Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present disclosure will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present disclosure.
Fig. 11 is a flowchart illustrating a frequency hopping method according to other embodiments of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 11, the method of this embodiment includes: step 1110-.
In step 1110, the base station sends a frequency hopping parameter to the terminal, and the terminal receives the frequency hopping parameter sent by the base station, where the frequency hopping parameter includes one resource block indicator used by the terminal for frequency hopping, and the resource block indicator includes a starting resource block and a plurality (e.g., 2, 3, 4, or more) of frequency offsets.
The frequency offset in the frequency hopping parameter may be an index of the frequency offset. The corresponding frequency hopping position is indicated through the index number, so that the downlink control resource can be saved, and the downlink transmission time delay is reduced.
In step 1120, the terminal performs frequency hopping on a starting resource block of one bandwidth part and resource blocks shifted by a plurality of frequency offsets according to the frequency hopping parameter, and transmits uplink information.
In step 1130, the base station receives uplink information of the terminal frequency hopping transmission on a starting resource block of one bandwidth part and resource blocks shifted according to a plurality of frequency offsets according to the frequency hopping parameter.
In the above embodiment, frequency hopping is performed at three or more frequency positions of one bandwidth part by increasing frequency positions of frequency hopping, so that frequency domain diversity gain is improved, and uplink coverage performance is improved.
Fig. 1 is a flow chart of a method of frequency hopping according to some embodiments of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 1, the method of this embodiment includes: step 110-.
In step 110, the base station sends a frequency hopping parameter to the terminal, and the terminal receives the frequency hopping parameter sent by the base station, where the frequency hopping parameter includes a plurality of bandwidth parts used by the terminal for frequency hopping and resource block indication information, and the resource block indication information includes a starting resource block, or the resource block indication information includes a starting resource block and at least one frequency offset.
Wherein the plurality of bandwidth parts may be, for example, 2, 3, 4 or more number of bandwidth parts.
In some embodiments, the frequency hopping parameter is transmitted through Downlink Control information, that is, the base station sends Downlink Control information, such as a Physical Downlink Control Channel (PDCCH), to the terminal, and the terminal receives the Downlink Control information sent by the base station, where the Downlink Control information includes index numbers of multiple bandwidth parts used by the terminal for frequency hopping, an initial resource block, and index numbers of frequency offsets (if any) included in the Downlink Control information. The related indication is carried out through the index number, so that the downlink control resources can be saved, and the downlink transmission time delay is reduced.
In order to implement the downlink control information indication mode of the index number, the base station may also send downlink control information configuration information to the terminal in advance, and the terminal receives the downlink control information configuration information sent by the base station, so that the terminal knows the corresponding relationship between the index number and the corresponding information indicated by the index number in advance. For example, the downlink control information configuration information includes a correspondence between an index number of a frequency offset and a Resource Block (RB) in a bandwidth part corresponding to the frequency offset, and a correspondence between an index number of a bandwidth part and the bandwidth part.
The amount of the downlink Control information configuration information is larger than that of the downlink Control information, and therefore, the transmission of the downlink Control information configuration information may adopt a higher layer signaling, such as a Radio Resource Control (RRC) signaling. For example, the downlink Control information configuration information is transmitted by using a pusch-config (Physical Uplink shared Channel configuration signaling) or a pucch-config (Physical Uplink Control Channel configuration signaling).
For the frequency hopping pattern in the timeslot, the index of the frequency offset in the downlink control information configuration information and the corresponding relationship between the resource blocks in the bandwidth part corresponding to the frequency offset may refer to the following formula:

where i denotes the index number of the frequency offset (or frequency position) of each hop, ranging from 0 to k, where i is 0, 1, and k, and denotes the first hop, the second hop, and the k +1 hop, respectively, and so on, and RBstartIndicating a starting resource block (starting RB for short), RB, within a BWPoffset 1Indicating the frequency offset, RB, between the first and second hopsoffset kIndicating the frequency offset between the k-th hop and the k + 1-th hop,

RBstart=2,RBoffset 1when i is set to 1 at maximum, RBstart(0)=2,RBstart(1) 5. Assuming that there are two BWPs, BWP1 and BWP2, the terminal performs the first frequency hopping on the 2 nd RB of BWP1 and the second frequency hopping on the 5 th RB of BWP2 according to the scheme of this embodiment. As another example of the present invention,

For the inter-slot frequency hopping pattern, the index of the frequency offset in the downlink control information configuration information and the corresponding relationship between the resource blocks in the bandwidth part corresponding to the frequency offset may refer to the following formula:

And 1, then RBstart(0)=2,RBstart(1) 5. Assuming two BWPs, BWP1 and BWP2, respectively, according to the scheme of this embodiment, the terminal performs the first frequency hopping on the 2 nd RB of BWP1 of slot 0 and the second frequency hopping on the 5 th RB of BWP2 of slot 1. As another example of the present invention,

And 1, assuming that there are two BWPs, BWP1 and BWP2, respectively, according to the scheme of this embodiment, the terminal performs the first frequency hopping on the 2 nd RB of BWP1 of slot 0 and the second frequency hopping on the 2 nd RB of BWP2 of slot 1.
In step 120, the terminal performs frequency hopping on resource blocks corresponding to the resource block indication information of the plurality of bandwidth parts according to the frequency hopping parameter, and transmits uplink information.
Specifically, if the resource block indication information includes a starting resource block, the terminal performs frequency hopping on the starting resource blocks of the plurality of bandwidth parts and transmits uplink information; and if the resource block indication information comprises a starting resource block and at least one frequency offset, the terminal performs frequency hopping on the starting resource blocks of the plurality of bandwidth parts and the resource blocks shifted according to the frequency offset and transmits uplink information.
If the frequency hopping parameter sent by the base station does not indicate the frequency hopping mode, the terminal may hop according to a preset default frequency hopping mode (e.g., an intra-slot frequency hopping mode or an inter-slot frequency hopping mode).
Fig. 4 shows a schematic diagram of terminal frequency hopping in two bandwidth portions BWP1 and BWP2, where t represents time and f represents frequency.
In step 130, the base station receives uplink information transmitted by the terminal in frequency hopping on resource blocks corresponding to the resource block indication information of the plurality of bandwidth parts according to the frequency hopping parameter.
Specifically, if the resource block indication information includes a starting resource block, the base station receives uplink information of terminal frequency hopping transmission on the starting resource block of the plurality of bandwidth parts; and if the resource block indication information comprises a starting resource block and at least one frequency offset, the base station receives uplink information transmitted by the terminal in a frequency hopping manner on the starting resource blocks of the plurality of bandwidth parts and the resource blocks offset according to the frequency offset.
In the above embodiment, frequency hopping is performed on a plurality of bandwidth parts, so that frequency hopping between different BWPs is realized, frequency domain diversity gain is improved, and uplink coverage performance is further improved.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a frequency hopping method according to other embodiments of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 2, the method of this embodiment includes: step 210 — 230.
In step 210, the base station sends a frequency hopping parameter to the terminal, and the terminal receives the frequency hopping parameter sent by the base station, where the frequency hopping parameter includes a plurality of bandwidth parts used by the terminal for frequency hopping, resource block indication information (as described above, the resource block indication information includes a starting resource block, or the resource block indication information includes a starting resource block and at least one frequency offset), and a frequency hopping pattern.
The same parts and related contents of step 210 as step 110 may refer to the specific contents of step 110, and are not described herein again.
In step 220, the terminal performs frequency hopping among the plurality of bandwidth parts according to the frequency hopping parameter, and transmits uplink information. According to the difference of the frequency hopping mode, the following two situations are specifically included:
first (step 221): in the case that the frequency hopping pattern is intra-slot frequency hopping, a plurality of bandwidth parts to which the terminal hops are within the same slot.
Fig. 5A shows a diagram of terminal hopping in two bandwidth parts of the same slot (i.e., BWP1 and BWP2 of slot), where t denotes time and f denotes frequency.
Second (step 222): in the case where the frequency hopping pattern is inter-slot frequency hopping, the plurality of bandwidth parts to which the terminal hops are in different slots.
Fig. 5B shows a diagram of terminal hopping in two bandwidth parts of different slots (i.e., BWP1 of slot1 and BWP2 of slot 2), where t denotes time and f denotes frequency.
In step 230, the base station receives uplink information on a plurality of bandwidth parts according to the frequency hopping parameter. According to the difference of the frequency hopping mode, the following two situations are specifically included:
first (step 231): under the condition that the frequency hopping mode is frequency hopping in a time slot, the base station receives uplink information transmitted by the frequency hopping of the terminal on a plurality of bandwidth parts in the same time slot;
second (step 232): and under the condition that the frequency hopping mode is the inter-slot frequency hopping, the base station receives uplink information transmitted by the terminal in a frequency hopping mode on a plurality of bandwidth parts of different time slots.
The foregoing embodiment further implements two frequency hopping modes, i.e., intra-slot frequency hopping and inter-slot frequency hopping between different BWPs, on the basis of the beneficial effects of the embodiment shown in fig. 1, and the base station can set or change the frequency hopping mode according to the service requirement.
According to different terminal capabilities, the terminal may or may not need the frequency hopping switching time between two frequency hops. If the frequency hopping switching time is not required, the terminal may perform frequency hopping according to the method of the embodiment shown in fig. 1 and 2. If the frequency hopping switching time is required, the terminal can also perform frequency hopping according to the method of the embodiment shown in fig. 3.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart illustrating a frequency hopping method according to other embodiments of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 3, the method of this embodiment includes: step 310, step 330.
In step 310, the base station sends a frequency hopping parameter to the terminal, and the terminal receives the frequency hopping parameter sent by the base station, where the frequency hopping parameter includes a plurality of bandwidth parts used by the terminal for frequency hopping, resource block indication information (as described above, the resource block indication information includes a starting resource block, or the resource block indication information includes a starting resource block and at least one frequency offset), and frequency hopping switching delay information, and according to a control requirement of the frequency hopping mode, the terminal may also selectively include the frequency hopping mode.
The frequency hopping switching time delay information refers to a time delay between two frequency hopping, and the terminal can perform related preparation work of frequency hopping switching within the time delay.
The frequency hopping handover delay information may be determined according to the terminal capability. The terminal reports the own capability information to the base station, and the base station determines the frequency hopping switching time delay information according to the capability information of the terminal. According to the terminal capability, if the terminal needs more time to perform the related preparation work of the frequency hopping switching, the time delay of the frequency hopping switching can be set longer, and conversely, if the terminal needs less time to perform the related preparation work of the frequency hopping switching, the time delay of the frequency hopping switching can be set shorter. The frequency hopping switching time delay information can also adopt default preset configuration of a system, and the preset configuration can be comprehensively determined according to statistical information of the capabilities of a plurality of terminals.
The frequency hopping switching delay information can be determined according to the terminal capability and in combination with the frequency hopping mode. And aiming at the frequency hopping mode in the time slot, if the terminal needs to carry out related preparation work of frequency hopping switching according to the terminal capability, the base station sets corresponding frequency hopping switching time delay. For the inter-slot frequency hopping mode, if the terminal needs to perform the related preparation work of frequency hopping switching and the time interval between two slots is greater than the frequency hopping switching time delay, the base station does not need to set the frequency hopping switching time delay, otherwise, the base station needs to set the frequency hopping switching time delay, and at this time, the sum of the frequency hopping switching time delay set by the base station and the time interval between two slots is greater than or equal to the time for the terminal to perform the preparation of frequency hopping switching.
The frequency hopping handover delay information includes a position and a length of the frequency hopping handover delay. The length of the frequency hopping switching delay represents the length of the frequency hopping switching delay. The position of the time delay for the hopping frequency switching may be set after the previous BWP, or before the next BWP, and may be set as needed.
The frequency hopping switching delay information is transmitted through a radio resource control signaling or a physical downlink control channel signaling, that is, the base station configures and transmits the position and the length of the frequency hopping switching delay through the radio resource control signaling or the physical downlink control channel signaling.
In step 320, the terminal performs frequency hopping among the multiple bandwidth parts according to the frequency hopping parameters and transmits uplink information, which may specifically refer to step 120 or 220, in the frequency hopping process, after completing one frequency hopping, the terminal performs next frequency hopping after delaying for a period of time according to the frequency hopping switching delay information, and the terminal performs related preparation work of frequency hopping switching within the delayed period of time.
Fig. 6A shows a diagram that a terminal hops in two bandwidth portions of the same slot (i.e., BWP1 and BWP2 of slot), and there is a hopping switching delay between two hops, where the hopping switching delay (shown by black box, and other figures are also and will not be described repeatedly) is located before BWP2 of the second hop, t represents time, and f represents frequency.
Fig. 6B shows a diagram that a terminal hops in two bandwidth portions of the same slot (i.e., BWP1 and BWP2 of slot) with a hopping switching delay between the two hops, where the hopping switching delay is located after BWP1 of the first hop, t denotes time and f denotes frequency.
Fig. 7A shows a schematic diagram of a terminal performing frequency hopping in two bandwidth portions of different slots (i.e., BWP1 of slot1 and BWP2 of slot 2), and since a time interval between two slots is greater than a frequency hopping switching delay, a base station does not need to set the frequency hopping switching delay, where t represents time and f represents frequency.
Fig. 7B shows a diagram of a terminal hopping frequency in two bandwidth parts of different slots (i.e., BWP1 of slot1 and BWP2 of slot 2), and since the time interval between two slots is smaller than the hopping switching delay, the base station sets the hopping switching delay, t represents time and f represents frequency.
In step 330, the base station receives the uplink information on the plurality of bandwidth parts according to the frequency hopping parameter, which may specifically refer to step 130 or 230, and in the terminal frequency hopping process, after receiving the uplink information transmitted by the terminal in one frequency hopping, the base station delays for a period of time according to the frequency hopping switching delay information, and then continues to receive the uplink information transmitted by the terminal in the next frequency hopping, so as to implement synchronization of transmission and reception of the frequency hopping information between the terminal and the base station.
The above-mentioned embodiment, on the basis of the beneficial effects of the embodiments shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, sets the hopping switching delay between two hopping frequencies according to the terminal capability, so that the terminal has sufficient time to perform the relevant preparation work of hopping switching.
