An external water pipe can be connected to the first circular pipe 122, the external water pipe is opened, clean water enters the first circular pipe 122, the clean water in the first circular pipe 122 enters the second circular pipe 124 through the communicating pipe 123, the clean water in the second circular pipe 124 is sprayed out through the pressure nozzle 125 and sprayed on the outer surface of the new material steel pipe, and therefore the outer surface of the new material steel pipe can be wetted, and the outer surface of the new material steel pipe does not need to be wetted manually; and the outer surface of the new material steel pipe can be washed, so that the outer surface of the new material steel pipe can be cleaner, and the cleaning effect can be improved.
As shown in fig. 1 and 5, the reciprocating assembly 13 is further included, the reciprocating assembly 13 includes a second mounting plate 131, a third rotating shaft 132, a third belt pulley 133, a third flat belt 134, an arc-shaped rack 135 and a sector gear 136, the top of the first mounting plate 3 is connected with the second mounting plate 131, the second mounting plate 131 is rotatably connected with the third rotating shaft 132, the left side of the third rotating shaft 132 and the middle of the first rotating shaft 83 are both connected with the third belt pulley 133, the third flat belt 134 is sleeved between the two third belt pulleys 133, the top of the first circular tube 122 is connected with the arc-shaped rack 135, the right side of the third rotating shaft 132 is connected with the sector gear 136, and the sector gear 136 is engaged with the arc-shaped rack 135.
