The safety device stops the travel of the car 3, for example.
The notification processing system 1 includes a transmitter 12, a remote monitoring device 13, and a notification processing device 14.
The transmitter 12 is installed in, for example, the landing 9. The transmitter 12 may be provided to the car 3, for example. The transmitter 12 is a device that transmits identification information by wireless communication. The transmitter 12 is, for example, a beacon device. The identification information is information for identifying the elevator 2 provided with the transmitter 12. The identification information is, for example, a combination of a building number and a number. The building number is a number uniquely corresponding to a building. The car number is a number uniquely corresponding to a unit of the elevator 2 including the car 3. In the case where the elevator 2 has a plurality of cells, the identification information may be information for identifying an elevator bank.
The remote monitoring device 13 is installed in, for example, a building in which the elevator 2 is installed. The remote monitoring device 13 is connected to the control panel 4 so as to be able to communicate with the elevator 2, for example. The remote monitoring apparatus 13 is connected to a network 15. The network 15 is, for example, the internet. The remote monitoring device 13 communicates information of the elevator 2 with a device provided in the remote monitoring center 17 via the network 15. Here, the remote monitoring center 17 is a base for monitoring the operation state of the elevator 2.
The user of the elevator 2 sometimes holds the portable terminal 16. The portable terminal 16 is, for example, a smartphone. The portable terminal 16 is connected to the network 15. The portable terminal 16 is loaded with an application corresponding to the notification processing system 1. For example, the user can download and install the application to the mobile terminal 16 by accessing a website or the like of a maintenance company that manages the elevator 2 from the mobile terminal 16. The application causes the portable terminal 16 to transmit the identification information received from the transmitter 12 to a device provided at the remote monitoring center 17 via the network 15.
The notification processing device 14 is provided in, for example, the remote monitoring center 17. The report processing device 14 includes a receiving unit 18, a transmitting unit 19, an attribute information storage unit 20, a report status storage unit 21, a message storage unit 22, a disaster status determination unit 23, a report status determination unit 24, and a response generation unit 25.
The receiving unit 18 is connected to the network 15 so as to be able to receive the identification information transmitted from the mobile terminal 16. The transmission unit 19 is connected to the network 15 so as to be able to transmit a response signal indicating the content to be displayed to the portable terminal 16 that has transmitted the identification information.
The attribute information storage unit 20 is a part that stores identification information in association with attribute information of the elevator 2. The attribute information includes information such as the name and address of the building in which the elevator 2 is installed, and the model of the elevator 2.
The notification status storage unit 21 is a part that stores the identification information in association with the notification status of the elevator 2 identified by the identification information. The notification status includes information such as the status of the elevator 2 to be notified and the presence or absence of dispatch of a technician for notification.
The message storage unit 22 is a part that stores the state of the elevator 2 in association with a message to be notified to the user of the elevator 2.
The disaster situation determination unit 23 is a unit that determines occurrence of a disaster. Here, the disaster to be determined by the disaster situation determination unit 23 is a phenomenon in which the influence on the operation state of the elevator 2 is spread over a wide geographical range. The influence on the operating state of the elevator 2 is, for example, an operation of a safety device, a failure or abnormality of equipment of the elevator 2, or the like. The disaster includes a large-scale disaster such as an earthquake caused by a natural phenomenon or a phenomenon caused by a human factor. The disaster situation determination unit 23 stores the state of the disaster flag. The disaster flag has any one of ON (ON) and OFF (OFF). The state of the disaster flag is switched on when a disaster occurs. The disaster situation determination unit 23 determines occurrence of a disaster based on the state of the disaster flag.
The notification status determination unit 24 is a part that determines whether or not there is a notification regarding the elevator 2 identified based on the identification information.
The response generation unit 25 is a part that generates a response signal indicating a content to be displayed on the portable terminal 16 that has transmitted the identification information.
Next, the function of the notification processing system 1 in the normal case will be described. In a normal case, the state of the disaster flag of the disaster situation determination unit 23 is set to off. In this example, the application mounted on the mobile terminal 16 has a function of automatic call registration.
A user having a portable terminal 16 approaches the landing 9 of the elevator 2. The portable terminal 16 detects the approach to the elevator 2 by receiving the wireless signal transmitted from the transmitter 12. The portable terminal 16 starts an application corresponding to the notification processing system 1. The mobile terminal 16 acquires identification information from the received wireless signal. The portable terminal 16 transmits the acquired identification information to the notification processing device 14.
The receiving unit 18 of the notification processing device 14 receives the identification information from the portable terminal 16 via the network 15. When the receiving unit 18 receives the identification information, the disaster situation determination unit 23 refers to the state of the disaster flag. Since the disaster flag is in the off state, the disaster situation determination unit 23 determines that no disaster has occurred. The disaster situation determination unit 23 transmits the determination result to the response generation unit 25.
The response generation section 25 generates a signal indicating the call registration of the elevator 2 identified by the identification information received by the reception section 18, based on the received determination result. This call is, for example, a hall call of a floor on which the transmitter 12 is installed. The transmission unit 19 transmits the signal generated by the response generation unit 25 to the elevator 2 via the remote monitoring device 13.
The control panel 4 of the elevator 2 registers a call based on the received signal.
The response generation unit 25 obtains a message indicating that the call registration is completed from the message storage unit 22. The response generation unit 25 generates a response signal indicating the acquired message. The transmitter 19 transmits the generated response signal to the mobile terminal 16 that transmitted the identification information.
The portable terminal 16 displays the content indicated by the response signal received from the notification processing device 14.
Next, the function of the notification processing system 1 when a disaster occurs will be described. Here, a case where an earthquake larger than a preset reference occurs will be described as an example of a disaster.
The seismograph 5 of the elevator 2 detects an earthquake. The control panel 4 operates the safety device in response to the detection signal of the seismometer 5. The safety device stops the travel of the car 3. The remote monitoring device 13 detects that the control panel 4 operates the safety device in response to the detection signal from the seismometer 5. The remote monitoring apparatus 13 transmits a signal indicating the operation of the safety device to an apparatus provided in the remote monitoring center 17 via the network 15. Here, the operation state of the elevator 2 in a large geographical area is affected by the disaster that has occurred. Therefore, for example, it is difficult to notify the remote monitoring apparatus 13 of the operation of the safety apparatus due to a traffic jam.
For example, when a disaster occurs, a user riding on the car 3 or a user about to ride on the car 3 attempts to notify the state of the elevator 2 in which the travel of the car 3 has stopped. Here, for example, communication congestion due to occurrence of a disaster may make it difficult to notify the communication through the emergency call device 8 provided in the car 3. At this time, the disaster situation determination unit 23 detects a traffic jam such as voice call, for example, and switches the state of the disaster flag to on.
The user riding in the car 3 attempts to notify from the portable terminal 16 and starts an application. The portable terminal 16 receives a wireless signal from the transmitter 12. The portable terminal 16 acquires identification information from the received wireless signal. The portable terminal 16 transmits the acquired identification information to the notification processing device 14.
The receiving unit 18 of the notification processing device 14 receives the identification information from the portable terminal 16. When the receiving unit 18 receives the identification information, the disaster situation determination unit 23 refers to the state of the disaster flag. When the state of the disaster flag is switched to on, the disaster situation determination unit 23 determines that a disaster has occurred. The disaster situation determination unit 23 transmits the determination result to the notification situation determination unit 24.
When the disaster situation determination unit 23 determines that a disaster has occurred, the notification situation determination unit 24 refers to the notification situation stored in the notification situation storage unit 21 in association with the identification information received by the reception unit 18. When the notification status storage unit 21 stores the notification status corresponding to the identification information, the notification status determination unit 24 determines that there is a notification regarding the elevator 2 identified by the identification information. On the other hand, when the notification status storage unit 21 does not store the notification status corresponding to the identification information, the notification status determination unit 24 determines that there is no notification regarding the elevator 2 identified by the identification information. The report condition determination unit 24 transmits the determination result to the response generation unit 25.
When the notification situation determination unit 24 determines that there is a notification, the response generation unit 25 acquires a notification completion message from the message storage unit 22. The notification completed message contains, for example, "contact has been made. "etc. character strings. In the case where a technician has been dispatched for an existing notification, the message may also contain a string such as "contact made, technician done scheduled", etc. The response generation unit 25 generates a response signal indicating the acquired message. The transmitter 19 transmits the generated response signal to the mobile terminal 16 that transmitted the identification information.
The portable terminal 16 displays the content indicated by the response signal received from the notification processing device 14.
On the other hand, when the notification status determination unit 24 determines that there is no notification, the response generation unit 25 acquires a message for receiving the notification from the message storage unit 22. The message for receiving the notification includes items such as "trapped in car", "stopped", and "running" listed in a list that can be selected by a check box or the like, for example. Here, for example, the "in-operation" items may include items such as "abnormal sound", "lighting interruption", and "others" listed in a list selectable by a check box or the like as subordinate items. Further, the "other" item may include, for example, a text box for entering detailed information in a word when the item is selected. The response generation unit 25 generates a response signal indicating the acquired message. The transmitter 19 transmits the generated response signal to the mobile terminal 16 that transmitted the identification information.
The portable terminal 16 displays the content indicated by the response signal received from the notification processing device 14. The user selects the state of the elevator 2 from the listed items based on the displayed contents. The portable terminal 16 notifies the notification processing device 14 of information indicating the selected item.
The receiving unit 18 of the notification processing device 14 receives information indicating the selected item from the portable terminal 16. The report status determination unit 24 stores the report status in the report status storage unit 21 in association with the identification information, based on the information received by the reception unit 18.
In the remote monitoring center 17, a schedule for notifying a technician to be dispatched is made based on the information stored in the notification status storage unit 21. The arrangement of the technician may be performed while receiving the report from, for example, a server device or the like provided in the remote monitoring center 17. Alternatively, the arrangement of the technician may be performed by an operator of the remote monitoring center 17.
The response generation unit 25 acquires the received message from the message storage unit 22. The acceptance completion message includes, for example, a character string such as "thank you for your contact". For example, when a technician is scheduled while the report is received, the message may include "the technician is scheduled. Thank you for contact. "etc. character strings. The response generation unit 25 generates a response signal indicating the acquired message. The transmitter 19 transmits the generated response signal to the mobile terminal 16 that transmitted the identification information.
The portable terminal 16 displays the content indicated by the response signal received from the notification processing device 14.
Here, in the event of a disaster, a user who does not ride the car 3 may approach the landing 9 and notice the stop of the elevator 2. At this time, the mobile terminal 16 held by the user detects the approach to the elevator 2 by receiving the wireless signal transmitted from the transmitter 12. The portable terminal 16 starts an application corresponding to the notification processing system 1. The mobile terminal 16 acquires identification information from the received wireless signal. The portable terminal 16 transmits the acquired identification information to the notification processing device 14.
After that, the mobile terminal 16 and the notification processing device 14 communicate with each other in the same manner as when the application of the mobile terminal 16 is started inside the car 3. The user who notices the stop of the car 3 tries notification from the portable terminal 16. Since the application of the mobile terminal 16 is already started by the reception of the wireless signal from the transmitter 12, the user confirms whether or not the notification has been made based on the display of the application.
Next, an operation example of the notification processing device 14 according to embodiment 1 will be described with reference to fig. 2.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart showing an operation example of the notification processing apparatus according to embodiment 1.
In step S01, the receiving unit 18 receives the identification information from the portable terminal 16. After that, the operation of the notification processing apparatus 14 proceeds to step S02.
In step S02, the disaster situation determination unit 23 determines whether or not a disaster has occurred. If the determination result is "no", the operation of the notification processing apparatus 14 proceeds to step S03. If the determination result is yes, the operation of the notification processing device 14 proceeds to step S04.
In step S03, the response generation unit 25 generates a signal indicating the call registration of the elevator 2 identified by the identification information received by the reception unit 18. After that, the transmission unit 19 transmits the generated signal to the remote monitoring apparatus 13. After that, the notification processing device 14 ends its operation.
In step S04, the disaster situation determination unit 23 determines whether or not there is already a report for the elevator 2 identified by the received identification information. If the determination result is yes, the operation of the notification processing device 14 proceeds to step S05. If the determination result is "no", the operation of the notification processing device 14 proceeds to step S06.
In step S05, the response generation unit 25 generates a response signal indicating the notification completion message. After that, the transmitter 19 transmits the generated response signal to the portable terminal 16. After that, the notification processing device 14 ends its operation.
In step S06, the response generation unit 25 generates a response signal indicating a message for receiving a notification. After that, the transmitter 19 transmits the generated response signal to the mobile terminal 16. After that, the operation of the notification processing apparatus 14 proceeds to step S07.
In step S07, the receiving unit 18 receives the notified information from the portable terminal 16. After that, the operation of the notification processing apparatus 14 proceeds to step S08.
In step S08, the notification information storage unit stores the identification information that has been received in association with the notification status, based on the received notification information. After that, the operation of the notification processing apparatus 14 proceeds to step S09.
In step S09, the response generation unit 25 generates a response signal indicating the received message. After that, the transmitter 19 transmits the generated response signal to the portable terminal 16. After that, the notification processing device 14 ends its operation.
As described above, the report processing system 1 according to embodiment 1 includes the transmitter 12 and the report processing device 14. The transmitter 12 is provided in the elevator 2. The transmitter 12 transmits identification information for identifying the elevator 2 by a wireless signal. The report processing device 14 includes a receiving unit 18, a transmitting unit 19, a report status storage unit 21, a report status determination unit 24, and a response generation unit 25. The receiving unit 18 receives the identification information from the portable terminal 16. The identification information is transmitted from the transmitter 12 to the portable terminal 16 by wireless communication. The transmitting section 19 transmits a response signal indicating the content to be displayed in the portable terminal 16 to the portable terminal 16. The notification status storage unit 21 stores the notification status of the elevator 2 identified by the identification information in association with the identification information. The notification status determination unit 24 determines whether or not there is a notification regarding the elevator 2 identified by the identification information when the reception unit 18 receives the identification information from the portable terminal 16, based on the notification status stored in the notification status storage unit 21. When the notification status determination unit 24 determines that there is a notification, the response generation unit 25 generates a signal indicating the notification-completed information as a response signal indicating the content to be displayed on the mobile terminal 16. When the notification status determination unit 24 determines that there is no notification, the response generation unit 25 generates a signal for receiving the notification as a response signal indicating the content to be displayed on the mobile terminal 16.
In particular, in the event of a disaster, the operation state of the elevator 2 in a wide geographical area is affected. In this case, the number of users who find that the operation state is affected for the same elevator 2 is also increased. By using the notification processing device 14, the user can easily grasp whether or not the notification has been made to the elevator 2 to be notified. Therefore, it is possible to suppress repeated notification from a plurality of users who have found the influence of the disaster on the same elevator 2. This can suppress a communication load due to repeated reports. Further, even when it is difficult to make a voice call, the notification processing device 14 can give a feeling of reassurance to the user.
The portable terminal 16 acquires identification information from the transmitter 12 provided in the elevator 2. The user can easily grasp whether or not the notification of the elevator 2 to be notified has been made without inputting the identification information. In addition, it is not necessary to additionally provide communication for requesting input of identification information from the notification processing device 14 to the portable terminal 16. This suppresses the communication load due to the notification.
The notification processing device 14 further includes a disaster situation determination unit 23. The disaster situation determination unit 23 determines whether or not a disaster has occurred when the reception unit 18 receives the identification information.
Thus, the application corresponding to the notification processing device 14 can perform functions other than notification regarding the elevator 2 in a normal state. Generally, the notification of the elevator 2 from the portable terminal 16 is not performed on a daily basis. Therefore, an application having only the notification function is difficult to be installed in the portable terminal 16 by the user. Since the application corresponding to the notification processing device 14 can perform other functions in a normal state, the application can be easily installed in the user's mobile terminal 16. Therefore, the notification processing system 1 is easily used.
Further, the response generation unit 25 generates a signal indicating call registration when the disaster situation determination unit 23 determines that no disaster has occurred when the reception unit 18 receives the identification information. The transmission unit 19 transmits a signal indicating call registration generated by the response generation unit 25 to the elevator 2 identified based on the identification information.
This improves the convenience of the user in the normal state. The function of call registration is to serve the users of the elevator 2. Therefore, the application corresponding to the notification processing device 14 is easily installed in the portable terminal 16 held by the user of the elevator 2. Therefore, the notification processing system 1 is more easily utilized.
Note that the notification processing system 1 may not include the remote monitoring apparatus 13. The application installed in the portable terminal 16 may be a dedicated application for notification of the elevator 2. The transmitter 12 of the notification processing system 1 may be installed in the elevator 2 not provided with the remote monitoring device 13.
The notification status storage unit 21 may store the notification realized by the voice call of the emergency call device 8 and the notification realized by the mobile terminal 16 as the notification status in the same manner.
The notification processing device 14 may receive notifications for a plurality of elevators 2 installed in different areas by a single device. The notification processing device 14 may receive notifications for a plurality of elevators 2 installed in different areas by a plurality of devices installed for each area. In this case, for example, a part of the notification processing device 14 such as the message storage unit 22 may be shared among a plurality of devices.
The disaster situation determination unit 23 may switch the state of the disaster flag to on based on information from an external disaster information server such as a public agency. Embodiment mode 2
In embodiment 2, a difference from the example disclosed in embodiment 1 will be described in detail. Any feature of the example disclosed in embodiment 1 may be employed for a feature not described in embodiment 2.
The notification status storage unit 21 according to embodiment 2 stores the identification information in association with the notification status and the degree of emergency of the elevator 2 identified by the identification information. Here, the degree of urgency is set in advance in accordance with the state of the elevator 2, for example. The urgency level of the "trapped in car" state is set to "high", for example. The urgency level of the "stop in progress" state is set to "middle", for example. For example, the degree of urgency of the "in-operation" state is set to "low".
Next, the function of the notification processing system 1 when a disaster occurs will be described with particular reference to the differences from the example disclosed in embodiment 1.
When the notification condition determination unit 24 determines that there is a notification based on the notification condition stored in the notification condition storage unit 21, the response generation unit 25 acquires a notification-completed message from the message storage unit 22. Here, the notification completion message includes information on the notified state of the elevator 2. The notified message contains, for example, a contact that the 'stop in progress' content has been acquired. "etc. character strings. Alternatively, in the case where a technician has been dispatched for an already existing notification, the message contains a contact to "get' stopped," and the technician is scheduled to finish. "etc. character strings.
The response generation unit 25 further acquires a message corresponding to the degree of urgency of an existing notification from the message storage unit 22. For example, in the case where the urgency level is "high", the message includes, for example, a character string of "catch immediately". For example, in the case where the urgency level is "middle", the message includes a character string such as "morning arrive". For example, in the case where the urgency level is "low", the message contains, for example, a character string of "hit within today".
The response generation unit 25 further acquires a message for accepting the additional report from the message storage unit 22. The response generation unit 25 generates a response signal indicating the acquired message. The transmitter 19 transmits the generated response signal to the mobile terminal 16 that transmitted the identification information.
The portable terminal 16 displays the content indicated by the response signal received from the notification processing device 14. When the content of the notification that the user wants to make is different from the content of the existing notification, the user tries to make a notification again. The user selects the state of the elevator 2 from the listed items based on the displayed contents. The portable terminal 16 performs re-notification by transmitting information indicating the selected item to the notification processing device 14.
The receiving unit 18 of the notification processing device 14 receives information indicating the selected item from the portable terminal 16. The notification condition determination section 24 compares the degree of urgency of a notification based on the received information with the degree of urgency of an already existing notification. The report condition determination unit 24 transmits the determination result to the response generation unit 25.
When the notification situation determination unit 24 determines that the urgency level of an existing notification is equal to or higher than the urgency level of a notification based on the received information, the response generation unit 25 acquires a notification-completed message from the message storage unit 22. The response generation unit 25 generates a response signal indicating the acquired message. The transmitter 19 transmits the generated response signal to the mobile terminal 16 that transmitted the identification information.
On the other hand, when it is determined that the degree of urgency of notification based on the received information is higher than the degree of urgency of notification already existing, the notification condition determination unit 24 updates the notification condition stored in the notification condition storage unit 21 based on the received information. The notification processing device 14 may include a counter. The counting unit counts the number of times of notification for each piece of identification information. The notification condition determination unit 24 may update the degree of urgency of the notification condition stored in the notification condition storage unit 21 to a higher degree of urgency when the number of times of notification reaches a preset number of times.
At this time, the arrangement of the technician for the notification may be performed again. The rescheduling of the technician can also be carried out, for example, in the following manner: the technician who has been instructed to dispatch again instructs that he/she has priority to other notifications. Alternatively, the rescheduling technician may also proceed as follows: the new instructions dispatch other technicians located near the announced elevator 2.
The response generation unit 25 acquires the message whose reception is completed again from the message storage unit 22. The message that has been accepted again may be the same as the message that has been accepted. The response generation unit 25 generates a response signal indicating the acquired message. The transmitter 19 transmits the generated response signal to the mobile terminal 16 that transmitted the identification information.
The portable terminal 16 displays the content indicated by the response signal received from the notification processing device 14.
Next, an operation example of the notification processing device 14 according to embodiment 2 will be described with reference to fig. 4.
Fig. 4 is a flowchart showing an operation example of the notification processing device according to embodiment 2.
The notification processing device 14 according to embodiment 2 operates in the same manner as the notification processing device 14 according to embodiment 1 in steps S01 to S04 and steps S06 to S09. Here, if the determination result in step S04 is yes, the operation of the notification processing device 14 according to embodiment 2 proceeds to step S10.
In step S10, the response generation unit 25 generates a response signal indicating a message that the notification is completed and indicating a message that the notification is accepted. After that, the transmitter 19 transmits the generated response signal to the mobile terminal 16. After that, the operation of the notification processing device 14 proceeds to step S141.
In step S11, the receiving unit 18 receives the notified information from the portable terminal 16. After that, the operation of the notification processing apparatus 14 proceeds to step S12.
In step S12, the notification condition determination unit 24 determines whether the urgency level of the notification based on the received information is higher than the urgency level of the already existing notification. If the determination result is "no", the operation of the notification processing device 14 proceeds to step S13. If the determination result is yes, the operation of the notification processing device 14 proceeds to step S14.
In step S13, the response generation unit 25 generates a response signal indicating the notification completion message. After that, the transmitter 19 transmits the generated response signal to the mobile terminal 16. After that, the notification processing device 14 ends its operation.
In step S14, the notification information storage unit updates the stored notification status based on the received notification information. After that, the operation of the notification processing apparatus 14 proceeds to step S15.
In step S15, the response generation unit 25 generates a response signal indicating the message that the reception is completed again. After that, the transmitter 19 transmits the generated response signal to the portable terminal 16. After that, the notification processing device 14 ends its operation.
As described above, the notification status storage unit 21 of the notification processing device 14 according to embodiment 2 stores the degree of urgency in association with the notification status.
In this way, the remote monitoring center 17 arranges the technician according to the urgency of the notification. Therefore, the higher the urgency level of the notification, the higher priority is given to the notification.
The response generation unit 25 generates different response signals according to the degree of urgency.
Thus, when a different response is taken according to the degree of urgency of the notification, the content of the response is notified to the user according to the degree of urgency. Therefore, the notification processing device 14 can more effectively give a feeling of reassurance to the user who has attempted the notification.
When the notification status determination unit 24 determines that there is a notification about the elevator 2 identified by the identification information when the receiving unit 18 receives the identification information from the portable terminal 16, the response generation unit 25 generates a response signal indicating the content to be displayed on the portable terminal 16. The response signal indicates the information that the notification is completed, and is a signal for receiving the notification. When a notification having a higher urgency level than the urgency level of the notification already existing for the elevator 2 is received, the notification status storage unit 21 updates the notification status stored for the elevator 2.
Thus, even when the state of the elevator 2 changes with time, the degree of urgency in the changed state is dealt with. Further, even when other users have already made a notification with a low degree of urgency, the users can make a notification with a higher degree of urgency. For example, even after a user who finds that the elevator 2 is stopped makes a notification of "stopped" from the hall 9, the user who is trapped in the car 3 of the elevator 2 can make a notification of "trapped in car". At this time, the notification about the elevator 2 is handled as a state of "trapped in car" with a higher degree of urgency. Therefore, even when a notification is made from a plurality of users in different situations, it is possible to respond to a notification from a user with a higher degree of urgency.
