本发明公开了一种电力设备及运行数据前置采集系统,包括与电力设备连接的数据传感器,还包括采集器;各个所述数据传感器与一个采集器连接,采集器通过485串口将数据集中至集中器,集中器以光纤传输为主,4G传输为辅,将消息以Q/GDW1376.1‑2013协议送达主站,综合能源指挥平台从主站获取数据。本发明拥有服务器的高并发稳定接入能力,具备强大的接入容量和实时数据处理能力,支持多机负载均衡接入、支持分布式存储、支持存储容量按需扩展、支持内存数据库存储数据快照,实现电力设备电力数据的前置获取及后台传输。

Description

一种电力设备及运行数据前置采集系统
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于电力设备运维领域的电力设备及运行数据前置采集系统。
背景技术
前置采集服务系统是用电信息采集系统、电力负荷管理系统等的采集通信部分,实现与远程终端的通信连接、数据接收、规约翻译、参数及指令的下发等任务。现有的前置采集服务系统包括若干个前置通讯服务器,且每个前置通讯服务器均配备一个备份服务器,用于在主服务器故障时接入工作。其中,每个前置通讯服务器固定负责若干个终端的接入通信,即某一个终端只能够唯一的接入一个前置通讯服务器。前置采集服务系统与上层的主站数据平台通信。
现有前置采集服务系统存在以下问题:
1.无法实现前置通讯服务器的负载均衡。同一时间,可能某几个前置通讯服务器接入了大量的终端,而其它几个前置通讯服务器可能未接入或少量的接入终端,造成前置通讯服务器的负载不均衡。
2.为每个前置通讯服务器均配备备份服务器,存在大量的硬件资源的浪费。
3.前置通讯服务器扩充性差。由于终端需要绑定到前置通讯服务器后才能接入系统,对于新增的终端以及新增的前置通讯服务器,均需要重新配置绑定关系,浪费大量人力。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术的不足,提供一种电力设备及运行数据前置采集系统,它能够实现电力设备电力数据的前置获取及后台传输。
实现上述目的的一种技术方案是:一种电力设备及运行数据前置采集系统,包括与电力设备连接的数据传感器,还包括采集器;
各个所述数据传感器与一个采集器连接,采集器通过485串口将数据集中至集中器,集中器以光纤传输为主,4G传输为辅,将消息以Q/GDW1376.1-2013协议送达主站,综合能源指挥平台从主站获取数据。
进一步的,所述集中器和所述采集器采用分布式架构,留有扩展和部署的水平扩展接口。
本发明的一种电力设备及运行数据前置采集系统,拥有服务器的高并发稳定接入能力,具备强大的接入容量和实时数据处理能力,支持多机负载均衡接入、支持分布式存储、支持存储容量按需扩展、支持内存数据库存储数据快照。其在终端层表现为万物互联的连接能力,在平台层表现为对全景设备和数据的管控能力。

具体实施方式
为了能更好地对本发明的技术方案进行理解,下面通过具体地实施例进行详细地说明:
请参阅图1,本发明的一种电力设备及运行数据前置采集系统,包括与电力设备连接的数据传感器1,以及采集器2。
各个数据传感器1与一个采集器2连接,采集器2通过485串口将数据集中至集中器3,集中器3以光纤传输为主,4G传输为辅,将消息以Q/GDW1376.1-2013协议送达主站4,综合能源指挥平台5从主站获取数据。
所述集中器和所述采集器采用分布式架构,留有扩展和部署的水平扩展接口。
本系统采用Linux平台,满足国网安全防护改造要求,采用Java(JDK1.8)语言开发,开发难度低,技术曲线及迭代顺畅,便于运维和升级。通信前置与采集前置解耦独立,通信前置只负责网络接收和通信管理,采集前置负责任务下发、报文解析及终端加密管理的调度等。规约处理(规约解析与组装)和终端加密(加密、解密等)独立成为微服务方式,通过分布式消息队列进行业务解耦,便于独立扩展。系统采用Netty框架,充分发挥Linux平台底层epoll技术,作为服务器的高并发稳定接入能力,确保单台服务器并发稳定连接10-15万终端;采用Elastic-Job分布式任务调度技术,针对性能及实时性需求较高的采集任务进行分片操作,可同时大批量生成和下发采集任务;使用分布式Redis缓存技术,将终端档案和准实时热数据(终端在线状态、任务执行结果、采集任务漏点等)进行存储,最大程度减轻数据库的连接和访问压力;使用多进程、多线程(各类线程池互不影响)、流式流程处理机制、入库数据独立细分,灵活配置入库策略等关键技术和优化,充分提升入库效率;使用分布式数据队列Kafka/RocketMQ,保证采集数据不丢失,又保证数据快速传输,同时实现“削峰填谷”的作用。
