Referring to fig. 1, the present invention provides a technical solution: a calendering roller constant-speed transmission control system for plastic film processing equipment comprises a supporting component 1, a calendering component 2, an adjusting component 3 and a driving component 4.
The supporting component 1 comprises a workbench 11, a stand column 12 and a base 13; a plurality of upright posts 12 are fixed at the bottom of the workbench 11; the lower end of the upright post 12 is fixedly connected with a base 13. A plurality of universal wheels 14 are mounted to the bottom of the base 13. The supporting component 1 is used for providing support for the whole device, the workbench 11 and the base 13 are both of a square table structure, and the stand column 12 is provided with four corners which are respectively positioned on the workbench 11.
The rolling component 2 is arranged on the supporting component 1; the rolling component 2 comprises a cover body 21, a roller seat 22 and a driving roller 23; the roller seat 22 is arranged on the inner side of the cover body 21; two roller seats 22 are symmetrically arranged; a driven roller 24 and a discharging roller 25 are connected between the two roller seats 22; the driving roller 23 is arranged above the driven roller 24, and a gap for the material to be rolled to pass through is arranged between the driving roller and the driven roller 24. The cover 21 has an inverted U-shaped configuration.
Referring to fig. 1 and 4, the driven roller 24 and the discharging roller 25 are rotatably connected to the roller base 22 through bearings, and at least two cooling rollers 27 are further disposed on the roller base 22 and located downstream of the discharging roller 25, and the cooling rollers 27 are used for cooling and shaping the rolled material. The drive roll 23 may cooperate with the driven roll 24 when rotating to calender the material.
In order to make the driven roller 24 and the discharging roller 25 operate more stably, both ends of the driven roller 24 and the discharging roller 25 respectively penetrate through the two roller seats 22; a plurality of rotatable supporting wheels 26 are arranged on one side wall of the roller seat 22 which is away from the roller seat; the supporting wheel 26 is movably connected with and supports the end parts of the driven roller 24 and the discharging roller 25. The end of each of the driven roller 24 and the discharging roller 25 is supported by two supporting wheels 26, and the supporting wheels 26 rotate synchronously when the driven roller 24 and the discharging roller 25 rotate. Additionally, rubber pads may be provided on the outer walls of the support wheels 26 to increase friction.
The adjusting assembly 3 comprises a telescopic driving assembly 31, a connecting piece 32, a lever mechanism 33, a supporting seat 34 and a connecting rod 35; the telescopic driving assembly 31 is fixed at the top of the cover body 21, and the output end of the telescopic driving assembly 31 is fixedly connected with a connecting piece 32; the connecting piece 32 is hinged with two lever mechanisms 33 which are symmetrically arranged; the middle part of the lever mechanism 33 is hinged with a supporting seat 34; one end of each lever mechanism 33 is connected with the connecting piece 32, and the other end is hinged with one end of a connecting rod 35; the other end of the connecting rod 35 downwardly penetrates through the cover body 21 and is rotatably connected with one end of the driving roller 23; two connecting rods 35 are connected to both ends of the drive roll 23, respectively.
The telescopic driving assembly 31 may be an air cylinder, an electric push rod, or an oil cylinder, and is used for driving the connecting member 32 to perform lifting movement. One end of the lever mechanism 33 can move up and down along with the connecting piece 32, so that the other end of the lever mechanism 33 can move up and down in the opposite direction under the action of the supporting seat 34, the connecting rod 35 can be driven to move up and down, and when the connecting rod 35 moves up and down, the driving roller 23 can be driven to move in the height direction, and the gap width between the driving roller 23 and the driven roller 24 can be adjusted. The cover body 21 is internally provided with a guide groove matched with the connecting rod 35, and the connecting rod 35 penetrates through the guide groove. When the telescopic drive unit 31 is contracted, the link 32 is lowered, the link 35 is raised, and the drive roller 23 is raised, and when the telescopic drive unit 31 is expanded, the link 32 is raised, the link 35 is lowered, and the drive roller 23 is lowered.
Referring to fig. 1, 3 and 4, the lever mechanism 33 includes a loop bar 331, a first inner bar 332 and a second inner bar 333; the outer wall of the loop bar 331 is provided with two movable grooves 331a corresponding to the first inner bar 332 and the second inner bar 333 respectively; the supporting seat 34 is hinged in the middle of the sleeve rod 331; one end of the first inner rod 332 extends into the loop bar 331 from one end of the loop bar 331 and is movably connected with the loop bar 331; a first limit bolt is movably connected in one movable groove 331 a; the first limit bolt is fixedly connected with the first inner rod 332; one end of the second inner rod 333 extends into the loop bar 331 from the other end of the loop bar 331 and is movably connected with the loop bar 331; a second limit bolt is movably connected in the other movable groove 331 a; the second limit bolt is fixedly connected with the second inner rod 333. The first inner rod 332 and the second inner rod 333 can perform telescopic movement in the sleeve rod 331, so that the distance between the end of the connecting rod 35 and the connecting piece 32 can be adapted, and the whole operation is more stable. When the lever mechanism 33 is horizontal, the length of the loop bar 331, the first inner bar 332, and the second inner bar 333 is the shortest, and when the lever mechanism 33 is rotated from the horizontal state, the length of the loop bar 331, the first inner bar 332, and the second inner bar 333 is increased.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the lower end of the connecting rod 35 has a clamping plate 351 with an arc structure; the clamping plate 351 is detachably and fixedly connected with a bearing seat; the bearing block is rotatably connected with a driving roller 23. The bearing frame is used for installing the driving roller 23, and the clamping plate 351 is used for fixing the bearing frame through a fixing bolt, so that the structure is stable, and the disassembly is convenient.
The driving assembly 4 comprises a driving box 41, two driving motors 42 and two universal shafts 43; two driving motors 42 are respectively connected with one end of the driving roller 23 and one end of the discharging roller 25 in a transmission way through a universal shaft 43. Two motor cabins are arranged in the driving box 41; two driving motors 42 are respectively installed in the two motor compartments. The two driving motors 42 can respectively drive the driving roller 23 and the discharging roller 25 to rotate through universal shafts 43, and the universal shafts 43 adopt telescopic universal shafts.
According to the constant-speed transmission control system for the calendering rollers of the plastic film processing equipment, when the system works, the two driving motors 42 can respectively drive the driving roller 23 and the discharging roller 25 to rotate through the universal shafts 43, the driving roller 23 can be matched with the driven roller 24 to calender materials when rotating, and the cooling roller 27 is used for cooling and shaping the calendered materials. When the gap between the driving roller 23 and the discharging roller 25 needs to be adjusted, when the telescopic driving assembly 31 contracts, the connecting piece 32 descends, the connecting rod 35 ascends, the driving roller 23 ascends, and the gap is increased. When the telescopic driving unit 31 is extended, the link 32 is raised, the link 35 is lowered, the drive roller 23 is lowered, and the gap is reduced.
