2. A vision protection device as recited in claim 1, wherein the scan head comprises: the device comprises a control main board, a lifting rotating assembly and a human body position detecting assembly;
the lifting rotating assembly and the human body position detection assembly are connected with the control main board;
the lifting assembly is used for extending or retracting the scanning head in the fixed shell;
the human body position detection assembly detects position information of a viewer in a target area, when the position information exceeds preset critical position information, the control main board sends out a protection signal to protect the eyesight health of the viewer, and the protection signal comprises a voice prompt signal and/or a television power supply cut-off signal.
3. A vision protection device as recited in claim 2, wherein the body position detection assembly comprises: the human body heat sensor, the high-definition camera and the ultrasonic sensor;
the human body heat sensor, the high-definition camera and the ultrasonic sensor are all connected with the control mainboard;
the human body heat sensor detects whether personnel information exists in the target area or not, the high-definition camera detects whether the identity information of the personnel information is a target crowd or not, and the ultrasonic sensor detects whether the position information of the target crowd exceeds preset critical position information or not.
4. A vision protection device as recited in claim 3, wherein the body position detection assembly further comprises: a night vision detection head;
the night vision detection head is arranged on the liftable rotating assembly and is connected with the control main board;
the night vision detection head is used for detecting personnel information in the target area when light is lower than a preset light threshold value.
5. A vision protection device as recited in claim 2, wherein the liftable rotation assembly comprises: the lifting mechanism comprises a lifting support, a fixed support, a lifting gear, a lifting motor and a positioning pin;
the lifting support is movably connected with the fixed support, and the lifting motor is mechanically connected with the lifting support through the lifting gear; the positioning pin is used for fixing the position of the lifting support;
the fixed bolster with lifting gear is fixed set up in on the fixed shell, elevator motor rotates and drives lifting gear rotates, lifting gear rotates and drives lifting support goes up and down.
6. A vision protection device as recited in claim 5, wherein the liftable rotation assembly further comprises: a rotating gear, a screw rod and a rotating motor;
the rotating gear is arranged on the lifting support, and the rotating motor is mechanically connected with the rotating gear through the screw rod;
the rotating motor rotates to drive the screw rod to rotate, the screw rod drives the rotating gear to rotate, and the rotating gear drives the lifting support to rotate so as to adjust the detection angle of the human body position detection assembly.
7. A vision protection device as recited in claim 2, wherein the scan head further comprises: a speaker;
the loudspeaker is connected with the control mainboard and used for broadcasting voice prompt signals.
8. A vision protection device as recited in claim 1, wherein the stationary housing comprises an upper cover and a lower cover;
the upper cover and the lower cover are matched to form a closed space environment.
9. A vision protection monitoring control method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
detecting whether human body information exists in a target area through a human body heat sensor, wherein the target area is a scanning area of a vision protection device, and the vision protection device is arranged on a target wall surface or a target television;
when human body information is detected, determining whether the human body information is a target group through a high-definition camera, wherein the target group is a child aged 3-12 years old;
when the human body information is determined to be the target crowd, detecting the current position information of the human body information through an ultrasonic sensor;
and judging whether the position information exceeds preset critical position information, and sending a protection signal to protect the eyesight health of the watching personnel when the position information exceeds the preset critical position information, wherein the protection signal comprises a voice prompt signal and/or a television power supply cut-off signal.
10. A television set comprising a television body and a vision protection apparatus as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9;
the vision protection device is arranged on the television body and used for ensuring the vision health of television watchers.
