Background
At present, when various hospitals and medical institutions in China handle medical related services, a medical card independently issued by each hospital and medical institution is often used for handling the related services; the medical cards record information such as identity information, diagnosis and treatment information and the like of patients, simplify the process of handling certain businesses and have certain practicability. There are significant disadvantages. Firstly, the card is issued independently by each medical institution, so the card has no universality and universality, and particularly for part of patients who frequently flow or need transfer treatment, the operation is inconvenient because one medical card needs to be replaced for each transfer; secondly, the medical cards are usually made of simple contact or non-contact memory cards, the safety is low, and particularly for some serious patients, the consumption amount is large and the account risk is high; finally, from the viewpoint of information unification, the limitations of the medical card are clear, and the medical card issued independently by each medical institution means that the medical information of the patient is only applicable to the corresponding card issuing institution, so that it is inconvenient for other medical institutions to quickly know the medical information of the patient, thereby performing more detailed and definite disease diagnosis.
