Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of PET films, in particular to a high-absorptivity rigid PET film.
Background
The PET film is a packaging film with relatively comprehensive performance. The transparency is good and the gloss is good; the air tightness and the fragrance retention are good; moderate moisture resistance and reduced moisture permeability at low temperatures. The PET film has excellent mechanical performance, the toughness is the best of all thermoplastic plastics, and the tensile strength and the impact strength are much higher than those of the common films; and the product has good stiffness and stable size, and is suitable for secondary processing of printing, paper bags and the like. The PET film also has excellent heat resistance, cold resistance and good chemical resistance and oil resistance. The film has excellent physical and mechanical properties of common polyester film, and also has excellent optical properties, such as good transparency, low haze and high glossiness. The film is mainly used for high-grade vacuum aluminized products, is mirror-surface after aluminized and has good packaging and decorating effects; it can also be used for laser anti-fake basement membrane.
Most flexibilities of present PET film are softer, lay and can only play the effect of keeping apart on article surface, can not play fine guard action to some soft articles that warp easily, for example the article that flexible resin made, PET only can play the isolation after laying the film, can not play guard action when the article warp again, and the function is single, is difficult for satisfying different user demands.

Further, a hot melt film matched with the support balls is laid on the inner walls of the grooves of the PET film main body and the adsorption layer, and the outer walls of the support balls are bonded with the hot melt film through heat conducting glue.
Further, the strip-shaped film bag is made of a hot melt film, the hot melt film is made of paraffin with high melting point, the melting point of the paraffin is 70 ℃, and the strip-shaped film bag can be decomposed after being heated, so that the coagulant stored in the strip-shaped film bag can be released only in a heated state.
Furthermore, the coagulating agent is gypsum powder, a waterproof membrane is laid at one end, close to the middle layer, of the PET membrane main body, a plurality of uniformly distributed activated fiber rods are doped in the coagulating agent, after water vapor permeates into the coagulating agent, part of the water vapor directly contacts with gypsum powder particles, and the gypsum powder is coagulated after contact reaction with water, so that the membrane is integrally hardened.
A high-absorptivity hard PET film is prepared by the following steps:
s1, firstly, selecting a PET substrate, polishing and preparing a PET film main body;
s2, prefabricating the middle layer and the adsorption layer, storing at normal temperature, preparing the middle layer and the adsorption layer, and then stretching and polishing the middle layer and the adsorption layer to be as thick as the PET film main body;
s3, pressing grooves in the PET film main body and the adsorption layer by using an embossing device, wherein the depth of each pressing groove is half of the thickness of the PET film main body and the adsorption layer, and the embossing device adopts a cold pressing process to press the grooves;
s4, mounting support balls on the middle layer, pre-coating low-temperature-resistant waterproof glue at two ends of each support ball, mounting a pair of support balls in each pressure groove, wherein the support balls are distributed in an array manner, the distance between every two adjacent pressure grooves is 5-8mm, and the pressure grooves are distributed in an array manner at equal intervals;
and S5, compounding the PET film main body, the middle layer and the adsorption layer at high pressure.
Further, low-temperature gas is introduced as protective gas during high-pressure compounding in the step S5, so that the whole film is in a low-temperature environment of 0-15 ℃ during compounding, and the hot melt film in the film is prevented from melting and cracking during compounding.
