Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present application clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some embodiments of the present application, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
In the present application, "at least one" means one or more, "a plurality" means two or more. "and/or" describes the association relationship of the associated objects, meaning that there may be three relationships, e.g., a and/or B, which may mean: a exists alone, A and B exist simultaneously, and B exists alone, wherein A and B can be singular or plural. The character "/" generally indicates that the former and latter associated objects are in an "or" relationship. "at least one of the following" or similar expressions refer to any combination of these items, including any combination of the singular or plural items. For example, at least one (one) of a, b, or c, may represent: a, b, c, a-b, a-c, b-c, or a-b-c, wherein a, b, c may be single or multiple. The terms "first," "second," and the like in this application are used for distinguishing between similar elements and not necessarily for describing a particular sequential or chronological order.
Currently, in order to enable a user to control a television through hardware of the television itself, a side end or a front end of the television is generally provided with a physical key for implementing the following functions: turning on and off the computer, displaying a menu, increasing and decreasing the volume, increasing and decreasing the channel, displaying a homepage and returning to the previous level. Meanwhile, at present, in order to enable a user to control a television in a long distance, the television is generally matched with a remote controller, and the remote controller is provided with physical keys for controlling the television.
The physical keys or the remote controller arranged on the television makes the television have a complex structure. And because the physical key has certain life, if the physical key for realizing a certain function is damaged, the use of the user can be influenced.
The inventor finds that if the television can be controlled by touching the display screen of the television, the arrangement of partial physical keys can be cancelled, so that the structural complexity of the television can be reduced. However, with the development of the television, the display screen of the television is larger and larger, and if the whole screen of the television is a touch area, the manufacturing cost of the television is greatly increased and the complexity of the preparation process is increased. In order to solve the technical problem, the inventor finds that a partial area of a display screen can be set as a touch area, a touch interface is displayed on the touch area, and the television is controlled through the touch interface, so that the manufacturing cost of the television can be prevented from being greatly increased and the complexity of the preparation process can be prevented from being greatly increased on the basis of reducing the structural complexity of the television.
The following describes a method for controlling a television according to the present application with reference to specific embodiments.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a control method of a television according to an embodiment of the present application. The main execution body of the embodiment is a television, and referring to fig. 1, the method of the embodiment includes:
step S101, the television receives at least one instruction.
The display screen of the television has a touch-controllable area, which is a partial area of the display screen, and may be, for example, an area 31 in fig. 2. At least part of the area on the touch-control area is used for displaying a first picture, and the first picture is a touch-control interface. In this embodiment, the at least one instruction received by the television includes an instruction for displaying a first picture and an instruction for displaying a second picture on the display screen, where the second picture is a picture displayed on the display screen except for the touch interface. The instruction for displaying the first picture and the instruction for displaying the second picture on the display screen may be the same instruction or different instructions.
Several implementations of the television receiving at least one instruction are described below.
In one approach, a camera is provided on the television. For a first instruction of the at least one instruction, the television receives the first instruction, including: receiving a first instruction input by a user through a first preset gesture.
The television acquires a gesture of a user, and triggers a first instruction when the gesture is determined to be a first preset gesture. The method specifically comprises the following steps: the camera on the television captures a gesture image, and the television recognizes that the gesture is a first preset gesture according to the gesture image and triggers a first instruction. The first preset gesture is a dynamic gesture or a static gesture, which is not limited in this embodiment, for example, the first preset gesture is a "C" drawn by the user or the first preset gesture is an "OK" gesture.
In another mode, for a first command in the at least one command, the receiving, by the television, the first command includes: a first instruction input by a user through an operation on a first icon displayed on a display screen is received.
Optionally, the first icon is a touch bar, and the touch bar is a bar icon displayed on the display screen. For example, as shown in fig. 3, 41 in fig. 3 is a touch bar.
When the first icon is a touch bar, the operation of the touch bar by the user includes, but is not limited to, the following operations: clicking the touch strip, sliding the touch strip from the first direction to the second direction, dragging the touch strip to the direction far away from the touch strip, clicking the touch strip for a first preset number of times, and clicking the touch strip for a first preset duration.
The area where the touch strip is located can be provided with a light-emitting part and a light-absorbing part, and the light-emitting part and the light-absorbing part are arranged at intervals. In one aspect, the light emitting component may be a Light Emitting Diode (LED) and the light receiving component may be a photodiode. The touch area is determined by the positions of the light emitting part and the light receiving part, the touch area comprises a touch strip, and one side of the touch area is overlapped with one side of the touch strip. At this time, the touch coordinates may be determined according to the reflection of the light by the touch object when the touch object touches the touchable area. Wherein the touch object may be a hand of a user. For a specific determination method of the touch coordinate, reference may be made to a currently general method for determining the touch coordinate of the touch object according to the reflection of the light by the touch object, and details are not described here again. Specifically, as shown in fig. 4, 51 in fig. 4 is a light emitting part, 52 in fig. 4 is a light absorbing part, and 31 is a touch-enabled area. Corresponding to a television set, as shown in fig. 5.
Of course, the area where the touch bar is located may not be provided with the light emitting part and the light receiving part. The touch position of the touching object can be determined by the capacitance change at this time.
Alternatively, the first icon may be other forms of controls, such as a circle icon or a square icon. At this time, the operation of the first icon by the user may include, but is not limited to, the following operations: clicking the first icon, and clicking the first icon with the first preset duration.
In another mode, for a first command in the at least one command, the television receiving the first command includes: and receiving a first instruction input by a user through a physical key.
The physical keys can be physical keys arranged on a television or physical keys on a remote controller. In a specific implementation, the physical key may be a physical key for booting, may also be a physical key for triggering the first screen to be displayed, and may also be a physical key for controlling the sleep state. The sleep state of the television is a state in which the television is turned on but a screen is not displayed.
Several forms corresponding to at least one instruction are explained below.
In a first form: at least one of the instructions is a power-on instruction.
In response to this form, the television receives at least one instruction, which may include: and receiving a starting-up instruction input by a user through a physical key for starting up.
In a second form: at least one of the instructions is an instruction to cancel the sleep state.
In response to this form, the television receives at least one instruction, which may include: and receiving an instruction for canceling the dormant state input by a user through a physical key for controlling the dormant state.
In a third form: the at least one instruction comprises a starting-up instruction and a first picture display instruction.
In response to this form, the television receives at least one instruction, which may include: receiving a starting-up instruction input by a user through a physical key for starting up; receiving a first picture display instruction input by a user through a first preset gesture or receiving a first picture display instruction input by the user through a first icon.
A fourth form: the at least one instruction includes an instruction to cancel the hibernation state and a first screen display instruction.
In response to this form, the television receives at least one instruction, which may include: receiving a command for canceling the dormant state, which is input by a user through a physical key for controlling the dormant state; receiving a first picture display instruction input by a user through a first preset gesture or receiving a first picture display instruction input by the user through a first icon.
And S102, the television responds to at least one instruction so as to display a first picture and a second picture on the display screen.
And after receiving any one instruction in the at least one instruction, the television responds to the at least one instruction so as to display the first picture and the second picture on the display screen. As described above, the first screen is a touch interface. It is understood that the first screen and the second screen display different contents, or the first screen and the second screen display the same contents.
The first frame may include, but is not limited to, the following three cases:
in the first case: the first picture displays at least one control icon and a zoomed picture of the second picture after zooming. It is understood that the first screen and the second screen are displayed with different contents at this time.
When at least one control icon is displayed in the first picture, the television can be no longer provided with physical keys corresponding to the at least one control icon, and the structural complexity of the television is reduced.
When the first picture is displayed with the zoom picture, firstly, the dependence on a remote controller can be cancelled, and the structural complexity of the television is reduced; secondly, the control efficiency can be improved, and the concrete reasons are as follows: at present, when a user controls a television through physical keys arranged on the television or physical keys arranged on a remote controller, the television can meet the requirement only by pressing the physical keys for many times, so that the control efficiency of the television through the physical keys is not high. For example, referring to fig. 6, the currently selected object on the display screen of the television is "recommended", but the user wants to play the content in the category of "kid", so the user needs to continuously press the physical key in the control direction of "moving right" in the remote controller 3 times to make the category of "kid" selected, which is not efficient in control. And the zooming picture is displayed in the first picture, the user can control the television to meet the self requirement by touching the content to be watched on the zooming picture once, and therefore, the control efficiency is improved.
In the second case: the first picture displays at least one control icon. It is understood that the first screen and the second screen are displayed with different contents at this time.
In the third case: the first picture displays a zoomed picture of the second picture after being zoomed. It is understood that the first screen and the second screen are displayed with the same content at this time.
It will be appreciated that in the first form wherein the at least one instruction is as described above, the television is responsive to a power-on instruction to cause the display to display the first and second images. Namely, after the television is started, a first picture and a second picture are displayed. The corresponding terminal device schematic diagram may be as shown in fig. 7 or fig. 8 or fig. 9. Fig. 7, 8, and 9 show a first frame at 71 and a second frame at 72.
In the second form where the at least one instruction is as described above, the television is responsive to the cancel sleep state instruction to cause the display to display the first and second images. Namely, after the television cancels the dormant state, a first picture and a second picture are displayed. The corresponding terminal device schematic diagram may be as shown in fig. 7 or fig. 8 or fig. 9.
In the third form where the at least one instruction is, the television responds to the power-on instruction to display a second picture on the display screen; the television responds to the first picture display instruction and displays the first picture in at least partial area of the touch area. The previous embodiment describes the display of the touch interface, and several specific embodiments are used to describe the method for the user to control the television through the zoom screen in the touch interface.
First, a specific embodiment is described to describe an implementation manner corresponding to a case where a user controls a television by zooming a screen. Fig. 13 is a second flowchart of a control method of a television according to an embodiment of the present application, in which in this embodiment, a zoom screen is a screen obtained by scaling a second screen in an equal ratio, a touch interface display control is a touch bar, a light emitting portion and a light receiving portion are disposed in an area where the touch bar is located, and the light emitting portion and the light receiving portion are disposed at an interval. Referring to fig. 13, the method of the present embodiment includes:
step S1301, the television acquires a touch coordinate corresponding to a touch operation of the user on the zoomed screen after the second screen is zoomed, where the touch coordinate is a coordinate in a coordinate system of the zoomed screen, and the second screen is a screen displayed on the display screen except for the touch interface.
When the user needs to control the content displayed by the television, the user can operate a corresponding object in the zooming picture, such as a first object. The operation of the user on the first object on the zoom screen may be that the user clicks the first object, or clicks the first object for a third preset number of times, or clicks the first object for a third preset duration.
After the television acquires the touch operation of the user on the zoom screen, touch coordinates under a touch area coordinate system can be acquired first, and if the touch area coordinate system is the same as the zoom screen coordinate system, the touch coordinates under the touch area coordinate system are the touch coordinates under the zoom screen coordinate system. And if the coordinate system of the touch area is different from the coordinate system of the zooming picture, converting the touch coordinate under the coordinate system of the touch area into the touch coordinate under the coordinate system of the zooming picture.
Exemplarily, as shown in fig. 14, the length of the touchable region is TwWidth of ThThe origin of the coordinate system of the touch area is O1The origin of the zoom frame coordinate system is O2. If the touch coordinate in the coordinate system of the touch-enabled area is (x)1,y1) If the touch coordinate in the zoom frame coordinate system is (x, y) ═ Tw–x1,Th–y1)。
Step S1302, the television maps the touch coordinate in the zoom frame coordinate system to the display screen coordinate system to obtain a mapping coordinate.
Illustratively, as shown in FIG. 15, the display screen has a length SwWidth is ShThe origin of the display screen coordinate system is O3. The length of the zoom frame is CwWidth is ChThe origin of the zoom frame coordinate system is O2. Wherein, Cw=Sw/n,Ch=ShN is an integer greater than 1. If the touch coordinate in the zoom screen coordinate system is (X, Y), the touch coordinate in the zoom screen coordinate system is mapped to the display screen coordinate system, and the obtained mapped coordinate (X, Y) is (n X, n Y).
Illustratively, as shown in FIG. 16, the display screen has a length SwWidth is ShThe origin of the display screen coordinate system is O3. The length of the zoom frame is CwWidth is ChThe origin of the zoom frame coordinate system is O1. Wherein, Cw=Sw/n,Ch ShN is an integer greater than 1. If the touch coordinate in the zoom screen coordinate system is (X, Y), the touch coordinate in the zoom screen coordinate system is mapped to the display screen coordinate system, and the obtained mapped coordinate (X, Y) is (S) — (S)w-n x,Sh-n y)。
Step S1303, the television determines the first object corresponding to the mapping coordinates in the second screen.
The meaning of the first object corresponding to the mapping coordinates is that the area covered by the first object comprises a point of which the coordinates are the mapping coordinates.
In step S1304, the television triggers a control instruction for displaying the first content associated with the first object.
And after determining that the object corresponding to the mapping coordinates in the second picture displayed on the display screen is the first object, triggering a control instruction for displaying the first content related to the first object by the television.
In step S1305, the television responds to the control instruction for displaying the first content associated with the first object, so that the second screen displayed on the display screen is updated to the screen of the first content associated with the first object and the zoom screen is updated to the screen after the screen of the first content is zoomed.
The following describes an interface change diagram related to the television acquiring the control command and executing the control command with reference to fig. 17.
Referring to fig. 17, a second frame 72 and a zoom frame 711 are displayed on the display screen in diagram a of fig. 17, and the zoom frame 711 is a frame after the second frame 72 is scaled equally. The user clicks the "kid" on the zoom frame 711, the television determines that the first object in the second frame is the "kid", and the television updates the content 73 associated with the second frame being the "kid", that is, the frame displayed on the display screen is updated, so the zoom frame 711 in the touch interface is also updated to the frame 715 after the frame displayed on the current display screen is zoomed, as shown in fig. 17B.
In this embodiment, the touch coordinates in the zoom screen coordinate system are mapped to the display screen coordinate system to obtain mapping coordinates, so as to determine the content to be displayed according to the mapping coordinates.

Fig. 18 is a flowchart of a third method for controlling a television according to an embodiment of the present application, where in the embodiment, the zoom screen may be a screen in which the second screen is zoomed equally or may not be a screen in which the second screen is zoomed equally. If the display screen displays the touch strip, the area where the touch strip is located does not need to be provided with a light emitting part and a light receiving part. Referring to fig. 18, the method of the present embodiment includes:
step S1801, the television obtains an operation of the user on the first object on the zoomed screen after the second screen is zoomed, where the second screen is a screen displayed on the display screen except for the touch interface.
When the user needs to control the content displayed on the television, the user can operate a corresponding object in the zooming picture, such as the first object. The operation of the user on the first object on the zoom screen may be that the user clicks the first object, or clicks the first object for a third preset number of times, or clicks the first object for a third preset duration.
In the implementation mode, the television determines that the object operated by the user is the first object according to the change of the capacitance of the zooming interface.
Step S1802, the television triggers a control instruction for displaying first content associated with the first object.
In step S1803, the television responds to the control instruction for displaying the first content associated with the first object, so as to update the second screen displayed on the display screen to the screen of the first content associated with the first object and update the zoom screen to the screen of the first content after zooming.
The method in the embodiment has higher efficiency of controlling the television through the zooming picture.
Next, another implementation corresponding to a case where the user controls the television by zooming the screen will be described with a specific embodiment. Fig. 19 is a fourth flowchart of the method for controlling a television according to the embodiment of the present application, where in the embodiment, the zoomed image may be an image of the second image after being zoomed equally or may not be an image of the second image after being zoomed equally. If the display screen displays the touch strip, the area where the touch strip is located does not need to be provided with a light emitting part and a light receiving part. Referring to fig. 19, the method of the present embodiment includes:
step 1901, the television acquires touch coordinates corresponding to touch operation of a user on a zoomed picture after the second picture is zoomed, wherein the touch coordinates are coordinates in a zoomed picture coordinate system, and the second picture is a picture displayed on the display screen except for the touch interface;
in step S1902, the television determines a first object corresponding to the touch coordinate in the zoom screen.
In step S1903, the television triggers a control instruction for displaying the first content associated with the first object.
In step S1904, the television responds to the control instruction for displaying the first content associated with the first object, so that the second screen displayed on the display screen is updated to the screen of the first content associated with the first object and the zoom screen is updated to the screen after the screen of the first content is zoomed.
