Background
The tourniquet used in clinic is a disposable common elastic band, which can not be used repeatedly, thus increasing the hospitalization cost of patients and causing the consumption of medical resources. the patch pressure sensor 2 is provided with a plurality of patches which are circumferentially distributed on the inner side wall of the annular air bag 1;
the control box 3 comprises a display screen 4, an air inlet valve 5, an air outlet valve 6 and a control button 7 which are arranged at the top end; and the air inlet valve 5 and the air outlet valve 6 are communicated with the inner cavity of the annular air bag 1 through the control box 3.
The inner side wall of the air bag is provided with a cooling water bag 8 which is integrally connected, and the patch pressure sensor 2 is arranged on the inner side wall of the cooling water bag 8; the top end of the control box 3 is arranged on a water inlet valve 9 and a water outlet valve 10 which are matched with the cooling water bag 8, and the water inlet valve 9 and the water outlet valve 10 are communicated with the inner cavity of the cooling water bag 8 through the control box 3 and the annular air bag 1.
The top of the control box 3 is provided with a groove 11, and a blood oxygen tester 12 connected in a rotating manner is arranged in the groove 11.
A use method of an intelligent compression hemostasis apparatus comprises the following steps:
(1) the annular air bag 1 is placed at a damaged wound, the annular air bag 1 is inflated through the air inlet valve 5, and the inner side wall of the annular air bag 1 performs compression hemostasis on damaged wound tissues;
