Claims (10)
1. A printing roller for a printing machine convenient for temperature adjustment is characterized in that: the printing mechanism comprises a rotating shaft, a positioning ring, a printing sleeve, an installing head, a fixing sleeve, a heat transfer element and a pipeline, wherein the rotating shaft is hollow and is provided with an opening at one end, the rotating shaft is internally connected with the heat transfer element which is tightly contacted with the inner wall of the rotating shaft through a screw, the pipeline is arranged on the inner side of the heat transfer element, one end of the pipeline extending into the rotating shaft is not contacted with the inner wall of the rotating shaft, the installing head is integrally formed in the center of the other end of the rotating shaft, a slot with a regular-edged cross section is formed in the center of one end of the installing head far away from the rotating shaft, the positioning ring, the printing sleeve and the fixing sleeve are sequentially arranged on the outer side of the rotating shaft, the first mounting mechanism comprises a bearing connecting column, a connecting rod, a spring and an inserting rod, the connecting rod is integrally formed on one side of the bearing connecting column close to the installing head, and a chute corresponding to the position and shape of the slot is formed in the center of one side of the connecting rod close to the installing head, the inner side of the chute is connected with an inserted rod in a sliding way, one side of the inserted rod is fixedly connected with a spring, one end of the spring, which is far away from the inserted rod, is fixed inside the chute, the second mounting mechanism comprises a bearing connecting sleeve, a connecting nut and a water pipe connector, one side of the bearing connecting sleeve, which is close to the rotating shaft, is welded with the connecting nut, the connecting nut is screwed outside the rotating shaft, the inner side of one end of the bearing connecting sleeve, which is far away from the connecting nut, is in interference fit with the water pipe connector, the water circulation mechanism comprises a water tank, a refrigerator, a drain pipe, a water inlet pipe, a connecting water pipe and a water pump, the refrigerator is arranged inside the water tank, the top of the water tank is communicated with one end of the drain pipe, which is far away from the water tank, is connected outside the water pipe connector through a sealing bearing, one end of the water inlet pipe, which is far away from the water pipe connector, penetrates through the drain pipe and is connected to the top of the heating mechanism, the bottom of the heating mechanism is connected with a connecting water pipe, one end of the connecting water pipe, which is far away from the heating mechanism, is connected with the water outlet end of the water pump through a hose clamp, and the water pump is connected with one side of the water tank through a bolt.

A printing roller for a printing press facilitating temperature regulation according to claim 1, wherein: heating mechanism includes heating cabinet, heating pipe, spiral pipe, the heating cabinet passes through the screw connection and is in water tank one side, the inside fixed mounting of heating cabinet has the heating pipe, the winding of the heating pipe outside has the spiral pipe, the spiral pipe both ends respectively with the inlet tube connect water piping connection.
