Principle of operation
S1: the equipment is placed on the strut frame 8, the sealing door 9 is closed, the circulating pump 11 is started to circulate the condensate in the condensing pipe 12 to dissipate heat and cool the surface of the equipment, the wiring at the bottom of the equipment is uniformly placed in the through groove 16, and then the sponge cushion 17 plays a good dustproof role,
s2: starting the fan 53, sucking the air in the placing cavity 2 into the shell 51 by the fan 53 through the ventilation pipe 55, then dissipating heat in the placing cavity 2, and achieving the effect of dust removal;
s3: the rotating handle 21 is rotated, the rotating handle 21 can drive the first bevel gear 58 on one side to rotate, then the first bevel gear 58 on the other side is driven to rotate under the transmission of the second bevel gear 59 and the connecting rod 510, the first bevel gear 58 rotates to drive the linkage rod 57 to rotate, the mechanical valve 56 is opened when the linkage rod 57 rotates, and therefore the on-off of the mechanical valve 56 can be controlled, and the dustproof effect in the shell 51 is improved;
s4: if the equipment has a spontaneous combustion phenomenon inside, the electromagnetic valve 35 is opened, so that the inert gas in the storage tank 32 enters the placing cavity 2, the inert gas can spread into the whole placing cavity 2 from the lower part, the fire in the placing cavity 2 is extinguished, and the fire extinguishing effect is achieved;
s5: in S4, the electromagnetic valve 35 can be opened by using the starting part 7 instead of manual operation, when the fire inside the device burns, the glass tube 79 inside the starting part 7 is affected by the heat sensitive liquid and can burst, when the glass tube 79 bursts, the third spring 77 can drive the connecting piece 78 to approach the connecting frame 71, the connecting piece 78 moves to drive the contact piece 73 and the connecting rod 74 to move, and then the contact piece 73 can press the switch 72 to open the switch 72, so that the electromagnetic valve 35 can be opened, and the defect that people cannot find in time can be avoided;
s6: when the wiring of the equipment is positioned in the through groove 16, one or more strands of wiring are wound and placed on the hook 44, and the hook 44 is pulled by the first spring 42, so that the wiring can be extruded and fixed through the hook 44;
s7: when the sealing door 9 is opened, the sealing door 9 is pushed to rotate upwards, so that the clamping block 15 rotates to be in contact with the abutting block 65, the clamping block 15 is continuously pushed to rotate, the abutting block 65 is extruded, the movable block 64 can further compress the second spring 63, the abutting block 65 moves upwards, the clamping block 15 can be clamped between the abutting block 65 and the fixed block 61 at last, and the placing cavity 2 is completely exposed at the moment, so that the equipment can be conveniently taken and placed, and the maintenance and the inspection can be carried out; when the sealing door 9 needs to be put down, the sealing door 9 directly rotates downwards, the clamping block 15 extrudes the abutting block 65 again, the abutting block 65 moves upwards, the clamping block 15 can be separated from the abutting block 65, the sealing door 9 can be put down, and the use convenience is high.
