The nixie tube is an electronic device capable of displaying digital and other information, and can be divided into a common anode nixie tube and a common cathode nixie tube according to the connection mode of the light emitting diode unit. The common anode nixie tube is a nixie tube which connects the anodes of all light-emitting diodes together to form a common anode (COM), the common anode COM is connected to +5V when the common anode nixie tube is applied, when the cathode of a certain field of light-emitting diodes is at a low level, the corresponding field is lightened, and when the cathode of a certain field is at a high level, the corresponding field is not lightened. As shown in fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides a digital display billboard, which includes a circuit board, on which a driving module and an LED array configured in a predetermined shape are disposed. The LED digital array comprises a plurality of LED segments, and the driving module displays different images by lighting different LED segments. The LED section includes the LED lamp of a plurality of series connection settings, and the LED lamp is billboard lamp pearl promptly. The billboard lamp bead is composed of a high-brightness direct-insertion straw hat lamp and has the characteristics of high brightness and reliable performance. The digital display billboard provided by the embodiment of the invention applies a glue pouring process, can effectively prevent water and is suitable for outdoor occasions. In the embodiment of the invention, the size of the viewing plate and the arrangement density of the lamp beads can be set according to the needs of customers, and the display brightness is high if the arrangement density of the lamp beads is high; the density of bead arrangement is little, and the luminance that shows is low. The cascade mode of the lamp beads is in series connection, the number of lamps connected in series with each LED section is different but not more than 6 at most, each LED section is connected with a current-limiting resistor in series to protect the chip and the lamps, and the resistance values of the resistors connected with different LED sections are determined according to the number of the lamp beads. Specifically, the lamp bead configuration resistors are different due to different numbers of lamp bead series connection, in the embodiment of the present invention, five different numbers of lamp beads, namely 1, 2, 3, 5, and 6, are connected in series on the digital display billboard, in this embodiment, resistors of 560 Ω, 680 Ω, 750 Ω, 910 Ω, and 1.1K Ω are used from small to large, and the five resistors with different resistances are used to complete voltage reduction to protect the ULN 2803. In the embodiment of the invention, the LED digital array is configured into an 8-shaped shape and comprises 17 LED segments which are respectively connected with COMA, COMB, COMC, COMD, COME, COMF, COMG, COMH, COMI, COMJ, COMK, COML, COMM, COMN, COMO, COMP and COMQ output by the driving module. In the embodiment of the invention, the power interface provides 12V power supply for the circuit board. The circuit board is also provided with a signal interface which provides a control signal for the circuit board. The signal interface is connected with an external control system to complete data transmission of the display content. The control system is internally provided with a driving program and is also provided with the patterns of numbers, characters or images to be displayed by the LED digital array. The control system controls the embodiment of all display information and each module is independently controlled. In this embodiment, the signal bus and the power line are separated from each other and are not used in a mixed manner, so that a fault caused by insufficient current-carrying capacity of the signal line is prevented. Sufficient mounting holes are reserved at the plate edges, and the screw locking effect is good by adding through holes on the bonding pads with the rings. In the embodiment of the invention, the circuit board is also provided with a decoding module which is used for converting serial data into parallel data and sending the parallel data to the driving module. The decoding module comprises a plurality of cascaded decoders, preferably 74HC595 is adopted for the decoders. The circuit board is also provided with a relay amplification module which is used for amplifying the received serial data and sending the serial data to the decoding module, and the relay amplification module adopts 74HC 245. The relay amplification module is connected with the signal interface, the signal interface sends the serial data to the relay amplification module, the relay amplification module amplifies the serial data and outputs the serial data to the decoder 74HC595, and the serial data is converted into parallel data after the decoding of the 74HC 595. Based on the characteristic of serial-to-parallel conversion, enough decoders can be cascaded according to the number of digital segments to be lightened. The driving module consists of 8-path Darlington inverting drivers of the ULN2803 and is used for driving the LED lamp beads, and the number of the ULN2803 can be configured according to the condition of an actual LED segment. As shown IN fig. 2, the output pin B7 of the relay amplifying module U6 is connected to the serial data input pin DI of the decoder U2, and after being decoded by the decoder 74HC595, the output signals are output from the decoders D0, D1, D2, D3, D4, D5, D6 and D7 to the IN1, IN2, IN3, IN4, IN5, IN6 and IN7 corresponding to the driving module U3, so that the driving module generates driving signals to drive the lamp bead. The decoding module includes a plurality of cascaded decoders 74HC595, specifically, a DO pin of the previous-stage decoder 74HC595 is connected to a DI pin of the next-stage decoder 74HC595, and a corresponding number of decoders 74HC595 can be set according to actual requirements.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the power supply module further includes a power supply module, as shown in fig. 3, the power supply module includes an LM7805, a capacitor C4, a capacitor C5, a capacitor C6, and a capacitor C7, a first end of the capacitor C4 and a first end of the capacitor C5 after being connected in parallel are connected to an input end of the LM7805, and a second end of the capacitor C4 and the capacitor C5 after being connected in parallel are grounded; the capacitor C6 is connected with the output end of the first end LM7805 after being connected with the capacitor C7 in parallel, and the second end of the capacitor C6 after being connected with the capacitor C7 in parallel is grounded. The input end of LM7805 is connected with an external power supply.
