The invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) According to the invention, the glue brushing roller set is arranged between the feeding roller set and the glue pressing roller set, the glue solution can be uniformly smeared on the surface of the sheet material through the brush in the upper glue brushing roller in the glue brushing roller set, and the phenomenon of over-thickness of the glue solution on the sheet material can be ensured through the extrusion action between the upper glue brushing roller and the lower glue brushing roller and the further extrusion action of the glue pressing roller set, so that the higher coverage rate of the glue on the sheet material can be ensured, the controllable thickness of the glued glue can be ensured, and the uniformity of the glue surface is higher;
(2) The invention has simple structure, convenient operation and low input cost, and is beneficial to large-scale application and popularization.

In this embodiment, the function of the glue pressing roller set 3 not only further ensures that the thickness of the glue solution on the sheet 6 meets the requirement and the uniformity is better, but also plays a certain role in conveying the material (sheet 6), because of the existence of the brush 23 in the glue brushing roller set 2, the function of the conveying material of the glue brushing roller set 2 can be greatly reduced, but under the matching and auxiliary effects of the feeding roller set 1 (pushing function) and the glue pressing roller set 3 (drawing function), the existence of the brush in the glue brushing roller set 2 can not affect the normal conveying of the material.
In this embodiment, the feeding roller set 1 and the glue pressing roller set 3 have the same structure and the heights of the feeding roller set and the glue pressing roller set in the horizontal direction are consistent, so that the normal operation of the sheet conveying process can be ensured. Pay-off roller train 1 and moulding roller train 3 all include gyro wheel and lower gyro wheel, and the distance between last gyro wheel and the lower gyro wheel is less than the thickness of the sheet 6 of processing, guarantees that sheet 6 receives the squeezing action when pay-off roller train 1 and moulding roller train 3, does benefit to the static frictional force that increases between sheet 6 and pay-off roller train 1 and the moulding roller train 3, does benefit to the smooth and easy going on of the transportation process of sheet 6. The distance between the central points of the feeding roller group 1 and the glue pressing roller group 3 is not less than the length of the processed sheet 6, so that the sheet 6 is horizontally conveyed in the conveying process, and the flatness of the surface of the sheet 6 is ensured.
In this embodiment, a glue collecting tray 5 is arranged below the feeding roller set 1, the glue brushing roller set 2, the glue pressing roller set 3 and the glue injection assembly 4, and collects glue solution scattered from the feeding roller set 1, the glue brushing roller set 2, the glue pressing roller set 3 and the glue injection assembly 4, and the glue solution can be recycled.
