Detailed Description
In the following, only certain exemplary embodiments are briefly described. As those skilled in the art will recognize, the described embodiments may be modified in various different ways, all without departing from the spirit or scope of the present application. Accordingly, the drawings and description are to be regarded as illustrative in nature, and not as restrictive.
As described above, in the related art, in order to enable the door hook to be smoothly hooked in the hook groove, a user needs to apply a certain thrust when closing the door body, and the door body can strike the box body at a certain speed when moving under the thrust, so that noise between the door body and the box body is large when the door is closed, and user experience is poor.
In order to solve at least one of the above problems, embodiments of the present application provide a door lock device and a cooking appliance, a first door hook in the door lock device is disposed on a door body, a support in the door lock device is disposed on a box body, and a driving part, a connecting part and a rotary damper are connected to the support. And in the process that the door body is closed, the rotary damper can reduce the moving speed of the first door hook relative to the support, so that the noise generated when the door is closed is reduced.
The embodiments of the present application will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. Fig. 1 shows a schematic structural view of a door lock device in an embodiment of the present application; fig. 2 shows a first perspective view of the door lock device in the embodiment of the present application; FIG. 3 shows a second perspective view of the door latch mechanism in an embodiment of the present application; FIG. 4 is a schematic structural view of the first door hook, the connecting member, the driving member, the rotary damper and the limiting member shown in FIG. 2; FIG. 5 is a schematic view of the backside of FIG. 4; FIG. 6 is a schematic view of the structure of the connector of FIG. 1; FIG. 7 is a front view of FIG. 6; fig. 8 is a schematic structural view of the rotary damper of fig. 1. The direction indicated by the straight line arrow in fig. 1 is a first direction, and the direction indicated by the curved arrow is a first direction of rotation; it will be appreciated that the first direction and the first direction of rotation are both vector directions. By way of example of a first direction, a vector direction is understood to mean a direction with directivity, for example a direction from left to right in fig. 1 is a first direction and a direction from right to left is a direction opposite to the first direction, a direction in which the coupling piece turns counterclockwise is a first direction of rotation and a direction in which the coupling piece turns clockwise is a direction opposite to the first direction of rotation.
Referring to fig. 1 to 8, the present embodiment provides a door lock device, which can be used in a structure having a door body and a cabinet, especially in a cooking appliance such as a microwave oven, and includes: a first door hook 100, a bracket 200, a connector 300, a driver 400, and a rotary damper 500.
Taking the application to the cooking appliance as an example, the first door hook 100 may be mounted on a door body of the cooking appliance, and the connection member 300, the bracket 200, the driving member 400, and the rotary damper 500 may be mounted on a cabinet of the cooking appliance. The first door hook 100 includes a first mounting portion 110 and a first hook portion 120.
The first mounting portion 110 may be used to connect with a door body, and the first mounting portion 110 may be implemented in various ways, optionally, the first mounting portion 110 may include a mounting screw hole, and a screw may be screwed into the mounting screw hole and screwed to a side surface of the door body; or alternatively, the first mounting portion 110 may include a protrusion, and the door body may be provided with a slot, and the protrusion may be snap-fitted into the slot.
The first hook 120 may be coupled to the first mounting portion 110 by welding, screwing, riveting, or the like, or alternatively, both may be integrally formed. The first hook 120 may extend substantially perpendicular to the first direction (up-down direction in fig. 1). And the first hook-shaped part 120 may protrude from the door body, so that the door body may extend into one side of the case body after being closed.
The bracket 200 may be a plate-shaped structure having a low thickness, which may be used to be coupled with the case. The bracket 200 can be connected to the box body in various ways, for example, the bracket 200 is provided with a plurality of through holes, through holes can be penetrated by screws, and the bracket 200 is screwed on the box body through nuts; or, the bracket 200 may be engaged with the case by snap-fitting.
The connecting member 300 may be directly rotatably connected to the stand 200, or may be rotatably connected to the stand 200 by other members. That is, the link 300 can rotate relative to the stand 200 about a fixed axis, which is the rotational axis of the link 300. In addition, the connector 300 may be used to hook the first hook 120.
The driving unit 400 may be connected between the bracket 200 and the connecting unit 300, and the driving unit 400 is configured to drive the connecting unit 300 to rotate in the first rotation direction relative to the bracket 200 after the connecting unit 300 hooks the first hook 120, so that the connecting unit 300 hooks and pulls the first hook 120 to move in the first direction, thereby closing the door body.
The drive 400 may be a structure capable of providing power, such as a linear motor, a hydraulic cylinder, a spring, or a bungee cord, for example. Optionally, the driving member 400 is a coil spring, one end of the coil spring may be connected to the bracket 200, the other end of the coil spring may be connected to the connecting member 300, and when the first hook 120 hooks the connecting member 300, the coil spring may pull the connecting member 300 to rotate, so as to pull the first hook 120 to move along the first direction, and the door body may move toward the box body, so as to close the door.
In some embodiments, the driving member 400 may include a torsion spring 410, the torsion spring 410 including a spiral body 413 and a first torsion arm 411 and a second torsion arm 412 respectively connected to both ends of the spiral body 413; the spiral body 413 may be coaxially disposed with the rotation axis of the connector 300, the first torsion arm 411 is abutted against the bracket 200, and the second torsion arm 412 is abutted against the connector 300.
It will be appreciated that the drive member 400 may provide either a pulling force or a pushing force. When the driving member 400 is the torsion spring 410, it can provide a pushing force, so that the connecting member 300 can rotate relative to the bracket 200 along the first rotation direction, and the torsion spring 410 has a small volume, so that the installation is more convenient, and the volume of the door lock device can be reduced.
The rotary damper 500 is coupled to the bracket 200, the rotary damper 500 is further coupled to the link 300, and the rotary damper 500 serves to slow down the rotation speed of the link 300 in the first rotation direction, and thus the moving speed of the first hook 120 in the first direction.
And the rotational axis of the rotary damper 500 coincides with the rotational axis of the link 300, so that the installation space of the rotary damper 500 can be reduced, and the volume of the door lock device can be further reduced.
As an alternative implementation of the connector 300 and the rotary damper 500, the rotary damper 500 includes a damper body 510 connected to the bracket 200 and an output shaft 520 rotatably connected to the damper body 510; the damper body 510 may be provided therein with damping fluid, etc., the first end of the output shaft 520 may be provided in the damper body 510, and the second end of the output shaft 520 may extend out of the damper body 510 and be connected with the connecting member 300, thereby rotatably connecting the connecting member 300 to the bracket 200 by rotating the damper 500.
The output shaft 520 and the connector 300 may be connected in various ways, for example, the output shaft 520 and the connector 300 may be connected by screwing or welding.
As an alternative connection manner of the output shaft 520 and the connector 300, the output shaft 520 and the connector 300 may be connected in a snap-fit manner, for example, an engaging portion 521 is disposed on the output shaft 520, an engaging portion 330 for engaging with the engaging portion 521 is disposed on the connector 300, the engaging portion 521 may include a plurality of gear teeth 522 disposed on the output shaft 520, the plurality of gear teeth 522 are spaced apart from each other in a circumferential direction of the output shaft 520, and each gear tooth 522 may protrude from a cylindrical side surface of the output shaft 520.
The fitting portion 330 may include a mounting hole 331 for passing through the output shaft 520, and the mounting hole 331 may be a blind hole or a through hole. The mounting hole 331 has a plurality of receiving portions 332 provided at intervals in the circumferential direction of the output shaft 520, each receiving portion 332 being for engagement with one of the gear teeth 522. This structure enables the connecting member 300 to rotate simultaneously with the output shaft 520, and the plurality of gear teeth 522 and the plurality of receiving portions 332 are engaged, so that the stress therebetween can be more balanced.
Of course, the engaging means between the engaging portion 521 and the matching portion 330 may be various, for example, the engaging portion 521 may include a first hook disposed at the top end of the output shaft 520, the matching portion 330 may include a second hook disposed on the surface of the connecting member 300 facing the bracket 200, and the first hook and the second hook may be engaged and fixedly connected.
Connect through the block can easy to assemble output shaft 520 and connecting piece 300, easy dismounting, when making connecting piece 300 rotatory along first direction of rotation relative support 200, output shaft 520 is rotatory along first direction of rotation relative damper body 510 simultaneously, can provide the damping in the damper body 510, thereby slow down the rotational speed of connecting piece 300 along first direction of rotation, and then slow down the translation rate of first hook 100 along first direction, thereby alleviate the collision of a body and box, noise when reducing to close the door.
As an alternative to the coupling 300 and the rotary damper 500, the coupling 300 may be a convex mounting shaft, the axis of the mounting shaft being the axis of rotation of the coupling 300, the mounting shaft may extend into the rotary damper 500, and the rotary damper 500 may block rotation of the mounting shaft in the first rotational direction.
Alternatively, the connecting member 300 may be directly connected to the bracket 200, and the driving member 400 and the rotation damper 500 may be disposed at a side of the connecting member 30 facing away from the bracket 200.
The driving force provided by the driving member 400 may be greater than the resistance force provided by the rotary damper 500 so that the first hook 120 only slows the movement speed and does not change the movement direction. And when the driving member 400 includes the torsion spring 410, the spiral body 413 of the torsion spring 410 can be sleeved outside the damper body 510, so that the torsion spring 410 is installed by using the rotary damper 500, thereby further reducing the volume of the door lock device.
Optionally, the rotational damper 500 is a one-way damper for slowing down the rotational speed of the connector 300 in the first rotational direction without slowing down its rotational speed in a direction opposite to the first rotational direction. That is, the rotational damper 500 may slow the moving speed of the first hook 120 in the first direction, and when the first hook 120 moves in the direction opposite to the first direction, the one-way damper does not provide damping, that is, the one-way damper provides damping only when the door is closed, and does not provide damping when the door is opened, reducing the resistance to the door being opened.
When the door body is moved toward the cabinet by an external force, the first hook 120 moves in a first direction relative to the bracket 200, and when the door body is moved to the position of the connecting member 300, the connecting member 300 can hook the first hook 120. At this time, the driving member 400 pulls the connecting member 300 to rotate along the first rotating direction relative to the bracket 200, and then pulls the first hook-shaped portion 120 to continue to move along the first direction, and the rotary damper 500 can provide damping, and reduce the rotating speed of the connecting member 300 along the first rotating direction, so as to reduce the moving speed of the first hook-shaped portion 120 along the first direction, and reduce the speed at which the door body impacts the box body, reduce the impact collision between the door body and the box body, and further reduce the noise when the door is closed.
Moreover, the door lock device provided by the embodiment has a simple structure and low cost, and because the connecting piece 300 is set to rotate relative to the support 200, but cannot move relative to the support 200 along the first direction, the depth of the support 200 along the first direction can be reduced, so that the door lock device has a smaller occupied space, can be suitable for models with different volumes, and has strong universality.
In some embodiments, the door-lock apparatus further includes: the limiting member 600 is connected to the bracket 200, the limiting member 600 can move relative to the bracket 200 under the driving of the first door hook 100, so that the limiting member 600 abuts against the connecting member 300, thereby limiting the rotation of the connecting member 300 relative to the bracket 200 along the first rotation direction, or separating the limiting member 600 from the connecting member 300, and the connecting member 300 can rotate relative to the bracket 200 along the first rotation direction under the driving of the driving member 400, thereby pulling the first hook-shaped portion 120 to move along the first direction.
For example, the limiting member 600 can rotate relative to the bracket 200, or the limiting member 600 can move relative to the bracket 200 along a direction perpendicular to the bracket 200, where the direction perpendicular to the bracket 200 can be a direction perpendicular to a paper plane in fig. 1.
It is understood that the limiting member 600 may have a state of abutting against the connection member 300 and a state of being separated from the connection member 300. When the first hook 120 moves along the first direction or the direction opposite to the first direction, the first hook 120 can simultaneously drive the limiting member 600 to move relative to the bracket 200, so that the limiting member 600 changes between two states. Taking the example of closing the door, when the first hook 120 moves to be hooked with the connecting element 300, the limiting element 600 may abut against the connecting element 300 to overcome the driving torque of the driving element 400, so that the connecting element 300 remains relatively stationary and limits the rotation of the connecting element 300 relative to the bracket 200 along the first rotation direction, and when the first hook 120 moves to be capable of being hooked with the connecting element 300, the limiting element 600 removes the limitation on the connecting element 300, the driving element 400 drives the connecting element 300 to rotate along the first rotation direction, and the connecting element 300 may contact with the first hook 120 to be hooked with the first hook 120 and pulled to move along the first direction, thereby closing the door body.
By providing the limiting member 600, the rotation time of the connecting member 300 relative to the bracket 200 can be accurately controlled, the structure of the driving member 400 can be simplified, and the cost can be reduced. Of course, in other embodiments, the limiting member 600 may not be provided, and a sensor may be provided to detect the position of the first hook 120 and drive the driving member 400 to output the driving torque according to the position.
As an alternative implementation of the connecting member 300, referring to fig. 6 and 7, the connecting member 300 includes a first arm 310 for hooking the first hook 120 and a second arm 320 connected to the first arm 310; the first arm 310 and the second arm 320 can be manufactured by an integrated processing technology, the first arm 310 can be located on one side of the second arm 320 close to the door body, one end of the first arm 310 is connected with one end of the second arm 320, and the connection position of the first arm 310 and the second arm 320 is connected with the output shaft 520, that is, the connection position of the first arm 310 and the second arm 320 is provided with a mounting hole 331, and the output shaft 520 can be clamped and connected in the mounting hole 331.
The first arm 310 may be mainly used for hooking the first hook 120, and the position-limiting element 600 is used for abutting against the outer side of the second arm 320 away from the first arm 310, so as to distribute the function of the connecting element 300 to the first arm 310 and the second arm 320, thereby simplifying the structure of the connecting element 300 and facilitating the processing.
In addition, the second support arm 320 can also be used for mounting a torsion spring 410, the bracket 200 can be provided with a first limiting column 240, and the second support arm 320 is provided with a second limiting column 321; the first torsion arm 411 abuts against the first position-limiting pillar 240, and the second torsion arm 412 abuts against the second position-limiting pillar 321.
It can be understood that the second position-limiting pillar 321 can be located on one side of the first position-limiting pillar 240 departing from the door body all the time, the spiral body 413 of the torsion spring 410 can be sleeved outside the damper body 510, the first torsion arm 411 and the second torsion arm 412 of the torsion spring 410 can be located between the first position-limiting pillar 240 and the second position-limiting pillar 321, the first torsion arm 411 can be abutted against the first position-limiting pillar 240, and the second torsion arm 412 can be abutted against the second position-limiting pillar 321. In addition, in the state of the torsion spring 410 without external force, the distance between the first torsion arm 411 and the second torsion arm 412 may be greater than the distance between the first limiting post 240 and the second limiting post 321, so that the first torsion arm 411 and the second torsion arm 412 may be compressed and deformed to abut against between the first limiting post 240 and the second limiting post 321, and the connecting member 300 may have a tendency to rotate along the first rotation direction. The limiting member 600 can abut against the second arm 320, so as to overcome the driving torque of the torsion spring 410, and the connecting member 300 can maintain a stationary state relative to the bracket 200. The first and second limiting columns 240 and 321 are simple in structure and easy to process.
As an alternative embodiment of the second limiting column 321 and the second support arm 320, the second support arm 320 is provided with a connecting through hole, the second limiting column 321 can be connected in the connecting through hole in an interference fit manner, and the second limiting column 321 can extend out of the connecting through hole in a direction close to the support 200. That is, the second torque arm 412 may be located between the second arm 320 and the supporting frame 200, so that the driving member 400 may be installed using the space between the supporting frame 200 and the connecting member 300, thereby improving the space utilization of the door lock device.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 1, when the limiting member 600 abuts against the outer side of the second arm 320, a height difference between the end of the first arm 310 away from the output shaft 520 and the end of the second arm 320 away from the output shaft 520 in the first direction is provided, taking a plane passing through the rotation axis of the connecting member 300 and parallel to the first direction as a reference plane, a distance from the end of the first arm 310 to the reference plane is D1, a distance from the end of the second arm 320 to the reference plane is D2, D1 may be smaller than D2, and a difference between D2 and D1 is the height difference, the height difference is used to allow the first hook 120 to move from the outer side of the first arm 310 away from the second arm 320 to between the first arm 310 and the second arm 320 in the first direction, that is during the movement of the first hook 120 in the first direction between the first arm 310 and the second arm 320, the top end of the first arm 120 may not contact with the first arm 310, or just contact it, the first arm 310 does not interfere with the first hook 120, and the first hook 120 can smoothly enter between the first arm 310 and the second arm 320. In this process, the position-limiting member 600 can always abut against the second arm 320, so that the connecting member 300 can be kept stationary relative to the stand 200.
When the limiting member 600 is driven by the first hook-shaped portion 120 to be separated from the connecting member 300, the first arm 310 can rotate in the first rotation direction relative to the bracket 200 under the driving of the driving member 400, so that the first arm 310 can hook the first hook-shaped portion 120 and pull the first door hook 100 to move in the first direction, thereby closing the door body.
It is understood that, referring to fig. 1, the length of the first arm 310 may be greater than the length of the second arm 320, i.e., the distance from the end of the first arm 310 to the rotation axis of the connecting member 300 may be greater than the distance from the end of the second arm 320 to the rotation axis of the connecting member 300. When the position limiting element 600 abuts against the connecting element 300, the position of the connecting element 300 at this moment can be adjusted, so that the first arm 310 and the second arm 320 can be inclined with respect to the vertical direction in fig. 1, and a height difference can exist between the first arm 310 and the second arm 320. After the limiting member 600 is separated from the connecting member 300, the connecting member 300 rotates in the first rotating direction under the driving of the torsion spring 410, the height difference gradually decreases, so that the first arm 310 can move from the top of the connecting member 300 to the left side of the first hook 120, and the connecting member 300 can hook the first hook 120 and pull the first hook 120 to close the door.
By setting the position relationship between the first arm 310 and the second arm 320, the first arm 310 can not prevent the first hook 120 from entering between the first arm 310 and the second arm 320, the first arm 310 can hook the first hook 120 and pull the first hook 120, and the structure of the connecting element 300 can be simplified.
In some embodiments, the limiting member 600 can move relative to the bracket 200 along a direction perpendicular to the bracket 200, and the limiting member 600 has a limiting portion 610 and a guiding portion 620.
The guide part 620 is used for converting the movement of the first hook part 120 along the first direction into the movement of the limiting part 610 relative to the bracket 200; when the first hook 120 is located on the outer side of the first arm 310 away from the second arm 320, the position-limiting portion 610 abuts against the outer side of the second arm 320, and when the first hook 120 is located between the first arm 310 and the second arm 320, the position-limiting portion 610 is separated from the second arm 320.
The direction perpendicular to the bracket 200 may be a direction perpendicular to the paper surface in fig. 1, and the limiting member 600 can play a role in limiting the connecting member 300 from rotating in the first rotation direction relative to the bracket 200.
It can be understood that the guiding portion 620 may contact the first hook portion 120 and move relative to the bracket 200 under the driving of the first hook portion 120, so as to drive the limiting portion 610 to move relative to the second arm 320, and when the first hook portion 120 is located at the outer side of the first arm 310, the limiting portion 610 abuts against the outer side of the second arm 320, and when the first hook portion 120 moves to be located between the first arm 310 and the second arm 320, the limiting portion 610 is separated from the second arm 320, so that the movement of the limiting member 600 relative to the bracket 200 may be driven by the movement of the first hook portion 120 along the first direction, without providing an additional power source, and the cost may be reduced.
Alternatively, the stopper portion 610 and the guide portion 620 may be formed as an integral structure by means of an integral molding process.
As an alternative implementation of the guide part 620, the guide part 620 may have a guide surface 621 disposed obliquely with respect to the first direction; the guide surface 621 may be a flat surface or a curved surface having a curvature. And when the first hook 120 is located outside the first arm 310, the guide surface 621 protrudes from the bracket 200 in a direction perpendicular to the bracket 200, and a distance between the guide surface 621 and the bracket 200 gradually increases in the first direction. The guide surface 621 may be used to contact the first hook 120, convert the movement of the first hook 120 into the movement of the stopper 610 in the direction perpendicular to the bracket 200, and has a simple structure and easy processing.
In some embodiments, the bracket 200 has a recess for receiving the retainer 600, and the recess may have a sidewall and a bottom wall connected to the sidewall. The limiting member 600 may be located in the groove, and an elastic member 210 is disposed between the limiting member 600 and the bottom wall of the groove; a clamping hook 630 is arranged on one side of the limiting member 600, which is far away from the guide part 620, and a sliding hole for penetrating the clamping hook 630 is formed in the side wall of the groove; and the elastic member 210 serves to apply an elastic force to the hook 630 against the hole wall of the sliding hole.
Alternatively, the limiting member 600 may have a shell-shaped structure, which may have a top plate disposed obliquely and a side plate connected to the top plate, the top plate may form the guiding portion 620, a surface of the top plate may form the guiding surface 621, and the side plate may have a protruding portion protruding toward the output shaft, and the protruding portion may abut against an outer side surface of the second arm 320, so as to limit the rotation of the connecting member 300 in the first rotation direction. In addition, a part of the side plate may be located in the groove, the hook 630 may be disposed at a position of the side plate away from the top plate, the sliding hole may be disposed on a side wall of the groove and extend in a direction perpendicular to the bracket 200, and the hook 630 may extend out of the sliding hole in a direction perpendicular to the side wall. The hook 630 may have a certain elastic force such that the hook 630 can be mounted to the sliding hole by an external force and cannot be freely released from the sliding hole when the hook 630 moves along the sliding hole.
The elastic member 210 may be a structure having a certain elasticity, such as a coil spring or an elastic block, which can provide an elastic force, so that the hook 630 abuts against the hole wall of the sliding hole, for example, a position of one end of the hole wall of the sliding hole in a direction perpendicular to the bracket 200.
In addition, the number of the hooks 630 may be multiple, for example, the limiting member 600 may be provided with two hooks 630, and the two hooks 630 may be respectively located at two sides of the limiting member 600, so that the first hook 120 moves along the guide surface 621 more stably. The number of the sliding holes may be the same as the number of the hooks 630 so that one hook 630 may penetrate one sliding hole.
Optionally, the side plate of the limiting member 600 may further be provided with a guide post, the side wall of the groove has a guide slot for accommodating the guide post, and the slot body of the guide slot may extend in a direction perpendicular to the bracket 200. The guide post can be attached to the guide groove 223 to move, and the movement stability is further improved.
