A press-contact portion which is press-contacted with the sealing surface and an engaging portion which is engaged with the flange are formed in the pump. Then, the tip end of the massage member is brought into contact with the skin to press the pump, thereby generating a negative pressure in the suction port at the tip end of the massage member, and the cosmetic massage device is moved while maintaining the state in which the negative pressure is generated in the suction port, thereby sliding the tip end of the massage member over the skin.

Description

Beauty massager and beauty massage method
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a beauty massager capable of performing beauty massage as an operation by sucking a surface portion including skin of a body and a beauty massage method using the beauty massager.
Background
Patent documents 1 to 3 disclose techniques for attracting a body surface part for beauty treatment. Patent documents 1 and 2 each have a structure in which a suction nozzle is attached to a tip opening of a rubber pump in a balloon shape. Further, by bringing the distal end of the suction nozzle into contact with the skin, a cosmetic effect such as removal of dirt from the skin can be obtained by the suction action of the suction nozzle that is set to a negative pressure by the pump.
In addition, patent document 3 discloses a structure in which an elongated suction head portion is formed at the distal end of a main body of a skin suction head having a flat shape, and a connection tube of a suction device is connected to the proximal end portion of the main body. Further, the suction head can generate a suction air flow by an electric pump in the suction device to suck the skin.

Patent document
Patent document 1: japanese utility model registration No. 3064709
Patent document 2: japanese patent laid-open publication No. 2003-339804
Patent document 3: japanese patent No. 6284216
Problems to be solved by the invention
In the configurations of patent documents 1 and 2, the suction nozzle is fitted to the distal end opening of the pump only by a simple uneven relationship, and therefore the connection portion between the pump and the suction nozzle is likely to come off. Further, when the pump is pressed to generate negative pressure, the opening of the pump is deformed to be enlarged, and a gap may be generated in a connection portion between the pump and the suction nozzle, thereby preventing generation of negative pressure.
In the configuration of patent document 3, since the suction in the suction head is performed by the electric pump, the suction force in the suction head can be adjusted by adjusting the power of the electric pump, but it is difficult to finely adjust the suction force according to the preference and the state of the user. Further, since the connection tube extending to the suction device is connected to the proximal end portion of the skin suction head, the connection tube becomes an obstacle and makes the operation of the skin suction head troublesome. Therefore, in the structure of patent document 3, effective cosmetic massage cannot be easily performed.

Detailed Description
(first embodiment)
Hereinafter, a first embodiment embodying the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
(beauty massager for face)
First, a facial beauty massager suitable for face massage will be described with reference to fig. 1 to 9. In addition, names of parts suitable for use in the human body of the user are appropriately given to a facial line beauty massager, a first body beauty massager, a second body beauty massager, and a neck beauty massager, which will be described later, including the facial beauty massager. In addition, a name expressing a use form for the click-to-click use is appropriately given to the click cosmetic massager. However, these beauty massagers can be used for any part of the user regardless of the part name.
As shown in fig. 1, 3, and 5, the facial beauty massager 10 includes an air ball pump (hereinafter, simply referred to as a pump) having an elliptical cross section and an opening at a lower end thereof, which is formed of a rubber material such as silicone rubber. As shown in fig. 9, the pump 11 is pressed by the user's fingertips to discharge air from the opening 12, and the pump 11 expands due to its elastic recovery to suck air from the opening 12. The pump 11 also has a handle function in a massage operation described later. In the present embodiment, the vertical direction in fig. 3 is defined as the vertical direction of the facial beauty massager 10. The face massager 10 includes a massage member 14 fitted into the opening 12 of the pump 11 at the fitting portion 13 of the upper end portion. As shown in fig. 4, the massage member 14 is formed in a cylindrical shape having a substantially elliptical cross section, is made of a hard and transparent synthetic resin material such as acrylamide, and has a smooth surface. The massage member 14 constitutes a treatment portion for performing a massage, and since the cross section is formed in a substantially elliptical shape as described above, a surface having the largest projected area from the side is a side surface extending in the major axis direction of the ellipse.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a decorative ring 15 made of metal is fitted in the fitting portion 13 at the boundary portion between the pump 11 and the massage member 14, and the decorative ring 15 is a decorative member for shielding the lower end surface of the pump 11.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5 to 7, a ventilation passage 17 having a lower end serving as a suction port 16 penetrates the massage member 14 in the vertical direction, a slit-shaped orifice 18 is formed in a middle portion in the vertical direction, which is a ventilation direction of the ventilation passage 17, and the orifice 18 is located in a neck shape at a position facing the center position of the suction port 16 of the orifice 18. As shown in fig. 4, the suction port 16 is formed in a substantially elliptical shape having a major axis and a minor axis that coincide with the elliptical shape of the massage member 14. The orifice 18 extends in the longitudinal direction of the suction port 16. Then, the air in the pump 11 is discharged to the outside through the orifice 18 of the ventilation passage 17 and the suction port 16 by pressing the pump 11, and the pump 11 is expanded by its own elasticity to make the inside of the pump 11 a negative pressure, thereby generating a suction action at the suction port 16 through the orifice 18.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a plurality of ribs 21 having a gentle circular cross section extending in the vertical direction are formed on the outer surface of the pump 11, and a flat surface portion 22 having no rib 21 is formed on the outer surface of a portion fitted in the fitting portion 13 of the pump 11. As is apparent from fig. 3 and 5, the flat surface portion 22 overlaps the fitting portion 13 of the massage member 14.
As shown in fig. 5, 6 and 8, an annular flange 23 protruding outward is formed as an engagement portion at the upper end of the fitting portion 13 of the massage member 14. A smooth cylindrical seal surface 24 is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the fitting portion 13 below the flange 23. The lower surface of the flange 23 constitutes a part of the sealing surface 24. A stepped surface 26 is formed at the lower end of the seal surface 24, and a stepped annular seating portion 25 is formed at the fitting portion 13 below the stepped surface 26.
A thick pressure contact portion 27 protruding inward is formed in the opening 12 of the pump 11, and the inner peripheral surface of the pressure contact portion 27 is in pressure contact with the sealing surface 24 of the massage member 14, thereby ensuring sealing between the outer periphery of the massage member 14 and the inner periphery of the pump 11. A plurality of annular seal reinforcing protrusions 28 are formed on the upper inner circumferential surface of the pressure-bonding section 27, and the seal reinforcing protrusions 28 are crushed by pressure-bonding with the seal surface 24 to secure a seal. A stepped surface 29 constituting an engaged portion is formed at the upper end of the pressure-bonding section 27, and the stepped surface 29 engages with the lower surface of the flange 23, thereby ensuring sealing even in this portion.
The trim ring 15 is nested in the seating portion 25. Projections 32 are formed on the major axis and the minor axis of the inner peripheral surface of the decorative ring 15, and the projections 32 engage with recesses 31 formed in the seating portion 25 to prevent displacement of the decorative ring 15. The lower end of the crimp portion 27 engages the upper surface of the dressing ring 15. The pressure-bonding section 27 is not in pressure contact with the sealing surface 24 and the flange 23, and in a natural state before the deformation of the pressure-bonding section 27, the dimension in the vertical direction of the inner peripheral surface side of the pressure-bonding section 27 is shorter than the dimension in the vertical direction of the sealing surface 24. Therefore, a gap 35 for allowing expansion due to deformation of the pressure-bonding section 27 is secured between the stepped surface 26 and the upper surface of the dressing ring 15 and the inner peripheral surface side of the lower end of the pressure-bonding section 27.
The inner peripheral surface of the air passage 17 of the massage member 14 on the upper side of the orifice 18 is a converging surface 36 converging in a curved shape toward the orifice 18. The inner peripheral surface of the lower portion side of the orifice 18 in the air passage 17 is a spreading surface 37, and the spreading surface 37 spreads in a curved shape toward the suction port 16 downward and has a shape that is closer to a cylindrical surface as it goes downward.
As shown in fig. 3, the lower end 39 of the massage member 14 draws a curve in which the central portion is gently concave. The curvature of the curve of the lower end 39 generally follows the curved surface of the face. As shown in fig. 6, a top portion 40, which is a distal end portion in a cross section of the lower end 39 of the massage member 14, has a gently bulging curved surface shape. The boundary between the top 40 of the lower end 39 and the flared surface 37 is a curved surface with a small radius of curvature so as not to show a boundary line.
As shown in fig. 3 to 6, in the present embodiment, the length L1 in the major axis direction of the lower end 39 of the massage member 14 is 69.5mm (millimeters), the width W1 in the minor axis direction is 28.6mm, and the ratio of these is about 2.4: 1. the length L2 in the major axis direction of the suction port 16 was 45.0mm, the width W2 in the minor axis direction was 13.0mm, and the ratio of these was about 3.5: 1. in addition, the orifice 18 is formed in an elongated elliptical shape. The length L3 in the major axis direction of the orifice 18 is 25.0mm, the width W3 in the minor axis direction is 2.0mm, and the ratio of these is 12.5: 1. the ratio of the length L2 in the axial direction of the suction port 16 to the length L3 in the axial direction of the orifice 18 is 1.8: 1. the ratio of the width W2 in the short axis direction of the suction port 16 to the width W3 in the short axis direction of the orifice 18 is 6.5: 1.
in addition to the above configuration, the facial beauty massager 10 is provided with a suction port 16 having a width W2 different from that of the suction port 16, and the width W2 is 20.0 mm.
The facial beauty massager 10 configured as described above is used as follows.
As shown in fig. 9, when the massage member 14 is pressed against the skin such as the cheek of the face in a state where the pump 11 is squeezed with the fingertips, the suction port 16 of the massage member 14 is closed, and the negative pressure is generated inside the pump 11 and the massage member 14 by the repulsive force of the pump 11 in the expanding direction. Therefore, a suction force is generated at the suction port 16, and as shown by the two-dot chain line in fig. 5, the surface portion 300 of the face including the skin is sucked to rise inside the suction port 16. Therefore, the surface portion 300 is suction-massaged. In this state, if the facial beauty massager 10 is moved in the width direction which is the short axis direction of the suction port 16, so-called scraping massage can be performed simultaneously with suction massage. That is, in the state of the suction surface part 300, the part is almost the same as the pinched part, and the pinched part continuously moves to perform a composite cosmetic massage as a treatment by suction and scraping. Therefore, blood circulation and lymph flow can be improved, and effective cosmetic effect can be achieved.
The facial beauty massager 10 of the present embodiment can achieve the following operation and effect.
(1) While the suction force of the suction port 16 of the massage member 14 is maintained by the pump 11, by moving the massage member 14, a combined massage can be performed on the face surface 300 by a proper suction massage and a scraping massage, which is effective for beauty. Further, since a wide area of the face surface portion 300 can be massaged in one movement of the suction port 16, the entire face can be massaged in a short time by moving the massage member 14 in the width direction (vertical direction in fig. 4) intersecting the longitudinal direction of the suction port 16. In this case, unlike the structure of patent document 1, since there is no connecting pipe that hinders the use of the massage member 14, the operation of the massage member 14 becomes easy. Further, by adjusting the amount of pressure of the pump 11 in accordance with the preference of the user, the state of the skin, or the like, the suction force in the suction port 16 can be finely adjusted, and effective massage can be easily performed. In particular, if the face suction surface 300 is moved while being pressed against the suction port 16, the face suction surface 300 can be pressed and sucked in a combined manner, and thus the massage can be performed effectively. Further, since the portion of the suction port 16 as the operation surface has a long and narrow shape, the massager 10 can be easily moved in a direction intersecting with the longitudinal direction (for example, orthogonal direction), and effective massage can be easily performed without any effort. Further, the massager 10 of the embodiment can perform massage suitable for the condition of the skin or the surface part 300 of the user by simply adjusting the degree of suction by operating the pump 11, as in the case of operating a manual pump.
(2) The lower end 39 of the massage member 14 has a gently concave curve, and the cross-sectional shape of the lower end 39 is formed into a gently convex curved surface. Therefore, the lower end 39 can be brought into contact with the skin of the face without a gap, and the negative pressure in the suction port 16 can be maintained, so that the face surface portion 300 can be sufficiently sucked up without difficulty. Therefore, comfortable and effective massage can be performed.
(3) The lower end 39 of the massage member 14 has a curved cross section, and the boundary between the apex 40 of the lower end 39 and the flared surface 37 is a curved surface having a small radius of curvature, so that no boundary line is formed. Therefore, the lower end 39 can be comfortably contacted with the skin, and a good feeling of use is obtained.
(4) The massage member 14 is made of a synthetic resin having a smooth surface, and thus is easy to slide, and can smoothly perform a scraping massage.
(5) Since the orifice 18 is formed in the air passage 17 of the massage member 14, resistance can be given to the air flowing from the air passage 17 into the pump 11 at the orifice 18 portion. Therefore, the amount of air flowing from the outside into the pump 11 can be limited, and as a result, the negative pressure in the ventilation passage 17 can be maintained for a long time. Therefore, the suction effect can be maintained for a long time in a state where the suction port 16 sucks the surface portion 300, and effective cosmetic massage can be continued for a long time.
(6) By securing the gap 35 for allowing expansion caused by deformation of the crimp portion 27 between the upper surface of the dressing ring 15 and the lower end of the crimp portion 27, it is possible to appropriately maintain the air seal between the crimp portion 27 and the sealing surface 24. If the pump 11 is deformed from a natural state for air suction without the gap 35, and the pressure-bonding section 27 is expanded, the lower end of the pressure-bonding section 27 may be pressed against the upper surfaces of the stepped surface 26 and the ornamental ring 15. In such a case, there is a possibility that the pressure-bonding section 27 is deformed in an undesired manner, and the air-tight state between the pressure-bonding section 27 and the sealing surface 24 cannot be maintained, and the gap 35 can prevent the undesired deformation.
(7) A plurality of ribs 21 having a circular shape with a gentle cross section extending in the direction of the massage member 14 are formed on the outer surface of the pump 11, and a flat surface portion 22 having no rib 21 is formed on the outer surface of the fitting portion of the massage member 14. Therefore, the pump 11 in the held state is less likely to slip, and the pump 11 is easily deformed by the fingertip operation and is easy to use. Further, the facial massager 10 can be moved and operated naturally without difficulty by grasping the flat surface portion 22 of the pump 11 with the fingertips. Since the flat surface 22 overlaps the fitting portion 13 of the massage member 14, the pump 11 is not deformed even when the flat surface 22 is pressed. Therefore, the user can be guided naturally to operate the portion of the rib 21, and the use is easy.
(8) A smooth sealing surface 24 is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the fitting portion 13 of the massage member 14, and a flange 23 having a lower surface as a part of the sealing surface 24 is formed on the upper end of the fitting portion 13. Therefore, in the state where the pump 11 is compressively deformed, the flange 23 engages with the crimping portion 27, and thus the deformation of the crimping portion 27 is prevented. Further, air leakage can be appropriately prevented by the sealing action between the flange 23 and the sealing surface 24 and the inner peripheral surface of the pressure-bonding section 27 and the stepped surface 26. Therefore, the suction force in the opening 12 can be continued for a long time, and effective massage can be performed.
(9) Since the plurality of seal reinforcing protrusions 28 formed in an annular shape are formed on the upper portion of the inner peripheral surface of the pressure-bonding section 27, the sealing state can be reinforced. Further, since the pressure-bonding section 27 is provided with a gap that allows deformation of the pressure-bonding section 27, even if the pressure-bonding section 27 is deformed by the connection between the pump 11 and the massage member 14, the sealed state between the flange 23 and the stepped surface 26 can be maintained. Therefore, air leakage between the fitting portion 13 and the pressure-bonding section 27 can be reliably prevented, and the suction force in the opening 12 can be appropriately maintained.
(10) The wall thickness of the pressure contact portion 27 of the pump 11 is formed thicker than the wall thickness of the other portions of the pump 11. Therefore, the crimp portion 27 has high rigidity, and the crimp portion 27 is hardly deformed in a state where the pump 11 is pressed, and air leakage can be effectively prevented.
(11) The projections 32 on the major axis and the minor axis of the inner peripheral surface of the decorative ring 15 engage with the recesses 31 formed in the seating portion 25. Therefore, the decorative ring 15 can be prevented from being displaced, and a good appearance can be maintained.
(12) The inner peripheral surface of the air passage 17 of the massage member 14 on the upper side of the orifice 18 is a converging surface 36 converging toward the orifice 18. Thus, when the inside of the facial beauty massager 10 is water-washed or water is immersed in the inside, the water inside the facial beauty massager 10 can be naturally discharged by setting the facial beauty massager 10 with the suction port 16 side down.
(13) Since the massage member 14 is transparent, the user can visually confirm the suction state of the surface portion 300, and when the inside of the massage member 14 is cleaned, the cleaning state of the inside can be easily confirmed.
(14) The inner circumferential surface of the ventilation passage 17 on the lower side of the orifice 18 is a flared surface 37 that is curved and expands downward. This diverging surface 37 has a curve that approximates a cylindrical surface as it goes downward. Therefore, the volume of the opening 12 is increased, and the surface 300 can be sufficiently sucked, thereby improving the massage effect.
(modification of the first embodiment)
Hereinafter, various modifications of the first embodiment will be described mainly on the differences from the facial beauty massager.

(16) When the cosmetic neck massager 80 is used, the trapezius muscle from the back of the neck to the back and the sternocleidomastoid muscle connected to the clavicle from the back of the ear can be easily massaged and stimulated by the convex portion 43, and shoulder pain, head pain, and the like can be effectively eliminated.
(second embodiment)
(beauty massager for press)
Fig. 22 to 25 are views showing a second embodiment of the present invention, and show a clicking beauty massager 90 adapted to click and massage each part of the body of a user. The massage device 90 is a rotary body having an axis α as its center. The pump 11 has a shape of a tannin extract with a thick middle part and a sharp upper end in the vertical direction. The massage member 14 has a cylindrical cup shape, and the decorative ring 15 has a simple short cylindrical shape. The orifice 18 is circular. Further, a small diameter portion 44 is formed at the lower end of the pump 11, and the small diameter portion 44 is in contact with the upper side of the trim ring 15. The gap for allowing the crimp portion 27 to be deformed is formed by the small diameter portion 44 corresponding to the dressing ring 15 at a spaced interval. The converging surface 36 of the upper portion of the airway passage 17 is not formed.
In the cosmetic massage device for massage 90, the lower end 39 of the massage member 14 is circular, and therefore the suction port 16 is also circular, so that the massage can be performed regardless of the part of the body.
The outer diameter D1 of the lower end of the massage member 14 of the massage device 90 is 30.5mm, and the inner diameter D2 of the suction port 16 is 17.0 mm. The inner diameter D3 of the orifice 18 is 3.5 mm. Therefore, the ratio of the inner diameter D2 of the suction port 16 to the inner diameter D3 of the orifice 18 is about 4.9: 1.
in the massage device for spot-pressing 90, two kinds of members using the massage member 14 having different shapes are prepared. The outer diameter D1 of the lower end 39 of the first massage member 14 was 33.7mm, and the inner diameter D2 of the suction port 16 was 20.4 mm. The outer diameter D1 of the lower end 39 of the second massage member 14 was 39.0mm, and the inner diameter D2 of the suction port 16 was 25.4 mm. Both orifices 18 have the same inner diameter D3 as those of fig. 22 to 25.
(third embodiment)
Next, a third embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 26 to 30.
This third embodiment is a facial beauty massager 200 similar to the facial beauty massager 10 of the first embodiment, and the facial beauty massager 200 is provided with a balloon pump 11, a massage member 14, and a decorative ring 15, similarly to the facial beauty massager 10 of the first embodiment. Therefore, the structure of the present embodiment is expressed by the same overall appearance as that of the first embodiment shown in fig. 1, 3, and the like, and in the present embodiment, members such as the insert member 101, the coupling ring 102, and the seal ring 103, which are not expressed by the appearance, are added. In the present embodiment, the pump 11 is made of Thermoplastic Polyurethane (TPU) which is a rubber material.
That is, as shown in fig. 26 to 28, the fitting member 101 is fitted into the opening 12 of the pump 11 at the time of molding the pump 11. Therefore, the pump 11 is fixed in close contact with the insert member 101. As shown in fig. 26 and 27, flanges 105 and 106 are formed at the upper end and the lower end of the peripheral wall 104 of the insert member 101, respectively. A plurality of through holes 107 are formed in the peripheral wall 104, and a plurality of protrusions 108 are formed on the outer peripheral surface of the peripheral wall. The rubber material constituting the pump 11 enters the through hole 107, and the projection 108 is embedded in a state of being engaged with the inner wall portion of the pump 11. Incidentally, in fig. 30, the pump 11 after insert molding is shown separately.
As shown in fig. 27 and 28, the fitting member 101 is fitted to the massage member 14, and as shown in fig. 29, the lower flange 106 engages with the stepped surface 26 on the upper surface of the seating portion 25 of the massage member 14. The seal ring 103 is fitted into an annular recess 109 formed in the outer periphery of the massage member 14, the seal ring 103 engages with the inner peripheral surface of the fitting member 101, and the seal ring 103 seals between the massage member 14 and the fitting member 101.
As shown in fig. 29, a mounting surface 110 is formed on the outer peripheral lower surface of the coupling ring 102, and first claws 111 are formed at a plurality of positions on the lower surface. A first guide surface 112 formed of an inclined surface is formed on the lower surface of the first claw 111. A second claw 113 is formed at the same position as the first claw 111 in the upper surface of the coupling ring, and a second guide surface 114 formed of an inclined surface is formed on the upper surface of the second claw 113. A guide surface 115 formed of an inclined surface is formed on the inner peripheral side of the lower end of the fitting member 101. The first claws 111 engage with engagement holes 116 formed in the massage member 14, and the second claws 113 engage with the upper end of the fitting member 101, so that the massage member 14 and the fitting member 101 are coupled to each other via the coupling ring 102 by these engagements.
The trim ring 15 is attached to the seat portion 25 as in the first embodiment.
The external dimensions of the facial beauty massager 200 of the present embodiment are the same as those of the facial beauty massager 10 of the first embodiment, and the lengths L1, L2, and L3 and the widths W1, W2, and W3 of the respective parts are the same.
In the present embodiment, when the facial beauty massager 200 is assembled, the coupling ring 102 is attached to the massage member 14 having the ornamental ring 15 and the seal ring 103 mounted thereon by engaging the first claws 111 with the engaging holes 116. In this case, if the first guide surface 112 of the coupling ring 102 is brought into contact with the upper end of the massage member 14 and the coupling ring 102 is pressed, the first claw 111 is retreated by the action of the first guide surface 112 to reach the position of the engagement hole 116, and is engaged with the engagement hole 116 by its own elasticity. The mounting surface 110 is mounted on the upper end surface of the massage member 14.
Next, if the guide surface 115 at the lower end of the fitting member 101 fitted into the opening 12 of the pump 11 is pressed against the second guide surface 114 of the coupling ring 102, the second claw 113 moves backward to allow the fitting member 101 to move downward. Further, when the fitting member 101 is pressed, the seal ring 103 engages with the inner peripheral surface of the fitting member 101, the fitting member 101 is seated on the stepped surface 26 of the upper surface of the seating portion 25, the second claws 113 engage with the upper end surface of the fitting member 101, and the fitting member 101 is locked in the engaged state. Therefore, in the present embodiment, the massage member 14 and the fitting member 101 can be firmly attached to each other through the coupling ring 102. In the assembly of the massage member 14 and the insertion member 101, the insertion member 101 may be pushed down, the massage member 14 may be lifted up with respect to the insertion member 101, or both the massage member 14 and the insertion member 101 may be moved in the approaching direction.
In this state, when the pump 11 is pressed, the inside of the suction port 16 becomes negative pressure, and a face massage can be performed, as in the above-described embodiment.
In addition, the present embodiment has the following effects in addition to the effects of the first embodiment.
(17) In the present embodiment, the fitting member 101 is fitted into the opening 12 of the pump 11, and the pump 11 is in close contact with the fitting member 101. The rubber material constituting the pump 11 enters the through hole 107 of the fitting member 101, the flange 105 and the plurality of projections 108 bite into the inner wall portion of the pump 11, and the lower end of the pump 11 abuts against the upper surface of the decorative ring 15. The seal ring 103 is sandwiched between the inner peripheral surface of the fitting member 101 and the outer peripheral surface of the massage member 14. Therefore, even if the pump 11 is strongly pressed and the pump 11 is largely deformed, the adhesion between the pump 11 and the insert member 101, that is, the sealing property can be maintained. If the deformation of the pump 11 is propagated to the massage member 14 and the massage member 14 is deformed, the deformation is absorbed by the seal ring 103, and the sealing property between the massage member 14 and the insertion member 101 can be maintained. Therefore, air leakage between the opening 12 of the pump 11 and the massage member 14 can be prevented as much as possible. In the case where a relatively hard TPU is used as the pump 11 as in the present embodiment, if the fitting member 101 is not present, a gap is generated between the pump 11 and the massage member 14 due to rigid deformation of the pump 11, and air is likely to leak. This can be avoided in the present embodiment. In other words, the hard pump 11 can be used without any problem.
(18) The rubber material constituting the pump 11 enters the through hole 107 of the insertion member 101, and the flange 105 and the plurality of projections 108 bite into the inner wall portion of the pump 11, whereby the pump 11 is fixed to the insertion member 101. The fitting member 101 and the massage member 14 are locked and fixed by the first claw 111 and the second claw 113 of the coupling ring 102. As a result, the pump 11, the fitting member 101, and the massage member 14 are integrated without relative movement or separation, and air leakage between the members can be prevented, so that air tightness can be maintained, and a suitable suction force can be obtained at the suction port 16.
(fourth embodiment)
Next, a fourth embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 31 to 34.
The present embodiment is embodied in a click beauty massager 190 having a similar configuration to the click beauty massager 90 of the second embodiment. In the present embodiment, the fitting member 101 is also provided as in the third embodiment. In addition, in the present embodiment, a seal ring 121 is provided.
That is, as shown in fig. 31 to 33, in the molding of the pump 11, the cylindrical insert member 101 is fitted into the opening 12 of the pump 11, and the pump 11 and the insert member 101 are fixed in a close contact state. Flanges 105 and 106 are formed on the upper and lower sides of the insert member 101, and a plurality of projections 108 are formed on the outer periphery of the peripheral wall 104 of the insert member 101. The flanges 105 and 106 and the projection 108 bite into the inner wall portion of the pump 11, and the sealability between the pump 11 and the insertion member 101 is ensured.
As shown in fig. 33 and 34, a screw thread 122 is formed on the outer periphery of the fitting portion 13 at the upper end of the massage member 14. A screw groove 123 to be screwed with the screw thread 122 is formed on the inner periphery of the fitting member 101. The seal ring 121 is sandwiched between the stepped surface 26 of the upper surface of the seating portion 25 of the massage member 14 and the lower end surface of the fitting member 101. Therefore, the massage member 14 and the fitting member 101 are fixed via the seal ring 121 by the screwing of the screw ridge 122 and the screw groove 123. Therefore, the sealability between the massage member 14 and the insertion member 101 is ensured.
The external shape of the click beauty massager 190 of the present embodiment is similar to the external shape of the click beauty massager 90 of the second embodiment, and the diameters D1, D2, and D3 of the respective parts are the same.
As described above, in the present embodiment, the fitting member 101 is fitted into the pump 11, the pump 11 is in close contact with the fitting member 101, and the fitting member 101 is fixed to the massage member 14 via the seal ring 121. Therefore, the sealing property between the pump 11 and the insert member 101 can be ensured, and leakage of air can be prevented as much as possible even with a relatively hard pump 11, as in the third embodiment.
Modifications other than the above embodiments are described below.
In the first embodiment, the lower end portion of the pump 11 may overlap the trim ring 15. This makes it possible to firmly connect the pump 11 and the massage member 14 and to improve the sealing property between the sealing surface 24 and the pressure-bonding section 27.
The shape of the pump 11 may be changed. For example, the upper side of the pump 11 may be formed in a cylindrical shape or a spherical shape in the first embodiment, the pump 11 may be formed in a simple cylindrical shape, a spherical shape, or a flat shape in the second embodiment, and the rib 21 on the outer peripheral surface of the pump 11 may be omitted to form a smooth shape in both the first and second embodiments.
The massage member 14 may be colored, white-turbid, translucent, or opaque.
The orifice 18 may be a variable orifice that changes the cross-sectional area of the passage, and when air is discharged from the pump 11, a large amount of air can be discharged in a short time, and when air is sucked, the orifice is narrowed, and air can be sucked little by little. As such a variable orifice, a valve having a lip structure that is easily deformed in one direction and hardly deformed in the other direction may be considered.
The decorative ring 15 may be omitted.
