Fig. 3 is a detailed flowchart of a control method for determining a demand enterprise in a unit block according to a second embodiment of the present invention, and as a complete and preferred embodiment of the present invention, after the step S103, the method further includes the following steps:
after steps S301 to S303 are performed, preferably step S304 is performed, one or more demanding enterprises corresponding to one or more of the enterprise tags or industry tags are determined in a database or a third-party platform based on the enterprise tags or industry tags of the one or more demanding enterprises, since one or more industry chains at least including a core enterprise, one or more upstream enterprises of the core enterprise, one or more midstream enterprises of the core enterprise, and one or more downstream enterprises of the core enterprise are stored in the database or the third-party platform, and then one or more demanding enterprises corresponding to the enterprise tags or industry tags can be found quite accurately when the enterprise tags or industry tags of the demanding enterprises are determined, further step S301 and step S303 refer to steps S101 to S103, and will not be described in detail herein.
Further, after the step S103, and before, simultaneously with or after the step S304, a step S305 is performed: in such an embodiment, whether or not one or more demanding enterprises can be determined to be compatible with the enterprise tag or the industry tag via step S304, the step S305 is not affected by issuing the enterprise tag or the industry tag of one or more demanding enterprises on the campus platform and/or the enterprise platform and/or the government platform and/or the plot system platform.
Fig. 4 is a block diagram illustrating the connection of a control device for determining a demand enterprise within a unit block according to another embodiment of the present invention. The invention not only discloses a control method for determining demand enterprises in a unit plot, but also discloses a control device for determining demand enterprises in a unit plot, wherein the control method is adopted to compare a complete target industry chain with enterprise labels of each node position in the industry chain of the resident enterprises, determine enterprise labels or industry labels of one or more demand enterprises, and realize enterprise optimization, target enterprise introduction and industry upgrade, and the control method comprises the following steps: the first determination device 1: the operation principle of the first determining apparatus 1 may refer to the step S101, which is not described herein again, and the operation principle of the first determining apparatus 1 may refer to the step S101.
Further, the control device further includes second determination means 2: the operation principle of the second determining device 2 may refer to the step S102, which is not described herein again, and may determine an industry chain where a core enterprise among one or more existing enterprises is located, and determine the association degree between each industry type tag of the upstream, midstream, and downstream tags of the industry chain and one or more enterprise tags of existing enterprises.
Further, the control device further includes third determining means 3: the industry type tags of the upstream, midstream and downstream tags of the industry chain, of which the association degree is greater than the first threshold and the node equity index is greater than the second threshold, are determined as enterprise tags or industry tags of one or more demanding enterprises, and the working principle of the third determining device 3 may refer to the step S103, which is not described herein again.
Further, the control device further comprises a first processing device 4: based on a database or a third-party platform, one or more industry chains are established, where the industry chains at least include core enterprises, one or more upstream enterprises of the core enterprises, one or more midstream enterprises of the core enterprises, and one or more downstream enterprises of the core enterprises, and the working principle of the first processing device 4 may refer to the step S201, which is not described herein again.
Further, the control device further includes fourth determination means 5: the operation principle of the fourth determining device 5 may refer to the step S202, and is not repeated herein, to determine one or more enterprise tags corresponding to the core enterprise, one or more upstream enterprises of the core enterprise, one or more midstream enterprises of the core enterprise, and one or more downstream enterprises of the core enterprise.
Further, the control device further includes fifth determining means 6: determining node equity indexes of node positions corresponding to the core enterprise, one or more upstream enterprises of the core enterprise, one or more midstream enterprises of the core enterprise, and one or more downstream enterprises of the core enterprise, wherein the node equity indexes are determined according to a technical criticality degree and a value contribution degree, and the operation principle of the fifth determining device 6 may refer to the foregoing step S203, which is not repeated herein.
Further, the control device further includes sixth determining means 7: the sixth determining device 7 may refer to the foregoing step S304, and details thereof are omitted here, to determine one or more demand enterprises corresponding to one or more enterprise tags or industry tags in a database or a third party platform based on the enterprise tags or the industry tags of the one or more demand enterprises.
Further, the control device further comprises a second processing device 8: the third party platform issues one or more enterprise tags or industry tags of the enterprise in need, and the working principle of the second processing device 8 may refer to the step S305, which is not described herein again.
It should be noted that the specific implementation of each of the above device embodiments is the same as the specific implementation of the corresponding method embodiment, and is not described herein again.

Claims (12)

1. A control method for determining demand enterprises in a unit block is characterized in that enterprise optimization, target enterprise introduction and industry upgrading are realized by comparing a complete target industry chain with enterprise tags of each node position in an industry chain of resident enterprises to determine enterprise tags or industry tags of one or more demand enterprises, and the method comprises the following steps:
a. determining one or more resident enterprises or core enterprises to be introduced into the enterprises in the unit plot, and one or more enterprise tags of the resident enterprises or the enterprises to be introduced, wherein the enterprise tags at least comprise industry tags of the enterprises and node interest indexes of node positions of the enterprise tags in an industry chain;
b. determining an industry chain where core enterprises in one or more resident enterprises are located, and determining the association degree of each industry type label of upstream, midstream and downstream labels of the industry chain and one or more enterprise labels of the resident enterprises;
c. and determining the upstream, midstream and downstream industry type labels of the industry chain with the association degree larger than a first threshold and the node equity index larger than a second threshold as enterprise labels or industry labels of one or more demanding enterprises.
2. The control method according to claim 1, characterized by, before the step a, further comprising:
i: establishing one or more industry chains based on a database or a third-party platform, wherein the industry chains at least comprise core enterprises, one or more upstream enterprises of the core enterprises, one or more midstream enterprises of the core enterprises and one or more downstream enterprises of the core enterprises;
ii: determining one or more enterprise tags corresponding to the core enterprise, one or more upstream enterprises of the core enterprise, one or more midstream enterprises of the core enterprise, and one or more downstream enterprises of the core enterprise;
iii: determining a node equity index for node locations corresponding to the core enterprise, one or more upstream enterprises of the core enterprise, one or more midstream enterprises of the core enterprise, and one or more downstream enterprises of the core enterprise, wherein the node equity index is to be determined by a technology criticality level, a value contribution level.
3. The control method of claim 2, wherein the industry chain is to find one or more upstream enterprises of the core enterprises, one or more midstream enterprises of the core enterprises, and one or more downstream enterprises of the core enterprises through a product value-added link through supply-side and demand-side requirements of the core enterprises.
4. The control method according to claim 1, characterized by, before the step a, further comprising:
a': judging whether an empty space exists in the unit plot, if so, executing the step a; if not, then one or more of the resident businesses in the unit block having a node equity index below a third threshold are eliminated or one or more of the resident businesses are introduced to other unit blocks and one or more businesses that meet the node equity index are introduced or step a is performed.
5. The control method according to claim 1, wherein in the step a, the core enterprise is determined by:
judging whether the positioning of the regional industry is met or not and whether the industrial aggregation effect can be achieved or not;
judging the node position and the node interest index of the target industrial chain;
judging the productivity and tax conditions of the system and solving employment ability;
judging the technical advancement and intellectual property quantity;
judging risk indexes of the system, including safety and environmental protection accident risks and occupational health risks; and
judging the social influence and/or the social hazard.
6. The control method according to claim 1, characterized by further comprising, after the step c, the steps of:
d: one or more demanding enterprises which are adapted to the enterprise tag or the industry tag are determined in a database or a third-party platform based on the enterprise tag or the industry tag of one or more demanding enterprises.
7. The control method according to claim 1, characterized by further comprising, after the step c, the steps of:
e: and issuing enterprise tags or industry tags of one or more demanding enterprises in the third party platform.
8. The control method according to claim 1, characterized in that the third party platform is a campus platform and/or an enterprise platform and/or a government platform and/or a plot system platform.
9. A control device for determining a demand enterprise in a unit block, which determines one or more enterprise tags or industry tags of the demand enterprise by comparing a complete target industry chain with enterprise tags of each node position in an industry chain of resident enterprises by using the control method according to any one of claims 1 to 8, thereby realizing enterprise optimization, target enterprise introduction and industry upgrade, comprising:
first determination means (1): determining one or more resident enterprises or core enterprises to be introduced into the enterprises in the unit area, and one or more enterprise tags of the resident enterprises or the enterprises to be introduced, wherein the enterprise tags at least comprise industry tags of the enterprises, and the node equity indexes of the node positions of the enterprise tags in the industry chain are located;
second determination means (2): determining an industry chain where core enterprises in one or more resident enterprises are located, and determining the association degree of each industry type label at the upstream, the midstream and the downstream of the industry chain and one or more enterprise labels of the resident enterprises;
third determination means (3): and determining the business type labels of the upstream, midstream and downstream labels of the industry chain with the association degree larger than a first threshold and the node equity index larger than a second threshold as enterprise labels or industry labels of one or more demanding enterprises.
10. The control device according to claim 9, characterized by further comprising:
first processing device (4): establishing one or more industry chains based on a database or a third-party platform, wherein the industry chains at least comprise core enterprises, one or more upstream enterprises of the core enterprises, one or more midstream enterprises of the core enterprises and one or more downstream enterprises of the core enterprises;
fourth determination means (5): determining one or more enterprise tags corresponding to the core enterprise, one or more upstream enterprises of the core enterprise, one or more midstream enterprises of the core enterprise, and one or more downstream enterprises of the core enterprise;
fifth determination means (6): determining a node equity index for node locations corresponding to the core enterprise, one or more upstream enterprises of the core enterprise, one or more midstream enterprises of the core enterprise, and one or more downstream enterprises of the core enterprise, wherein the node equity index is to be determined by a technology criticality level, a value contribution level.
11. The control device according to claim 9, characterized by further comprising:
sixth determination means (7): one or more demanding enterprises which are adapted to the enterprise tag or the industry tag are determined in a database or a third-party platform based on the enterprise tag or the industry tag of one or more demanding enterprises.
12. The control method according to claim 9, characterized by further comprising:
second treatment device (8): and issuing enterprise tags or industry tags of one or more demanding enterprises in the third party platform.
