and adapted to the pin piece 110, to achieve relative fixation with the pin piece 110, when the pin piece 110 is a pin, the notch is engaged with the pin post of the pin, and the surface of the locking piece 113 abuts against the top cap of the pin, thereby achieving the limit fixation of the swinging piece 103, and effectively limiting the swinging of the swinging piece 103.
When the swing member 103 of the present embodiment needs to be released from the restriction, a force can be applied to the pushing portion 112, and since the pushing portion 112 is fixedly connected to the locking member 113, the sliding of the pushing portion 112 drives the sliding of the locking member 113, so that the notch on the locking member 113 is separated from the pin member 110, thereby releasing the restriction on the swing member 103.
In this embodiment, in order to improve the stability of the movement of the pushing portion 112, a positioning block 114 is disposed on one side of the pushing portion 112, the positioning block 114 can slide along the positioning groove 111, and meanwhile, the stability of the movement of the locking member 113 is further improved, so that the notch and the pin member 110 can be stably separated from or in adaptive contact.
As an optional implementation manner of this embodiment, a reset elastic element 115 is disposed inside the positioning slot 111, one end of the reset elastic element 115 is connected to the positioning block 114, and the other end of the reset elastic element 115 is connected to an end wall of the positioning slot 111. In order to further improve the practicability of the second lock assembly, a reset elastic element 115 can be arranged in the positioning groove 111, the elastic reset element 115 can be a spring, one end of the spring is connected with the positioning block 114, the other end of the spring is connected with the end wall of the positioning groove 111, when the positioning block 114 slides along the positioning groove 111, the spring deforms to generate pushing force or pulling force, and therefore the elastic force of the spring is utilized to reset the pushing part 112 and the locking element 113.
As an alternative embodiment of this embodiment, the connecting rod 106 has a long hole 116, and the long hole 116 is movably connected to the adaptor 104. In order to ensure the folding structure of the present embodiment, even if the folding structure is worn continuously with use, the adaptive adjustment can be completed, mainly based on that the adaptor 104 can receive the pushing force of the elastic element 107, the abutting position of the cylindrical surface of the positioning shaft 105 and the positioning surface 109 is continuously adjusted, as the adaptor 104 is continuously close to the inner cavity wall of the first connecting seat 100, a moving margin is inevitably required between the adaptor 104 and the connecting rod 106, the connecting rod 106 is provided with the long hole 116, and the pin passes through the long hole 116 and the adaptor 104, so as to achieve the moving connection between the adaptor 104 and the connecting rod 106, thereby achieving the above-mentioned effects.
In addition, the elongated hole 116 provides a play margin for the adapter 104, on the basis of not releasing the positioning shaft 105 from the positioning surface 109. When the elastic element 107 cannot provide elastic thrust for the adapter element 104 due to aging or the like, or when the elastic element is influenced by external force or the like, the adapter element 104 can swing within a certain range by using a hinge point on one side of the end portion of the inner cavity of the first connecting seat 100 as a rotation center, and the size of the long hole 116 is enough to limit the swing of the adapter element 104, so that the positioning shaft 105 does not depart from the range of the positioning surface 109, and as long as the connecting rod 106 is ensured not to be displaced, the positioning shaft 105 does not depart from the range of the positioning surface 109, and the stability of the folding structure is ensured.
And the connecting rod 106 is required to be ensured not to displace, and only the normal work of the two lock assemblies is required to be ensured, and the swinging piece 103 is ensured not to swing.
Example 2
The embodiment proposes a folding structure, which can be improved based on embodiment 1 as follows: a gap 1001 exists between the adapter 104 and the inner cavity wall of the first connector 100.
In order to ensure the folding structure of the present embodiment, even if the folding structure is worn continuously with use, the adaptive adjustment can be performed mainly by that the adaptor 104 can receive the pushing force of the elastic element 107, the abutting position of the cylindrical surface of the positioning shaft 105 and the positioning surface 109 is continuously adjusted, and as the adaptor 104 needs to be continuously close to the inner cavity wall of the first connector 100, a gap 1001 needs to exist between the adaptor 104 and the inner cavity wall of the first connector 100 to ensure the moving margin of the adaptor 104.
As an alternative embodiment of this embodiment, the upper end of the adaptor 104 is provided with a limiting plane 117. In this embodiment, the unlocking of the folding structure needs to swing outwards through the swing member 103, so as to drive the adapting member 104 to swing, so that the positioning shaft 105 is separated from the contact with the positioning surface 109, and then the positioning shaft 105 can change the relative position with the transition surface 108 and the positioning surface 109 through the preliminary relative rotation between the first connecting seat 100 and the second connecting seat 101, so that the positioning shaft 105 can abut against the transition surface 108. In the process, the key step is that the positioning shaft 105 is separated from the contact with the positioning surface 109 through the swinging of the adapter 104, but because the swinging piece 103 cannot accurately control the swinging degree, when the adapter 104 swings insufficiently, the positioning shaft 105 is not separated from the contact with the positioning surface 109, the first connecting seat 100 and the second connecting seat 101 cannot rotate relatively, and the folding structure is not unlocked completely; similarly, when the adaptor 104 swings country, the positioning shaft 105 is disengaged from the positioning surface 109 and then again abuts against the positioning surface 109, and the unlocking cannot be completed.
Therefore, in order to ensure that the degree of the swing of the adapter 104 is suitable enough, the upper end of the adapter 104 can be provided with the limiting plane 117, the swing part 103 swings outwards, and in the process of driving the adapter 104 to swing, when the limiting plane 117 abuts against the top cavity wall of the inner cavity of the first connecting seat 100, it is indicated that the swing part 103 swings in place, at this time, the positioning shaft 105 can be separated from the contact with the positioning surface 109, along with the initial relative rotation of the first connecting seat 100 and the second connecting seat 101, the positioning shaft 105 can change the relative position with the transition surface 108 and the positioning surface 109, so that the positioning shaft 105 can abut against the transition surface 108, and finally, the unlocking of the folding structure is smoothly realized, and the first connecting seat 100 and the second connecting seat 101 can continue to rotate relatively until the folding is completely completed.
As an optional implementation manner of this embodiment, a first hinge portion 200 is disposed on one side of an end portion of the first connecting seat 100, a second hinge portion 201 is disposed on one side of an end portion of the second connecting seat 101, and the first hinge portion 200 and the second hinge portion 201 are in hinged fit. In the folding structure of the present embodiment, in order to ensure smooth folding between the first connecting seat 100 and the second connecting seat 101 and ensure effective arrangement of the folding structure, the first hinge portion 200 needs to be disposed on one side of the end portion of the first connecting seat 100, and the second hinge portion 201 needs to be disposed on one side of the end portion of the second connecting seat 101. And it is conceivable that, when the folding structure of the present embodiment is applied to a scooter, a hinge point of the hinge fit between the first hinge portion 200 and the second hinge portion 201 is close to one side of the base of the scooter body, so that the folding scooter can achieve a better folding and accommodating effect.
As an optional implementation manner of this embodiment, the second hinge portion 201 is disposed obliquely with respect to the second connecting seat 101. Because the beta structure of this embodiment is mainly used on the scooter, promptly to folding scooter, second connecting seat 101 links to each other with the automobile body base in this embodiment, first connecting seat 100 when being connected with the scooter operating axis, because the operating axis must have certain angle with the automobile body base, consequently folding angle between first connecting seat 100 and the second connecting seat 101 need with the folding condition phase-match of automobile body of scooter, in this embodiment, slope setting between second articulated portion 201 and the second connecting seat 101, in order to adapt to the turned angle between first articulated portion 200 and the second articulated portion 201, match in the folding condition of automobile body of scooter, make the folding meet the design requirement of scooter, can promote the folding effect of scooter from this.
