[ sharing method based on video conference ]
The content of one end in the conference is transmitted to other ends in the conference by capturing the screen content image stream and the video stream and transmitting the content through network bandwidth, the real-time communication of the content is realized through the network, and the content in the screen of the sharing end can be synchronously displayed in other devices in the conference. However, the screen sharing technology in the related art has the following disadvantages or shortcomings:
the related screen sharing technology has very high requirements on network requirements and video compression, a video stream needs to be captured firstly locally, transmission bandwidth is reduced through code rate compression, then the video stream is sent to each end through the network, decompression and restoration are carried out at each end, and the middle process is challenged by network delay, video compression and decompression distortion and other conditions;
when the network is delayed and the network speed is slowed down, the transmission screen flow is blurred in vision and is seriously jammed, and the experience of a watching end is very poor;
the compression and decompression processes before and after the transmission of the video stream inevitably cause the loss of information of video frames, especially when the pictures at a sending end move very fast, intermediate frames are lost, and the pictures become extremely unsmooth and unclear;
in the related screen sharing, the current technical solution can select the whole desktop or select a certain application window, and there are many limitations on the selection of the display content:
when the whole desktop is selected for sharing, the content is too much, the information which is not needed to be shared is easy to expose, and the screen content is completely exposed;
when a certain application window is selected, the content is too single, and the content needs to be shared again to switch the content, which is not the best experience for the user to discuss the multiple contents in the meeting.
The present disclosure addresses the above-mentioned practical needs by providing a sharing method based on video conference, which is described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Example 1
When a video conference is carried out, usually, a plurality of terminals participating in the conference establish network connection through a server, network communication is realized based on video conference software, and transmission and connection of audio and video information are realized by combining audio and video coding and decoding capabilities. After the connection is established, the high-definition sharing capability is realized in a mode of sharing access information through the sharing method based on the video conference.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating embodiment 1 of the video conference-based sharing method of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 2, the method comprises the following steps:
s201, determining the content to be shared in a communication window of a first client, and acquiring access information of the content to be shared.
Taking the case of sharing a web page as an example, the first client serving as the sharing source specifies the content to be shared, i.e., the URL corresponding to the web page, in the videoconference window. Specifically, the videoconference window has an operation function of specifying a URL, and by the specifying operation, a URL corresponding to the content to be shared is specified. For example, when the shared source detects one or more web pages opened by the browser in the video conference window, and wishes to present the web pages to other participating terminals and perform operations such as page turning, scrolling, dragging, clicking, etc. on the web pages, the URL of the web page is specified in the video conference window, and the specification may be performed in any feasible manner, such as selection from a pull-down menu, manual input, dragging, etc.
S202, the first client sends the access information to at least one second client through a server, so that the second client displays the content to be shared according to the access information.
In this embodiment, the source sends the URL to the server. Specifically, the sharing source sends only the URL to the server, instead of sending a screenshot picture, a window picture, a video stream, and the like as in the related art.
In embodiment 1, the operation of the shared source is related to, and since the shared source only performs the designation and transmission of the URL, and does not perform the acquisition and transmission of the screen capture picture, the window picture, the video stream, and the like, and does not perform the encoding and decoding operation of the video stream, the operation resource occupation of the shared source and the pressure on the network and the bandwidth are greatly reduced. Meanwhile, the synchronous demonstration effect same as that of the video stream can be achieved, and the local demonstration and operation interface of the first client based on the webpage is synchronously displayed on one or more second clients.
Further, the sharing of web pages has been described above as an example, but the content to be shared is not limited to web pages. For example, the step S201 may include the following operations: determining content pages corresponding to one or more browser windows which are opened currently as content to be shared, and acquiring URL information of the content pages as the access information; or determining a local file as the content to be shared, converting the local file into an online file, and acquiring URL information of the online file as the access information; or determining an offline file as content to be shared, and acquiring address information or identification information of the offline file as the access information. Thus, files of various forms can also be used as the content to be shared.
And the server receives the URL sent by the sharing source end and issues the received URL to all second clients connected in the video conference and serving as sharing receiving ends. Therefore, the sharing receiving end receives the compressed data, such as the compressed screenshot picture, the window picture, the video stream and the like, but the URL used for loading the content to be shared.
Example 2
Fig. 3 is a flowchart illustrating embodiment 2 of the video conference-based sharing method of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 3, the method comprises the following steps:
s301, the second client receives the access information of the content to be shared, which is sent by the first client, through the server. Taking the case of sharing a web page as an example, the second client serving as the sharing receiving end receives the content to be shared, i.e. the URL corresponding to the web page, from the server.
S302, the second client loads and analyzes the content to be shared based on the access information. That is, the sharing receiving end loads and parses the web page content from the URL.
S303, the second client displays the shared content in a video conference window. That is, the sharing receiving end displays the content in the webpage in the browser in the video conference window.
Embodiment 2 relates to an operation of a sharing receiving end, which loads content to be shared according to access information (e.g., URL) and parses the content into a format that can be presented in a video conference window, thereby presenting the content to be shared in the video conference window. The presentation in the video conference window includes not only a function that the video window directly opens the content to be shared but also a mode that a browser can be instructed to open the video window and the content can be presented in the browser. Based on the mode of sharing URL, the content that every participant looked over is actually the URL that oneself opened, and is not other people's content, increases higher degree security, and, the sharing source end does not compress, and correspondingly, the sharing receiving terminal also need not decompress, and the mode that URL opened locally realizes clearer, more smooth content to show than the mode of relevant screen sharing, in addition, has greatly reduced the occupation of operational resource, can also avoid compressing/decompressing the losing information in-process. In addition, because the display content is fixed to the display mode of the shared source end by the URL opening mode instead of the screenshot picture, the shared document can be opened in a local browser self-adaptive mode at the shared receiving end based on the coordination capability of the document collaboration itself, for example, when the shared source end is a PC, the shared receiving end is a mobile phone, and the content to be shared is a webpage, the screen of the shared source end is large and a single screen displays more characters. In addition, the picture of the video conference room is generally displayed on a large screen such as a television or a projector, and the large screen of the conference room can be better adapted to the size of the screen by locally opening the URL, so that a better effect is displayed.
Example 3
Fig. 4 is a flowchart illustrating embodiment 3 of the video conference-based sharing method of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 4, the method comprises the following steps:
s401, the first client records first operation information for operating the content to be shared, and sends the first operation information to the second client through the server, so that the second client synchronously displays the operation of the first client on the content to be shared according to the first operation information. Here, the first operation may be a browsing operation, an editing operation, or the like of the content to be shared.
S402, the second client receives first operation information recorded by the first client and used for operating the content to be shared through a server, and synchronously displays the operation based on the first operation information. Embodiment 3 relates to a synchronization operation, and unlike a video stream in which screen content is directly shared in a general video conference, a sharing source terminal also needs to record and send each operation to be shared to a server terminal in real time while sharing content, and the server terminal sends the operation to a sharing receiver terminal, so that the synchronization of the operation is realized at the sharing receiver terminal.
It should be noted that, at the shared receiving end, the participant may select whether synchronization is needed, and when the synchronization is selected, the participant feeds back to the server end so that the server end does not issue the operation of the shared source end, or receives the operation of the shared source end but does not execute the operation.
In addition, at the shared receiving end, the following operations may be performed:
when the second client displays the content to be shared in a video conference window, receiving a first operation instruction for browsing the content to be shared; asynchronously displaying the content to be shared in the first client in a video conference window of the second client based on the first operation instruction. That is, although the sharing sink receives each operation action of the sharing source to the content to be shared, the sharing sink can asynchronously display the picture of the sharing source at the sink, and asynchronously display, such as freely browsing the page, or performing review, fast-forward, skip, etc., according to the actual needs.
Furthermore, at the shared receiving end, the following operations may be performed:
after the content to be shared is displayed in a video conference window of the second client in an asynchronous mode with the content to be shared in the first client, receiving a second operation instruction for synchronizing the content to be shared; synchronously displaying the content to be shared in the first client in a video conference window of the second client based on the second operation instruction. That is, the shared receiving end can switch between synchronous exhibition and asynchronous exhibition according to actual needs.
Furthermore, at the shared receiving end, the following operations may be performed:
when the second client displays the content to be shared in a video conference window, receiving a third operation instruction for editing the content to be shared; and editing the content to be shared in a video conference window of the second client based on the third operation instruction. That is, the sharing sink is not limited to receiving only the operation of the sharing source, and can edit the content to be shared, thereby realizing bidirectional information interaction between the sharing source and the sharing sink.
Example 4
Fig. 5 is a flowchart illustrating embodiment 4 of the video conference-based sharing method of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 5, the method comprises the following steps:
s501, the second client records second operation information for operating the content to be shared, and sends the second operation information to the first client through the server, so that the first client synchronously displays the operation of the second client on the content to be shared according to the second operation information. Here, the second operation may be a browsing operation, an editing operation, or the like of the content to be shared.
S502, the first client receives second operation information of the second client for operating the content to be shared through the server, and synchronously displays the operation of the second client for the content to be shared according to the second operation information.
Embodiment 4 also relates to a synchronization operation, in which each operation on content to be shared by the sharing receiving end is recorded and sent to the server end in real time, the server end sends the operation to the sharing source end, and the synchronization of the operation is implemented at the sharing source end.
It should be noted that, at the sharing source, the participant may select whether synchronization is needed, and when the synchronization is selected, the participant feeds back to the server so that the server does not issue the operation of the sharing receiving end, or receives the operation of the sharing receiving end but does not execute the operation.
Example 5
Fig. 6 is a flowchart illustrating embodiment 5 of the video conference-based sharing method of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 6, the method comprises the following steps:
s601, when the first client side is switched to the new content to be shared, the access information of the new content to be shared is sent to the second client side through the server side.
S602, when receiving new access information from the server, the second client displays new content to be shared according to the new access information.
Embodiment 5 relates to switching of content to be shared, and when a sharing source needs to switch content, only the URL content that the sharing source wants to share needs to be selected again, so that the switching cost is extremely low and the interaction is friendly for a scene in which multiple contents are discussed.
In the above, the sharing method based on the video conference according to the present disclosure is explained based on the embodiments. In addition, the present disclosure also provides a sharing apparatus, an electronic device, and a computer-readable medium based on a video conference, which are described below.
The sharing device based on the video conference of the embodiment of the present disclosure is a first client as a sharing source, and the first client includes: the access information specifying module is used for specifying access information corresponding to the content to be shared in the communication window; and the sending module is used for sending the access information to at least one second client through the server. Taking the situation of sharing the web page as an example, the access information specifying module specifies a URL corresponding to the content to be shared in the video conference window, and the sending module sends the URL to the server. In addition, the sharing apparatus based on the video conference may further include an operation recording module that records first operation information of the first client operating on the content to be shared, and the sending module sends the first operation information recorded by the operation recording module to the second client through the server. In addition, the sharing device based on the video conference may further include a receiving module that receives, through the server, second operation information recorded by the second client for operating the content to be shared, and the first client synchronously displays, according to the second operation information, an operation of the second client on the content to be shared.
The sharing device based on the video conference of the embodiment of the present disclosure is a server, and includes: a receiving module which receives access information transmitted from a first client; and the sending module sends the access information received by the receiving module to at least one second client.
The sharing device based on the video conference of the embodiment of the present disclosure is a second client as a sharing receiving end, and includes: the receiving module is used for receiving access information of the content to be shared, which is sent by the first client through the server, loading and analyzing the content to be shared according to the access information; and a display module that displays the content to be shared in a video conference window. In addition, the receiving module may also receive, by a server, first operation information recorded by the first client and used for operating the content to be shared, and the second client synchronously displays the operation based on the first operation information. Furthermore, the sharing apparatus based on the video conference may further include: the operation recording module is used for recording second operation information of the second client for operating the content to be shared; and a sending module, which sends the second operation information recorded by the operation recording module to the first client through the server.
For the embodiment of the sharing device based on the video conference, since it basically corresponds to the method embodiment, the relevant points can be referred to the partial description of the method embodiment. The above-described embodiments of the videoconference-based sharing device are merely illustrative, and the modules illustrated as separate modules may or may not be separate. Some or all of the modules may be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the solution of the present embodiment.
